In order to ensure the ballistic safety of fusible alloy fuze at reliable delay arming, melting point of fusible alloy needs to be calculated based on projectile velocity at safe time and distance. Taking shrapnel KZVD fuze of Switzerland oerlikon 2ZLa/353 35 mm double barrel self-propelled antiaircraft artillery as an example, based on the aerodynamics heating theory, the calculation of theory model and simulation of projectile head stagnation point temperature were done in initial stage of sim-plified exterior ballistic from engineering viewpoint when the initial projectile velocity was 1 175 m/s and the error was ±15 m/s. The melting point of fusible alloy in the safe distance was obtained by analyzing the temperature of projectile head stagnation point at corresponding projectile velocity. The simulated results indicate that the melting point of fusible alloy de-rived by theoretical calculation is identical with the result of simulation at the velocity range of 1 160 to 1 190 m/s. So the aero- thermodynamics model can be applied to design the fusible alloy fuze of corresponding melting point based on the requirement of safe distance. This method can be taken as the reference in studying the thermodynamic question of projectile flying at high speed. 展开更多

Aiming at the problem of temperature rise of mine flameproof outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor, based on the fluid structure coupling method, the temperature distribution of motor under three cooling schemes of air cooling and water cooling are calculated respectively. For the structure I air cooling system, the influence of different number of heat sink on the maximum temperature rise and pressure drop of fluid channel is analyzed, and the parameters of heat sink are optimized. For the structure II air cooling system, the influence of setting fillet at the turn back of the fluid channel on the head loss in the fluid domain of the motor is analyzed, and the influence of different fillet radius on the head loss and the maximum temperature rise in the fluid domain is obtained. For the structure II water cooling system, the influence of different water flow speed on the maximum temperature rise of the motor is analyzed, and the influence of different assembly clearance of modular stator teeth and yoke on the maximum temperature rise of the motor is analyzed. The cooling effect and temperature rise distribution characteristics of the three cooling schemes are compared and analyzed. Finally,a water-cooled prototype is manufactured, and the temperature rise experiment is carried out,and the influence of the thermal deformation of fluid channel, stator yoke and stator teeth on the maximum temperature of the motor is analyzed. The results show that the calculated temperature field after considering the thermal deformation is closer to the experimental value, which verifies the accuracy of the calculation results,It also provides a reference for the selection and design of the cooling structure of the same type of PMSM electric roller. 展开更多

Diesel engines, characterized by higher breakout pressure and compression ratio in comparison with gasoline engines, require particularly elevated tensile properties for their engine parts. In order to maintain both high strength and high ductility in the cylinder head, i.e., to obtain higher percent elongation without further reducing the tensile strength, Al Si9Cu1 alloy was used to prepare the cylinder head in an aluminum diesel engine. At the same time, the effect of different modification elements, Na or Sr, and Fe content on the reduction of secondary dendrite arm spacing(SDAS) was discussed, and the design of T7 heat treatment parameters were analyzed in order to improve the tensile ductility. The result shows:(1) The SDAS is as small as 18±3 μm for the Sr modified alloy.(2) The percent elongation of the alloy with Sr modification increases by 66.7% and 42.9%, respectively, compared with the unmodified alloy and the alloy with Na modification.(3) Lower Fe content alloy(0.10%) gives good results in percent elongation compared to the alloy with higher Fe content(0.27%); in particular, after Sr modification and T7 heat treatment, the elongation of over 5% is obtained. 展开更多
