Western medicine mainly focuses on the conventional basic treatment of Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),such as blood glucose control,anti-oxidative stress,and nerve nutrition,but the efficacy and safety of the drugs cannot be guaranteed.As an important prescription for promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and nourishing blood,Taohong Siwu Decoction can not only promote cell proliferation and repair,reduce inflammatory factors in the blood,reduce the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity,and has a good anticoagulation effect.Moreover,Taohong Siwu Decoction and its added or subtracted prescription,foot bath and combined acupuncture have the effect of regulating blood sugar,improving nerve conduction velocity and relieving clinical symptoms,without obvious adverse reactions.This article reviews Taohong Siwu Decoction and its addition and subtraction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the effect of Taohong Siyu Decoction on the coagulation function and the signaling pathway of PI3K(phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase)/AKT(protein kinase B)/mTOR(mammalian target of rapamycin)after femoral artery anastomosis in rabbits.Methods:30 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into blank control group,model control group,papavine hydrochloride injection group and low,medium and high dose groups of Taohong Siwu decoction by random number table method,with 5 rabbits in each group.The rabbits in the model control group,papavine hydrochloride injection group and low,medium and high dose groups of Taohong Siwu decoction were treated with the femoral artery simple intermittent end-to-end suture model.After the successful modeling,the low,medium and high dose groups of Taohong Siwu decoction were given the Taohong Siwu decoction,while the model control group,the blank control group and papavine hydrochloride injection group were given the same amount of normal saline.APTT(activated partial thromboplastin time),FIB(fibrinogen)and PI3K/AKT/mTOR concentrations were measured in aural venous blood samples from six groups of rabbits 30min before operation and 1d,2D,3D and 7d after operation,respectively.Statistical analysis was conducted on the data of the six groups.Results:Compared with blank control group,APTT of model control group was significantly shortened 1d to 7d after operation(P<0.05),FIB values were significantly increased from 1d to 7d after operation(P<0.05);Compared with model control group,APTT in Taohong Siwu decoction low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups were significantly prolonged 1d to 7d after operation(P<0.05),FIB value of Taohong Siwu decoction medium and high dose groups decreased significantly from 1d to 7d after operation(P<0.05),the FIB value of Taohong Siwu decoction low-dose group was significantly decreased from 2d to 7d after surgery(P<0.05);Compared with papaverine hydrochloride injection group,APTT in Taohong Siwu decoction medium dose group was significantly prolonged 2d to 7d after surgery(P<0.05),APTT of Taohong Siwu decoction high-dose group was significantly prolonged on 1d to 7d after operation(P<0.05).FIB in Taohong Siwu decoction medium and high dose groups decreased significantly 1d to 7d after operation(P<0.05);Compared with the blank control group,the expression concentrations of PI3K,Akt and mTOR in serum of