The new revolution of science and technology takes material (microscopic particle) science, life (organic and inorganic life) science and thinking science as the fundamental sciences, takes life technology, new information technology, new material technology and new energy technology as the basis of the overall technological system, progresses in all aspects, including life technology, medicine, new material technology, new information technology, new energy technology, new robot technology, new manufacturing technology, laser technology, astronavigation technology, ocean technology, military technology, new educational technology, etc., and at the same time Qigong technology with thinking control as its core will emerge. In the era of life, thinking and Qigong technology, technology proceeds very rapidly, global society and economy develop at a high speed, and globalization is accelerated. Five spark projects were implemented to promote new rural construction in the west bank of Taiwan Strait,such as constructing the national spark industrial zone,organizing the new rural construction led by science and technology,constituting spark sci-tech innovation center,developing the rural informatization,and establishing science and technology commissioner bases. Since the global financial crisis,global value chain(GVC)have been contracting amid the trend toward economic de-globalization.With GVC participation rate in mind as the core indicator of economic de-globalization,in this paper we create a multi-country general equilibrium model to characterize the mechanism by which manufacturing localization affects GVC participation rate.Our theoretical derivation shows that changes in the local manufacturing status of final products in various countries directly influence the GVC participation rate of those countries.When the local proportion of a country’s final products reaches a certain level,rising local proportion of intermediate inputs,economic growth below the world average level,and technology progress all cause the country’s GVC participation rate to decline,giving rise to de-globalization at the manufacturing and trade levels.We further provide a comprehensive interpretation based on an empirical test of the deep-seated causes of economic de-globalization in relation to such economic phenomena as increasing trade concentration,the“technology backlash”effect of the new industrial revolution,and economic growth driven by the combined forces of trade protectionism and quantitative easing. 展开更多

It is the first time that the world’s first new method of farming,the"Fenlong farming technology,"has been systematically clarified,and the"Fenlong body integrating with natural science"has been created in terms of land resource activation,natural fertilization,natural water management,natural ecological improvement(including climate),and natural indirect activation of river water resources.Moreover,the"theory of Fenlong energy"has been established based on its effectiveness.The"theory of Fenlong energy"originates from the"multiplying and incremental utilization of three-dimensional spatial resources"in production practice.Its application to more than 40 kinds of crops such as rice,corn and wheat in 26 provinces including Guangxi,Xinjiang and Tibet shows that:the yield of arable land increases by 20%to 50%(the quality is improved by 5%),the yield of saline land increases by 20%to 100%,and it can retain 100%of water and resist or ease the disaster.The"theory of three-dimensional spatial resources","Fenlong science","Fenlong law"are the theoretical base for the establishment of the"theory of Fenlong energy".Based on the phenomena that the Fenlong crops have particularly developed root systems,white and more fibrous roots,and tall plants,it is proposed for the first time that Fenlong farming breaks the confinement of the bottom layer of the plow and realizes the holographic penetration of material,energy,and information flows,and there may be the speculation of"Fenlong dark matter flow". 展开更多

Driven by a new round of technological and industrial revolution,China’s manufacturing industry is heading towards green,intelligent,service-based and customized development.In light of the new technological revolution and evolving industrial development model,we need to revise and breathe new life into the traditional industrialization theory.When assessing a country’s industrial development,we should use the level of industrial technology,instead of the proportion of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,as the key criterion.In addition,the level of modern industrial development should be determined according to the degree of digital,network-based,and smart features.The new industrialization theory should employ knowledge-intensive complex labor to replace simple labor as the labor factor input in the production function,and include data as a new factor of production in the analytical framework.We should also define natural resources and the environment and greenhouse gas emissions as hard constraints of the production function.In the comparison of smart,service-based and green development levels of China’s,the US’and Japan’s manufacturing sectors,our results suggest that China lags far behind developed countries in terms of the level of industrial development.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China’s manufacturing industry should shift from quantitative expansion to digital and smart innovations and applications,modernize the industrial system,promote industrial integration,and broaden its horizon from domestic regional planning to the global value chain. 展开更多

当今世界地缘政治风险加剧、气候环境问题凸显,能源转型变革加快。在此背景下,构建更加适应形势变化的能源体系对提高我国能源供应系统的可持续性及安全稳定性意义重大。目前我国化石能源仍占据主体地位。油气资源存在能源安全问题及新... 当今世界地缘政治风险加剧、气候环境问题凸显,能源转型变革加快。在此背景下,构建更加适应形势变化的能源体系对提高我国能源供应系统的可持续性及安全稳定性意义重大。目前我国化石能源仍占据主体地位。油气资源存在能源安全问题及新能源技术水平有待提升,中国短期内对煤炭能源仍将保持较高依赖性。因此,推进煤炭清洁高效转化对于新型能源体系的构建具有重要意义。首先对新型能源体系的具体内涵与构建方向展开讨论,并在此基础上,对新时代中国煤化工产业的发展现状以及面临的机遇与挑战进行了阐述,以期为煤炭的清洁高效转化技术的进步及煤化工产业的未来发展提供建议。新时代要求赋予新型能源体系更多的内涵。因此从战略上看,未来能源体系应具备“安全高效、清洁低碳、多元协同、智能普惠”多个特征,这也对煤炭产业的清洁高效发展提出了更高的要求。我国的煤炭清洁高效转化已取得显著进步,但多个关键技术仍亟待突破。结合煤炭产业转型发展与“双碳”目标关系的系统性认识,在新型能源体系建设的需求下,推进煤炭清洁高效转化对于社会经济发展、助力“双碳”目标实现具有重要意义,其关键在于加强该领域相关学科专业的基础研究和煤炭清洁高效转化技术的创新开发。 展开更多
