Application of Five-in-One Community Management Mode plus Wuhan’s Regional WeChat Platform in the Novel Coronavirus Control

In this study, the five-in-one community mass prevention and mass treatment group established in Wuhan to curb novel coronavirus outbreak in 2019 to 2020 is introduced. Various public health propaganda methods are used, including community loudspeakers and community bulletin boards. In the meantime, WeChat platform account named “Wuhan neighborhood on WeChat” is registered and opened, and a Group Chat on WeChat is created for grid management. A diversity of on-line and off-line countermeasures against the novel coronavirus outbreak are implemented via the WeChat platform: three-early measures (early discovery, early reporting, and early treatment), centralized management, community-based reporting, hierarchical diagnosis, and treatment system, isolation of mild patients at designated facilities, diagnosis and treatment appointment system for patients with fever, patient transferral in special vehicles, terminal disinfection at homes, psychological support and daily caring plan for special populations. This WeChat platform allows for an all-region, all-around, all-time and entire population-coverage control of novel coronavirus outbreak, with the extension and strengthening of health propaganda, guidance for seeking medical assistance, mass prevention and mass treatment, and health self-management among the community residents. Great effect has been achieved in novel coronavirus control so far. The five-in-one community management mode of Wuhan plus “Wuhan neighborhood on WeChat” plays an important role in relieving the shortage of health service resources and resolving the problem of limited service scope of professional medical staff in Wuhan, and ultimately contributes to the overall novel coronavirus control.

Research on the Construction of Intelligence Community Integrated Information Service platform

With the constructions of ＂intelligence city＂, intelligent life quietly came to the people. As the ＂cell＂ of the city, the construction of intelligence community arises. Resident service system and e-government application system have been used in the traditional information community, but these systems are independent of each other, lack of interconnectedness, which results in the phenomenon of information isolated island. Intelligence community integrated information service platform can integrate information service resources and provide residents with efficient and convenient life. From the meaning, operation mode, we can design the cooperative, open and extensible system architecture.

The Role of Library and Information Science Education in the Development of Community Health Information Services for People Living with HIV/AIDS: Perspectives of Directors and Managers of Public Libraries

This article identifies the role of library and information science (LIS) education in the development of community health information services for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Preliminary findings are presented from semi- structured qualitative interviews that were conducted with eleven directors and managers of local branches in the Knox County Public Library (KCPL) System that is located in the East Tennessee region in the United States. Select feedback reported by research participants is summarized in the article about strategies in LIS education that can help local public librarians and others in their efforts to become more responsive information providers to PLWHA. Research findings help better understand the issues and concerns regarding the development of digital and non-digital health information services for PLWHA in local public library institutions.

Web-based: A data warehouse on osteoporosis data warehouse in the osteoporosis community health information management system

Objective: To establish an interactive management model for community-oriented high-risk osteoporosis in conjunction with a rural community health service center. Materials and Methods: Toward multidimensional analysis of data, the system we developed combines basic principles of data warehouse technology oriented to the needs of community health services. This paper introduces the steps we took in constructing the data warehouse;the case presented here is that of a district community health management information system in Changshu, Jiangsu Province, China. For our data warehouse, we chose the MySQL 4.5 relational database, the Browser/Server, (B/S) model, and hypertext preprocessor as the development tools. Results: The system allowed online analysis processing and next-stage work preparation, and provided a platform for data management, data query, online analysis, etc., in community health service center, specialist outpatient for osteoporosis, and health administration sectors. Conclusion: The users of remote management system and data warehouse can include community health service centers, osteoporosis departments of hospitals, and health administration departments;provide reference for policymaking of health administrators, residents’ health information, and intervention suggestions for general practitioners in community health service centers, patients’ follow-up information for osteoporosis specialists in general hospitals.

A mobile application framework of the BIM-based facility management system under the cross-platform structure

The building information model/modeling （BIM） technology is currently applied in a broad range of applications and research for facility management, while the BIM-based mobile FM is difficult owing to various factors and environments. For example, the mobile applications usually require frequent cross-equipment compatibility. This paper proposes a reasonable BIM-based FM cross-platform framework and develops a mobile application on the basis of an existing BIM-based FM system. The developed mobile application is applied in a case study of a metro station project in Guangzhou to verify its effectiveness in FM practice. It helps maintenance staff in viewing BIMs, accessing related information, and updating maintenance records in a unique platform. The test results demonstrate that the proposed BIM-based cross-platform framework meet the FM application requirements and supports the extension of FM functions.

Through the WeChat public platform to timely carry out student work and timely solve the students' practical problems, college student workers can communicate with students through the platform, and the counselors can upload healthy thought content at any time, thus comprehensively improving the supervision ability of college students in China.

The recognition algorithm for lane line of urban road based on feature analysis

Systematic Framework of the All-for-One Tourism Digital Ecosystem

All-for-one tourism is a new mode of regional development, which can promote the coordinated development of economy and society. Due to diverse tourism information sources and scattered data services, the real-time and effectiveness of tourism information service is insufficient, and the “information island” is numerous. In order to integrate and share information resources effectively, and achieve the intelligentialized and real-time all-for-one tourism information services, this paper proposes a systematic framework of allfor- one tourism information system, where tourists and tourist destinations are considered as all-for-one tourism digital ecosystem. The whole mode of this framework was combined with four levels and two parts. Some advanced information technologies such as big data, cloud computing and mobile internet application development were utilized to construct tourism digital ecosystem. How to implement all-for-one tourism information collection, integration, processing and sharing was discussed and the corresponding solution was provided.

