Effectiveness of Post-Traumatic Growth Intervention to Promote Positive Post-Traumatic Traits in Chinese Breast Cancer Patients:A Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of post-traumatic growth(PTG)model-based intervention to improve positive psychological traits in Chinese breast cancer patients.Design:A randomized control trial of a psychological group intervention based on PTG model.Methods:The Clinical Trial was registered on 17 August 2019 at Chinese Clinical Trials.gov with Registration number ChiCTR1900025264.A total of 92 patients with breast cancer were recruited.The participants were randomly assigned to the experimental group(n=46)and the control group(n=46).A six-session psychological group intervention based on PTG model was implemented in the experimental group,and a six-session health education was implemented in the control group.The outcomes weremeasured at baseline(pre-intervention),3 weeks,6 weeks after the intervention.The primary outcome was posttraumatic growth assessed by the Chinese version of the Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI);Secondary outcomes included psychological resilience,family resilience,rumination,and self-disclosure.Results:A total of 87 patients with breast cancer completed this study,including 44 patients in the experimental group and 43 patients in the control group.There was no significant difference in baseline data of breast cancer patients between the two groups except for the treatment regimen(p>0.05).The two groups were compared after the intervention;the interaction effects between the total scores of posttraumatic growth,family resilience,and self-disclosure and the time term were statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the trend of change in total scores of post-traumatic growth,family resilience,and self-disclosure differed between the experimental and control groups over time,and the scores improved in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The comparison of psychological resilience and total score of rumination at each time point was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that group intervention based on the PTG model could improve the psychological recovery ability and rumination level of the experimental group.Conclusion:The psychological group intervention based on the PTG model significantly improved post-traumatic growth,family resilience,and self-disclosure in patients with breast cancer.However,the impact on psychological resilience and rumination was relatively small.Long-term intervention is needed to further test the effect of the PTG model on psychological resilience and rumination. 展开更多

Original equipment manufacturers often struggle to address the diverse needs dictated by the environment of use in automotive seat design. In response to these deficiencies, this paper employs the design thinking approach/model to explore the gaps in automotive seats comprehensively. The study provides valuable recommendations and documents the exploratory work carried out to bridge these gaps and enhance the overall automotive seat design. By utilizing design thinking principles, this research aims to pave the way for innovative solutions that meet the evolving demands of drivers, ensuring a more comfortable and safer driving experience for daily driving, and better performance for motorsports. Additionally, we present a comprehensive three-phase rapid prototyping approach to develop and showcase the functions of race car modifications, aiming to demonstrate their efficacy and gather valuable feedback from potential customers. With the advancement of technology, companies are increasingly dependent on technology teams to stay competitive. However, members of these teams often work in stressful and unhealthy environments, which can undermine their productivity and well-being. The humanization of the culture of technology teams is an approach that aims to create healthier and more productive work environments for team members, promoting balance between personal and professional life. Despite the importance of a healthy and productive work environment, many companies do not invest in strategies to humanize the culture of their technology teams. This can lead to high levels of stress, staff turnover and low productivity. The objective of this project is to identify effective strategies to humanize the culture of technology teams and create healthier and more productive work environments in digital companies. For this, factors such as management styles, psychological safety, human-centered development, individual beliefs and time and energy management will be analyzed. The project’s methodology will include a literature review on the subject and qualitative data analysis will be performed using a content analysis approach. This project will contribute to the advancement of knowledge about the humanization of the culture of technology teams in digital companies. The results can be applied to companies that want to create healthier and more productive work environments for their team members. 展开更多

基于ABA-tech的零件拣选工位人因分析与改善 被引量:4

运用ABA-tech软件,从体力工作负荷、作业环境、脑力工作负荷等三个方面对某工厂零件拣选工位工人作业进行数据采集和分析评价。结果表明,该工位的人因评价指数为64,存在着工作点过肩、弯腰工作时间过长、肩肘肌肉负荷大、节拍时间过短... 运用ABA-tech软件,从体力工作负荷、作业环境、脑力工作负荷等三个方面对某工厂零件拣选工位工人作业进行数据采集和分析评价。结果表明,该工位的人因评价指数为64,存在着工作点过肩、弯腰工作时间过长、肩肘肌肉负荷大、节拍时间过短等问题。在对上述问题进行原因分析后,根据设施规划、人因工程等相关理论提出改变拣选区布局、改善拣选车与零件标签位置、调整周期供货量等改善方案。改善后的工人作业环境与工作效率都得到了提升,工人行走距离减少27.1%;工作时间减少30.0%;工作节拍更均衡,改善了工人在节拍较短单元作业困难现象,工人疲劳程度明显降低,人因评价指数提高21.8%。 展开更多

炼油工艺过程中,分馏系统的用能优化是换热网络能量优化的必然要求。以荆门石化3.5Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置为例,利用Aspen Plus和Aspen Energy Analyzer软件,对常压塔以及换热网络的用能情况进行分析,提出能量优化利用思路:变工况条件下,首... 炼油工艺过程中,分馏系统的用能优化是换热网络能量优化的必然要求。以荆门石化3.5Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置为例,利用Aspen Plus和Aspen Energy Analyzer软件,对常压塔以及换热网络的用能情况进行分析,提出能量优化利用思路:变工况条件下,首先优化分馏系统操作参数,再以此为条件,优化换热网络结构,才能实现整个网络的能量优化。利用Aspen Plus软件的模型分析功能,确定了常压塔底汽提蒸汽、常压炉出口温度、中段回流以及侧线的最佳操作参数,为换热网络的夹点分析提供基础数据;在分馏塔操作优化基础上,对现有换热网络进行夹点分析,找出最优夹点温差,求得现有换热网络最高理论换热终温(317.7℃),为进一步优化换热网络提出了目标;通过建立现有换热网络的网格图,找出跨夹点换热的换热器(总共有5台),为换热网络的改进提供了方向。 展开更多
