"With copper as a mirror,you can wear a crown;with history as a mirror,you can know the rise and fall."This paper takes the 70-year development process of Southwest Minzu University as the carrier,the casting of the Chinese national community as the main line while tracing back to the source,adopts the recording method of"oral history of the school,"interviews witnesses to the development of Southwest Minzu University,including school leaders,teachers,alumni,and other representative figures,records the memories of these parties on the practices of Southwest Minzu University in different periods to cast the awareness of the Chinese national community,and collates them into a text.From the perspective of students,it is important to understand the history of the Chinese national community in the past 70 years since the establishment of Southwest Minzu University,collect and sort out the historical memories of Southwest Minzu University for the education of the Chinese national community,supplement and confirm the school's historical documents,preserve the history,make up for the gap in the history of the school,and at the same time provide a realistic basis for Southwest Minzu University to formulate future development strategies.

Preliminary Study on the Training Mode of Chinese Pharmacy Professionals Based on the National Standard of Teaching Quality

With the promulgation of the National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the state has made clear regulations on the standard for the cultivation of Chinese pharmacy talents. Based on their own actual conditions, major colleges and universities have implemented different talent training modes, including talent training modes of running talent classes, "2+1+1", "Chinese Medicine Research Practice Class", employment-oriented professional talent training mode, three-level three-type diversified talent training mode, and talent training mode oriented with adapting to the characteristics of ethnic regions. Developments of Professional Learning Communities and Challenges for Principals in Chinese Urban Middle Schools

Professional learning communities(PLCs)have seen a rapid spread all around the world over the past 30 years.Since then it has been proved that they can improve teaching quality and thereby the achievement of students,and so PLCs have attracted increasing attention especially from education systems.In China,PLCs have been developed vigorously within schools since the implementation of the‘New Curriculum Reform’in 2000.However,the west has paid scant attention to and were not familiar with them since most research in this field in China was published in Chinese.Furthermore,PLCs are influenced by contextual and cultural factors,and therefore PLCs in Chinese education systems are different from those in Anglo-American settings due to long-standing cultural differences,which require consideration.Therefore,this research will investigate the PLCs in China that may be of interest.Many recent studies have shown that,although PLCs have made significant progress in Chinese urban middle schools through the enthusiastic efforts of educators and scholars,there are still several barriers.The primary purpose of this research is to review the development of PLCs and additionally to analyse the challenges faced by the principals.
