Research on evaluation model of technology innovation ability of state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base

The paper viewed the current problem that state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base hadn＇t technologies of their own intellectual property right, whose sources mainly depended on imitation and introduction from abroad. Operational evaluation method and index criteria system of enterprises technology innovation ability were put forward in this paper, different enterprises may revise the model according to their actual situations to evaluate the enterprise technological innovation ability scientifically and quickly. The findings will be helpful to correlative departments to formulate the related policies and also has important theoretical and practical value in technological innovation project of enterprise.

To Evaluate of the Self-dependent Innovation Ability of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises in Shaanxi Province

For an enterprise, what is important is to have the self-dependent innovation ability so that it can en- hance the core competence unceasingly and acquire sustainable competitive advantages. In this paper, the indi- cator system of the self-dependent innovation ability of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Shaanxi province is constructed, in which includes 4 one-level indicators and 13 two-level indicators; and conducts empirical re- search by applying the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.

STUDY ON MEASURE OF TECHNICAL INNOVATION ABILITY IN MEDIUM AND SMALL MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISES

Measure index system of technical innovation in medium and smallmanufacturing enterprises is established according to principles of exploration, adaptability,standardization, generalization, feasibility, comparability and combination of economic benefit andcontinual development. It includes index of technical innovation capacity, informationaladministration on technical innovation, and investment of technical innovation, economic benefit,green technical level, social contribution and other influential indexes. Approach to measure oftechnical innovation in medium and small manufacturing enterprises is presented based on combinationof grey relation and fuzzy hiberarchy analysis, and conclusions are drawn based on practicalanalysis of 20 medium and small enterprises, which provides the basis for the medium and smallenterprises to select technical innovation policies and the government to constitute relativepolicies.

Research on the Influence of Business Convergence of Listed Tourism Companies on Enterprise Performance

Studying the impact of business convergence on enterprise performance can provide empirical basis for enterprises to formulate the integrated development strategy.The business convergence degree of 28 listed tourism companies was measured by Herfindahl index,and the impact of business convergence on business performance and the moderating effect of enterprise innovation ability were discussed.The results showed that the business convergence level of listed tourism companies varied greatly.Business convergence had a significant positive impact on short-term profitability of tourism enterprises,and a significant negative impact on the growth of enterprises.Innovation ability had a positive moderating effect on the impact of business convergence on enterprise profitability,but had no significant moderating effect on the impact of business convergence on enterprise growth.The results suggest that at the present stage,the business convergence of listed tourism companies is helpful to improve the profitability of enterprises in the short term,but it does not significantly promote the long-term growth of enterprises.

An Empirical Study of the Senior Corporate Managers＇ Ability to Innovate

Senior corporate managers＇ innovation ability and spirit are very important in the growth process of corporate business development. This paper focuses on the innovation capacities of the senior corporate managers of listed companies in China and the complex relationship between firm performance and the operating environment to study and analyze the management and development of Chinese enterprises. Through relevant theoretical analysis and development of research hypotheses using the A-shares in Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies announced in 2007 and 2008, the authors design an empirical model. The study found that in Chinese listed companies, the higher the innovation spirit of senior corporate managers, the better their business performances; the stronger the dynamic and complexity of the operating environment, the more the corporate managers＇ innovation ability will be developed.

Technological Gap, Innovation Environment and Enterprises＇ Independent R＆D Intensity

By introducing a knowledge production function which combines both foreign technology imports and domestic research and development （R＆D） expenditure into an endogenous technological progress model, this paper examines the mechanism that determines enterprises＇ R＆D intensity in developing countries, and explores how factors such as technological gap, technology absorptive capacity, innovation environment and innovation ability would impact Chinese enterprises＇decision made on R＆D intensity. Our results suggest that technological gap has no significant single impact on enterprises＇R＆D intensity, but rather influences enterprises＇decision on R＆D jointly with other factors such as degree of openness and human capital. A relative fall in efficiency of technology imitation recently has a negative effect on total R＆D intensity but helps to promote enterprises＇ independent R＆D. In addition, among factors related to R＆D innovation environment, industrial R＆D intensity has a significantly positive impact on enterprises＇ independent R＆D intensity, while regional economies of scale, proportion of large enterprises and proportion of government R＆D investment have some certain negative impacts.

