Comparative Study of Internationalized Talent Cultivation Models in International Higher Education Programs

The internationalization of talent cultivation in the field of international higher education is a widely discussed topic among higher education institutions worldwide.This paper conducts a comparative study of domestic and foreign higher education institutions and identifies some differences in the internationalization of talent cultivation among different countries and regions.Firstly,the study summarizes the changes in talent cultivation through domestic study abroad programs and overseas study programs.Then,this paper introduces the“Knowledge-Practice-Research”international talent cultivation model in China and the international talent cultivation model in Japan as an example.Finally,this study compares the international talent cultivation models in domestic and foreign higher education institutions.The results indicate that the internationalization of talent cultivation models needs to be adjusted according to different training objectives,specific countries,and even regional circumstances to adapt to local characteristics and the international environment.Overall,different countries and regions have different emphases and characteristics in the internationalization of talent cultivation in higher education institutions.However,regardless of the country,higher education institutions should focus on enhancing students’international perspectives and cross-cultural communication skills to adapt to the globalized economic and social environment.

Measurement Research Based on Bayesian Structural Equation Cognitive Model

The Bayesian structural equation model integrates the principles of Bayesian statistics, providing a more flexible and comprehensive modeling framework. In exploring complex relationships between variables, handling uncertainty, and dealing with missing data, the Bayesian structural equation model demonstrates unique advantages. Therefore, Bayesian methods are used in this paper to establish a structural equation model of innovative talent cognition, with the measurement of college students’ cognition of innovative talent being studied. An in-depth analysis is conducted on the effects of innovative self-efficacy, social resources, innovative personality traits, and school education, aiming to explore the factors influencing college students’ innovative talent. The results indicate that innovative self-efficacy plays a key role in perception, social resources are significantly positively correlated with the perception of innovative talents, innovative personality tendencies and school education are positively correlated with the perception of innovative talents, but the impact is not significant.

The Realistic Dilemma and Promoting Path of Secondary Vocational Education Talent Training Model under the Background of Education Supply-side Reform

In today's world,the competition for high-end smart technology is becoming increasingly fierce,and the huge connotation hidden behind the fierce competition is the competition of high-quality skilled talents.The status of secondary vocational education in our country's education system has a solid foundational role.The close connection it exhibits with social and economic development is beyond the reach of other types of education.However,the current secondary vocational education talent training model shows a situation that is not in line with market demand,and problems such as"shortage of skilled personnel"and"unemployment structural imbalance"have appeared in related fields.The supply of talents in secondary vocational education lacks a balanced mechanism,lacks in quality of supply,and does not have a high effect.It is urgent to train high-quality skilled talents with matching socio-economic structure transformation and upgrading for the society through education supply-side reform measures.In view of this,according to the changes in market demand,we will vigorously promote the reform of the school-based curriculum of secondary vocational schools,strive to create a new integrated development model that combines textbooks and practice,promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation between schools and characteristic enterprises in the industry,and train people in practice.Cultivating people,creating a good atmosphere for cultivating technical talents,and combining with the new goal of practicing education to build an evaluation system suitable for the growth of secondary vocational talents,making the human resource structure more and more suitable for the transformation and upgrading of the current social industrial structure.

The Reform of the Talent Training Model for English Majors Based on OBE

Based on the reflection on the traditional teaching model of English majors,this paper points out that language teaching has long been divorced from the cultivation of cultural literacy and social needs;therefore,students’learning initiative has seriously deteriorated.On this basis,this study focuses on the“student-centered”notion and tries to integrate the four functions of language,which include“instrumental,”“cognitive,”“emotional,”and“literacy,”to establish a“four-three-two”teaching model,so as to explore an effective scheme for the teaching reform of English majors.

The Diversification of Higher Education Talent-cultivating model in China

This thesis is focused on the theme of reforming higher educational talent-cultivating models of our country and improving the quality of talents. In this thesis the logic, theoretical basis and realistic certainty of the diversification ofhigher education talent-cultivating model are revealed, and on the logic and theoretical basis, the practical strategy of the diversification of talentcultivating models is pointed out at the last.

