通过对高校党建工作调研,开发了一个采用MVC开发模式、B/S架构,以SQL作为数据存储技术,基于Asp.net技术的高校党建工作绩效评价管理系统,实现了自我评价、他人评价、评价分析、系统设计等常用功能。通过测试表明,系统设计合理,运行稳定,指标设置灵活,保证了党员工作绩效评价的科学、公正,提高了考评管理的效率。

Tremendous changes have takenplace in Tibet under the state policy of reform andopening up to the outside world, especially over thepast 14 years since the Fourth Plenary Session of the13th Central Committee of the Chinese CommunistParty.