the model control group were significantly increased from 1d to 7d after surgery(P<0.05);Compared with the model control group,the expression levels of PI3K,Akt and mTOR in serum were significantly increased in the low dose group of Taohong Siwu decoction and Papaverine Hydrochloride Injection group on postoperative 7 days(P<0.05),Taohong Siwu decoction high-dose group was significantly increased from 1d to 7d after surgery(P<0.05),the expression concentrations of PI3K and Akt in Taohong Siwu decoction medium dose group were significantly increased from 2d to 7d after operation(P<0.05),mTOR expression levels were significantly increased from 3d to 7d after operation(P<0.05);Compared with papaverine hydrochloride injection group,the expression concentrations of PI3K,Akt and mTOR in serum of Taohong Siwu decoction medium dose group were significantly increased from 3d to 7d after operation(P<0.05),the expression concentrations of PI3K and mTOR in Taohong Siwu decoction high-dose group were significantly increased from 1d to 7d after operation(P<0.05),and the expression concentration of Akt increased significantly from 3d to 7d after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Taohong Siwu decoction can improve the coagulation function of rabbit femoral artery anastomosis,prevent thrombosis,activate PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway,promote angiogenesis,and improve tissue ischemia after artery anastomosis. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE To screen the active ingredients preventing platelet aggregations from Taohong Siwu Decoction. METHODS Fresh blood from healthy adult volunteer was collected with vacuum tube for preparation of platelet suspension. Platelet suspension was incubated with Taohong Siwu Decoction for one hour at 37℃,then centrifuged. The precipitate was washed and desorbed with buffer solutions.The differences of chemical constituents between incubated and unincubated were identified with high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector. RESULTS According to the chromatograph at 254 nm,at least three kinds of different components were detected in Taohong siwu decoction before and after incubated with platelet. CONCLUSION Platelet suspension can be used for screening active ingredients on platelet membrane receptor from the traditional Chinese medicine. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combined/single use of Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)by meta-analysis.Methods:Database were searched electronically from the time databases established to November 2020 to collect randomized controlled trials of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with non-specific therapy for DPN in Chinese or English.The trial was assessed by 2 researchers independently,RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 13 studies included 970 patients.Meta-analysis showed that the combined/single use of Taohong Siwu decoction can further improve median sensory nerve velocity〔MD=4.86,95%CI(2.70,7.03),P<0.00001〕,and the curative effect〔OR=4.35,95%CI(3.1,6.06),P<0.00001〕,increase the velocity of the motor nerve〔MD=6.84,95%CI(6.14,7.55),P<0.00001〕,and the velocity of the sensory nerve〔MD=7.46,95%CI(5.84,9.08),P<0.00001〕,decrease TCM syndrome score〔MD=-5.61,95%CI(-6.63,-4.60),P<0.00001〕,and fasting blood-glucose〔MD=-0.24,95%CI(-0.37,-0.11),P<0.00001〕.The GRADE showed B level of evidence.Conclusion:Combined/single use of Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment for DPN is effective.The safety is not clear,and more high-quality clinical studies are expected to be included to provide evidence support. 展开更多

