Relationship between repeated triaxial test and Hamburg wheel tracking test on asphalt mixtures 被引量:4

Both the repeated triaxial test (RTT) and the Hamburg wheel tracking test (HWTT) are adopted to evaluate the high temperature performance of the stone mastic asphalt (SMA) and the mastic asphalt (MA). The correlation of the permanent deformations of the MA and the correlation of the deformation developments of the SMA between the two tests are analyzed, respectively. Results show that both the two tests can effectively identify the high temperature performance of mixtures, and the correlation between the final results of the two tests as well as that between the deformation developments of the two tests are excellent with R20.9. In order to further prove the correlation, viscoelastic parameters estimated from the RTT results is used to simulate the rutting development in the HWTT slabs by the finite element method (FEM). Results indicate that the correlation between the two tests is significant with errors less than 10%. It is suitable to predict the rutting development with the viscoelastic parameters obtained from the RTT. 展开更多

The effects of loading level and test temperature on rutting resistance of asphalt overlay structure were evahuaed by means of multilayer specimens . In comparison with multilayer tests, standard specimens of various layers were also conducted to evaluate the rutting resistance. Experimental results indicated that the test tempercature and applied load have a significant effect on rutting resistance of asphalt concrete. Higher test tempercature and heavier applied load resulted in higher rut depths. In addition, the mutilayer wheel tracking test has been demonstrated to be a more reasonable solution in evaluation on rutting resistance of asphatt pavement structure beasuse it reflects the cumulative permanent deformation in all of asphalt layers. 展开更多

The current method of estimating the fatigue life of railway structures is to calculating the equivalent stress amplitude based on the measured stress data. However, the random of the measured data is not considered. In this paper, a new method was established to compute the equivalent stress amplitude to evaluate the fatigue damage based on the measurable randomness, since the equivalent stress is the key parameter for assessment of structure fatigue life and load derivation. The equivalent stress amplitude of a high-speed train welded bogie frame was found to obey normal distribution under uniform operation route that verified by on-track dynamic stress data, and the proposed model is, in effect, an improved version of the mathematical model used to calculate the equivalent stress amplitude. The data of a long-term, on-track dynamic stress test program was analyzed to find that the normal distribution parameters of equivalent stress amplitude values differ across different operation route. Thus, the fatigue damage of the high-speed train welded bogie frame can be evaluated by the proposed method if the running schedule of the train is known a priori. The results also showed that the equivalent stress amplitude of the region connected to the power system is more random than in other regions of the bogie frame. 展开更多

Background: Malaria is a disease of public health concern, which causes significant mortality and morbidity in the tropics, particularly in Africa. Ghana as a country has been implementing a combination of preventive and curative interventions as outlined in the Strategic Plan for Malaria Control in Ghana, 2014-2020. Additionally, Ghana subscribes to sub-regional and global initiatives such as the test, treat and track (T3) initiative which seeks to ensure that every suspected malaria case is tested, every case tested positive is treated with the recommended quality-assured antimalarial medicine, and every case treated with antimalarial is followed up to ensure complete parasite clearance. However, the implementation of this policy is a challenge, hence the need to study provider adherence to the testing, treating, and tracking. Materials and method: The study is cross-sectional in nature and data for this research was collected from consulting room registers, patients’ folders, the District Health Information Management System and a structured questionnaire designed to interview healthcare providers. The data was exported into Stata for cleaning and analysis. The results of the study were presented in the form of statistical charts and tables. Results: The study revealed that generally, provider adherence to the T3 policy was encouraging in the Binduri district, and a high level of testing (100%) of suspected malaria cases eliminated the practice of presumptive treatment. However, tracking of patients (68.2%) was not as high as testing and treatment which was revealed by the number asked to return for a review during the folder review. Conclusion: Significant progress in clinicians’ adherence to policy on malaria case management (T3) in the Binduri District. Continued training and facilitative supervision are essential to sustain gains and close existing gaps in clinicians’ adherence to malaria case management policy. 展开更多

This paper describes the required testing and approval procedures of new track systems operated in Europe. To begin with, test methods and performance specifications according to European Standard (EN) are outlined. These include the repeated loading test, the determination of the static and dynamic stiffness of rail pads, clamping force and longitudinal rail resistance. The fact that labor tests are unable to simulate all the conditions in situ shows that these labor tests are not sufficient for the evaluation of the long term behaviour of a new track system: a test track of sufficient length must be constructed and exposed to traffic loads. In Europe to be accredited as a new system, a new slab track system must have a trial time of more than two years, during which the features of the whole system can be recognized. In the second part of this paper, the experience of the Institute of Road, Railway and Airfield Construction of TUM concerning the measuring methods of slab track systems carrying traffic are outlined. Also the approval procedure of the new slab tracks in Germany is discussed. 展开更多