The Path Dependence of Enterprise Strategic Adjustment and Its Transcendence Analysis

The world today is in a period of great development and integration of economy,information,and technology,especially the high-tech industries represented by big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence.It is promoting the rapid increase of human productivity and leading the changes in various industries.Enterprises are facing more and more uncertain external environments.The previous organizational strategy,personnel structure,and operating strategies have been unable to adapt to the turbulent external environment,and innovation has become the norm.Therefore,how to find an innovative breakthrough point on the original strategic road on which to survive has become a matter of life and death.From the perspective of path dependence theory,this paper analyzes the characteristics of path dependence and transcendence path dependence during the adjustment of corporate strategy,and analyzes the internal causes and mechanisms of its generation with the help of the PEST model.Based on this,the negative impact of path dependence on the adjustment of the strategy was found.Furthermore,it was found above that the degree of transcendence path dependence in corporate strategic adjustment is determined by two factors:its ability to drive independent innovation in a dynamic environment and its ability to transform strategically.Finally,according to the research conclusions,it proposes countermeasures to overcome the path dependence of enterprises when adjusting their strategies,and provides suggestions for companies to find breakthrough points in disruptive innovation.

基于数据包络法的OFDI对高新技术企业创新效率的影响分析

我国已经成为对外直接投资的大国,高新技术企业的OFDI行为能否提升企业创新效率是一个重要的命题。基于数据包络法构建回归模型,以广东高新技术企业微观数据为样本进行了检验,结果表明,高新技术企业的OFDI促进了创新资源的投入和创新活动的实施,然而创新产出无法提升,创新效率降低。其原因在于许多OFDI重新配置创新资源,注重模仿创新,忽视了自主创新。为此,提出建议,在促进企业对外直接投资获取技术溢出效应的同时,需要增强企业自主创新能力,真正提升创新效率。

数字技术集中度与企业创新:倒U型关系及转变

数字化转型可赋予企业创新巨大的新动能,但数字技术种类多、成本高,如何充分借助数字技术促进企业创新是企业关注的焦点。基于2007—2020年沪深A股上市公司数据,采用固定效应模型,考察数字技术集中度对企业创新的影响及作用机制。结果发现,数字技术集中度与企业创新呈显著倒U型关系,表明适度的数字技术集中度能够显著促进企业创新,但过度的数字技术集中度会抑制企业创新。机制分析表明,人力资源整合能力和研发投入强度在数字技术集中度与企业创新间发挥调节效应。随着调节变量增大,倒U型曲线拐点向左偏移,同时倒U型曲线逐渐变得平缓。在调节变量突破拐点临界值后,倒U型曲线转变为U型曲线。由此可见,调节变量增大能够进一步促进企业创新。结论可为深入理解数字技术集中度对企业创新的非线性影响,进而利用调节机制促进企业创新提供经验证据。

“1+X”背景下高职院校教师教学能力提升路径研究

数字经济、知识溢出与企业创新

数字经济作为赋能高质量发展的新动力,正在引发知识扩散方式和企业创新模式的深刻变革。利用2011-2020年中国A股上市公司专利数量和被引数据,探讨数字经济对企业创新的影响效应及作用机制。结果表明:整体看,数字经济促进了企业创新;分行业看,数字经济对企业创新的影响效应差异明显,对高技术制造业及技术型服务业具有显著促进作用,对低技术制造业及其他行业的影响较弱甚至有负向影响。数字经济影响创新过程中,企业创新积累发挥重要作用,较之高积累和低积累企业,数字经济对中等创新积累企业创新增长的提升作用更大。进一步研究发现,知识溢出是数字经济影响创新的重要机制,并且流向竞争对手的知识溢出同样有利于企业创新,但其溢出份额对创新的影响呈先升后降的倒“U”型。最后,采用面板门槛模型,发现数字经济的创新效应面临下行压力,而企业数据管理能力具有正向调节作用,能进一步释放数字经济的创新红利,促进其边际效应非线性递增。

主导合作、创新质量与企业全要素生产率

企业在深度创新合作过程中的主导权配置问题逐渐显现,主导权的有效配置并非简单的“主导即优”。本文基于2007-2019年中国制造业上市公司的专利联合申请数据,通过手工整理并识别创新合作类型,构建主导创新合作指标,深入分析了企业主导创新合作如何影响其生产效率。研究表明,企业主导创新合作能显著提升其全要素生产率,这一效应主要源于主导高质量创新增强了企业从创新知识中获益的程度,进而转化为生产效率的提升。异质性分析显示,企业的吸收能力、研发资本和竞争能力等因素影响其主导创新合作的效果;同时还发现国有产权性质、高科技行业以及无政治关联的企业更倾向于主导高质量创新,以提升生产效率。宏观因素分析发现,虽然企业主导高质量创新有助于应对市场竞争,但缺乏协调性的政策引导可能导致企业实施不利于自身长期发展的行为。本文的研究为优化合作机制、提升创新效能提供了理论支持和政策建议。

