An inevitable trend has already taken shape for the application of the 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology(5G)in the railway sector.The application scenarios and business types of the railway sector are complex and diverse,so it is indispensable to test and verify the railway 5G before actual deployment.The design and creation of the railway 5G integrated innovation test platform provides engineering design,test and verification conditions for the networking,coverage and business development of 5G public networks and 5G-R in railway scenarios.This paper introduces the design of the overall architecture for the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform according to the railway network requirements,application scenarios and intelligent development trend;respectively elaborates on the design of the 5G-R core network,bearer network and wireless access along loop tracks,in combination with the characteristics of railway scenarios and the requirements of railway dispatching,operation and safety;raises further solutions on the network deployment and coverage schemes of 5G public networks so as to meet the application requirements of 5G public networks.The study results show that the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform scheme contains co-existence of 5G public and private networks,combines the indoor and outdoor scenarios,as well as takes into account of the dynamic and static tests so as to meet the environmental requirements for the integrated railway 5G test and application of all network functions,for which it can provide comprehensive technical support for railway 5G technology research and development,standard formulation,testing,etc. 展开更多

Wheat stripe rust,caused by Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici(Pst),is one of the most destructive fungal diseases of wheat,and seriously threatens safe production of the crop worldwide.In China,new races historically appeared and rapidly developed to be predominant races and have resulted in ineffectiveness and replacement of wheat resistance cultivars as well as massive reduction in yield.In the present study,the relative parasitic fitness of the two newlyemerged Yr5-virulent races(TSA-6 and TSA-9)were compared with those of four currently predominant Chinese races(CYR31,CYR32,CYR33,and CYR34)based on evaluation on 10 Chinese wheat cultivars.As a result,there were significant differences in the relative parasitic fitness parameters among overall tested races based on multiple comparison(LSD)analysis(P<0.05).The principal component analysis(PCA)of overall parasitic fitness parameters indicated that the sporulation ability,infection and spore survivability,expansion capacity,and potential pathogenicity were the most important parasitic fitness attributes of the tested races.Based on the establishment of extracted three principal components and a comprehensive factor score mathematical models,evaluations of the parasitic fitness attributes of tested races showed that the level of relative parasitic fitness of the tested six races was:CYR32(1.15)>TSA-9(0.95)>TSA-6(0.92)>CYR34(0.29)>CYR31(–1.54)>CYR33(–1.77).The results indicated that two Yr5-virulent races TSA-9 and TSA-6 possessed relative parasitic fitness higher than races CYR34,CYR31,and CYR33,but lower than race CYR32,and have potential risks in developing to be predominant races.Therefore,continual monitoring of both Yr5-virulent races,and their variants is needed.The use of wheat cultivars(lines)with Yr5 resistance gene singly in wheat breeding is essential for being avoided,and is suggested to combine with other effective stripe rust resistance genes. 展开更多

The Trauzl lead block test allows the determination of the approximate performance of explosives in blasting applications by measuring the volume increase(expansion)that is produced by the detonation of an explosive charge in the cavity of a lead block.In this paper,we reconsider the possibility of interpreting the Trauzl test results in terms of detonation parameters or quantities.The detonation parameters used in the analysis are calculated using the thermochemical code EXPLO5,while the hydrocode AUTODYN is used to simulate the effect of explosive charge density and reaction rate on the results of the Trauzl test.The increase in the volume of the lead block cavity was found to correlate best with the product of the detonation heat and the root of the volume of detonation products.Hydrocode simulation showed that the density of explosive charge and the rate of explosive decomposition affect the dynamics of the interaction of the detonation product and the lead block,and consequently the lead block cavity volume increase. 展开更多

In the contemporary world of highly efficient technological development,fifth-generation technology(5G)is seen as a vital step forward with theoretical maximum download speeds of up to twenty gigabits per second(Gbps).As far as the current implementations are concerned,they are at the level of slightly below 1 Gbps,but this allowed a great leap forward from fourth generation technology(4G),as well as enabling significantly reduced latency,making 5G an absolute necessity for applications such as gaming,virtual conferencing,and other interactive electronic processes.Prospects of this change are not limited to connectivity alone;it urges operators to refine their business strategies and offers users better and improved digital solutions.An essential factor is optimization and the application of artificial intelligence throughout the general arrangement of intricate and detailed 5G lines.Integrating Binary Greylag Goose Optimization(bGGO)to achieve a significant reduction in the feature set while maintaining or improving model performance,leading to more efficient and effective 5G network management,and Greylag Goose Optimization(GGO)increases the efficiency of the machine learningmodels.Thus,the model performs and yields more accurate results.This work proposes a new method to schedule the resources in the next generation,5G,based on a feature selection using GGO and a regression model that is an ensemble of K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN),Gradient Boosting,and Extra Trees algorithms.The ensemble model shows better prediction performance with the coefficient of determination R squared value equal to.99348.The proposed framework is supported by several Statistical analyses,such as theWilcoxon signed-rank test.Some of the benefits of this study are the introduction of new efficient optimization algorithms,the selection of features and more reliable ensemble models which improve the efficiency of 5G technology. 展开更多