The results indicate that the prototype TPC has a good performance in three-dimensional track resolution. In X direction the position resolution is about 0.2 mm, and in Y direction the position resolution is about 0.5 mm. The results also determine that the energy resolution is about 5.4%, which achieve the requirements of the CEE experiment and can be used to study the nuclear state equation and the quantum chromo dynamics. 展开更多

In order to solve the model update problem in mean-shift based tracker, a novel mechanism is proposed. Kalman filter is employed to update object model by filtering object kernel-histogram using previous model and current candidate. A self-tuning method is used for adaptively adjust all the parameters of the filters under the analysis of the filtering residuals. In addition, hypothesis testing servers as the criterion for determining whether to accept filtering result. Therefore, the tracker has the ability to handle occlusion so as to avoid over-update. The experimental results show that our method can not only keep up with the object appearance and scale changes but also be robust to occlusion. 展开更多

A series of triaxial laboratory experiments are performed on thick-walled hollow cylindrical samples of boom clay.The aim of this testing program is to better understand the anisotropic deformation during the excavation.The testing conditions are similar to those to be experienced by host rocks around disposal galleries for radioactive waste.X-ray computed tomography is performed at different steps for each test with the samples remaining inside the loading cell.Initial analysis of the tomography images allows of the observation of the deformation of the central hole.In addition,particles manual tracking and 3D volumetric digital image correlation processing methods are considered being used to analyze the particles displacements and the boundary deformation of the sample quantitatively.An unsymmetrical damaged zone is induced around the hole,with a reverse deformation trend being found at the boundary after unloading,which indicates that the significant anisotropic deformation of boom clay can be induced by mechanical unloading. 展开更多

新型钢管混凝土(CFT)双块式轨枕克服了桁架钢筋双块式轨枕存在的生产制造复杂、存放易锈蚀、运营阶段易开裂等问题,可广泛应用于高速铁路和城市轨道交通无砟轨道结构。为检验CFT双块式轨枕无砟轨道结构的疲劳性能,采用11根预制CFT双块... 新型钢管混凝土(CFT)双块式轨枕克服了桁架钢筋双块式轨枕存在的生产制造复杂、存放易锈蚀、运营阶段易开裂等问题,可广泛应用于高速铁路和城市轨道交通无砟轨道结构。为检验CFT双块式轨枕无砟轨道结构的疲劳性能,采用11根预制CFT双块式轨枕现浇制作足尺无砟轨道结构节段模型,开展橡胶隔振垫式减振轨道和现浇整体式轨道节段的疲劳试验,揭示其疲劳损伤特性,分析典型疲劳加载循环次数后静载作用下轨道结构应变和变形分布及其演化规律。研究结果表明:1.5倍静轴重的疲劳荷载累计作用500万次后,减振节段及整浇节段CFT双块式轨枕无砟轨道结构混凝土均未出现肉眼可见的裂缝,轨枕与现浇道床整体工作性能良好,疲劳性能满足规范要求;停机开展静载试验过程中轨道结构各测点混凝土横向应变值随荷载增大而近似线性增大,最大拉压应变值均远小于混凝土的极限应变值,工作状态良好;轨道整浇节段道床板中处于整体受拉的状态,可见设置层间连接钢筋实现了道床与底座的共同工作;疲劳试验过程中轨道结构测点竖向位移值总体随着静载的增大而逐渐增大,位移量级较小,满足规范要求,减振轨道节段竖向位移值及其变化率大于整浇轨道节段。研究结果可供类似研究及钢管混凝土双块式轨枕无砟轨道结构工程应用参考。 展开更多

目的:应用儿童呼吸和哮喘控制测试(TRACK)自评模式对慢性哮喘患儿进行家庭干预,评估患儿家庭雾化的依从性及对哮喘控制效果。方法:200例慢性哮喘患儿,按干预方式不同分为实验组与对照组,每组各100例。对照组给予常规家庭干预;实验组应用... 目的:应用儿童呼吸和哮喘控制测试(TRACK)自评模式对慢性哮喘患儿进行家庭干预,评估患儿家庭雾化的依从性及对哮喘控制效果。方法:200例慢性哮喘患儿,按干预方式不同分为实验组与对照组,每组各100例。对照组给予常规家庭干预;实验组应用TRACK自评模式干预。评估两组患儿哮喘控制率、哮喘急性发作次数、TRACK评分、潮气量(VT/kg)、潮气呼气峰流速(PEF)水平、呼出气一氧化氮浓度(FeNO)、家庭雾化依从性、满意度评分。结果:实验组患儿哮喘总控制率为78.00%,高于对照组的48.00%(P<0.05);实验组患儿哮喘急性发作次数为(1.15±0.54)次,低于对照组的(3.93±0.60)次(P<0.05);实验组干预后TRACK评分、VT/kg、PEF、FeNO、家庭雾化依从性、满意度评分结果均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用TRACK自评模式对慢性哮喘患儿进行家庭干预,能够更好的控制患儿哮喘。 展开更多

