The eco-environment and the condition of economic development in the Three Gorges area were evaluated with emergy indices calculated with the statistic data of the years from 1997 to 2005. The rising environmental loading ratio indicates an increasing pressure of economic activities on the environment and the economic development achieved at the cost of over-exploitation of resources and environment deterioration. The net emergy yield ratio implies that the economic system of this area was a self-contained, resource-export-oriented type at a relatively low level of technology. The emergy sustainability index of about 6 implies the economy of this area was under developed but had a potential to grow. According to the results of the emergy analysis, circular economy should be taken as the economic model of this region's development. This economic system should be water-resource-oriented and more open, make combined use of local and extraneous resources, and have an updated systematic structure with emphasis on emergy recirculation. 展开更多

Taking Huaian as an example,the rural economic and environmental problems in economically underdeveloped areas are expounded.The results show that rural areas in economically underdeveloped areas confront with lagged economic development,serious environmental pollutionand scarce shortage of equipments for treating environmental pollution.The causes of problems are analyzed,including inadequate fiscal supportfrom the local government;unscientific system for assessing government officers' performances;backward ideas in environmental protection and im-perfect laws and regulations on environmental protection.Based on these causes,the strategy of employing the circular economy to promote the co-ordinated development of rural environment and economy in economically underdeveloped areas is put forward.The strategy covers transformingthe way of agricultural production;adjusting agricultural production structure;positively collecting funds and increasing the input on handling rural en-vironmental problems;strengthening the efforts on promotion and education,and forming the healthy habits of consumption;enforcing supervisionand establishing a professional administration team for protecting rural environment;laying stress on rural technological innovation and strengtheningthe force of expansion;accelerating the path of industrialization and promoting the industrialization of villages and towns vigorously. 展开更多

According to the thought of sustainable development, the ecology economic mode of mining area-regard mining area as one three-dimension compound ecological economic system was put forward, and the exploitation and reconstruction activities were arranged, according to the objective rule of the whole operation of ecological economy, so as to make ecology economic system’s whole function optimize, the regional ecology harmonious and the pollutant be controlled in the whole course. Innovations of mining technologies were proposed by beneficial utilizations of unfavorable factors such as high geostress,high geotemperature and high mining depth to achieve green mining as mining depth increases inevitably.Cuttability of deep hard rock was investigated by experimental and regressed analyses to find the reasonable stress adjustment method to improve non-explosive mechanized fragmentation for hard ore-rock.A non-explosive mechanized and intellectualized mining method was proposed to continuously and precisely exploit phosphate underground,which promoted the high-recovery,low-waste and high-efficiency exploitation of phosphate with recovery rate over 90%,dilution rate near 5%and cutting efficiency about 107.7 t/h.A circular economy model and the backfill system were proposed to conduct resource utilizations of solid waste,by which the utilization amount of waste increased year after year.In 2018,the utilization amounts of phosphogypsum,yellow phosphorus slag and waste rock increased to 1853.6×10^3 t/a,291.1×10^3 t/a and 1493.8×10^3 t/a,respectively. 展开更多

Resource and environmental management are shaping our society and economy.Virgin mining is rapidly becoming unsustainable as primary resources are in increasingly short supply and energy consumption continues to increase.Urban mining through a circular economy has emerged as a promising option for securing copper and aluminum resources.However,the sustainability and viability of this circular economy industry are heavily dependent on its profitability.Here,we demonstrate the economic benefits of urban mining for anthropogenic minerals:e-waste,end-of-life vehicles,waste wiring and cables.The material and cost flows associated with urban mining are deeply examined.Through life cycle cost and cost-benefit analysis,the cost of obtaining one ton of copper or aluminum is found to be,on average,3,000 US$or 1,660 US$,which is significantly lower than the cost of virgin mining.Moreover,in terms of the costs and benefits,copper may differ tremendously from aluminum depending on the type of anthropogenic mineral.Some additional regulations or policies enactment need to reinforce the urban mining and circular economy. 展开更多