To meet the considerably increase of mobile data traffic and wireless communication connections around 2020,the 5th generation(5G)mobile network will necessarily consider more frequency bands,enabling technologies and diversified key performance indicators and test environments comparing with existing network,for example Long Term Evolution.More specifically,the obvious difference between 5G and previous wireless communication system are not only included eMBB(enhance mobile broadband) usage scenario,but also introduced mMTC(massive machine type communications)and URLLC(ultra-reliable and low latency communications) usage scenarios.Hence,in order to evaluate 5G related technologies,some novel test environments will be widely discussed,as well as,certain new key performance indicators will be drawn into5 G evaluation methodology for satisfied new requirements.We will discuss characteristic of these 4 candidate test environments,such as indoor isolated environment,high speed train environment;and the definition of 15 keys performance indicator will be explained and clarified,for example,Throughput,Network Energy Efficiency,Device Connection Density and so on.Furthermore,high-level assessment method of each test environment also will be initially considered.It is notable that an initial evaluation of indoor isolated environment also can be found,which the results show that there are 3 times average cell spectral efficiency than IMT-advanced's in same test environment. 展开更多

目的建立一种基于CRISPPR-Cas12a基因编辑技术对新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)奥密克戎BA.4/5变异株快速检测与鉴别的方法。方法结合逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)与CRISPR基因编辑技术,基于次优原间隔区相邻基序(suboptimal-PAM)设计奥密克... 目的建立一种基于CRISPPR-Cas12a基因编辑技术对新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)奥密克戎BA.4/5变异株快速检测与鉴别的方法。方法结合逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)与CRISPR基因编辑技术,基于次优原间隔区相邻基序(suboptimal-PAM)设计奥密克戎BA.4/5变异株特异性的CRISPRRNA(crRNA),从而建立RT-PCR/CRISPR-Cas12a快速检测新冠病毒BA.4/5变异株的方法。本研究检测了43例新冠病毒阳性的临床样本(包括新冠病毒野生株以及变异株Alpha、Beta、Delta、奥密克戎BA.1和BA.4/5)以及20例新冠病毒阴性的临床样本(包括11种常见呼吸道病原体),并以测序结果为金标准计算PCR/CRISPR-Cas12a检测方法的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)以及灵敏度(SEN)、特异性(SPE)、一致性(Kappa)评价检测方法的性能。结果本研究筛选到两条特异性crRNA-1和crRNA-2,所建立的方法可在30min内快速特异地检测出SARS-CoV-2奥密克戎BA.4/5变异株,最低检测限为10copies/μL。此外,在检测感染11种常见呼吸道病原体的临床样本时均未观察到非特异性交叉反应。基于crRNA-1和crRNA-2的检测结果的灵敏度分别为97.83%、100%;特异性均为100%;ROC曲线下面积分别为0.9989和1.0;与Sanger测序方法的一致性分别为92.83%、96.41%。结论本研究采用CRISPPR-Cas12a基因编辑技术与逆转录聚合酶链式反应相结合,成功建立了一种快速检测与鉴别SARS-CoV-2奥密克戎BA.4/5变异株的新方法。其特异性强、灵敏度高、稳定性好,可用于新冠病毒奥密克戎BA.4/5变异株的批量检测与分型,可用于常规监测和跟踪SARS-CoV-2变异的传播。 展开更多

