A discussion is made of the wind force coefficients for designing the main wind force resisting systems of H.P. (Hyperbolic-Paraboid)-shaped porous canopy roofs on the basis of a wind tunnel experiment. Roof models with a number of small circular holes were made of nylon resin using laser lithography. The porosity was changed from 0 (solid) to 0.4. Besides the porosity, the geometric parameters of the models were the rise to span ratio and slope of the roof. The overall aerodynamic forces and moments acting on a model were measured by a six-component force balance in a turbulent boundary layer. The results indicate that the porosity significantly reduces the wind loads. The design wind force coefficients for porous canopy roofs can be provided by those for solid roofs with the same configuration multiplied by a reduction factor. The proposed wind force coefficients are verified by a comparison of the load effect predicted by the proposed wind force coefficients with the maximum load effect obtained from dynamic analyses using the time history of wind force and moment coefficients. The axial forces induced in the columns supporting the roof are regarded as the load effect for discussing the design wind loads. 展开更多

Background: Young people are at risk of being victims or perpetrators ofcoerced or forced sexual sex. In predominantly low- and middle-income countries, this contributes significantly to their risk for HIV infection, unwanted pregnancy, and sexually transmitted diseases. Current trends show that young people sexual identity and preferences affect their sexual and reproductive health. Objective: This study aims to determine prevalence of coerced or forced sexual intercourse, sexual identity and sexual preferences of young people in Oluku Community, Ovia North East, Local Government, Edo State, South Nigeria. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study conducted in June, 2013 using multi-stage sampling method. Results: A total of 400 young people participated in this study. The mean age was 17.8 ± 3.9 years. A higher proportion of respondents were of the Bini ethnic group 145 (36.3%). Most respondents were Christians 346 (86.5%) while 33 (8.2%) were Moslems. Majority of the respondents had secondary education 271 (67.8%), most were single 363 (90.8%) and were from families with a monogamous setting 289 (72.3%). The prevalence of forced sex was 12.9%, similarly, condom use during forced sex was 27.8%. More females (15.3%) than males (9.6%) had experienced forced sex;forced sex was common among young people from older age group, monogamous homes, and those living in a flat or self contained. Majority (95.3%) of adolescent’s sexual preference was vaginal, only a few preferred oral (3.3%) and anal sex (1.5%). Religion was associated with sexual preference and identity. The sexual identity of most (98.0%) young person’s was heterosexual (or different sex), while 0.5% were homosexual (or same sex) and 1.5% bisexual (or both). Conclusion and Recommendations: Legislation against forced and coerced sex, rape and other forms of sexual violence should be formulated and implemented. 展开更多

SOEs must be reformed in accordance with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialist Economy with Chinese characteristics for a new era, which is the fundamental basis for maintaining the nature and direction of reform for SOEs. Reforms must be built on the fundamental standpoint with people at the center, and aimed at emancipating, developing and protecting productive forces based on the principles of justice and fairness, which is also the direction for Chinese SOEs reform in the new era. Adherence to the public ownership of state-owned assets in the form of value and its market-oriented management in the form of use-value is not only the objective requirement of a production mode adapting to the growth of productive forces, but also the logic of SOEs reform in the new era. Meanwhile, SOEs need to highlight the top-level designs of governmental systems in the reform process, giving e ective play to the leading and guiding roles of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialist Economy with Chinese characteristics for a new era. 展开更多

A water-resistant key strata model of a goaf floor prior to main roof weighting was developed to explore the relationship between water inrush from the floor and main roof weighting. The stress distribution,broken characteristics, and the risk area for water inrush of the water-resistant key strata were analysed using elastic thin plate theory. The formula of the maximum water pressure tolerated by the waterresistant key strata was deduced. The effects of the caved load of the goaf, the goaf size prior to main roof weighting, the advancing distance of the workface or weighting step, and the thickness of the waterresistant key strata on the breaking and instability of the water-resistant key strata were analysed.The results indicate that the water inrush from the floor can be predicted and prevented by controlling the initial or periodic weighting step with measures such as artificial forced caving, thus achieving safe mining conditions above confined aquifers. The findings provide an important theoretical basis for determining water inrush from the floor when mining above confined aquifers. 展开更多

In this paper, progress in strain study of blocks and faults by GPS data are discussed, and the concept that active structures between blocks are the main body of crustal strain is clarified. By energy transfer principle of elastic mechanics, the relation between strain around faults and tectonic force on fault surfaces is set up and main body element model of crustal strain is constructed. Finally, the relation between mechanical evolution of model and seismogenic process of Kunlun earthquake (Ms=8.1) is discussed by continuous GPS data of datum stations. The result suggests that the relatively relaxed change under background of strong compressing and shearing may help to trigger moderate-strong earthquakes. 展开更多

