Urban Repair Routes Toward Cultural Tourism:A Case Study of the Old Town of Jiazhou in Leshan,Sichuan

Cultural tourism is one of the directions of urban transformation and development,but there are still problems such as fragmentation of resource development models.Urban repair,as a comprehensive,systematic,and holistic updating project under the guidance of the problem,is an important way to promote the sustainable development of urban cultural tourism by paying attention to the connotative development of the "stock" of urban scale.Based on the analysis of the western urban cultural renaissance concept,this study closely followed the actual situation of cultural tourism development in the old city of China,re-examined the scale,goals and values of the current urban repair research to find breakthroughs for urban repair,put forward basic routes for the renewal of the built-up area,and analyzed the project practice of the Old Town of Jiazhou,with a view to providing a new "repair" model for promoting cultural tourism in small and medium-sized cities in China.

Place Reconstruction in the Renovation of Old Communities:A Case Study of Renovation Design of Caojiaxiang Community in Chengdu City,China

In the renovation of old communities,it is important to explore ways of continuing regional cultural context,realizing harmonious regeneration of residential functions and cultural,commercial benefits when the community environment is optimized.Taking the renovation design of Caojiaxiang Community in Chengdu City,Sichuan Province for example,we studied the utilization of marketplace culture resources in the place reconstruction of Caojiaxiang Community, summarized place reconstruction concepts and methods for the renovation of old communities,to provide valuable suggestions for the development of old communities.

A Deconstructive Analysis of Four Chinese Versions of The Old Man and the Sea

Translation does not take place in a vacuum and translation activities are affected and manipulated by the historical and social contexts,and neither the translator nor the translation is ever neutral.For deconstructionists,translations can never be identi⁃cal replicas of the source text,and translation augments and modifies the original.This paper aims to make a deconstructive analy⁃sis of the four Chinese versions of The Old Man and the Sea so as to probe into the rationality and necessity of the multi-versions of one same literary work.

Study on Landscape Renovation Strategies for Old Blocks in Small Cities and Towns from the Cultural Perspective

Reasons for landscape environment damages and cultural loss of old blocks in small cities and towns were analyzed from the cultural perspective,i.e.regional cultures have not been given due attention or inherited effectively.On this basis,cultural connotations of landscapes in old blocks,and cultural inheritance-dominated renovation strategies were explored,i.e.focusing on man and culture,inheriting cultures in the overall town planning and constructing physical functions of old blocks.

Flow or Fence: Learning, Preserving, and Redefining the Riverfront Cultural Landscape

The Chao Phraya River and the network of canals or “klongs” are the origin of Bangkok’s nick-name “Venice of the East”. Its amphibian nature of lower delta area where used to be covered by the sea around 5000 years ago provides a water-based settlement for the citizens. Rivers as an agricultural irrigation system are also used for daily consumption, transportation, and drainage channels. Bangkok was established in 1782 as the capital of Thailand by King Rama I of the Chakri Dynasty. The location is on a flood plain delta of the Chao Phraya River with the same consideration as the up north old capital Ayutthaya;the river is performed as a natural defense against enemies and also provides a water-based settlement for the citizens. The worst flood in Thailand’s history occurred during the 2011 monsoon season;July to November;that became the severest flood disaster hit parts of the capital city of Bangkok and resulted in a total of 815 deaths and 65 of Thailand’s 77 provinces were declared flood disaster zones, and over 20,000 square kilometers (7700 square miles) of farmland was damaged. The most affected areas were the recent capital Bangkok and the old capital Ayutthaya. The major causes were not only from the natural disaster but also water management failures from the human disaster. The studies aimed to include the survey of after-flood areas, reviewing the history of the waterfront communities and their attitudes toward development and changes, then discussed threats and crisis to the cultural landscape, the cause and effects of the disaster, the theoretical framework of the best management practices and the resolutions models proposed by the involved authorities. Whilst, history also gives us a sense of identity and traditional wisdom, the paper tried to find a paradigm shift and invented best practices for future generation flood protection using “the meaning and spirit of cultural landscape” model.

It analyzes the root of cross-cultural difference and lists six fundamental patterns of cultural differences in cross-cultural communication. It also gives suggestion on how to properly treat these differences to achieve successful cross-cultural communication.

Big Data Analysis and Optimization Suggestions of Cultural Facilities in Shijingshan District,Beijing City

With the successful holding of Beijing Winter Olympic Games in 2022,the planning and cultural services of Shijingshan District have been reviewed,but the systematic planning theory has not been fully applied.Through the big data research method,the location advantages and disadvantages of Shijingshan District were analyzed,and the distribution of its cultural facilities was defined.Feasible optimization schemes were proposed according to its advantages and disadvantages as well as the experience and conditions of the Winter Olympics.

