Development Strategies for Z County E-sports Town in Chongqing:Integration of E-sports,Tourism,and Agriculture under New Policies

Chongqing Z County E-sports Town was once included in the“first batch of sports and leisure characteristic town pilot project list”issued by the General Administration of Sports of China.After several years of development,the e-sports industry in Z County e-sports town has struggled with issues such as a limited market,low popularity,poor business performance,and a lack of income generation capabilities.These challenges have severely hindered the town’s development,resulting in its exclusion from the recent“Chongqing characteristic town list.”Under the requirements of new policies,it can no longer promote itself,attract investment,or undertake project construction under the name of a“characteristic town”and must undergo redevelopment.This paper employs case analysis and comparative investigation methods to conduct an in-depth empirical study on the development of Z County E-sports Town.It is proposed that under the new policy environment,the town should foster the deep integration of its existing e-sports industry and culture with tourism and agriculture,transforming Z County E-sports Town into a new characteristic tourist destination.The findings of this paper offer a reference for the development of similar towns facing stagnation and provide case support for the construction of tourist destinations featuring e-sports.

Integrated Development of the Tourism and Protection of Ancient Towns

Local color is not only the cultural counter in the competition between cities,but the main cultural element that attracts foreign tourists.In recent years,many cities have regarded tourism development as a major mean of reviving ancient towns.The excavation of local culture,material reconstruction of local characteristics,and the resurgence and"reproduction"of local industries have become an important work in the tourism development of ancient towns.Apart from the discussion of the protection,inheritance,and touristification of tangible cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage,this paper demonstrated the possibility of the integration and production capacity of local characteristic industry resources and analyzed the impact of the integrated development on the lifestyle and living atmosphere of residents in the ancient towns.In this paper,ways to realize the integrated development of the tourism and protection of ancient towns were included as follows:(1)to ensure the principal status of local residents and give full play to their initiatives;(2)to protect the local traditional way of life and improve the public service system;(3)to choose the appropriate development pattern and achieve the diversified development;(4)to improve service facilities in tourism and adjust the structure of tourism products.

Construction of Evaluation System for High-quality Development of Characteristic Towns from the Perspective of Production-Living-Ecology Integration

From the perspective of production-living-ecology integration,an evaluation system,involving production quality,living quality and ecological quality,was constructed in this article for high-quality development of characteristic towns.Using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,the indices selected based on experience were screened,and the evaluation indices retained were weighted.What's more,relevant suggestions for high-quality development of characteristic towns were put forward from the three aspects of production,living and ecology.

Internationalization and the Creation of New Products and Processes in the Mexican Manufacturing Industry

This paper analyzes the relationship between internationalization and the generation of new products and processes, using data from 2,285 Mexican manufacturing firms during the 2008-2009 period. The purpose is to understand how the insertion in international markets, either through exporting, importing, receiving foreign direct investment, or outsourcing affects the innovative outcomes of manufacturing finns. Using logistic regressions, this paper contributes to the literature analyzing the case of a single developing country and concludes that, after controlling for the size of the firm, its innovative effort, and the market concentration of the industry where the firm is situated, exporting does not promote product or process innovations but promotes the generation of innovation for the world; being an importer does not affect the innovative outcomes of the firm; Foreign Direct Investment （FDI） also promotes innovation for the world, while outsourcing inhibits the generation of both products and innovations for the world.

利用空间计量模型实证分析经济一体化、政治风险、第三国效应等因素对中国OFDI的影响。实证结果发现:中国OFDI型态倾向于复合性的FDI,且不受第三国效应影响;经济一体化程度越高越不利于中国OFDI,东道国的政治风险越高越不利于中国OFDI;此外,人均收入越高及文化邻近程度越高的国家,越显著有利于中国OFDI,东道国市场机会对中国OFDI有显著负向影响;中国的OFDI,国有企业居主导地位,且倾向于投资技术含量相对较低的产业。

Prospects for key technologies of new-type urban integrated energy system

In recent years,primary energy consumption in China’s urban areas has increased rapidly,facing the problems of extensive use of energy,high energy consumption and insufficient intensified use of energy resources.Improving multienergy supply,increasing the proportion of clean energy and integrated energy efficiency are the main goals of urban development.The integrated energy system with multi-functional synergy and open trading will become one of the new directions for the development of new urban energy systems.This paper summarizes the main problems faced by the current towns and the characteristics of the new urban energy system,analyzes the development of new urban energy system from three aspects including energy interconnection hub infrastructure construction,energy management platform construction and energy value sharing,and forecasts the future development direction of new urban energy systems.

