On Teachers’Sound Personality in Modern Higher Education

This paper aims at the discussion on teachers' personality.Personality education has already been regarded as a part of whole education.Thus it is very necessary for those who are teachers or who are going to be teachers to know something about teachers' personality.This paper intends to discuss teachers' personality from the following aspects: what is teachers' personality;what are the standards of a sound personality of a teacher;what the effects of teacher's personality on students are;how to develop a sound personality.

Assessment of Personality Traits of Physical Education Teachers

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the personality traits of physical education teachers working in secondary schools in Istanbul. The research was conducted in accordance with screening model. The research group is formed by physical education teachers who are working in public and private secondary schools which are connected to the Ministry of National Education in Istanbul in 2012-2013 academic years. Among the participants, 36.8% is formed by female physical education teachers, and 63.2% is formed by male physical education teachers. PERI （personality inventory） short form is used. PERI is formed by five subcomponents： openness to experience, sense of responsibility, extroversion, coherence and emotional stability. Assessment instrument was applied to participants with the face-to-face technique by the researcher. Findings were obtained by using T Test, Kruskal-Wallis Test and Mann-Whitney U Test in the analysis of research data. Consequently, it is understood that physical education teachers had low scores on emotional stability personality traits and so they were not adequate. In openness to experience, extroversion, coherence and sense of responsibility subcomponents, it is understood that they had higher scores and they were adequate. Besides, there is no significant difference found between gender, school type and years of service variables and personality traits （P 〈 0.05）.

On the Relationship Between Primary School English Teachers’Personality and the Teaching Effect

Studies have shown that teachers’personality will have a direct impact on students’serious study,emotional attitude,and personality(Liu,2006).Due to the different personalities of teachers,the effect of their education and teaching work will inevitably bring differences.Therefore,school management needs to consider the problem of adjusting measures to individual conditions.This paper will analyze the influence of teachers with different personality characteristics on teaching effect and reasons and significance of individualized teaching in primary school.

An Exploration of Higher Vocational English Teachers’Professional Development on Students’Learning Ability in the Context of New Liberal Arts

The concept of New Liberal Arts,a multidisciplinary combined integrator with Chinese values at its core,has brought new challenges to the teaching methods and professional development of higher-level English teachers.Based on the evolving professional development process of higher vocational English teachers in the context of the New Liberal Arts,this article analyzes how English teachers can integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and adopt advanced educational technology in the teaching process.On this basis,it discusses the role of teachers’professional development in enhancing students’learning ability,such as through deepening disciplinary understanding,adopting innovative teaching strategies,and implementing personalized teaching.At the end of the article,based on a variety of pedagogical theories,we put forward suggestions,including continuous professional training,interdisciplinary cooperation,and the application of innovative teaching techniques,which are mainly aimed at helping higher vocational English teachers get rid of the dilemma of the new situation,adapt to the needs of the new liberal arts education as soon as possible,and then effectively improve students’abilities.

Challenges and Demands for College English Teachers Raised by Training All-round Qualified Persons

The latest issue of College English Curriculum Requirements has posed challenges and demands for teachers in terms of linguistic competence, academic knowledge, language skills, professional morality, emotional and attitudinal qualifications, etc., which requires teachers to embrace and handle with active and open-minded responses. Hence, teachers ought to strive to develop and improve their own overall qualifications in collaboration with the long-term development of the subject and of the national higher education, with the need of qualified persons demanded by social development and the students＇ learning. Teachers also ought to form a notion of scientific development by keeping pace with the time, so as to discern the trend of subject development, to form appropriate judgments concerning the social development and to properly regulate their own development.

Exploring Teachers' Personal Practical Knowledge through Narrative Inquiry——A Case Study on a College English Teacher

Teachers play an important role in the successful implementation of the current curriculum innovation and their personal practi cal knowledge is a decisive factor in their teaching and that teachers' knowledge affects every aspect of the teaching act.This paper tries to explore teachers' personal practical knowledge of a college English teacher and her reading class.It shows how to present her teaching contents,design teaching methods and activities in order to accomplish her teaching tasks and teaching goals.The study combines narrative analysis of the reading design with a process inquiry about teaching and learning.Hopefully,the findings would shed some light on teach ers' professional development.

基于画像技术的教师研修路径智能推荐研究

教师是教育的第一资源,研修是促进教师专业发展的重要方式。在大数据、数字画像等新技术赋能下,优化教师研修路径以提升教师发展质量变得尤为重要。文章构建了多模态数据和画像技术支持的教师研修路径智能推荐模型,包括数据伴随式采集分类与预处理、教师画像生成、研修路径算法三个模块,实现教师研修特征与优质研修资源的智能匹配。在教师研修路径动态优化方面,模型通过提供基于画像的个性化导研服务、基于知识图谱的资源关联推荐、基于群体智能的群体路径发现、基于目标导向的过程评价和基于研修行为的智能预警,满足教师的个性化研修需求,为发掘研修数据潜能、促进教师智能研修模式创新提供参考。

