Matching with the time and spa...In this paper, the studies show that the framework of the original organizational models based on the philosophy view is constructed. The driving forces are also expatiated in the paper. Matching with the time and space in which the organization exists, fitted with the extra environment, making the organization take effect and properly controlling the important potential factors for the organizations further are the four driving forces development. The supporting pillars are cooperation in the competition, communication, negotiation and proper equal culture environment. At last, the researches point out that organization is a process, while organizational model is only a tool for us to realize the world.展开更多
To study the relationship between the evolutions of Chinese Traditional Culture (CTC) and program organization, an outline of the CTC is generalized by reviewing literature, and which is also compartmentalized into ...To study the relationship between the evolutions of Chinese Traditional Culture (CTC) and program organization, an outline of the CTC is generalized by reviewing literature, and which is also compartmentalized into two aspects according to economic philosophy views: traditional philosophy aspect and value judgment. Based on three dimensions, which are the philosophy aspect (P), program organization model (P), and value judgment from economic philosophy views ( V), and this evolution sequence, the CTC's influence on the program organization model in the evolution is discussed; then the cultural spatial evolution model for program organization based on the three dimensions (PPV) is constructed. From analyzing the plane matrix of P-P and empirical investigating on the organizational model of construction enterprises, it is found that the ancient Chinese government organizational model still has prevailing influence on the modern program organizational model in China.展开更多
Entrepreneurship,a critical source of economic development,requires cultivation to carry it forward.From the perspective of culture,which is the root of thought and attitude,this paper lists the successful entrepreneu...Entrepreneurship,a critical source of economic development,requires cultivation to carry it forward.From the perspective of culture,which is the root of thought and attitude,this paper lists the successful entrepreneurs both from China and other countries whose management practices have been influenced by Lao-Tzu’s philosophy of management,discusses the convergence of that philosophy with entrepreneurship,and highlights the decisive influence of entrepreneurial mindset.It also explores the cultural pathway to cultivation of entrepreneurship,that is,it addresses the shaping of world outlook of“the unity of humanity and nature”(天人合一)and“something and nothing creating each other”(有无相生).The paper considers the life outlook of“taking hearts as my own,selflessness defines me”(以百姓心为心,无私成其私),the value of“respecting and valuing morality”(尊道贵德)and“staying free from arbitrariness”(自然无为).Following the requirements of the times and regional cultural characteristics,this paper refines the entrepreneurship structure model at four levels:mission-driven responsibility mindset,awe-inspiring arbitrariness-free mindset,symbiotic and win-win altruism mindset and progressive mindset.The objective is to help to promote the creative transformation of contemporary values of traditional culture.展开更多