以国家速滑馆首次应用的国产Zn-5%Al-混合稀土合金镀层高钒封闭索丝为研究对象,对其使用性能、基本特性及耐久性等进行研究。采用了国家速滑馆内部高空索体实际服役环境处的大气暴露试验方式,综合考虑索在加工安装过程中易产生的损伤,... 以国家速滑馆首次应用的国产Zn-5%Al-混合稀土合金镀层高钒封闭索丝为研究对象,对其使用性能、基本特性及耐久性等进行研究。采用了国家速滑馆内部高空索体实际服役环境处的大气暴露试验方式,综合考虑索在加工安装过程中易产生的损伤,对索丝试件进行了划痕、刮擦、焊点的预制缺陷设计,研究了含预制缺陷的国产Zn-5%Al-稀土合金镀层高钒封闭索丝在真实使用环境中的大气腐蚀行为规律,并采用力学性能测试研究了索丝在服役环境大气腐蚀作用下的力学性能变化规律及不同缺陷对力学性能的影响。结果表明,加工安装过程中在索丝表面合金镀层产生的划痕、刮擦、焊点等损伤,会破坏合金镀层的完整性。大气暴露试验和力学性能试验中,三类缺陷对索丝金属镀层防大气腐蚀性能和单丝抗拉强度均有负面影响,其中焊点缺陷影响最大,单丝抗拉强度下降约40%。 展开更多

孕中期GDM患者血清Afamin和SFRP5水平及临床价值分析

目的分析孕中期妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血清α清蛋白(Afamin)和分泌型卷曲相关蛋白5(SFRP5)水平及临床价值。方法选取2019年8月至2021年8月河北省秦皇岛市海港医院120例定期产检并分娩的孕妇为研究对象,其中GDM孕妇50例为GDM组,非GDM孕... 目的分析孕中期妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血清α清蛋白(Afamin)和分泌型卷曲相关蛋白5(SFRP5)水平及临床价值。方法选取2019年8月至2021年8月河北省秦皇岛市海港医院120例定期产检并分娩的孕妇为研究对象,其中GDM孕妇50例为GDM组,非GDM孕妇70例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测两组血清Afamin和SFRP5水平;采用口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)检测OGTT 1 h血糖(1 h PG)、OGTT 2 h血糖(2 h PG);检测空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平;分析Afamin、SFRP5与糖代谢指标之间的相关性;采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估Afamin、SFRP5单独及联合检测对GDM的诊断价值;分析不同Afamin、SFRP5水平孕妇不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果GDM组FPG、1 h PG、2 h PG、HbA1c和FINS水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GDM组Afamin水平明显高于对照组,SFRP5水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Afamin水平与FPG、1 h PG、2 h PG、HbA1c和FINS水平呈正相关(P<0.05);SFRP5水平与FPG、1 h PG、2 h PG、HbA1c和FINS水平呈负相关(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清Afamin和SFRP5单独及联合检测诊断GDM的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.747、0.642、0.872,且联合检测的灵敏度为89.3%,特异度为77.9%,联合检测的AUC明显大于单独检测的AUC,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以所有孕妇的Afamin、SFRP5水平均值为界,分为高Afamin组、低Afamin组,以及高SFRP5组、低SFRP5组,高Afamin组母婴不良妊娠结局发生率高于低Af amin组,低SFRP5组母婴不良妊娠结局发生率高于高SFRP5组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Afamin和SFRP5作为诊断GDM的生物标志物具有良好的效能,在临床上可以预测GDM的发展趋势和不良妊娠结局的风险。 展开更多

With the development of wireless communication technology,the fifth generation mobile communications system(5 G) emerges at a historic moment and devotes itself to open the curtain of the information age.Recently,in order to satisfy the requirement of different applications,various advanced 5 G technologies have been developed in full swing.However,before applying these 5 G related technologies in practical systems,effective testing methods are needed to evaluate these technologies in a real,comprehensive,rapid and flexible manner.However,the testing methods are faced with new challenges along with the continuous development of the new 5 G technologies.In this paper,we present a survey of 5 G testing,including solutions and opportunities.In particular,two cases are considered,i.e.,channel modelling and overthe-air(OTA) testing of antenna systems.Specifically,a non-stationary channel model is proposed to characterize and test massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) channel.In addition,we propose two probe subset selection algorithms for three-dimensional(3 D) OTA testing,which minimizes the number of probe antennas while ensuring the accuracy of the target channel emulation.Finally,future research directions and challenges on 5 G testing are given. 展开更多