整体性保护视野下文化景观遗产地产业发展策略研究--以景迈山为例

文化景观保护的理论和实践都强调将人和非物质要素纳入到遗产的整体性保护之中。遗产地的产业发展方式深刻影响着遗产保护效果。普洱景迈山古茶林文化景观遗产地的产业发展因申遗成功迎来新的机遇,但由于整体性保护理念在制度中并未得到充分明确且在实践中认识不足,遗产地产业发展重点偏向物质要素而忽略了非物质要素,导致茶产业发展思路和村寨利用方式与遗产保护目标契合度不够,文旅产业偏向观光而没有全面展示遗产内涵,非物质文化遗产传承面临断层风险,影响了遗产地可持续发展的文化根基。挖掘非物质要素的产业价值,以整体性保护视角重构产业发展思路,构建“践行传统生产生活赋能产业发展”的良性循环,并在制度上明确整体性保护理念、完善产业发展引导和扶持规范,或许是化解遗产地发展需求与遗产保护间矛盾的可行策略。

中国恩德文化的范畴体系

中国文化是恩德文化,就是以施恩-报恩法则规定人际关系,其中社会的管理者是施恩者,被管理者是受恩者、报恩者。恩德文化在不同的领域建立了不同的伦理范畴。在家庭领域形成了以孝悌为中心的伦理范畴,建构了父慈子孝、兄友弟恭、夫德妻贤的伦理规范。在社会领域形成了以友敬为中心的伦理范畴,建构了尊上恤下、敬老爱幼、朋友互信的伦理规范。在政治领域形成了以忠顺为中心的伦理范畴,建构了君明臣忠、官良民顺的伦理规范。这些范畴都体现了恩德观念,构成了一个完整的中国文化体系。

丝绸之路上回鹘人的中华文化观

大量考古材料显示,回鹘人西迁后,除了继续信仰摩尼教外,从公元10世纪开始,深受吐鲁番本土汉人儒释道文化的影响,积极且广泛研习中华文化,同时也受美索不达米亚东方教会影响传播基督教文化。文章从回鹘人的“儒释道耶”信仰四个方面梳理分析了丝绸之路上的回鹘文化特点及其与中华文化的密切关系,回鹘文化体现了浓厚的中华情结。可以尝试用“东融西鉴”来概括回鹘文化,即向东融会贯通,向西交流互鉴,由此促成回鹘文化的中华文化属性和标识。

浙江省体育老地名文化特征及保护传承研究

体育老地名是体育文化遗产的重要组成部分。浙江历史文化悠久,地理环境多样,体育老地名资源丰富。文章旨在研究浙江省体育老地名的文化特征及保护传承路径。结果表明:古代浙江体育老地名,铭记了垂钓、龙舟、射击、射箭、击剑、武术、棋类、踏青等类型多样的体育活动,回荡着历史的桨声剑影、觞光棋局,吴越遗韵特色明显。近代浙江体育老地名,主要有体育学堂、体育场馆、棋类俱乐部等,中西体育文化交融,彰显着先辈体育救国的梦想和追求。体育老地名由人而名、由地而名或由事而名。在快速城镇化的大背景下,其保护面临着剧烈冲击。体育老地名文化遗产保护传承的路径主要有:挖掘整理体育老地名信息建立数据库,将其纳入各级各类保护名录,体旅融合迭代升级其体育文化功能,创新复活一些消失的体育老地名。

列宁晚年社会主义文化思想研究述评

列宁晚年社会主义文化思想饱含列宁对科学社会主义的理论创新和实践开拓。国内学界关于列宁晚年社会主义文化思想的研究在基础概念、历史背景、基本内容、重大意义等方面取得良好研究成效,但在理论渊源、发展路径、主要特点、理论新知等方面尚存些许研究不足。今后,学界须在内容扩展、方法创新、学科交叉、立项加持等方面再下功夫,不断推进列宁晚年社会主义文化思想研究的创新发展。

“唐抄宋椠意纷驰,狼藉丹黄笔一枝”——宋版书的多重价值及明、清藏书家的崇宋情结

赵宋王朝礼敬士人,酿成重视文教、崇敬儒学的社会风尚。自北宋而南宋,中国雕版印刷技术进步长足,刊刻之书几臻极致。但因金兵侵扰、北宋失都亡国;南宋继起江南,又终为元军所灭,再加上300余年间藏书之家水火灾患等因素,以及元末兵火,至于明、清间,宋版书已如同凤毛麟角。本文藉由张建智《宋版之美》一书,探求了王世贞、黄丕烈等明、清藏书家崇尚宋版书这一文化情结的来由,并揭示清末为静嘉堂文库购藏的陆氏皕宋楼旧有25部宋版书的珍贵。