风景名胜区是最具中国特色的一类保护地,多年来在保护资源并发展旅游的同时,带动了城镇建设发展。按照城市型、近郊型和独立型3种类型梳理244个国家级风景名胜区与城镇的关系,揭示风景名胜区带动城镇建设与发展的路径,即通过管控区内建设用地、划定外围保护地带、调整边界及布局旅游服务基地等规划措施,在防止自身被城市化的同时,促进相关城镇的空间建设、经济发展及职能转变。指明景城之间已形成相辅相成的关系,以期为新时期新需求下的保护地与城镇协调发展提供参考。

共生视角下古镇文旅融合的演化过程与机制——以阳朔镇为例

“十四五”旅游发展规划明确了我国文旅融合发展的重要目标,必须坚持文旅深度融合,推动旅游业高质量发展。基于共生理论构建古镇文旅融合共生的分析框架,并选取阳朔镇作为案例对象,通过参与式观察、文本分析和深度访谈等研究方法,分析阳朔镇文旅融合的演化过程与机制。结果表明:①阳朔镇文旅融合的过程即文旅的共生演化,其权力关系、产业体系、时空环境和功能意义等共生要素都发生了流动和变化;②阳朔镇文旅融合的演化具有显著的阶段性特征,经历了要素共生、结构共生和功能共生3个阶段,表现为实现文旅共生资源集成,文旅共生产业扩张,最后完成文旅共生价值创造的演化过程;③权力作为主导力,资本作为推动力,惯习作为支撑力共同推动了阳朔镇文旅融合的演化,权力的博弈主导着文旅资源的分配,资本的运作逻辑推动文旅融合从要素走向功能的深度融合,不同行动者的惯习塑造了文旅融合的场域,同时又随着场域的发展被重塑。

共同富裕背景下被撤并乡镇驻地集镇打造城乡融合节点思路研究——以浙江省为例

被撤并乡镇原政府驻地集镇作为“由镇变村”逆向城镇化发展的特殊类型,分布量大面广,是城乡融合、差异互动的重要节点。通过对浙江省不同地区50个被撤并乡镇原政府驻地集镇发展情况的实地调查研究,发现其面临美丽城镇和美丽乡村“两不靠”的尴尬困境,未能发挥在特色产业、居住功能、文化价值、资源利用等方面的应有价值,发展严重滞后。在浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区战略背景下,发挥好老集镇城乡融合节点作用,加快推动转型发展,对于消除新型城镇化发展盲区、优化城乡发展格局,实现乡村振兴共同富裕具有重要意义。

在博物馆行业转型与服务创新的现实背景下,对博物馆文旅空间的层次结构与生产机制进行创新探讨有利于场馆优化服务理念、创新服务模式,从而助力文化和旅游深度融合与高质量发展目标的实现。根据列斐伏尔社会空间观的逻辑依循,体验视角下的博物馆文旅空间包括文化生境、展示空间、体验空间与精神空间四个维度,四者共同形塑的空间生产机制包括文化生境投射、场馆空间互构和个体空间对话三个环节。通过对全国20家博物馆相关游记文本的探索性分析发现:场馆所在的原生文化语境以意象凝缩、线索建构与情感注入的方式完成向其他空间维度的指向性投射;展示空间、体验空间与情感空间三重维度之间以象征表意系统为纽带形成内驱接续传动的空间生成过程;其间,游客以空间对话的形式建构空间体验,扩展空间内容与价值;区域品牌打造、文化认同培塑、异质文化体验以及理想价值寄托则是博物馆文旅空间生产的主要动因。
