At the beginning of May,the fourteenth Art Beijing Exposition came to an end at National Agricultural Exhibition Center.This year,while continuing the five major sectors of contemporary art,classic art,design art,public art and youth art,Art Beijing has added some special projects, like 'Charm of Printmaking','Image of Beijing','The Horizon,the World.' and 'Art Beijing Stores'.

On the Translation of Ceramic Art Works From the Perspective of Cross-Cultural Communication

In order to combine the aesthetic characteristics of ceramic art works with translation principles and fully convey the cultural and artistic connotations of the original works,the research was conducted and can be divided into three stages:theoretical research on translation of cross-cultural communication,appreciation of ceramic works of art,and translation practice of ceramic works of art.Through the research,we found that some methods like transliteration can be used to better promote the globalization of Chinese ceramic art and deepen cultural exchanges with other countries.

Novel Translation is an Art of Literary Re-creation——A Distinguished Art Feature in Chinese Version Tess of the D'urbervilles

Literary translation is the re-creation of the language art.To translate an English novel into Chinese one,translators need the skill of literature re-creation.Taking Zhang Guruo's translated version Tess of the D'urbervilles as an example,we perceive that translators have subjectivity and they should break the boundary between writing and translating.When a translator translates a piece of works,he must get rid of the constraint of the surface structures of the original works,and reproduces the flavor of the original novel.But the translators should try to show the original scenes in the original English novel to target readers.

Influence of original microstructure on the transformation behavior and mechanical properties of ultra-high-strength TRIP-aided steel

The transformation behavior and tensile properties of an ultra-high-strength transformation-induced plasticity （TRIP） steel （0.2C-2.0Si-I.SMn） were investigated by different heat treatments for automobile applications. The results show that F-TRIP steel, a tradi- tional TRIP steel containing as-cold-rolled ferfite and pearlite as the original microstructure, consists of equiaxed grains of intercritical ferrite surrounded by discrete particles of M/RA and B. In contrast, M-TRIP steel, a modified TRiP-aided steel with martensite as the original mi- crostlucture, containing full martensite as the original microstructure is comprised of lath-shaped grains of ferrite separated by lath-shaped martensite/retained austenite and bainite. Most of the austenite in F-TRIP steel is granular, while the austenite in M-TRIP steel is lath-shaped. The volume fraction of the retained austenite as well as its carbon content is lower in F-TRIP steel than in M-TRIP steel, and austenite grains in M-TRIP steel are much finer than those in F-TRIP steel. Therefore, M-TRIP steel was concluded to have a higher austenite stability, re- sulting in a lower transformation rate and consequently contributing to a higher elongation compared to F-TRIP steel. Work hardening be- havior is also discussed for both types of steel.

Zoonotic origins of human coronavirus 2019(HCoV-19/SARS-CoV-2):why is this work important?

The ongoing pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by infection with human coronavirus 2019 (HCoV-19/SARS-CoV-2/2019-nCoV), is a global threat to the human population. Here, we briefly summarize the available data for the zoonotic origins of HCoV-19, with reference to the other two epidemics of highly virulent coronaviruses, SARSCoV and MERS-CoV, which cause severe pneumonia in humans. We propose to intensify future efforts for tracing the origins of HCoV-19, which is a very important scientific question for the control and prevention of the pandemic.

Introduction about Eileen Chang's translation of the Old Men and the Sea

People in our country know Eileen Chang mainly as an outstanding writer and literator.In fact she is appreciated more than being a writer internationally.Yet Chang's outstanding talent as a trans1ator is known very 1ittle in China's Mainland.This thesis selects Eileen Chang's translation phenomenon as the object of study. Mainly because at first, the translator is of course the decisive factor that makes the target text equivalent to the source text,and case study of outstanding translators obviously is a very important part of both translation theories and practice. Among the factors influencing translation, the subjectivity of the translator is the key one. For a translator who is also a writer,his/ her writing view influences his/ her translating ractice. Eileen Chang's writing view is inflected in her translation of The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway. In my thesis, I would analysis her skill when translating the Old Man and the Sea. I found that she reflected her own attitude to the life when translating the novel.

A visual art museum in Sweden as pedagogical scenery: Gibbs’ reflective cycle guiding student nurses in the reflective process

The pedagogy employed in health care education must continually be questioned and expanded. Student nurses must be prepared for nursing practice that continually changes, consequently alternative concepts in nurse education must be considered. The aims were to provide student nurses with reflection skills and to evaluate the potential of studying the reflective process using visual art at a museum as an enriched activity in education. A pedagogical program with Gibbs’ reflection model was used as a complement. The study was conducted at a University College of Health Sciences in Sweden in collaboration with a visual art museum. Data were collected during a period of three years. A random sample (n = 35 of n = 98 students’ reports) was selected for qualitative analysis. The painting by George-Pierre Seurat, Seated woman was used as a source of inspiration. Analysis was conducted of the excerpts generated from the steps in Gibbs’ reflection model and from students’ evaluations of the teaching-learning structure. The results show that students were able to build hypothetical situations around the character depicted in the painting. They observed and described a great many aspects of the reflective process. The chosen painting was regarded as suitable for its purpose, and a source of inspiration. It could be interpreted as a patient you might meet in clinical practice. The students′ evaluations show that they became aware of knowledge they had not thought of before, and a way of taking a step closer to clinical practice. It could be concluded that art museum could be regarded as a stimulating environment that nurtured the reflective process. Consequently, visual art museums have to be considered as possible teaching learning milieus to be used in nurse education. It is to be hoped that this study will contribute to further development of visual art museums as teaching learning settings.