Research on the Cultivation Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents with New Technology Use in Higher Education Institutions

The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(referring to new inventions,discoveries,and creations that can be practically operated and applied)and"soft technology"(generally referring to technology formed in all industry fields in response to new changes,new markets,new industries,and new business models,such as innovative marketing models,new team building,and management strategizing,cultural and creative skills,etc.),with distinctive and external and internal connotations.In a narrow sense,new technology refers to the most recent and cutting-edge technology in a particular industry field.There are also definitions that are based on their applicability,such as referring to new operation methods as new technologies.The premise of how to precisely implement new technology application education in higher education is to understand how students in higher education institutions think.For this reason,this study takes senior graduate students as its target,and through the statistics and analysis of survey data,we get three results.First,education featuring applications of new technology proves highly compelling,particularly given its importance in graduates'career development,thus garnering support;second,such education is both conceptual and practice-based;third,education concerned with the application of new technologies can be carried out in any major,both in engineering and non-engineering disciplines,with different requirements for educational content and technical skills according to the varying disciplines.Based on the investigation and analysis,we propose solutions and recommend methods of applying new applications in higher education.

生物科学类拔尖创新人才培养多维度协同模式研究与实践

针对高校生物科学类拔尖创新人才培养存在的问题,积极探索生物科学专业知识教育与创新创业教育的深度融合,以及教学资源组织形式和育人模式的改革、融合与创新,构建优秀师资、优质课程体系和高端育人平台,创建以课程引领、科教融合、实践教学、科研训练、竞赛牵引、创新平台为核心的多维度拔尖创新人才培养模式,走出了“多维协同、追求卓越”的人才培养之路。通过推进实施该模式,湖南大学生物学院在拔尖创新人才培养方面取得了良好成效,可为国内外其他高校提供有益的启示和借鉴。

土木工程重点学科建设推进本科人才培养质量的研究与实践

将土木工程重点学科建设与本科教育相结合,提升本科人才的培养质量是有意义和必要的。该文以河南大学土木工程专业的教学模式革新为例,结合省级重点学科的实际建设情况,对原有本科人才培养方案进行改革补充,从制度体系建设和创新创业实践两个方面提出十六项具体措施。通过2018—2021年的改革结果跟踪调研分析,验证其可行性,取得良好的创新效果。

新阶段水利高质量发展亟须与之相适配的人才队伍,专业技术人才是推动新阶段水利高质量发展的骨干力量。从高质量发展视角出发,基于人力资本理论,搭建跨边界专业技术人才池,集聚并储备行业发展所需的关键人才,并从引进、培养、使用、评价、流动、激励全链条创新人才发展模式。基于灰色模型预测了人才需求特点,结合人力资本理论构建了跨边界人才池的开发机制和实施路径。结果表明:水利人才分布的空间异质性问题将持续存在,集聚并储备行业关键人才需要构建跨边界人才池;应通过内部培养和外部引进双轮驱动等措施满足行业人才需求,创新人才发展模式,从而在强化宏观调控的基础上实现人才的统筹调配、跨界蓄用与动态共享。

数字化时代高校体育康养人才培养探究

在大力发展体育康养产业的背景下,为提升高校体育康养人才的竞争力,需促进高校体育教育和康养、数字化技术与体育康养的有机融合,以此推动高校体育事业的发展和健康中国建设。在分析当前高校体育康养人才培养的现状基础上,本文研究了数字化时代体育康养产业需求侧的产业时代特征,梳理了在人才培养上的多元诉求与职业素质、能力要求,提出了在数字化时代高校体育康养人才培养的路径与策略,即:优化高校体育康养人才培养体系,提升高校体育康养人才的素质和能力,以此满足社会对高素质、多样化、专业化的体育康养人才需求。