中低速磁浮梁轨一体轨道梁钢混接头试验研究

针对中低速磁浮分离式轨道梁建筑高度较大、无法考虑F轨刚度贡献等问题,提出了一种开孔钢板式梁轨一体轨道梁结构,并针对其钢-混结合部的静力性能开展足尺模型试验和有限元仿真计算分析.首先,介绍了梁轨一体轨道梁工程背景以及钢-混结... 针对中低速磁浮分离式轨道梁建筑高度较大、无法考虑F轨刚度贡献等问题,提出了一种开孔钢板式梁轨一体轨道梁结构,并针对其钢-混结合部的静力性能开展足尺模型试验和有限元仿真计算分析.首先,介绍了梁轨一体轨道梁工程背景以及钢-混结合部的结构特征;其次,设计了钢-混结合部静载模型试验,测试F轨、钢连接件和混凝土等构件在各级荷载下的应力和位移;最后,建立了钢-混结合部实体有限元模型,并结合试验数据分析了钢-混结合部的受力性能、传力机理以及设计参数影响.研究结果表明:1)在1.50倍设计荷载内,钢-混结合部基本处于弹性状态,连接件承载力满足设计要求;荷载继续增大时,F轨的荷载-应力曲线表现出一定的非线性;5.47倍设计荷载下,混凝土梁体发生开裂破坏.2)F轨内外磁极位移均较小,钢-混结合部刚度较大;F轨内外磁极位移差在设计荷载下满足设计限值;1.58倍设计荷载下内外磁极位移差达到0.54 mm,开始超过位移差限值;表明钢混结合部刚度的富裕量小于强度,钢连接件应以刚度控制设计.3)在正常运营状态,磁浮列车荷载主要由钢连件的钢板承压传递,焊钉与开孔钢板传力比例较小;钢连接件中开孔直径、贯穿钢筋直径对传力影响较小,钢连接件腹板厚度增加使得钢混结合部处传力更加平顺. 展开更多

目的:比较2种扫描延迟技术在大螺距冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)中运用的可行性。方法:前瞻性收集临床疑似冠心病行CCTA检查的心率≤60次/分病人58例,随机分为团注跟踪组31例和测试团注组27例。分别在主动脉根部、左主干、左前降支近段、... 目的:比较2种扫描延迟技术在大螺距冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)中运用的可行性。方法:前瞻性收集临床疑似冠心病行CCTA检查的心率≤60次/分病人58例,随机分为团注跟踪组31例和测试团注组27例。分别在主动脉根部、左主干、左前降支近段、左回旋支近段、右冠状动脉近段、肺动脉、左心房和左心室选取感兴趣区,测量CT值和噪声,计算信噪比、对比噪声比、左房室比、左室肺动脉比和主肺动脉比,评估2组图像质量,比较2组客观和主观评价指标差异。结果:2组各目标血管强化CT值、信噪比和对比噪声比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),团注跟踪组肺动脉CT值、左房室比、左室肺动脉比和主肺动脉比均明显低于测试团注组(P<0.01)。2组主观图像质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。团注跟踪组CT剂量指数、剂量长度乘积、有效辐射剂量、注射流率和对比剂量均低于测试团注组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:大螺距CCTA采用团注跟踪技术,可提高血管强化CT值并能降低辐射剂量和对比剂用量。 展开更多