这是一篇矿山环境工程领域的论文。为评价离子型稀土矿区林下经济植物种植对根际土壤生物群落特征及理化性质影响,选取何首乌、葛根等7种典型林药经济植物和黑麦草、狼尾草等7种典型林草经济植物为研究对象,开展林下经济植物种植盆栽实... 这是一篇矿山环境工程领域的论文。为评价离子型稀土矿区林下经济植物种植对根际土壤生物群落特征及理化性质影响,选取何首乌、葛根等7种典型林药经济植物和黑麦草、狼尾草等7种典型林草经济植物为研究对象,开展林下经济植物种植盆栽实验。通过测定植物株高、叶面积、地上/地下部生物量和土壤全磷、全钾、全氮、速效氮、速效磷、有机质、阳离子交换量以及微生物群落组成、丰富度、多样性等指标,综合研究林下经济植物种植对根际土壤生物群落特征及理化性质的影响。结果表明:种植中草药类植物会增加微生物多样性,而种植牧草类会对微生物群落组成产生一定的影响;种植中草药类林下经济植物对土壤肥力有较明显的提高,粉防己最为明显较照对组全氮、碱解氮、有机质、分别提高300.0%、118.5%、825.3%;种植牧草类对土壤肥力影响不明显。通过本文研究表明,种植林下经济植物会对土壤生物群落产生一定的影响,并在一定程度上提高土壤肥力。 展开更多

以TP、TN、PO4^3--P、NO3^--N、NO2^--N、NH4^+-N、CODMn、Chla等为主要水质指标研究了在池塘养殖循环经济模式中蚌、鱼混养对主养区养殖废水的净化效能。结果表明:在7月30日到12月2日的5次测定中,除Chla外,其他指标的去除率表现为... 以TP、TN、PO4^3--P、NO3^--N、NO2^--N、NH4^+-N、CODMn、Chla等为主要水质指标研究了在池塘养殖循环经济模式中蚌、鱼混养对主养区养殖废水的净化效能。结果表明:在7月30日到12月2日的5次测定中,除Chla外,其他指标的去除率表现为先升高后降低的趋势。其中NH4^+N在各测定时间的去除率在25.58%-50.82%之间变化,平均去除率为38.05%,8月28日去除率最大,12月2日去除率最小;NO2^--N、NO3^--N、PO4^3--P、TN、TP和CODMn去除率分别在16.95%-45.45%、25.23%~48.48%、18.37%-52.43%、19.47%-49.39%、12.24%-50.00%和31.88%~49.63%之间,平均去除率分别为26.93%、34.75%、36.50%、29.66%、32.49%和41.21%。且均在9月29日去除率达到最大,12月2日降低为最小。蚌、鱼混养对Chla的去除效果明显,平均去除率达83.49%。各测定时间的出水水质综合营养状态指数均明显低于进水。认为蚌、鱼混养对主养区养殖废水具有很好的净化效能。 展开更多

基于循环经济理论与评价指标体系建立的一般原则,结合我国煤炭矿区的特点,本文首先构建了矿区循环经济评价的指标体系。其指标体系由资源产出、资源消耗、资源综合利用、废物排放四个一级指标组成,每个一级指标又包括相应的二级指标;然... 基于循环经济理论与评价指标体系建立的一般原则,结合我国煤炭矿区的特点,本文首先构建了矿区循环经济评价的指标体系。其指标体系由资源产出、资源消耗、资源综合利用、废物排放四个一级指标组成,每个一级指标又包括相应的二级指标;然后,确定了基于熵和AHP的矿区循环经济评价方法,把利用AHP得到的主观权重与评价对象固有信息计算出的熵权相结合,得到综合权重;最后,计算出矿区循环经济发展水平总指数。本评价方法在淮北矿区得到了具体应用,效果较好。 展开更多