The electrochemical characteristics of Ta2O5-IrO2 electrodes prepared from different chemical compositions and coating methods were observed by using cyclic voltammetry, potentiostatic polarization, galvanostatic polarization and scanning electron microscopy. The efficiency for chloride oxidation and oxygen evolution processes was not only influenced by the chemical composition but also by the surface morphology of the oxide electrode which was susceptible to the ratio of the two components and the coating method. Ta2O5(50)-IrO2(50) electrodes revealed the highest catalytic activity for the chloride ion oxidation and oxygen evolution reaction because they had the largest effective surface area. The durability of the oxide electrodes in the accelerated life tests was improved as the thickness of the oxide layer increased and the ratio of [IrO2] to [Ta2O5] approached 80/20. 展开更多

NG-Test CARBA 5在血培养肠杆菌科细菌碳青霉烯酶检测中的优势及其检测效能

目的探讨NG-Test CARBA 5在血培养肠杆菌科细菌碳青霉烯酶含量检测的应用价值。方法收集我院临床标本中分离培养的已知基因型别的62株肠杆菌目细菌,包含耐碳青霉烯肠杆菌科细菌38株和对碳青霉烯敏感的肠杆菌科细菌24株,分别采用NG-Test ... 目的探讨NG-Test CARBA 5在血培养肠杆菌科细菌碳青霉烯酶含量检测的应用价值。方法收集我院临床标本中分离培养的已知基因型别的62株肠杆菌目细菌,包含耐碳青霉烯肠杆菌科细菌38株和对碳青霉烯敏感的肠杆菌科细菌24株,分别采用NG-Test CARBA 5试剂盒、Carba NP和mCIM试验检测待测菌株的主要碳青霉烯酶,并采用PCR法对碳青霉烯酶基因表型进行测序确认和Kappa一致性检验;再从38株耐碳青霉烯菌株中随机取出20株菌株进行模拟血培养,并对其进行NG-Test CARBA 5试剂盒、Carba NP法和mCIM法检测和Kappa一致性检验分析。结果38株耐碳青霉烯肠杆菌科细菌菌株的耐药药物均为美罗培南和/或亚胺培南,PCR扩增测序结果表明,分别有33株菌株携带有耐药基因,5株菌株未携带常见耐药基因。NG-Test CARBA 515 min内检测到KPC、NDM、IMP、KPC+NDM以及NDM+IMP的敏感度和特异度均为100%。Carba NP法和mCIM法的敏感度分别为93.94%、96.97%,特异度分别为80.00%、100.00%,与基因测序结果一致性Kappa值分别为0.857、0.902(P<0.05)。20株耐碳青霉烯肠杆菌科细菌模拟血培养,大肠杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、产酸克雷伯菌分别有6株、5株、4株、5株,NG-Test CARBA 5敏感度和特异度均为100.0%,与基因测序结果一致性Kappa值为1.000;Carba NP法和mCIM法的敏感度分别为87.50%、93.75%,特异度均为100%,与基因测序结果一致性Kappa值分别为0.812、0.898(P<0.05)。结论NG-Test CARBA 5检测过程简单、高效,检测结果准确度高,大大简化了临床上检测碳青霉烯酶的复杂流程,有助于增强院内感染控制和及时指导临床治疗。 展开更多

The representative samples were selected from Yuzong 5,and the methods of field planting and indoor measuring were employed for investigation and data processing on 894 plants of Yuzong 5.The results showed that the coefficients of variation about some traits of 894 plants were as follows: ear height(19.9%); panicle weight(35.1%); ear length(18.1%); ear row number(19.7%); number of kernels per row(22.5%); grain weight per panicle(36.3%); ear diameter(11.1%).It was found that there was large variation in these traits for various plants which could represent Yuzong 5 for glutinous variety improvement. 展开更多

[目的]克隆浙贝母环阿屯醇合成酶(Cycloartenol synthase,CAS)5`末端cDNA序列。[方法]利用简并引物及RT-PCR方法获得CAS的核心基因,应用cDNA末端快速扩增(Rapid-amplification of cDNA ends,RACE)技术快速克隆5`末端片段,采用NCBI网站上的Protein Blast软件进行氨基酸同源性比对。[结果]从浙贝母叶片中成功地克隆出一条长691bp的CAS基因5`末端cDNA片段,含起始密码子及163bp的5`延伸区。对5`末端的150个氨基酸同源性分析表明,该片段与C.asiatica,G.glabra,A.thaliana,W.somnifera的CAS同源性分别达72%,66%,71%,71%。[结论]上述结果表明所克隆的片段为浙贝母CAS的5`末端序列,为下一步CAS全长基因的克隆及CAS在浙贝母次生代谢中的功能研究打下基础。 展开更多
