氩氦刀治疗直肠癌肝转移30例疗效观察

为观察氩氦刀治疗30例不适合再次手术切除的直肠癌肝转移患者的临床疗效，将30例直肠癌肝转移患者采用氩氦刀冷冻治疗。结果显示，83．33％患者冰球覆盖率超过90％，所有患者的冷冻区CT值跟手术前相比均显著下降，且差异显著（P〈0．05）。30例患者在术后6个月完全缓解5例、缓解13例、稳定7例、进展5例，治疗有效率为83．33％。出现并发症16例，并发症发生率为53．3％，经止痛、止血、抗感染等对症治疗，均在1周左右好转。结果表明，采用氩氦刀治疗直肠癌肝转移患者，疗效确切、安全可靠。