The pathogenesis of orthopedic diseases is intimately linked to blood stasis,frequently arising from damage to primary and secondary blood channels.This disruption can lead to“blood leaving the meridians”or Qi stagnation,resulting in blood stasis syndrome.Taohong Siwu Decoction(THSWD)is a renowned classical Chinese medicinal formula extensively used to promote blood circulation and mitigate blood stasis.Clinical studies have demonstrated its significant therapeutic effects on various orthopedic conditions,particularly its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties,as well as its efficacy in preventing deep vein thrombosis post-surgery.Despite these findings,research on THSWD remains fragmented,and its interdisciplinary impact is limited.This review aims to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the efficacy and pharmacological mechanisms of THSWD in treating common orthopedic diseases.Additionally,we employ bibliometric analysis to explore research trends and hotspots related to THSWD.We hope this review will enhance the recognition and application of THSWD in orthopedic treatments and guide future research into its pharmacological mechanisms. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤,TSD)on atherosclerosis in rats as well as investigate the underlying mechanism based on molecular docking.METHODS:Sixty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 rats in each group:control group,model group,atorvastatin group(AT,2.0 mg/kg),and TSD groups(20,10,5 g/kg)after 7 d of acclimation.The model of atherosclerosis was successfully established except the control group by high fat diet(HFD)and vitamin D2.Biochemical analyzers were used to detect the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholestero(TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDLC)and high density lipid-cholesterol(HDL-C)in blood lipid.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Sudan IV staining and Hematoxylin and eosin staining(HE staining)were performed to observe the pathological changes in aortic tissue.Molecular docking technology was used to predict the best matching between the main components of TSD and the target proteins.The expression of target proteins was further detected by quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction(q RTPCR)and Western blot analysis.RESULTS:The results showed that TSD restricted atherosclerosis development and decreased the inflammatory cytokines in plasma.Molecular docking results predicted that the main components of TSD showed a strong binding ability with toll-like receptor(TLR4),myeloid differentiation primary response protein 88(My D88),and nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB).The results of q RT-PCR and Western blot analysis showed that the m RNA and protein expressions of TLR4,My D88 and NF-κB p65 in the aorta were reduced in atorvastatin group and TSD group.CONCLUSIONS:TSD can ameliorate atherosclerosis in rats,and the underlying mechanism is supposed be related to the suppression of inflammatory response by regulating TLR4/My D88/NF-κB signal pathway. 展开更多

