The intelligent security system is a series of systems that use modern information technology means such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data, face recognition to carry out comprehensive monitoring, early warning, prevention and control, disposal, etc, for security protection. It is the development trend of security system in the future, and it is also the basis for open sharing between higher education parks and universities. By using content analysis, unstructured interviews and other research methods, this paper deeply studies the feasibility and basic ideas of the construction of intelligent security system in Shahe Higher Education Park, and forms basic experience and typical practices through the project construction, which further promotes the more intelligent, standardized and scientific safety management in colleges and universities. It really provides an important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the opening and sharing between higher education parks and universities.

Education and training evolution in urolithiasis:A perspective from European School of Urology

Objective:With the worldwide increase in urolithiasis prevalence,the present study aimed to delineate and summarise recent evolutions in training for the management of urolithiasis.Methods:A PubMed search using the key words“simulation”,“training”,“ureteroscopy”,“RIRS”,“URS”,“percutaneous nephrolithotomy”,“PCNL”,“virtual reality”,“augmented reality”,“artificial intelligence”,“healthcare”,“curriculum”,and“assessment”was used to examine how education and training in urolithiasis have adapted over recent years.Focus was placed on the role of high-and low-fidelity simulation models,virtual reality and artificial intelligence,and standardised assessment and curriculum.Results:This review supports the necessity to incorporate technology,simulation,and other skill enhancement training modalities into surgical training.However,these cannot solely replace mentored training with an experienced professional supervisor.Whilst technological and simulation advancements are likely to prove increasingly important in urolithiasis training,it is just as important for stratification of robust curricula with validated assessment.We also propose a pathway for future training.Conclusion:Endourology subspeciality training programmes have successfully incorporated simulation model-based training for skill acquisition,refinement,and improving operative outcomes.Success is achieved by maintaining a delicate balance between machine and in person mentor-based training.A trainee-centred model that follows the proposed curriculum could aid this balance for the future generation of trainees.

Exploring the Significance and Path of Interdisciplinary Integration of Art Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

With the advent of the artificial intelligence(AI)era,there is a need to create a more flexible and humanistic educational ecosystem to adapt to the changes.Education needs to move from a unidirectional focus on skills to the cultivation of creative“whole people.”Due to the non-standardized evaluation system of the art discipline,its education has a unique advantage for the cultivation of students’creativity.At the same time,the interdisciplinary integration of fine arts points to the educational goals in the era of AI and the educational requirements for cultivating students’core qualities in China.Therefore,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and developmental evolution of interdisciplinary integration,studies the significance of interdisciplinary integration in art education from the three levels of students,teaching,and disciplines,and explores four effective paths to realize interdisciplinary integration in art education in the era of AI.In this way,students can realize the contextualized analysis of knowledge,in-depth understanding of the content of the discipline,and accurate expression of the spiritual values embedded in art interdisciplinary learning.The ultimate goal is to cultivate students’ability to solve complex problems,promote the development of students’free personalities,and respond to the national education requirements.

Big data challenge for monitoring quality in higher education institutions using business intelligence dashboards

As big data becomes an apparent challenge to handle when building a business intelligence(BI)system,there is a motivation to handle this challenging issue in higher education institutions(HEIs).Monitoring quality in HEIs encompasses handling huge amounts of data coming from different sources.This paper reviews big data and analyses the cases from the literature regarding quality assurance(QA)in HEIs.It also outlines a framework that can address the big data challenge in HEIs to handle QA monitoring using BI dashboards and a prototype dashboard is presented in this paper.The dashboard was developed using a utilisation tool to monitor QA in HEIs to provide visual representations of big data.The prototype dashboard enables stakeholders to monitor compliance with QA standards while addressing the big data challenge associated with the substantial volume of data managed by HEIs’QA systems.This paper also outlines how the developed system integrates big data from social media into the monitoring dashboard.

This study comprehensively reviews the literature to deeply explore the role of computer science and internet technologies in addressing educational inequality and socio-psychological issues,with a particular focus on applications of 5G,artificial intelligence(AI),and augmented/virtual reality(AR/VR).By analyzing how these technologies are reshaping learning and their potential to ameliorate educational disparities,the study reveals challenges present in ensuring educational equity.The research methodology includes exhaustive reviews of applications of AI and machine learning,the Internet of Things and wearable technologies integration,big data analytics and data mining,and the effects of online platforms and social media on socio-psychological issues.Besides,the study discusses applications of these technologies in educational inequality and socio-psychological problem-solving through the lens of 5G,AI,and AR/VR,while also delineating challenges faced by these emerging technologies and future outlooks.The study finds that while computer science and internet technologies hold promise to bridge academic divides and address socio-psychological problems,the complexity of technology access and infrastructure,lack of digital literacy and skills,and critical ethical and privacy issues can impact widespread adoption and efficacy.Overall,the study provides a novel perspective to understand the potential of computer science and internet technologies in ameliorating educational inequality and socio-psychological issues,while pointing to new directions for future research.It also emphasizes the importance of cooperation among educational institutions,technology vendors,policymakers and researchers,and establishing comprehensive ethical guidelines and regulations to ensure the responsible use of these technologies.

