Firstly, the occurrence probability, affected area and duration of disaster are predicted with the incident chain model and GIS. According to prediction results, the early warning system can accurately deliver early warning information specifically to the affected areas through targeted dissemination. Moreover, dissemination performance can also be evaluated in real time after early warning information dissemination, so that everyone in the affected area can receive early warning information successfully. The incident chain model and the targeted dissemination technology presented in this study are of great significance for improving the information dissemination ability of early warning system.展开更多

This paper presents augmented input estimation(AIE)for multiple maneuvering target tracking.Multi-target tracking(MTT)is based on two main parts,data association and estimation.In data association(DA),the best observa...This paper presents augmented input estimation(AIE)for multiple maneuvering target tracking.Multi-target tracking(MTT)is based on two main parts,data association and estimation.In data association(DA),the best observations are assigned to the considered tracks.In real conditions,the number of observations is more than targets and also locations of observations are often so scattered that the association between targets and observations cannot be done simply.In this case,for general MTT problems with unknown numbers of targets,we present a Markov chain Monte-Carlo DA(MCMCDA)algorithm that approximates the optimal Bayesian filter with low complexity in computations.After DA,estimation and tracking should be done.Since in general cases,many targets can have maneuvering motions,then AIE is proposed to cover both the non-maneuvering and maneuvering parts of motion and the maneuver detection procedure is eliminated.This model with an input estimation(IE)approach is a special augmentation in the state space model which considers both the state vector and the unknown input vector as a new augmented state vector.Some comparisons based on the Monte-Carlo simulations are also made to evaluate the performances of the proposed method and other older methods in MTT.展开更多
In areas with abundant tourism resources,it is possible for the poor to get rid of poverty by developing tourism.Differences in the extent to which farmers participate in the division of the tourism industry chain lea...In areas with abundant tourism resources,it is possible for the poor to get rid of poverty by developing tourism.Differences in the extent to which farmers participate in the division of the tourism industry chain lead to differences in the effectiveness of poverty alleviation.This paper conducts in-depth interviews on the participation of rural households in the division of labor in the tourism industry chain in Qianshan city,and studies the degree to which rural households participate in the division of labor in the tourism industry chain,as well as the differences in the increment of tourism income brought about by different degrees.The survey found that the reasons for the differences in the degree of participation of farmers in tourism:off-season crops are not developed,and seasonal crops are competing for sale;Middlemen buy agricultural products from farmers at low prices.Farmers’organic products are not recognized and unable to enter the organic market.From the perspective of the government and farmers,the paper puts forward countermeasures for solving the above predicament.展开更多

Methods: Mouse anti-hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) single chain Fv fragment (mscFv25 ) was fused to human TNFa gene, then mscFv25-TNFa was subcloned into prokaryotic GST fusion expression vector pGEX 4T-l, and ex-. pressed in the host E. colt induced by IPTG. Expressed proteins as inclusion bodies were solubilized, solubilized and purified by GST affinity chromatography. The cytotoxity of mscFv25-TNFa was evaluated on SMMC-7721 by MTT, and the targeting therapeutic value was revealed in nude mice bearing HCC xenografts. Results: The specificity and affinity of mscFv25-TNFa were not markedly reduced compared with its parental antibody HAb25 against SMMC-7721 antigen. In vitro target cell SMMC-7721 was insensitive to mscFv25-TNFa. In the mscFv25-TNFa had certain targeting cytotoxicity and caused complete tumor disappearance in 4 of 14 mice, and the side effects of TNFa were much weaker in mscFv25-TNFa group than in group. Conclusion: SMMC-7721 may belong to the TNF-resistant type. While in the trial, mscFv25-TNFa caused complete tumor disappearance in 4 of 14 mice, but no disappearance in TNFa group, suggesting that mscFv25-TNFa had certain tar geting cytotoxicity, and the cytotoxicity of TNFa depended on some other factors in the. It may damage vascular endothelial cell and lead to ischemic necrosis, or induce the tumor cell to apoptosis and some agents to play the the of actinmycin-D in vivo. The targeting of mscFv25 can diminish unspecific cytotoxicity of TNFa, thus attenuate the side effects of TNFa.展开更多