[目的]探究桃红四物汤联合射频消融治疗下肢静脉曲张合并血栓性静脉炎患者的临床疗效。[方法]选择2020年1月至2022年1月于医院治疗的下肢静脉曲张合并血栓性静脉炎患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为射频消融组与桃红四物汤联合组各50例,射频消融组给予患者射频消融治疗,桃红四物汤联合组给予患者桃红四物汤联合射频消融治疗,治疗前、后检测两组患者可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、D-二聚体、一氧化氮(NO)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容、血浆黏度水平,给予患者皮肤温度、肿胀程度、皮肤颜色、疼痛程度评价,比较两组临床疗效。[结果]治疗后,桃红四物汤联合组TNF-α、sVCAM-1、IL-1β、D-二聚体、TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α、ET-1、vWF、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容、血浆黏度水平及皮肤温度、肿胀程度、皮肤颜色、疼痛程度评分低于射频消融组(P<0.05);桃红四物汤联合组NO水平、总有效率较射频消融组高(P<0.05)。[结论]给予下肢静脉曲张合并血栓性静脉炎患者桃红四物汤联合射频消融治疗,可抑制炎症,减少血管内皮损伤,改善血液流变学及微循环,缓解患者临床症状,提升患者临床疗效。 展开更多

目的 基于转录组测序研究加味桃红四物汤对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响及作用机制。方法 将15只SPF级大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和加味桃红四物汤组,每组5只,加味桃红四物汤组予加味桃红四物汤预灌胃5 d,假手术组和模型组灌胃等体... 目的 基于转录组测序研究加味桃红四物汤对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响及作用机制。方法 将15只SPF级大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和加味桃红四物汤组,每组5只,加味桃红四物汤组予加味桃红四物汤预灌胃5 d,假手术组和模型组灌胃等体积蒸馏水,建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型。心脏超声检测大鼠心功能,试剂盒检测血清氧化应激和炎症因子含量,TUNEL染色检测心肌细胞凋亡,取心肌组织进行转录组测序,对差异基因进行韦恩图及热图分析,对共同差异基因进行GO功能分析和KEGG通路富集分析。RT-qPCR验证差异基因PTX3和EGR2表达。结果 与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠射血分数(EF)和短轴缩短率(FS)明显降低(P<0.01),心肌组织细胞凋亡率及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6含量明显升高(P<0.01),SOD活性和IL-10含量明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,加味桃红四物汤组大鼠EF和FS明显升高(P<0.05),心肌组织细胞凋亡率及血清肌酸激酶同工酶、LDH、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6含量明显降低(P<0.01),SOD活性和IL-10含量明显升高(P<0.01)。转录组测序得到假手术组与模型组差异基因4 227个(2 259个上调、1 968个下调),假手术组与加味桃红四物汤组差异基因1 933个(1301个上调、632个下调),模型组与加味桃红四物汤组差异基因94个(46个上调、48个下调),3组共同差异基因35个,差异基因主要富集到流体剪切力和动脉粥样硬化、泛素介导的蛋白质降解、C型凝集素受体信号通路、鞘脂类信号通路、细胞周期、趋化因子信号通路、脂质和动脉粥样硬化等信号通路。RT-qPCR验证结果显示,模型组心肌组织PTX3和EGR2基因表达较假手术组明显升高(P<0.01),加味桃红四物汤组PTX3和EGR2基因表达较模型组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论 加味桃红四物汤对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有缓解作用,表现为改善模型大鼠心功能、减少细胞凋亡和炎症因子释放及减轻氧化应激水平,其机制可能与调控PTX3和EGR2基因表达有关。 展开更多

目的探讨桃红四物汤加味联合穴位贴敷治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(Postherpetic nerualgia,PHN)患者的临床疗效及作用机制。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月期间成都中医药大学附属医院疼痛科收治的93例PHN患者,按入院顺序分为对照组46例和观... 目的探讨桃红四物汤加味联合穴位贴敷治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(Postherpetic nerualgia,PHN)患者的临床疗效及作用机制。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月期间成都中医药大学附属医院疼痛科收治的93例PHN患者,按入院顺序分为对照组46例和观察组47例。其中对照组脱落3例,观察组脱落2例,最终88例完成试验,每组各44例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用桃红四物汤加味和穴位贴敷治疗。治疗4周后,观察比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue scales,VAS)、疼痛持续时间积分、疼痛间隔时间积分]、炎症因子[环氧化酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)]、疼痛介质[P物质(Substance P,SP)、神经肽Y(Neuropeptide Y,NPY)、β-内啡肽(β-endorphin,β-EP)]、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))变化情况,评估临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗后两组患者VAS、疼痛持续时间积分、疼痛间隔时间积分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组各疼痛积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者COX-2、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平均较治疗前降低,IL-10水平均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组COX-2、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平均明显低于对照组,IL-10水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清SP、NPY水平均较治疗前降低,β-EP水平均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组血清SP、NPY水平均明显低于对照组,β-EP水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均较治疗前升高,CD8^(+)均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均明显高于对照组,CD8^(+)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组临床总有效率90.91%(40/44)明显高于对照组79.55%(35/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桃红四物汤加味联合穴位贴敷治疗PHN能减轻疼痛症状,临床疗效确切,其机制推测与降低炎性因子表达,抑制疼痛介质释放,调节免疫功能相关。 展开更多

