Simulation results show that plasmon-induced transparency...We numerically investigate a coupled-resonator structure consisting of a stub resonator and a nanodisk resonator using a two-dimensional finite element method. Simulation results show that plasmon-induced transparency (PIT) occurs in the transmission spectra, and the sharp asymmetric Fano lines increase the sensitivity to 1.4 ×10^3 nm/RIU. We also analyze the properties of the structure with different radii of the nanodisk and the length of the tooth cavity. Moreover, we find that the PIP only happens when the staggered system is around a fixed location with different separate distances, which is not similar to the previous researches. Our model may be important to photonic-integrated circuits and the sensitivity in sensors.展开更多

This passage gives four methods with their detailed mathematical inference processes in order to use these algorithms implemented by computer. The algorithms listed are Angle Summation method and Points to the Line method, Triangle methods which are the Triangle Area method and the Cross method. When the computer programs discriminate junctions, by comparison, the Angle Summation method and Points to the Line method are less efficacious than the Triangle method, and Cross method is more efficacious than the Triangle Area method in the Triangle method.展开更多
A new radio spectral receiving system has been installed on the 25 m radio telescope of the Urumqi Astronomical Observatory. The back end is a surface acoustic wave chirp transform spectrometer (SAW CZT), used for the...A new radio spectral receiving system has been installed on the 25 m radio telescope of the Urumqi Astronomical Observatory. The back end is a surface acoustic wave chirp transform spectrometer (SAW CZT), used for the first time in radio astronomy. The calibration of the line observations has carefully been investigated for the new-type spectrometer. In order to test the feasibility of the prototype spectrometer, we observed water maser emission from a number of known Galactic sources. We describe the observed spectra of W49N, W3(OH), 2248+600 and 1909+090. We found that W49N spectrum showed high-velocity features ranging from -330 to 146 km s-1. In comparison with the spectra observed by Medicina, the feature at the LSR velocity -52 km s-1 in the W3(OH) presented the rapid variation in flux density.展开更多