农业保险发展区域差异研究——基于主体动力分析的视角

鉴于我国农业保险存在着明显的区域间发展“不平衡不充分”问题,文章基于农业保险各主体(农民、保险公司、地方政府)动力的视角,从宏观层面出发,以省为区域,对影响各主体动力的多种因素和农业保险发展水平之间的关系进行了实证考察。结... 鉴于我国农业保险存在着明显的区域间发展“不平衡不充分”问题,文章基于农业保险各主体(农民、保险公司、地方政府)动力的视角,从宏观层面出发,以省为区域,对影响各主体动力的多种因素和农业保险发展水平之间的关系进行了实证考察。结果发现,影响地区农业保险发展水平的主要因素有农民的收入结构、地方财政负担、历史赔付率、专业农业保险公司市场占有率、新型农业经营主体占比等。据此,针对农业保险发展水平相对落后的地区,从优化补贴结构、增加补贴种类、减轻县级财政负担、增设专业农业保险公司、差异化供给等角度提出政策建议。 展开更多

温州瓯江北口大桥为主跨2×800 m的三塔四跨双层钢桁梁悬索桥,主跨钢桁梁采用1000 t缆载吊机大节段吊装,施工期索夹受力大、索夹螺杆紧固力损失大,索夹滑移风险高。为给施工期索夹滑移风险评估和抗滑移控制措施提供依据,在《公路悬... 温州瓯江北口大桥为主跨2×800 m的三塔四跨双层钢桁梁悬索桥,主跨钢桁梁采用1000 t缆载吊机大节段吊装,施工期索夹受力大、索夹螺杆紧固力损失大,索夹滑移风险高。为给施工期索夹滑移风险评估和抗滑移控制措施提供依据,在《公路悬索桥设计规范》(JTG/T D65-05—2015)索夹抗滑移系数计算公式的基础上,考虑索夹上临时荷载、主缆轴力增加引起的主缆直径变小和主缆丝股重新排列、螺杆时变效应造成的索夹螺杆紧固力损失,提出适用于大跨悬索桥施工期的索夹抗滑移系数计算方法,分析主要参数对施工期索夹抗滑移系数的影响,并评估该桥施工期索夹抗滑移风险,提出索夹抗滑移控制措施。结果表明:钢桁梁吊装过程中,索夹倾角变化大,应采用当前施工阶段索夹倾角计算施工期索夹抗滑移系数,主缆轴力增加引起主缆直径变小是造成索夹滑移的主要原因之一;该桥除主跨跨中钢桁梁节段对应索夹抗滑移系数满足规范要求外,其余索夹抗滑移系数均不满足规范要求。根据索夹滑移风险评估结果,采取紧固索夹螺杆的抗滑移控制措施,并明确了该桥索夹螺杆紧固次数和时机。该桥采取索夹抗滑移控制措施后,施工过程中索夹均未出现滑移现象。 展开更多

考虑传热条件的搅拌摩擦焊主轴力控制研究

针对搅拌摩擦焊接过程中的试件结构和焊缝位置变化,导致主轴力波动、焊接质量不稳定的问题,对焊缝位置改变和试件结构变化两种传热条件下的热-力关系进行研究,提出考虑传热条件变化的主轴力控制方案。采用Deform-3D软件进行搅拌摩擦焊... 针对搅拌摩擦焊接过程中的试件结构和焊缝位置变化,导致主轴力波动、焊接质量不稳定的问题,对焊缝位置改变和试件结构变化两种传热条件下的热-力关系进行研究,提出考虑传热条件变化的主轴力控制方案。采用Deform-3D软件进行搅拌摩擦焊温度场仿真,并与试验测得实际焊接温度和主轴力进行对比分析,得出靠近试件边缘的主轴力的变化趋势。引入焊接力边缘效应修正系数,基于Hammerstein结构建立考虑传热条件的搅拌摩擦焊主轴力模型,并构造广义预测控制主轴力控制器。将控制器集成到西门子840Dsl数控系统中,并在焊接设备上开展工程测试。结果表明,考虑传热条件变化的主轴力控制方案的控制效果较好,在不同传热条件下,可将实际主轴力控制在期望主轴力±5%的范围内。 展开更多

[目的]我国某动车组以160 km/h的速度在明线运行时列车平稳性良好,但通过单线隧道时尾车出现周期性横向晃动的问题,需要对该动车组过隧道时列车气动特性进行深入研究。[方法]采用数值模拟方法,基于RNG k-ε湍流模型和滑移网格技术,建立了带有转向架的某动车组的三维可压缩瞬态仿真模型,研究了列车通过隧道时尾车表面压力变化情况;同时,在时域和频域内分析了列车侧向气动力特征的瞬态性质。[结果及结论]由于隧道壁面对空气流动的限制和列车尾绕流的作用,列车通过隧道时车体两侧存在压差并呈现出交替变化的特征,并且尾车侧向力交变特征更明显;列车所受侧向力具有低频周期性交变特点,主频约为2.2 Hz,且在尾车刚进隧道时气动效应最强,侧向力波动幅度最大;列车侧向力变化值可作为车辆横向平稳性分析的边界条件。 展开更多