目的:运用网络药理学方法及分子对接技术探讨芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的作用机制。方法:利用中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)数据库筛选芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤的活性成分及相关靶点信息;从DrugBank、... 目的:运用网络药理学方法及分子对接技术探讨芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的作用机制。方法:利用中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)数据库筛选芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤的活性成分及相关靶点信息;从DrugBank、PharmGKB、GeneCards、OMIM和TTD数据库中获取DPN的靶点基因。运用Cytoscape软件、STRING数据库构建芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤活性成分-DPN共同靶点基因关系网络及共同靶点基因的蛋白质相互作用(PPI)网络。利用R语言软件进行基因本体论(GO)功能富集分析和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路富集分析。采用AutoDock Vina软件进行分子对接。结果:共获得161个芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤活性成分,184个芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤活性成分-DPN共同靶点基因。核心活性成分为槲皮素、木犀草素、山奈酚、柚皮素、7-甲氧基-2-甲基异黄酮,核心靶点基因为信号传导及转录激活蛋白3(STAT3)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶3(MAPK3)、热休克蛋白90AA1(HSP90AA1)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶1(MAPK1)、转录因子p65(RELA)。GO功能富集分析得到2940条GO条目,KEGG通路富集分析得到182条信号通路。分子对接结果显示,木犀草素与HSP90AA1的结合活性最好。结论:芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤具有多成分、多靶点、多通路的效应特点,其作用机制可能是槲皮素、木犀草素、山奈酚、柚皮素、7-甲氧基-2-甲基异黄酮等活性成分作用于STAT3、MAPK3、HSP90AA1、MAPK1、RELA等靶点基因,调控磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K-Akt)、晚期糖基化终末产物-晚期糖基化终末产物受体(AGE-RAGE)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、缺氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)等多条信号通路,通过抗氧化应激、抑制炎症反应、保护神经细胞、改善胰岛素抵抗发挥治疗DPN的作用。 展开更多

目的探讨加味桃红四物汤联合利伐沙班在髋关节置换术后应用的效果,旨在评估其对术后血栓预防、炎症因子水平及并发症的影响。方法本研究为随机对照试验,前瞻性选取2019年11月至2023年11月在宝鸡市中医医院行髋关节置换手术的120例患者,... 目的探讨加味桃红四物汤联合利伐沙班在髋关节置换术后应用的效果,旨在评估其对术后血栓预防、炎症因子水平及并发症的影响。方法本研究为随机对照试验,前瞻性选取2019年11月至2023年11月在宝鸡市中医医院行髋关节置换手术的120例患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。观察组男30例,女30例;年龄(65.25±10.33)岁;病程(4.72±1.15)年。对照组男28例,女32例;年龄(63.96±10.87)岁;病程(4.68±1.13)年。对照组采用利伐沙班治疗方案,观察组采用加味桃红四物汤与利伐沙班的联合治疗方案。比较两组在治疗前及治疗14 d后的凝血功能指标[血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及D-二聚体(D-D)]、血流变学指标(全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞比容、红细胞刚性指数及红细胞变形指数)、促炎性细胞因子指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)]、并发症及深静脉血栓(DVT)方面的差异。采用独立样本t检验、配对样本t检验和χ^(2)检验。结果治疗前,两组各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗14 d后,观察组PT[(15.79±2.33)s]、TT[(19.05±3.12)s]和APTT[(30.21±4.07)s]均长于对照组[(14.01±2.67)s、(15.52±2.79)s、(27.33±3.49)s](均P<0.05);观察组FIB[(3.52±1.08)g/L]和D-D水平[(0.22±0.04)mg/L]均低于对照组[(4.09±1.06)g/L、(0.33±0.06)mg/L](均P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,观察组全血粘度[(4.07±1.28)mPa·S]、血浆粘度[(1.48±0.43)mPa·S]、红细胞比容[(37.56±2.79)%]、红细胞刚性指数(5.47±0.77)均低于对照组[(4.65±0.27)mPa·S、(2.02±0.39)mPa·S、(42.06±2.17)%、(6.23±0.84)](均P<0.05);观察组红细胞变形指数(0.84±0.03)高于对照组(0.74±0.07)(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,观察组CRP水平[(4.25±1.09)mg/L]低于对照组[(7.97±2.14)mg/L](P<0.05)。治疗后14 d内,观察组并发症总发生率[13.33%(8/60)]和DVT阳性率[6.67%(4/60)]均低于对照组[25.00%(15/60)、20.00%(12/60)](均P<0.05)。结论加味桃红四物汤与利伐沙班的联合应用在预防髋关节或膝关节置换术后DVT的效果显著,能有效改善血流变学参数,抑制血液凝集,降低并发症发生率。 展开更多

