皮片原位回植术联合负压封闭引流技术治疗足部皮肤撕脱伤的效果分析

目的:分析用皮片原位回植术联合负压封闭引流技术治疗足部皮肤撕脱伤的临床效果。方法:将近年来云南省曲靖市第二人民医院收治的60例足部皮肤撕脱伤患者随机分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。用皮片原位回植术联合负压封闭引流技术对观察组患者进行治疗,用皮片原位回植术联合传统的打包加压技术对对照组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者植皮的成活率、进行二次手术的比率、术后并发症的发生率、术后住院的时间及其术后创面愈合的时间。结果:治疗后,观察组患者植皮的成活率高于对照组患者,其进行二次手术的比率和术后并发症的发生率均低于对照组患者,其术后住院的时间和术后创面愈合的时间均短于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用皮片原位回植术联合负压封闭引流技术治疗足部皮肤撕脱伤的效果显著,能有效地提高患者植皮的成活率,降低其术后并发症的发生率及进行二次手术的比率,缩短其术后住院的时间及术后创面愈合的时间。