实用艺术作品“阶层式”保护模式研究——兼评最高人民法院指导案例第157号

仅依赖“思想—表达二分法”处理实用艺术作品著作权问题显得捉襟见肘。我国传统著作权法以文字作品为核心,其评价体系面对美术类作品时略显不足,嵌套在实用性与艺术性共生的实用艺术作品之上更显乏力。实用艺术作品以实用性为前提,以艺术性为核心,具有独立作为一类作品的逻辑自洽性与实践可行性。司法实践中,应当在“思想—表达二分法”的基础上引入“技术—艺术二分法”,采取“阶层式”的递进模式,对其中的可版权部分进行识别与保护。

文艺大众化运动与其发展和转型

文艺大众化的主要问题和基本观点,大致有六个方面:文艺发展的方向、文艺服务的对象、文艺创作的主体、文艺的内容与形式、文艺的语言、对五四新文化的评价。文艺大众化的理论与实践有其积极的意义,但也有其偏颇和局限之处。毛泽东没有延续文艺大众化运动的思路与方向,而是对文艺大众化的内容与问题进行了分解、总结与转型,对相关问题与争论提出了自己的观点和解决办法,将其提升到一个新的层次。《讲话》发表之后,文艺大众化进入“泛化”时期。20世纪50年代之后,繁荣社会主义文艺需要提高型的作品,文艺大众化逐渐失去活力。80年代之后,传统的大众文艺受到新起的大众文化挤压,开始走向式微。2014年,习近平发展毛泽东、邓小平等人的相关思想,适应人民日益增长的精神文化需求,提出“精品战略”。文艺大众化无论在实践还是理论上,都失去了现实性与合理性,整个文艺发展的方向由“大众化”转型为“精品战略”,便成为时代的必然要求与历史的必然趋向。

中国武术冷门绝技“二指禅”的源流考释、时代价值及传承策略

运用文献资料、历史考证、逻辑分析等研究方法,在厘清“二指禅”概念的基础上,对其源流进行梳理与考释,发现:中国武术“二指禅”起源于金元年间李叟的“骈指”绝技,形成于少林寺一贯禅师的“以指修禅”,丰富于明清时期少林五拳的“象形指功”,发展于新中国以后的冷门绝技“二指禅”,在中华文明的历史发展长河中不断演变、融合和递进,形成了较为完备的功法训练体系。当代二指禅主要有强身健体的禅修价值、自卫防身的技击价值、时代演进的艺术价值。实现二指禅文化的保护,需丰富理论研究、健全学术体系、加强传承保护、落实术道育人、深化拳功融合、凸显学科特色、重视竞赛展演,彰显文化自信。只有把二指禅精髓同中华优秀传统文化融会贯通,才能将这一武术绝技真正做到古为今用、推陈出新,不断增强中华文化的传播力和影响力,为中国式现代化的高质量发展注入文明滋养,奉献精神力量,在世界文化激荡中彰显中国文化魅力。

论数字时代视听作品独创性程度的衡量及其判断——以脸部特效为切入点

数字时代出现了多种新型“连续画面”,其是否具备法定视听作品的独创性,关键是如何对独创性的“程度”进行量化。然而既有的视听作品独创性判断标准,因其过于“抽象化”而较难适用。为衡量这些新型“连续画面”独创性的“程度”,运用法理和技术相结合的研究方法,综合创作结果和创作过程,从典型案例“梦幻云”脸部特效侵权案切入,可得出如下结论:在衡量因素上,除了应注意区分脸部特效的分层次表达,还应排除智能人机交互预设的创作内容;在独创性标准上,则应确立范围上聚焦连续画面、画面衔接具有逻辑性以及画面呈现具备动态性三个标准。

系统的情报观到系统的安全观:兵家情报思想探赜

[研究目的]中国传统情报思想已经受到广泛关注,但传统的情报思想究竟折射出何种情报观,并且其背后蕴含何种国家安全意蕴,还需要系统梳理。全景把握古代情报思想,能够为推进新时代国家安全建设提供启示。[研究方法]以中国古代兵家为研究对象,选取《孙子兵法》《六韬》《吴子》三个代表性的兵家著作为具体分析文本,系统提炼兵家的情报观,并从“情报—反情报”“情报—决策—安全”两个维度剖析古代情报观及其背后蕴含的安全观。[研究结论]兵家的情报思想体现出一种从宏观到微观的情报工作体系,包含了“情报工作周期”的各个要素,并构建了情报与安全之间相关关系。总体来看,中国古代情报史仍具有良好的现代价值,在提升国家安全工作效能方面具有重要借鉴作用。

人工智能生成物著作权保护研究

【目的】探讨人工智能生成物的作品性认定及在著作权领域存在的问题,并在此基础上提出对人工智能生成物著作权保护的制度建议,以期为保护创作者权益、推动人工智能技术的良性发展提供参考。【方法】采用文献综述和比较分析相结合的方法,对现有观点进行全面评估,剖析其优势和不足之处。【结果】当前法律法规滞后,导致独创性要求模糊、客体属性存在争议、权利归属不明等一系列问题。【结论】有必要进一步完善相关法律框架和规范机制。可以通过应确立“创作过程+创作结果”的双重独创性标准,设置灵活保护期限,按照贡献程度规定权利归属并创设著作权注册登记制度等方式确保知识产权在数字时代的合理运营和保护。