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤,TSD),a Chinese herbal compound prescription,in patients with angina pectoris(AP).Methods Randomized clinical trials(RCTs)comparing TSD plus conventional treatment(CT)with CT plus placebo or CT only in the patients with AP were searched in PubMed,Cochrane Library,Excerpta Medica Database,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang Database,Chinese Scientific Journal Database,Chinese Clinical Trial Registry and International Clinical Trial Registry from their inception to March 2017.The primary outcomes include a composite event of death,acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and target vessel revascularization.The secondary outcomes include angina symptom,electrocardiogram(ECG)improvement and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),endothelin-1(ET-1),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels.The methodological quality of included studies and extracted available data were assessed.RevMan 5.3 software was used to conduct statistical analysis.The relative risk(RR)and standardized mean difference(SMD)with 95%confidence interval(CI)was calculated.A funnel plot was used to evaluate the publication bias.Results Among 204 studies identified in the literature search,12 trials including 959 patients with AP met the inclusion criteria.No studies reported the primary outcome including death,AMI and target vessel revascularization.TSD combined with CT showed significant improvement in relieving angina symptom[RR=3.70,95%CI(2.42,5.67)]and ECG[RR=3.20,95%CI(2.20,4.65)]compared with CT alone.TSD combined with CT reduced the serum hs-CRP,TG,TC and LDL-C levels compared with CT alone.No serious adverse events were reported in TSD combined with CT.Conclusions TSD combined with CT has a potential benefit on relieving AP without significant adverse events.However,the efficacy on the cardiovascular events needs to be assessed by more rigorously-designed,largescale,and multi-center RCTs in future. 展开更多

目的 研究在足三阴经筋理论指导下的闭合性小针刀松解疗法联合桃红四物汤治疗早中期股骨头坏死的临床效果。方法 选取2020年6月至2023年6月在该院就诊的72例早中期股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据治疗方... 目的 研究在足三阴经筋理论指导下的闭合性小针刀松解疗法联合桃红四物汤治疗早中期股骨头坏死的临床效果。方法 选取2020年6月至2023年6月在该院就诊的72例早中期股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据治疗方案不同将患者分为2组,其中38例接受足三阴经筋理论指导下的闭合性小针刀松解疗法联合桃红四物汤治疗(观察组),另34例接受常规闭合性松解术治疗(对照组)。比较2组治疗效果,以及治疗前后髋关节功能、疼痛程度及生活质量评分。结果 观察组患者整体疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3、6个月时,观察组患者Harris髋关节功能评分高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月时,观察组患者生理功能、躯体疼痛、活力、情感职能、社会功能、生理职能、精神健康及总体健康等简明健康状况调查问卷评分显著高于对照组,全血黏度高切、低切及血浆黏度水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于足三阴经筋理论指导下的小针刀松解术联合桃红四物汤治疗早中期股骨头坏死患者效果显著,有助于改善患者血液流变学,减轻躯体疼痛,提高患者生活质量。 展开更多

目的基于网络药理学和分子对接技术探索桃红四物汤(THSWD)治疗黄褐斑所涉及的主要成分、相关靶点及作用通路。方法通过中医药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)、Swiss Target Prediction数据库、SymMap数据库、GeneCards数据库、STITC... 目的基于网络药理学和分子对接技术探索桃红四物汤(THSWD)治疗黄褐斑所涉及的主要成分、相关靶点及作用通路。方法通过中医药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)、Swiss Target Prediction数据库、SymMap数据库、GeneCards数据库、STITCH数据库、比较毒理基因组学数据库(CTD)和疾病基因数据库Drugbank、GeneCards、OMIM、TTD、DisGeNET等分别搜索桃红四物汤的活性成分和黄褐斑的疾病基因靶点,将二者的靶点取交集,运用Cytoscape 3.9.1及STRING平台构建蛋白质互作(protein-protein interaction,PPI)网络。借助Metascape数据库对交集靶点进行基因本体论(gene ontology,GO)及京都基因与基因组百科全书(kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes,KEGG)富集分析,最后由AutoDockTools 1.5.7实现活性成分和核心靶点的分子对接。结果挖掘桃红四物汤11139个潜在靶点,关键活性成分为叶酸、槲皮素、β-胡萝卜素、(+)-儿茶素、木脂素等。得到桃红四物汤治疗黄褐斑作用靶点53个,核心作用靶标有ALB、VEGFA、CD4、ESR1、CREB1。GO分析共获得509个生物过程条目、32个细胞组成条目和47个分子功能条目。KEGG分析共获得189条信号通路。分子对接结果显示,调控网络中的相关活性成分与核心靶基因具有较高的结合活性。结论基于网络药理学及分子对接预测桃红四物汤通过多种活性成分、多个靶点、多条通路的综合调控网络发挥治疗黄褐斑的作用。 展开更多