生成式人工智能支持的教师评语研究:基于初中数学课堂的实践探索

教师评语是形成性评价分析的重要数据来源,但现有教师评语生成的质量在社会性、客观性和个性化方面存在一定的不足,生成式人工智能支持的教师评语为解决该问题提供了可能。生成式教师评语是指教师通过认知诊断技术得到的智能诊断数据与生成式人工智能平台进行交互,从而让生成式人工智能平台模拟教师社会性语言,生成数据驱动的个性化教师评语。在初中数学课堂中的实证研究发现:生成式教师评语有效地提高了学生的自我调节学习能力(Cohen's d=1.08,p=0.000)和学习动机(Cohen's d=0.59,p=0.003),对学生的深度访谈结果表明,生成式评语能作为考试的一种总结反思工具,体现了教师对学生个性化的关注和鼓励。研究结果为人工智能技术助力个性化、精准化教学提供了研究思路,为教育环境中持续评估和改进生成式人工智能技术的使用提供了建议。

AI人机交互用户个性化推荐中隐私信息披露影响因素研究

[目的/意义]以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能的发展为人机交互带来颠覆性影响,也为数据安全与个人信息保护带来更大的冲击与挑战。对AI人机交互用户个性化推荐中隐私信息披露及个人信息保护问题的研究将具有重要的实践价值与意义。[方法/过程]文章通过对15名AI人机交互平台用户进行深度访谈,运用扎根理论研究方法进行编码分析,识别AI人机交互用户个性化推荐中隐私信息披露所涉及的个人信息类型和敏感信息类型,并对用户的隐私意识和影响用户隐私信息披露意愿的客观因素进行分析,进而提出加强隐私信息披露风险规制及个人信息安全保障的对策建议。[结果/结论]基于编码结果,将AI人机交互用户个性化推荐中隐私信息披露的影响因素归纳为用户因素、平台因素、社会环境因素、隐私权衡因素4个维度,以此建构理论分析模型,并作为强化AI人机交互用户个性化推荐中隐私信息披露风险规制及个人信息保护的重要指引。

儿科护士个人掌控感现状及其影响因素的横断面研究

目的调查长春市某三级甲等综合医院儿科护士个人掌控感,并分析其影响因素,为儿科护士管理提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取在长春市某三级甲等综合医院工作的340名儿科护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、个人掌控感量表(personal mastery scale,PMS)、职业获益感量表(nurses’perceived professional benefits scale,NPPBS)、中文版护理工作环境量表(practice environment scale,PES)进行调查,采用多重线性回归分析儿科护士个人掌控感总分的影响因素。结果321名儿科护士完成研究。儿科护士个人掌控感总分为(27.63±1.99)分,处于中上水平。多重线性回归分析结果显示,受聘形式、个人平均月收入、工作年限、每月夜班数,职业获益感及护理工作环境为儿科护士个人掌控感总分的影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释总变异的46.6%。结论儿科护士个人掌控感处于中上水平,有待提高。护理管理者可以采取针对性措施,提高儿科护士个人掌控感水平,从而促进儿科护理队伍的稳定和发展。

病原生物与免疫学教学中的教师反思及评估

老年早期胃癌患者内镜治疗术后伴发营养不良的风险预测模型构建

目的 分析老年早期胃癌患者行内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)、内镜黏膜切除术(EMR)居家伴发营养不良的影响因素。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年12月在江苏省中医院接受早期胃癌行ESD或EMR治疗的80例老年患者作为研究对象,根据术后在居家环境中是否发生营养不良,将患者分为发生营养不良组(n=45)和未发生营养不良组(n=35)。采用单因素和多因素分析方法,探讨影响营养不良发生的高危因素。结果 单因素分析显示,2组高血压、血钾、血糖、血红蛋白检测值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组年龄、文化程度、焦虑得分、抑郁得分、早饱感、人格特质、术前低蛋白血症、术前血钙等均与胃癌患者术后发生营养不良有关(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄>75岁、抑郁得分>35分、有早饱感、焦虑得分≥29分、术前低蛋白血症等均为导致胃癌患者术后发生营养不良的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。以模型新生成概率值为依据,对该模型进行数据验证,绘制预测模型ROC曲线,可见AUC=0.862(95%CI:0.795~0.859)>0.75,最佳临界值为0.554,提示模型具有一定的预测能力。Hosmer-Lemeshow检验评价模型校准能力(χ^(2)=0.879,P=0.761>0.05),提示模型有良好的拟合优度。DCA结果显示,当营养不良临界概率值在9%~95%时,使用该模型能够获得较高的净收益。结论 本研究构建的老年早期胃癌患者术后营养不良风险预测模型,通过多因素Logistic回归分析发现,年龄>75岁、抑郁得分>35分、有早饱感、焦虑得分≥29分、术前低蛋白血症等可能为其独立危险因素。该模型经数据验证,具有较好的预测能力和校准度,且在营养不良临界概率值范围内显示出较高的净收益,可为临床实践中老年早期胃癌患者的术后营养管理提供参考。