为研究不同钢弹簧数量和钢弹簧刚度参数下装配式钢弹簧浮置板轨道的减振效果,且便于运输吊装,提出了三种类型装配式钢弹簧浮置板轨道。通过建立车辆-轨道-隧道耦合动力学模型对比分析了钢弹簧浮置板轨道的动力性能和减振效果,并在深圳... 为研究不同钢弹簧数量和钢弹簧刚度参数下装配式钢弹簧浮置板轨道的减振效果,且便于运输吊装,提出了三种类型装配式钢弹簧浮置板轨道。通过建立车辆-轨道-隧道耦合动力学模型对比分析了钢弹簧浮置板轨道的动力性能和减振效果,并在深圳地铁某号线路选取对应类型装配式钢弹簧浮置板结构断面和整体道床断面进行现场测试与仿真结果进行对比验证。研究结果表明:钢弹簧浮置板轨道与整体道床相比,钢轨和浮置板的垂向位移增加了57.23%~95.00%,垂向加速度减小了19.93%~60.13%;钢弹簧浮置板在16~200 Hz内的减振效果明显,最大减振效果可达16.61 dB;钢弹簧浮置板轨道均出现了道床的固有频率向低频偏移和浮置板的隧道壁振动加速度级超过整体道床的现象;三种类型装配式钢弹簧浮置板轨道的减振效果为:类型A>类型B>类型C,其中类型A的减振效果最好;仿真数据与现场实测数据误差率为1.43%~14.25%,减振效果误差在0~1 dB内。 展开更多

基于压电效应的高速铁路路基压电俘能方法研究

为了充分利用高速列车运行中产生的振动能量来解决复杂环境下采集设备的供电问题,将压电技术应用于铁路工程中,而现在针对高铁路基的压电俘能新方法的探究尚不明晰,缺乏相关的结构研究以适应路基发电的需求,导致路基内的振动能以热量的... 为了充分利用高速列车运行中产生的振动能量来解决复杂环境下采集设备的供电问题,将压电技术应用于铁路工程中,而现在针对高铁路基的压电俘能新方法的探究尚不明晰,缺乏相关的结构研究以适应路基发电的需求,导致路基内的振动能以热量的形式消散。针对这一问题,首先,基于压电效应理论,结合高速铁路路基动力响应特点设计出压电俘能装置HRS-PEH(High-speed Railway Piezoelectric Energy Harvester),建立高速铁路路基压电俘能新方法;其次,通过室内列车荷载模拟试验,探究动载振幅、频率和外接电阻等关键参数对HRS-PEH发电量的影响;最后开展现场行车试验,进一步验证HRS-PEH装置的适用性。研究结果表明:1) HRS-PEH的开路电压随动载振幅的增大而增大,且与频率无明显关系,而负载电压随动载频率和振幅的增加,均呈现线性增大的趋势。故可在工程应用中将HRS-PEH布置在基床表层顶面、钢轨正下方,即可获得最大发电量。2) HRS-PEH的输出功率整体上随外接电阻的增加,呈现出先增大后减小趋势,故存在最优外接电阻使得HRS-PEH发电量最大。3)行车试验发现,若将HRS-PEH布置于高铁路基基床表层,当CRH5型高速列车仅以55 km/h低速运行时,HRS-PEH就可收获0.71 J电能,可以满足路基健康监控设备的正常工作需求。研究成果可高效利用列车振动能量转换为无污染电能,推动铁路“双碳”战略目标的实现。 展开更多

Are “Straight to Test” Pathways Always Best for Patients? A Prospective Observational Study of Two-Week-Wait Colorectal Referrals

Aim: Many centres have adopted a straight to test approach to deliver a fast-track service for suspected lower GI cancer. We undertook a prospective comparison between patients having a straight to test (STT) flexible sigmoidoscopy and those attending an outpatient appointment (OPA). The study aimed to determine whether STT reduced diagnostic time without additional investigations. Methods: An observational study of 200 consecutive fast-track colorectal referrals was undertaken. Data collected included: patient demographics, whether STT or OPA, investigations undertaken (including dates) and final diagnosis. Outcomes were compared by adjusted linear regression and logistic regression, for numerical and binary outcomes respectively. Potential confounding factors included were: age, gender and whether NICE referral criteria were achieved. Results: 186 out of 200 referrals attended their appointment, 62% (116/186) went STT and 38% (70/186) had an OPA. No significant difference was seen in the number of days to final investigation, adjusted coefficient -3.71, 95% C.I. -8.92 to 1.50. The STT group had 0.4 more tests per patient, adjusted 95% C.I. 0.07 to 0.73, than the OPA group. Significantly more patients in the STT group had a flexible sigmoidoscopy in addition to whole colonic imaging (all modalities), compared to the OPA group, adjusted OR of 93.47 (95% C.I. 29.26 to 298.54). Conclusion: This study highlights the potential disadvantages of STT flexible sigmoidoscopy for patients referred under the two-week-rule with suspected lower GI cancer. Despite the previously published work highlighting the potential cost and time benefits, it may come at the sacrifice of exposing patients to additional investigations. 展开更多