目的 探讨桃红四物汤加味颗粒对糖尿病肾病(DKD)模型大鼠足细胞上皮-间充质转化(EMT)及肾脏纤维化的影响。方法随机选取8只大鼠为正常组(予普通饲料),其余大鼠采用高糖高脂饲料联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(35 mg/kg)建立DKD模型。将模型大... 目的 探讨桃红四物汤加味颗粒对糖尿病肾病(DKD)模型大鼠足细胞上皮-间充质转化(EMT)及肾脏纤维化的影响。方法随机选取8只大鼠为正常组(予普通饲料),其余大鼠采用高糖高脂饲料联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(35 mg/kg)建立DKD模型。将模型大鼠分为模型组、厄贝沙坦组[阳性对照,13.5 mg/(kg·d)]、桃红四物汤加味组[6.48 g/(kg·d)],每组最终纳入8只。各组大鼠灌胃相应药物,每日1次,连续干预16周。干预第4、8、12、16周末检测各组大鼠24 h尿蛋白(24 h UTP),末次给药后检测各组大鼠体重、饮水量、饮食量、尿量、空腹血糖、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)和肾组织中P-钙黏素(P-cadherin)、足细胞裂孔膜蛋白(nephrin)、α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)、肾母细胞瘤蛋白1(WT1)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、Ⅳ型胶原蛋白(Col-Ⅳ)m RNA及蛋白的表达情况,观察肾组织病理形态学变化并测量肾小球基底膜厚度。结果 与模型组比较,桃红四物汤加味组大鼠从第8周末开始24 h UTP显著降低,体重显著增长,饮水量、尿量均显著减少,Scr、BUN水平和α-SMA mRNA以及TGF-β1、Col-ⅣmRNA及蛋白表达水平均显著降低,P-cadherin、nephrin、WT1 mRNA表达水平均显著升高(P<0.05);α-SMA蛋白沉积减少,P-cadherin、nephrin、WT1蛋白沉积均增多;大鼠肾组织病理损伤及纤维化程度减轻,肾小球基底膜厚度显著减小(P<0.05)。结论 桃红四物汤加味颗粒可通过抑制DKD模型大鼠足细胞EMT,减轻肾组织病理损伤及足细胞损伤,从而保护肾功能、延缓肾脏纤维化进展。 展开更多

目的研究桃红四物汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效及对辅助性T细胞1/辅助性T细胞2(Helper T cell 1,Th1/Helper T cell 2,Th2)细胞因子的变化影响。方法选取琼海市中医院内二科2021年1月—2022年6月收治的78例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为... 目的研究桃红四物汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效及对辅助性T细胞1/辅助性T细胞2(Helper T cell 1,Th1/Helper T cell 2,Th2)细胞因子的变化影响。方法选取琼海市中医院内二科2021年1月—2022年6月收治的78例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组(营养神经、止痛等常规治疗)和汤剂组(常规治疗联合桃红四物汤)。比较治疗前、治疗8周后疼痛介质、Th1/Th2细胞及疼痛评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分的差异。结果汤剂组总有效率为92.31%(36/39),高于常规组的74.36%(29/39),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前疼痛介质、Th1/Th2细胞因子比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组β-内啡肽(β-Endorphin,β-EP)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、白细胞介素-2(Interleukin-2,IL-2)治疗后升高,且汤剂组治疗后更高(P<0.05)。白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)下降,且汤剂组治疗后更低(P<0.05)。两组治疗前疼痛评分、PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组疼痛评分、PSQI评分下降,且汤剂组治疗后更低(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛可调节β-EP、5-HT、Th1/Th2细胞因子的表达水平,减轻疼痛程度,改善睡眠质量。 展开更多

目的研究桃红四物汤(Taohong Siwu Decoction,THSWD)对缺血性脑卒中的微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)表达谱的影响,探讨THSWD治疗缺血性脑卒中的分子机制。方法建立大脑中动脉闭塞(middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO)诱导的局灶性脑缺血... 目的研究桃红四物汤(Taohong Siwu Decoction,THSWD)对缺血性脑卒中的微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)表达谱的影响,探讨THSWD治疗缺血性脑卒中的分子机制。方法建立大脑中动脉闭塞(middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO)诱导的局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,采用单细胞RNA测序技术检测THSWD治疗后MCAO大鼠miRNA表达谱。采用GO和KEGG富集分析方法分析miRNA作用于靶基因的功能。对表达差异显著的miRNA进行RT-qPCR实验验证。结果THSWD干预后,MCAO大鼠脑梗死区有13个miRNA表达发生变化,其中6个miRNA表达上调,7个miRNA表达下调。利用miRanda进行预测,确定了这13个miRNA的靶基因,构建了miRNA-mRNA网络,通过RT-qPCR验证了其中6个差异表达的miRNA(rno-miR-653-5p、rno-miR-216b-5p、rno-miR-3547、rno-miR-217-5p、rno-miR-758-3p和rno-miR-223-3p)。结论THSWD可以通过逆转某些miRNA的异常表达来治疗缺血性脑卒中。 展开更多
