Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the layered progressive teaching method in the process of nursing teaching in the health management centre.Methods:100 nursing students in the health management centre of ou...Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the layered progressive teaching method in the process of nursing teaching in the health management centre.Methods:100 nursing students in the health management centre of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups from April 2018 to April 2019,in which students of the control group were treated with routine teaching,while those of the experimental group were treated with layered progressive teaching.Then,the teaching effect of the two groups was compared and analysed.Results:The assessment results of nursing students in the two groups were compared,in which the theoretical knowledge scores and practical operation scores of nursing students in the experimental group were(94.34±2.33)and(90.45±2.20)respectively.By contrast,the score of students in the control group was lower and the difference between the two groups was not significant(P<0.50).The teaching effect of students in the experimental group is more significant.Conclusion:During the process of nursing teaching in the Health Management Centre,the progressive teaching method showed a significant clinical effect and could effectively enhance students’scores.Therefore,it is positively significant for clinical development.展开更多

In this paper, the method of relaxed boundary conditions is applied to rectangular plates with edges which are a sort of the mixture of simply supported portions and clamped portions, so that the lower limit of fundam...In this paper, the method of relaxed boundary conditions is applied to rectangular plates with edges which are a sort of the mixture of simply supported portions and clamped portions, so that the lower limit of fundamental frequency of such plates is evaluated. A kind of polynomial satisfying the displacement boundary conditions is designed, os that it is enabled to evaluate the upper limit of fundamental frequency by Ritz' method. The practical calculation examples solved by these methods have given satisfactory results. At the end of this paper, it is pointed out that the socalled exact solution of such plates usually evaluated by the force superposition method is essentially a kind of lower limit of solution, if the truncated error of series which occurs in actual calculation is considered.展开更多

The distribution of the turbulence intensity inside the shear layer can also be estimated. It is shown that the method has its promising potentials in the measurement of high speed complex flows.展开更多

Among them, the levels of urinary 5-hydroxyindole-3-acetic acid (5-HIAA) of 44 patients were also tested. The results showed that both parametres of apudoma patients were higher than those of non-apudoma, post-operative patients of apudoma as well as the normal. The increasing extent of the levels of whole blood 5-HT and urinary 5-HIAA in small intestinal carcihoid was the most obvious one but that of rectum was not. The referable diagnostic values suggested were: 5-HT>130 ng ml, 5-HIAA>30 mg/ 24 hours.展开更多

Purpose: The authors analyzed the epidemiological and clinical aspects of diabetic retinopathy at the Center for the Application of the Specialized Studies Diploma in Ophthalmology, Gamal Abdel Nasser University (CHU/...Purpose: The authors analyzed the epidemiological and clinical aspects of diabetic retinopathy at the Center for the Application of the Specialized Studies Diploma in Ophthalmology, Gamal Abdel Nasser University (CHU/ Donka) Conakry. Diabetic retinopathy (eye damage: eye and retina) is a serious complication of diabetes that affects 50% of type 2 diabetic patients. The eyes are particularly sensitive to damage to a small vessel. Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is the retinal localization of diabetic micro angiopathy resulting in impaired blood flow in the affected territories, the consequences of which will determine the clinical manifestations of the disease. DR is the leading cause of vision loss in adults of working age. Patients and Methods: This is a longitudinal prospective study carried out at CADES/O concerning 198 diabetic patients. The selection criteria were that the media be transparent and the fundus accessible over a period of six months from February to July 2018. Results: A total of 73 patients (37%) presented with diabetic retinopathy with an average age of 49.5 +/−9 years. The sex ratio (M/F) was 0.6 with a female predominance of 59%. Liberal profession patients were the most numerous 47.5%. Type 2 diabetes was the most common (85.86%). Diabetes fundus assessment was the most common reason for consultation (52%). Arterial hypertension was the most incriminated risk factor (45.45%) followed by the poor balance of diabetes (40.90%), and the age of diabetes (28.28%). 9.5% had diabetic retinopathy complicated by rubella iris, neovascular glaucoma and retinal detachment. Conclusion: Diabetic retinopathy is a common condition for which early detection and regular monitoring must be the rule to prevent, slow down or avoids irreversible blindness if possible, induced by this pathology by a good balance of diabetes and good control of associated risk factors.展开更多