广州市某医院脑梗死患者疾病经济负担研究

目的分析脑梗死患者次均住院费用,特别是次均住院自负费用的结构以及影响因素,为缓解患者疾病经济负担提供参考依据。方法运用描述性统计分析对广州市某三甲医院2015—2022年脑梗死出院患者的次均费用及费用结构进行比较分析,并采用多重线性分析法研究影响患者次均住院自负费用的因素。结果脑梗死患者次均住院费用增长放缓,年均增长率为2.86%;费用结构逐步优化,2022年次均技术劳务费占比47.41%;脑梗死患者次均住院自负费用呈增长趋势,年均增长率5.96%,且受住院时间、病例分型、付费方式以及患者来源等因素共同影响。结论脑梗死患者的疾病经济负担仍然较重,医疗机构应不断规范诊疗行为,加强临床路径管理,政府应该不断完善社会保障体系,降低患者的疾病经济负担。

妊娠期妇女抑郁情绪影响因素及其与人格特征的相关性

目的探讨妊娠期妇女抑郁情绪影响因素,分析抑郁情绪与人格特征的相关性。方法应用一般资料调查表、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)、妊娠压力量表(PPS)对246名妊娠期妇女进行调查,采取Pearson相关分析评估抑郁情绪与人格特征和妊娠压力的相关性,采取Logistic回归分析评估妊娠期妇女抑郁情绪的影响因素。结果完成调查的242名妊娠期妇女中,共有36名孕妇EPDS评分≥13分(抑郁情绪组),206名孕妇EPDS评分<13分(正常组),抑郁情绪检出率为14.88%。抑郁情绪组妊娠期妇女精神质、神经质人格评分,PPS总分及各维度压力源评分均高于正常组,外倾性人格评分低于正常组(P<0.01)。妊娠期妇女抑郁情绪与精神质、神经质人格评分,PPS总分及各维度压力源评分均呈显著正相关,与外倾性人格评分呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。外倾性、精神质、神经质人格评分,PPS总分及文化程度、家庭人均月收入、妊娠意愿、睡眠情况、夫妻关系均是妊娠期妇女抑郁情绪的影响因素(P<0.05或0.01)。结论妊娠期妇女易产生抑郁情绪,且与人格特征、妊娠压力密切相关,医护人员应重视妊娠期妇女抑郁情绪相关影响因素评估,制定科学干预措施,改善抑郁情绪。

长期以来对基础教育教师质量的内涵缺乏共识,其重要原因在于教师质量观的多元和动态。基于质量内涵的变迁和教师职业特征分析,教师质量应包括教师个人质量、教师团队质量、学校组织质量三个层次。当前,提升基础教育教师质量的重点要从监管教师个体转向引导和培育教师团队和建设卓越学校。

Z世代生活碎片数字存档行为影响因素研究

随着数字化时代的发展,Z世代拥有许多可选择的日常记录设备,因此不可避免地会产生大量生活碎片,有序整理和保存这些有意义的生活碎片,方便Z世代日后查找翻阅和回忆纪念,建立属于个人的数字记忆档案。采用扎根理论挖掘出的Z世代生活碎片数字存档的主范畴来构建理论模型,并以结构方程模型分析的方式验证了模型的合理性。通过分析发现,社会背景、主观规范、存档价值、数据价值和自我效能会对Z世代生活碎片数字存档行为产生间接影响,存档意识、平台优势和平台担忧会对Z世代生活碎片数字存档行为产生直接影响。

成长型思维对教师专业成长的影响——兼论教学效能感及坚毅人格的中介作用

为探索成长型思维、教学效能感、坚毅人格与教师专业成长之间的关系及教学效能感、坚毅人格在其中的的作用机制,本研究采用中小学教师专业发展问卷、自我效能感问卷、教师坚毅自陈量表和成长型思维问卷调查了庆阳市215名教师。结果发现:①成长型思维、教学效能感、坚毅人格与教师专业成长呈两两显著正相关;②教学效能感、坚毅人格在成长型思维对教师专业成长的影响起全部中介作用,中介效应占总效应的94.26%。研究揭示了教学效能感、坚毅人格在成长型思维对教师专业成长的作用机制,为促进教师专业发展予以理论和实践的指导与支持。

ChatGPT与数字孪生教师融合:模型、应用及反思

在人工智能、大数据及虚拟现实等技术快速发展的时代,个性化教学的需求愈加迫切。ChatGPT与数字孪生技术作为新型人工智能技术,使大规模个性化教学成为现实。基于此,文章探索了ChatGPT与数字孪生教师融合的可行性,构建包括人体形象、情感支持、动作控制、智能代理四个模块的ChatGPT与数字孪生教师融合模型,分析此融合模型在教学、教研、管理、评价四个场景的应用,进而设计乡村教学场景应用框架。最后,探讨ChatGPT与数字孪生教师融合模型在教育领域面临的技术、情感和伦理挑战,提出未来ChatGPT与数字孪生教师融合模型应用可从合理运用技术、促进情感交互、恪守伦理规范三个方面进行改进,以保证该融合模型应用于教学的可行性,从而推动教学个性化,拓展其在教育领域的应用与创新。
