This paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems of ideological and political theories teaching in traditional Chinese medicine courses,and puts forward some suggestions,such as improving the ideological and political ability of professional teachers,perfecting the evaluation mechanism,and exploring ideological and political elements based on the characteristics of courses,so as to provide the basis for ideological and political theories teaching in traditional Chinese medicine courses under the National Standard for Teaching Quality.

Preliminary Study on the Training Mode of Chinese Pharmacy Professionals Based on the National Standard of Teaching Quality

With the promulgation of the National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the state has made clear regulations on the standard for the cultivation of Chinese pharmacy talents. Based on their own actual conditions, major colleges and universities have implemented different talent training modes, including talent training modes of running talent classes, "2+1+1", "Chinese Medicine Research Practice Class", employment-oriented professional talent training mode, three-level three-type diversified talent training mode, and talent training mode oriented with adapting to the characteristics of ethnic regions. Various talent training modes have different training objectives, and corresponding training programs are formulated to meet the requirements of the National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. In addition, according to the notice on Solidly Promoting Labor Education into the "National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, the introduction of labor education to the teaching of Chinese pharmacy majors will be a trend, and Chinese pharmacy professionals are required to achieve comprehensive and coordinated development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty, and labor. 基于模糊综合评判的住院医师规范化培训带教质量评价

带教质量直接影响住院医师规范化培训工作中最终输出人才的质量,对带教质量进行合理、有效的评价,是提升住院医师规范化培训质量、完善住院医师规范化培训制度的重要保证。针对住院医师规范化培训工作中带教质量评价因素的复杂性、模糊性以及定性指标难以量化的问题,提出一种基于模糊综合评判的带教质量评价方法。首先,进行一级评判,通过确定因素集、评价集,进行单因素评价,再确定各因素的权重,进行综合评价;其次,进行二级或多级综合评判,构建基于模糊综合评判的带教质量评价模型;最后,通过带教质量的模糊综合评价实例,对带教质量的评价方法进行研究。

新时代迈向高质量的学前教育教学实践改革——基于三届学前教育国家级教学成果奖的考察

建设高质量学前教育是新时代我国学前教育改革发展的基本目标。2014至2022年,我国基础教育国家级教学成果奖已推进实施三届,学前教育国家级教学成果奖是其重要组成部分。三届学前教育国家级教学成果奖充分反映了10余年来我国高质量学前教育教学改革实践探索的基本面貌。考察发现,10余年来,我国对于高质量的学前教育教学改革实践的重视程度不断提升,教育教学改革实践推进不断走向均衡,实践内涵不断拓宽和深入。新时代推进高质量学前教育教学改革应当加大对薄弱地区和农村地区帮扶力度、推动跨界合作开展实践研究、实践主题确定需进一步推进问题导向与时代导向的紧密结合以及突出学前教育的本土化特色实践。

职业师范院校线上教学质量标准的生成逻辑及其体系建构

基于职业师范院校线上教学质量标准价值取向的思考,通过理论溯源与解析,系统诠释了线上教学质量标准的生成逻辑,即理念与方法的结合、线上和线下的统一、定性和定量的联结。以现代职业教育理论、CIPP质量评价理论、构建主义学习理论和联通主义学习理论搭建逻辑坐标,通过探索理论内涵与标准维度的逻辑关系,按照师范教育、职业教育和专业教育3个类别提炼34个核心指标,构建了职业师范院校线上教学质量标准体系。以此为依据,从全域化质量生态、全链条质量监控、多维度质量评价和全方位质量保障角度提出了该体系的实现路径。

