It is an objective fact that the weather is unpredictable.Even the famous meteorologist,Academician Chu Ko Chen,has only a partial understanding of the changing laws of wind and rain.Even though ancient people summarized the 24 solar terms by observing the annual activities of the sun for a long time,because they ignored the impact of the activities of the moon on the Earth’s climate change on a small scale,the 24 solar terms they summarized often could not accurately predict the change of the Earth’s climate.Therefore,the author studied the influence of lunar activities on the Earth’s climate change,finds out the law of the influence of lunar activities on the Earth’s climate change on a small scale,and summarizes the eternal climate change pattern determined by the activities of the sun and the moon.In addition,the author also reveals the causes and countermeasures of global warming and the frequent occurrence of extreme weather as well as environmental change.

Petrographic and Geochemical Characteristics of the Granitoids in the South of Godé (North of the Square Degree of Léo-Burkina Faso, West Africa)

South of Godé, in the central-western region of Burkina Faso, granitoids of Paleoproterozoic age are similar to those of the Man/Leo shield. This study focused on the petrographic and geochemical characteristics of these granitoids, with the following results: 1) The tonalite that outcrops in the south-west of the study area belongs to the TTG group or first generation granitoids. They are most often ribboned at outcrop and have a geochemical signature close to that of Archean TTGs. Tonalite has a metaluminous character and the REE spectrum indicates that it may be derived from partial melting of basic magmatic rocks. 2) Biotite granites have no outcrop structure. They are weakly metaluminous to peraluminous and potassic to highly potassic. Their rare earth spectra indicate that they may be derived from the partial melting of TTG granitoids. 3) Geotectonic diagrams show that the granitoids studied to the south of Godé were emplaced in an active tectonic context similar to that of present-day subduction zones.

Three short performances from three regional operas present an eccentric comic image of Chenghuang城隍(City God).This serious and formidable god is performed by the role of chou丑(clown),and the role’s physical art shatters the audience’s perception of this god’s traditional image.The role’s exaggerated and awkward body also results in a performance-centered structure in which negative aspects of human nature are vividly portrayed.The eccentric representation brings laughter,but the laughter is also fully charged with Confucian concepts of goodness,righteousness,justice,and tianli天理(the way of heaven).Turning a divine image into a hilarious one is an unconventional manner and also a peculiar tactic of these performers.Through this tactic,these performers not only hide their subtle criticism of the reality and the authority to survive censorship but also disseminate successfully traditional values and folk religious beliefs.This tactic indicates the cultural function of the theater and demonstrates how traditions can remain valid and functional through a force that arises from the interaction between Confucianism,folk religious beliefs,and performance.

项目的PPP模式适用性GOD分析——以智慧城市建设项目为例

政府和社会资本合作模式的应用越来越广。然而,并不是所有的项目都适合采用PPP模式,出现了PPP模式的滥用。为了判断项目的 PPP模式适用性,本文提出GOD(Goods-Operation-Delivery)分析方法,把PPP模式适用性问题简化为三个步骤及三项判断准则:首先,以公共产品理论为基础,根据项目产出的属性识别出无需采用PPP模式的项目;其次,以公共权力理论为基础,根据项目运行的属性识别出不能采用PPP模式的项目;最后,基于比较优势理念,根据项目交付模式的效率确定是否优先采用PPP模式。为了演示GOD分析的应用,本文对智慧城市建设项目的 PPP模式适用性进行了演示性分析,结果表明GOD分析可以较好地分析项目的 PPP适用性。

Vulnerability Evaluation of Groundwater of N’Djamena City: Contribution of the Parametric Methods GOD and SI