企业市场重心转换的创新效应

在“双循环”新发展格局下,如何激发企业创新活力,实现科技自立自强,是中国当前面临的重大现实问题。本文从理论和实证两个方面考察企业市场重心转换对企业创新能力的作用。研究发现,企业将市场重心转向国内有助于提高其创新能力,该结论在经过内生性处理和稳健性检验后仍然成立;将市场重心转向国内还有助于推动企业实现对“卡脖子”技术的突破,但该效应存在较为明显的行业和企业异质性。

政府数字社会创新能促进企业共享价值创造吗?——来自城市大脑的证据

共享价值创造是企业推进国家共同富裕战略实现的核心方式,会受到政府治理行为变革的影响。然而,政府数字社会创新作为政府治理行为变革新形态,其是否影响以及如何影响企业共享价值创造仍有待深入论证。基于交易成本理论,构建了政府数字社会创新和企业共享价值创造的理论联系。借助我国各地陆续引入城市大脑的准自然实验,采用多期双重差分法,研究发现,政府数字社会创新能促进企业共享价值创造,而且以城市大脑服务广度和应用清晰度为代表的政府数字社会创新水平越高,企业共享价值创造表现越好。机制检验发现,企业管理者战略领导力视角下的管理者能力和政治关联分别正向调节和负向调节政府数字社会创新和企业共享价值创造的关系。研究发现补充了企业共享价值创造的政府治理行为变革驱动因素研究,为政府数字社会创新对企业共享价值创造的影响及边界条件议题提供了有力回应和理论解释。

数字化转型提升了涉海企业创新能力吗?——来自涉海上市公司的经验证据

推动海洋产业创新发展是建设中国特色海洋强国的必然要求,而通过数字化转型驱动企业创新能力提升是实现海洋产业创新发展的关键所在。文章基于2007-2021年92家中国涉海上市公司面板数据,应用Python技术爬取企业年度报告中“数字化转型”相关关键词,并归集词频制作数字化转型强度指标,在此基础上采用面板固定效应模型实证检验企业数字化转型对企业创新能力影响。结果表明:中国涉海上市公司数字化转型对其创新能力具有显著正向影响,经过稳健性检验后结论依旧成立。从区分企业性质来看,相较于非国有上市公司,国有涉海上市公司数字化转型对提升研发创新能力正向作用更大更显著。因此,推进涉海企业数字化技术发展,提升服务涉海企业数字化转型能力,优先培育数字海洋国有示范企业,借力数字化转型推动涉海企业创新发展至关重要。

民营股东委派董事与国有企业创新战略

本文从“进入权”的角度对民营股东委派的董事“赋权”来考察国有企业“混股权”市场化改革成效的局限,以2007-2021年沪深A股国有上市公司作为研究对象,检验民营股东委派董事对国有企业创新发展战略的效应。研究发现:(1)民营股东委派董事对国有企业的内部研发投入有显著正向影响,对外部技术并购则无明显影响。(2)在地方国企、国有民营技术融合程度较高、实质创新水平较低的国有企业中,民营股东委派董事对自主创新的促进作用更为明显。(3)民营股东委派董事主要通过发挥监督职能、战略决策职能和资源供给职能对国有企业创新发展战略产生影响。研究结论表明,国有企业的市场机制改革并非一味地向民营股东增资扩股,民营股东根据持股比例履行“进入权”权力委派董事,才是国有企业市场机制改革中以“混股权”促“改机制”的“题中之义”。

鸿蒙开发者创新中心赋能高职计算机专业人才培养研究

本研究利用鸿蒙开发者创新中心平台,深化校企合作与产教融合,采用“产、学、研、创、认证”五位一体模式,旨在增强高职计算机专业学生的创新能力和教师的实践应用能力。本研究围绕鸿蒙中心,构建了教育体系,实施了有针对性的教学活动和项目实践。结果显示,学生创新能力显著增强,并掌握了最新技术,展现出较强的创新思维和问题解决能力;教师实践能力增强,加深了对行业动态的理解,提高了技术研发和项目管理能力。本研究探索了一条有效的产教融合路径,对提高高职计算机专业人才培养质量具有重要意义。