基于数据驱动的混合教学模式探索与实践——以国家精品在线开放课程钻井与完井工程为例

该文利用当前“互联网+教育”给混合式教学赋予的新内涵,以“强化论和改进论”观点,基于精心打造的国家精品在线开放课程钻井与完井工程MOOC视频,开展数据驱动的钻井与完井工程混合教学模式探索,构建在线混合式教学资源、基于优秀授课团队的教学小班、以学生为中心的课程文化、基于学情数据的督学和持续改进机制、基于互联网动态监管的考核指标及机制,形成一套基于数据驱动及互联网动态监管的“线上+线下”的混合式教学模式;并以西南石油大学钻井与完井工程为例,通过翻转式课堂与慕课(MOOC)堂平台深度融合开展“线上+线下”混合式教学实践,阐述如何将思政元素巧妙融入课堂教学、翻转式课堂与慕课堂相融合,实现线上线下结合、课内课外互补的混合式教学,以期为采用“MOOC+翻转式课堂”模式教学的工科专业教师提供借鉴。

高校在线教学质量保障与标准研究

信息时代,以教育信息化推动教育现代化成为世界教育发展的潮流。与传统教学方式相比,在线教学具有更为开放灵活且自主性较强、教学资源丰富、学生学习兴趣更易激发等优势,但也存在信息技术保障不足、教学效果难以保障、教学评价相对困难、教学质量监管有待完善等问题。文章以问题为导向,构建了以学生为主体、教师为主导,从教学督导、监控、评价和反馈4个方面出发的“双主体,四环节”在线教学质量保障体系,并基于在线教学优势和高校实施在线教学存在的问题对其质量标准进行探讨,为提升在线教学质量提供参考。

规范化培训在医学影像技术专业临床实践教学中的应用分析

国内的医学影像技术教育和培养体系建立较晚,存在专业业务能力较为滞后、综合素质偏弱、学科知识不足、教学以及科研能力参差不齐等问题。本文基于医学影像技术专业发展现状,将院校教学与临床实际需求相结合,探讨规范化培训在影像技师培养中的应用价值。

基于PDCA的院级督导在住院医师规范化培训中的作用及实施

为不断完善和提升住院医师规范化培训质量,以浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院住院医师规范化培训基地为研究对象,基于策划(plan)、实施(do)、检查(check)、处置或改进(action)的PDCA循环原则,从院级督导团队的组建和检查内容(plan)、督导评估体系的实施(do)、信息化督导系统的建立及进行有效的线上及线下检查(check)、督导后反馈和整改(action)4个方面建立院级督导体系,规范开展住院医师规范化培训院级督导工作程序,并通过PDCA循环的方法不断完善院级督导体系。结果表明,建立和完善基于PDCA循环的院级督导评估体系对提升师资教学能力以及住院医师规范化培训质量有重要促进作用。

检验医学科住院医师规范化培训的工作实践与思考

随着时代的进步和医疗技术水平的不断发展,国家和社会对医学人才的培养要求越来越高,住院医师规范化培训作为时代的产物,是医学生成长为一名合格医师的必经之路。在住院医师规范化培训这条道路上,检验医学科任重道远。笔者在多年的管理工作中也发现了一些问题,根据学科的特殊性,找到了相应的解决对策,同时思考了检验医学科住院医师能力培养问题以及如何进一步提高检验医学科的教学质量,以期为祖国培养岗位胜任力强的现代高素质医学人才提供参考。

高质量发展背景下住院医师规范化培训师资教学质量影响因素分析——以安徽省某公立医院为例

目的以安徽省某公立医院为例分析住院医师规范化培训带教师资教学质量现状及相关影响因素,探索提高师资教学质量的途径。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取安徽医科大学附属宿州医院267名住院医师为研究对象,应用经信效度检验的自拟问卷对其进行线上问卷调查,问卷包括教学意识与教学能力、教学绩效与教学管理、教学病例与教学督导、教学设备设施、晋升与评优5个部分26个条目,利用因子分析方法对收集的问卷进行分析。结果多元线性回归分析表明,性别与教学意识及教学能力维度具有相关性(P=0.013);职称和工作年限与晋升及评优维度具有相关性(P=0.010、P=0.005)。结论教学质量是住院医师规范化培训的核心,从教学意识与教学能力、教学绩效与教学管理、教学病例与教学督导、教学设备设施、晋升与评优等方面完善工作机制可提升培训质量。