AI-Driven Learning Management Systems:Modern Developments, Challenges and Future Trends during theAge of ChatGPT

COVID-19 pandemic restrictions limited all social activities to curtail the spread of the virus.The foremost and most prime sector among those affected were schools,colleges,and universities.The education system of entire nations had shifted to online education during this time.Many shortcomings of Learning Management Systems(LMSs)were detected to support education in an online mode that spawned the research in Artificial Intelligence(AI)based tools that are being developed by the research community to improve the effectiveness of LMSs.This paper presents a detailed survey of the different enhancements to LMSs,which are led by key advances in the area of AI to enhance the real-time and non-real-time user experience.The AI-based enhancements proposed to the LMSs start from the Application layer and Presentation layer in the form of flipped classroom models for the efficient learning environment and appropriately designed UI/UX for efficient utilization of LMS utilities and resources,including AI-based chatbots.Session layer enhancements are also required,such as AI-based online proctoring and user authentication using Biometrics.These extend to the Transport layer to support real-time and rate adaptive encrypted video transmission for user security/privacy and satisfactory working of AI-algorithms.It also needs the support of the Networking layer for IP-based geolocation features,the Virtual Private Network(VPN)feature,and the support of Software-Defined Networks(SDN)for optimum Quality of Service(QoS).Finally,in addition to these,non-real-time user experience is enhanced by other AI-based enhancements such as Plagiarism detection algorithms and Data Analytics.

Evaluating the accuracy and reproducibility of ChatGPT-4 in answering patient questions related to small intestinal bacterial overgrowth

BACKGROUND Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth(SIBO)poses diagnostic and treatment challenges due to its complex management and evolving guidelines.Patients often seek online information related to their health,prompting interest in large language models,like GPT-4,as potential sources of patient education.AIM To investigate ChatGPT-4's accuracy and reproducibility in responding to patient questions related to SIBO.METHODS A total of 27 patient questions related to SIBO were curated from professional societies,Facebook groups,and Reddit threads.Each question was entered into GPT-4 twice on separate days to examine reproducibility of accuracy on separate occasions.GPT-4 generated responses were independently evaluated for accuracy and reproducibility by two motility fellowship-trained gastroenterologists.A third senior fellowship-trained gastroenterologist resolved disagreements.Accuracy of responses were graded using the scale:(1)Comprehensive;(2)Correct but inadequate;(3)Some correct and some incorrect;or(4)Completely incorrect.Two responses were generated for every question to evaluate reproducibility in accuracy.RESULTS In evaluating GPT-4's effectiveness at answering SIBO-related questions,it provided responses with correct information to 18/27(66.7%)of questions,with 16/27(59.3%)of responses graded as comprehensive and 2/27(7.4%)responses graded as correct but inadequate.The model provided responses with incorrect information to 9/27(33.3%)of questions,with 4/27(14.8%)of responses graded as completely incorrect and 5/27(18.5%)of responses graded as mixed correct and incorrect data.Accuracy varied by question category,with questions related to“basic knowledge”achieving the highest proportion of comprehensive responses(90%)and no incorrect responses.On the other hand,the“treatment”related questions yielded the lowest proportion of comprehensive responses(33.3%)and highest percent of completely incorrect responses(33.3%).A total of 77.8%of questions yielded reproducible responses.CONCLUSION Though GPT-4 shows promise as a supplementary tool for SIBO-related patient education,the model requires further refinement and validation in subsequent iterations prior to its integration into patient care.

The explosion of ChatGPT is considered to be a milestone in the normalization of artificial intelligence education applications.On the technical line,the cross-modal AI generation application based on human feedback system is accelerated.In the business model,the scenes to realize interactive functions are constantly enriched.This paper reviews the evolution process of AIGC,closely follows the current situation of the coexistence of business acceleration and technical worries in the application of artificial intelligence education,analyzes the application of AIGC education in 7 subdivided fields,and analyzes the optimization direction of application cases from the perspective of perception-cognition-creation technology maturity matrix.The 3 recommendations and 2 follow-up research directions will promote the scientific application of artificial intelligence education in the AIGC period.

Delivering substance use prevention interventions for adolescents in educational settings:A scoping review

Currently,a proportion of adolescents use alcohol,tobacco,and illicit drugs,which inevitably harms their health and academic progress.Adolescence is a peak period for substance use initiation and a critical time for preventing substance use problems.Various entities,such as families,schools,and communities,have implemented a variety of interventions to alleviate adolescent substance use problems,and schools play a unique role.To explore the types,characteristics,and effectiveness of substance use interventions in educational settings for adolescents,we conducted a scoping review and identified 32 studies after screening.We divided the 32 studies according to intervention type,including curriculum interventions focusing on cognitive-behavioral skill enhancement,exercise interventions,peer interventions and family-school cooperation,and electronic interventions.Except for the mixed results on electronic interventions,the results showed that the other interventions were beneficial to different extents in alleviating adolescent substance use problems.In addition,we analyzed and summarized the advantages and challenges of intervening in adolescent substance use in educational settings.Schools can use equipment and human resources to provide adolescents with various types of intervention measures,but they also face challenges such as stigmatization,ineffective coordination among multiple resources,and poor implementation effects.In the future,school-based intervention measures can fully utilize big data and artificial intelligence technology and collaborate with families and communities to intervene appropriately while paying attention to the comorbidity risks of substance use disorders and psychological health issues.

This article reports on a study of social intelligence in education.Authors surveyed approximately 1,188 students in the north of Vietnam to assess levels of social intelligence in education including awareness,attitude,and skills.Independent variables included region and the gender of students.Although there are no region and gender differences in social intelligence,correlations and mediating relationships are found.

Starting from the Romanian education system,where competencies acquired during formal education—for example,in case of faculty specializations—are presented within diploma supplement,the article presents the need for harmonization of the competences at European level through the EQF and also globally,by harmonizing national qualifications frameworks with those of non-EU countries such as New Zealand or Australia.This article aims to show that behind these existing skills described in diploma supplement,are intelligences that need to be developed in the education system,as intellectual-rational intelligence,emotional intelligence and especially quantum or spiritual intelligence—as it is known in the United States.The article presents a SWOT analysis of the need and urgency of immediate application of skills and competencies in Romania,EU,and non-EU countries.
