The WorM＇s Wife （1999）, written by Carol Ann Duffy, who is the first woman and first openly LGBT person appointed Britain＇s poet Laureate, is a collection of poems which makes full use of intertextuality to show Duffy＇s subversion to patriarchy. Women in her poems are given chances to speak out for themselves, which can be seen as a form of resistance against patriarchy. “历久弥新”还是“归于平淡”:结婚时长、夫妻共识与中老年人婚姻满意度

婚姻是联结家庭的重要纽带,在实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略与推动新时代家庭家教家风建设高质量发展的双重背景下,关注中老年人婚姻议题具有重要的现实意义。一些观点认为夫妻在历经“七年之痒”后双方的婚姻关系将逐渐趋于稳定、回归平淡,但事实真的如此吗?基于2014、2018与2020年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)的三期非平衡面板数据,运用双向固定效应模型及中介效应模型,分析结婚时长对中老年人婚姻满意度的影响,并探讨夫妻共识在其中所发挥的中介作用。研究结果表明,首先,从基准关系来看,结婚时长会对中老年人婚姻满意度产生显著的线性影响,结婚越久,中老年人的婚姻满意度就越高,这一结论在使用四种不同稳健性检验方法后依旧成立;其次,从群体差异来看,相较于老年、非农户口群体,中年、农业户口群体更有可能在夫妻婚姻延续过程中获得婚姻满意度的提升;最后,从内在机制来看,夫妻共识是结婚时长影响中老年人婚姻满意度的重要作用机制,结婚时长会通过增进女性婚嫁、女性生育与家务责任上的夫妻共识来提升中老年人的婚姻满意度。对此,为进一步推进和谐婚姻家庭建设、改善居民中晚年生活福祉,应加快构建婚姻家庭建设的支持性政策体系,积极宣扬男女平等与责任共担的社会理念,进一步加强和改进婚姻家庭辅导教育工作。

目的:基于二元应对理论构建前列腺癌病人及配偶性康复方案,为前列腺癌治疗后出现性功能障碍的病人及其配偶提供性康复干预措施。方法:对相关文献进行系统检索、文献筛选、质量评价和资料提取,拟订方案初稿,遴选全国18名专家进行两轮德尔菲专家咨询,对咨询结果进行讨论和分析,最终形成方案终稿。结果:两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为90%、100%,专家权威系数为0.800,第2轮专家咨询条目重要性和可行性的协调系数为0.302和0.222;基于二元应对理论确定了3个一级指标(二元评估、二元应对策略、二元关系强化)、11个二级指标和55个三级条目。结论:基于循证和德尔菲法构建的前列腺癌病人及配偶性康复方案具有科学性,可为后续临床实践提供理论参考。

明代江南地区纺织业发达,工艺精湛,留下众多宝贵的服饰遗存。通过对出土实物的复原,再现服饰原貌,展现明代服饰特色,对推动服饰的保护传承具有一定的积极作用。文章选取无锡七房桥钱樟夫妇墓出土四合如意云纹缎绵裙为研究对象,通过对出土实物资料的搜集整理、数据测量、面料分析、形制阐释及纹样解析对四合如意云纹缎绵裙进行一比一复原。通过相同工艺、结构和质料装饰完成裙装复原,以期再现明代典型马面裙的服饰原貌。

年轻乳腺癌患者妻子角色期望的质性研究

目的通过对自我和身份的反思,探索年轻乳腺癌患者为回归家庭需要履行的妻子角色期望,为医务工作者制订癌症家庭康复的相关干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用描述性现象学方法和目的取样法。于2023年3月-4月在江苏省徐州市某三级甲等医院的乳腺外科和肿瘤内科选取年轻乳腺癌患者及其配偶进行半结构化的面对面访谈。访谈内容被逐字转录,采用科莱兹现象学方法进行分析。结果16例乳腺癌患者和6名配偶参与了访谈,平均年龄分别为(35.95±3.36)岁和(37.67±5.28)岁。在治疗和康复期间,关于年轻乳腺癌患者妻子角色期望内容共提炼出3个主题,8个子主题:自尊自爱(保障自己的生命、坦然面对疾病、重拾女性角色的自信);夫妻关系的调适(和谐有效的夫妻沟通、为婚姻和爱情给予支持、共创美好的夫妻生活);协助家庭康复(减轻配偶的照护与经济负担、家庭日常的管理)。结论年轻乳腺癌患者及其配偶对妻子角色的期望主要包括自我、夫妻和家庭三个方面。自尊和自爱是最基本的期望,而调整夫妻关系和协助家庭康复则是更高的期望。

晚清修律与男性话语书写——以修订新刑律草案中夫妻法律关系演变为例

从性别视角来看,清末修订新刑律是男性话语书写的法律改革。以夫妻法律关系演变为例,夫为妻纲是中国古代夫妻法律关系形成的基础性原则。清末新刑律草案以模范列强为宗旨,废除夫为妻纲,引入夫妻平等理念。在修律过程中,礼、法双方分别从家族主义进路和国家主义进路就夫妻平等展开激烈的争论,争论的本质是双方对妇女归属权的争夺。男性话语书写下的夫妻平等带有强烈的国家主义烙印,女性处于被动的他者地位。从传统律典中妇女处于蒙昧、需要被教导的状态,到新刑律草案中妇女处于需要被改造的状态,妇女在摆脱家族主义的桎梏之后,又进入国家主义的牢笼之中。

18世纪常州地区的闺秀诗集《长离阁集》,作者王采薇通过挪用“思妇”符号,修改其单向的道德规训内涵,将自身建构为情感和道德的主体;诸多疾病书写,再现了女性的患病历程和生命体验,具有指责性、外向性的写作特点;基于现实社会对女性的角色期待,王采薇凭借对“木兰”诗和记梦诗的微妙改写,显露了女性在日常之外的想象和越界。《长离阁集》通过对女性主体的呈现,展示了清代知识女性如何利用自身特有的文化资源,采取非对抗性策略,成功开掘出边际群体的文化空间,从而对整个江南地区的文化格局产生深远影响的历程。