The purpose of this work is to study the vulnerability of the Quaternary aquifer that lies beneath the N’Djamena city Chad. The subsoil of N’Djamena city Chad is made up of a multilayered aquifer in which there are two main aquifers located respectively at a depth of about 10 and 60 m, between the two there is an intermediate aquifer at about 30 m depth. It is this latter water table, generally captured by human-powered pumps, that is the subject of this study. Because of anarchic garbage dumping, wastewater discharge, latrines scattered throughout the city, chemical fertilizers and herbicides used on the banks of Chari River and its tributary the Logone for market gardening, the quality of the water in this aquifer is highly threatened. Moreover, it has been noting that the sources of pollution are constantly increasing in conjunction with the growth of the population, so the knowledge and protection of groundwater are necessary. We have therefore carried out a study of intrinsic vulnerability using two mapping methods (GOD and SI), as mapping is recognized as an effective tool for decision support in the case of safeguarding water resources. The results obtained by the GOD method show that 38% of the study area is covered by high vulnerability, 29% by moderate vulnerability, 21% by low vulnerability and 21% by the very low vulnerability. With the SI method, 54% of the study area is covering by low vulnerability and 46% by the low and moderate vulnerability. The coincidence rate of low nitrate values in groundwater with areas of very low and low vulnerability is 91% and 76% for the GOD and SI methods, respectively. Although these observations validated the different maps obtained, the SI approach seems to be the most adequate for vulnerability tracing in our study area.

God of Psychotics: The Case of Judge Daniel Paul Schreber and Beyond

Schreber’s doctor,Professor Flechsig,believed that his patient was a sick and irrational man that should be deprived of his legal capacities.The assessment prevailing at that time of people afflicted with psychoses was that they are uncontrollable and unable of logical thinking.This condition widely remained medically undefined.However,a certain awareness can be detected in Schreber’s manner of dealing with his repressed desires—homosexuality,narcissism,and megalomania.We assume that his conviction came from using God as a filter for the thoughts that were consuming him and as a tool in reaching a sort of acceptance towards his condition.At the root of his problems was the conflicted relationship with his father(his inability to establish the Master of Signifier).Perceiving God as a super-father figure was a vital strategy for Schreber in his search for a cure.The larger issue of psychosis is its invisibility and our tendency as a society to sideline people afflicted with this type of mental issue and not seeing them as regular citizens.Whilst analyzing the case of Judge Daniel Paul Schreber and relating it to the concept of God,the conclusion that stood out the most was how God was a key strategy in resolving and accepting his delusions towards the establishment of a signifier:the Name-of-the-Father.

The Mind-Brain Problem Bose-Einstein Statistics, Temperature, Heat, Entropy God and Other Elementary Particles

The purpose of this research is to apply the Einstein’s principle of relativity to solve the mind-brain problem and to generate all Standard Model Particle masses. Our approach is somewhat analogous to the dualistic idea of Descartes. Instead of a pineal gland, wherein the brain interacts with the mind, we propose during the developmental stages of the human fetus the tiny brain begins to communicate with the smallest structures of spacetime. This interaction occurs as the fetus brain begins to emit thermodynamic low heat energies, which are then absorbed into the smallest structures of spacetime saturating the interstices of the fetus brain. Think of these heat-energies like Morse code instructions. Since these kinds of interaction involve spacetime, with brain matter-energy, and that our main guiding principle is that of relativity, our research resulted in a general relativistic wave equation, wherein the n-valued heat-energies emitted by the brain-field-matrix Bμv, is identified as the energy momentum tensor of general relativity. The spacetime mind-matrix (Mμv) is likewise identified as the Riemannian curvature matrix. Together they form a general relativistic expression given by: Mμv +Pμv M=cBμv. Here c represents the combined general relativistic constants. By detaching the energy momentum tensor Bμv from the general relativistic wave equation, converting it to an operator, and then combining the time component with the Bose-Einstein equation, resulted in a brain temperature function capable of calculating precise heat-energies emitted by the brain during the formation of the fetus mind. As the fetus brain becomes more complex, it further organizes the mind. At some point self-aware consciousness is evoked within the spacetime mind. The same equation (relabeled to distinguish it from the mind-brain equation) can be applied to generate all Standard Model Particle masses.
