Teaching Design and Implementation of the Electrical and Electronic Technology Course Based on Teaching Ability Competition

The teaching ability competition is a vital method for stimulating teachers’enthusiasm and enhancing their teaching skills.This approach has gained increasing attention from colleges and universities in recent years.The competition focuses on evaluating teachers’capabilities in designing and implementing lessons,encouraging the exchange of new educational ideas and high-quality teaching methods.Reforming the teaching of Electrical and Electronic Technology courses based on insights from teaching competitions can significantly improve teaching quality.This paper explores the teaching design and implementation of the Electrical and Electronic Technology course,drawing on the principles of teaching ability competitions.First,it analyzes the existing problems in teaching this course.Then,it highlights the significant benefits that teaching competitions bring to the course.Based on these insights,the paper proposes practical strategies aimed at enhancing students’interest and practical skills,thereby promoting innovative developments in teaching Electrical and Electronic Technology.

On the “Online and Offline Blended Teaching” Mode for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Universities—A Case of “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism”

With the deepening development of educational informatization, online and offline blended teaching, as a new teaching mode, is increasingly receiving widespread attention from educators [1]. At present, the reform of the “online and offline blended teaching” of ideological and political education courses directly affects the quality of talent cultivation in universities. The article takes the course “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism” as an example to explore the reform mode of “online and offline blended teaching” in ideological and political theory courses in universities from the aspects of reasonable allocation of class hours, design of online teaching activities, how to deepen classroom teaching offline, and diversified assessment modes. Furthermore, the article summarizes the experience of mode reform and promotes the deep development of the people-oriented education concept in ideological and political courses in universities, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of moral education in ideological and political education in universities.

Availability of basic life support courses for the general populations in India, Nigeria and the United Kingdom: An internet-based analysis

BACKGROUND:The number of lay people willing to attempt cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in real life is increased by effective education in basic life support(BLS).However,little is known about access of general public to BLS training across the globe.This study aimed to investigate availability and key features of BLS courses proposed for lay people in India,Nigeria and the United Kingdom(UK).METHODS:A Google search was done in December 2018,using English keywords relevant for community resuscitation training.Ongoing courses addressing BLS and suitable for any adult layperson were included in the analysis.On-site training courses were limited to those provided within the country's territory.RESULTS:A total of 53,29 and 208 eligible courses were found for India,Nigeria and the UK,respectively.In the UK,the number of courses per 10 million population(31.5)is 79 and 21 times higher than that in India(0.4)and Nigeria(1.5).Course geography is limited to 28%states and one union territory in India,30%states and the Federal Capital Territory in Nigeria.In the UK,the training is offered in all constituent countries,with the highest prevalence in England.Courses are predominantly classroom-based,highly variable in duration,group size and instructors'qualifications.For India and Nigeria,mean cost of participation is exceeding the monthly minimum wage.CONCLUSION:In contrast to the UK,the availability and accessibility of BLS courses are critically limited in India and Nigeria,necessitating immediate interventions to optimize community CPR training and improve bystander CPR rates.

Exploration on the Reform of PBL Mode of Course:Comprehensive Experiment of Basic Medicine for Nursing Undergraduates in Colleges and Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine

The undergraduate education of nursing science produces higher practical operational talents to the society,and the importance of experimental teaching cannot be ignored in the training of nursing students.The basic experimental teaching method of undergraduate nursing has been explored and reformed by the College of Basic Medicine of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.After the reform,the experimental teaching adopts the teaching method of PBL mode,and the experimental course is composed of several specific and important medical problems.The specific tasks involved in each problem include relevant morphological knowledge,functional knowledge,diagnostic and laboratory knowledge,and clinical medical knowledge.It makes the teaching content of experimental course more comprehensive,and leads to the transition from basic medicine to clinical medicine.This has gradually and effectively improved the practical ability,scientific research thinking,clinical comprehensive ability and learning interest of undergraduate nursing students.

A Summary of the Development Course of the Basic Issues of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

Socialism with Chinese characteristics is a great cause without experience for reference. Functional electrical stimulation-facilitated proliferation and regeneration of neural precursor cells in the brains of rats with cerebral infarction

Previous studies have shown that proliferation of endogenous neural precursor cells cannot alone compensate for the damage to neurons and axons. From the perspective of neural plastici- ty, we observed the effects of functional electrical stimulation treatment on endogenous neural precursor cell proliferation and expression of basic fibroblast growth factor and epidermal growth factor in the rat brain on the infarct side. Functional electrical stimulation was performed in rat models of acute middle cerebral artery occlusion. Simultaneously, we set up a placebo stimulation group and a sham-operated group. Immunohistochemical staining showed that, at 7 and 14 days, compared with the placebo group, the numbers of nestin （a neural precursor cell marker）-positive cells in the subgranular zone and subventricular zone were increased in the functional electrical stimulation treatment group. Western blot assays and reverse-transcription PCR showed that total protein levels and gene expression of epidermal growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor were also upregulated on the infarct side. Prehensile traction test results showed that, at 14 days, prehension function of rats in the functional electrical stimulation group was significantly better than in the placebo group. These results suggest that functional electrical stimulation can promote endogenous neural precursor cell proliferation in the brains of acute cerebral infarction rats, enhance expression of basic fibroblast growth factor and epidermal growth factor, and improve the motor function of rats.

A new model for evaluating the electrical conductivity of nonferrous slag

Electrical conductivity of molten slag is an important physicochemical property for designing the refming process in electric smelting furnaces. Though conductivities of many slag systems have been measured, the quantitative relationships of conductivity with slag composition and temperature are still very limited. In this article, the Arrhenius law was used to describe the experimental data of conductivities for CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2, CaO-Al2O3-SiO2, CaO-MnO-AlEO3-SiO2, as well as CaO-MgO-MnO- Al2O3-SiO： systems, and it is found that activation energy can be expressed as a linear function of the content of components, where the optical basicity of slag must be within the range of 0.58 to 0.68.

An Improved Purification Method for Preparation of Basic Nickel Carbonate of High Purity via Chemical Precipitation

The adsorption mechanism of Na^＋, Cl^- and other impurities on the surface of basic nickel carbonate was clarified by electric double layer model. Based on the mechanism, a new purification method was studied. The method can be described as washing-drying-rewashing-drying. The experimental results indicate that the process is very efficient to remove impurities adsorbed by the precipitate when using NiCl2 and Na2CO3 as the raw materials. The finished product＇s contents of sodium and chlorine are both less than 0.01 wt%.

Case Study of the Application of Rain Classroom in Japanese Teaching in Universities

The guiding opinions of the Ministry of Education on deepening the reform of education and teaching emphasize the in-depth combination of information technology and education.To encourage different types of small custom application online courses in colleges and universities,the campus intercollegiate online hybrid teaching,and promote the student-centered teaching and learning methods change.In response to the requirements of reform,this study introduced rain classroom as a mobile teaching method into the first-year basic Japanese teaching in colleges and universities,and conducted the mixed classroom practice under the module teaching theory.The practical results show that the introduction of basic Japanese teaching in rain classroom has greatly improved students’learning enthusiasm and achieved good teaching results.At the same time,as a mobile teaching means,rain classroom is connected online and offline;data integration,teaching management integration,and other aspects still have room for improvement.

Basic Courses System Construction Based on Qualities Cultivation

材料科学基础实验课程思政教学的研究与应用