基于智慧药学服务的药品供应质量管理信息平台构建与应用

本院在文献研究和运用信息技术挖掘现有药品质量数据基础上,提出基于智慧药学服务的药品质量管理策略并搭建质量管理信息平台。该平台运用数字可视化技术实现了药品供应质量全程、实时监管,有助于提高药品供应质量监管的准确性、真实性、实时性,为进一步探索信息化药品供应质量评价体系的建立奠定基础。

大数据背景下的电力营销信息管理平台设计

为了提升电力营销大数据处理和调度效率,设计大数据背景下的电力营销信息管理平台。基于Hadoop和MapReduce设计平台存储和技术框架,利用大数据技术划分电力营销大数据,实现电力营销信息状态安全分析和监控;采用云计算技术分析和处理电力营销数据。测试结果显示,所设计平台的大数据处理吞吐量较高、大数据处理加速比稳定;数据调度计算效率较高、性能稳定;将电力营销数据以对象形式缓存到内存中时,执行时间较短、耗费内存较小。该平台具备较好的数据处理及调度能力。

基于大数据技术的企业信息资源管理系统

企业信息资源管理系统面对大规模和多类型数据涌入时,处理效率低,系统容易崩溃,设计基于大数据技术的企业信息资源管理系统。分析Hadoop平台体系结构,确定资源管理系统整体架构,设计每个子系统对应的功能,部署系统硬件环境;利用大数据融合技术设置软件执行算法,通过模糊调度挖掘资源间关联规则,根据相似性函数,建立同类资源的融合模型,提高业务处理效率,完成系统整体设计。实验表明,该系统的CPU利用率仅在30%左右,处理时间在1.00s以内,大大缩短了处理时间,提高了处理效率。

定点形变站网运行管理与产品服务平台设计与实现

定点形变站网以地壳形变作为观测对象,通过连续观测地壳水平变形和垂直变形,获取地壳应力应变的时变信息,为地震中短期和短临预测提供基础数据。在地震台站改革新形势下,为进一步提升定点形变站网产品产出自动化水平和定点形变产品在地震行业中的应用,2023年,中国地震台网中心联合湖北省地震局建立了基于B-S架构的定点形变站网运行管理与产品服务平台,该平台是定点形变观测的综合性业务平台,集成了原有的多个系统功能,实现了统一的在线数据处理、质量评估、产品发布及对外服务功能。平台部署至今,已逐步发挥成效,推动提升了站网运行管理规范化、信息化水平及产出服务能力。

中国石油科技创新基金管理机制优化策略

国家三角梅种质资源库信息管理系统与服务平台建设

三角梅花期长、花量大、抗逆性强且应用形式多样,现已成为我国南方地区花卉朝阳产业中发展最快的木本花卉。随着园艺技术的提升与国际交流的扩大,三角梅品种数量逐年攀升,同名异物及同物异名的现象频繁发生,给资源的收集与保存带来一定的难度。为促进三角梅种质资源的管理,厦门市园林植物园作为国家三角梅种质资源库,基于B/S模式,利用现代化的管理信息系统,初步建成国家三角梅种质资源库信息管理系统与服务平台,实现种质资源库的高效管理。本文详细地介绍了平台架构、数据库设计、技术实现及平台功能构成等内容,通过提高信息管理效率,以期促进三角梅种质资源的收集、保护、研究、评价和应用。此外,该平台的设计与开发实现方法可为其他花卉的信息管理系统与服务平台建设提供借鉴。

中医医院运营绩效管理信息化平台建设

目的:探讨中医医院运营绩效管理信息化平台的建设路径,提升医院管理水平。方法:通过需求分析和现状分析,以“国考”+“申康绩效考核”+“中医药特色指标”为建设指导,建立运营绩效管理信息化平台。结果:构建完善的绩效管理系统、数据资源平台和信息化决策支持系统,打破数据孤岛,实现数据互联互通,绩效指标自动生成、绩效信息集成展示。结论:建立了体现国家公立医院绩效考核体系-上海申康市级医院院长绩效考核体系-具有医院自身发展特点的中医药考核体系的“三位一体”运营绩效管理信息化平台,中医医院将能够更好地应对市场挑战,实现高质量可持续发展。

智能建管平台下工程总承包项目信息共享激励研究

信息共享是提高工程总承包(engineering-procurement-construction,EPC)项目管理效率的关键因素之一,而以建筑信息模型(BIM)技术为基础,结合云计算、人工智能、物联网等技术,在项目全生命周期内对项目成本、进度、质量、安全等多方面进行有效的数字化管控的智能建管平台的应用可以有效改善EPC项目中信息不对称现象。但是工程实践中存在总承包商信息共享积极性不高的问题。针对这一问题,以业主方主导构建的智能建管平台为特定情境,运用演化博弈理论构建业主方和总承包商之间的博弈模型,分析双方在信息共享激励过程中的策略选择并进行仿真研究,以探讨不同参数对总承包商信息共享行为的影响,以及影响双方策略选择的关键因素。结果发现:业主方的额外收益越大、激励成本越低,其更倾向于采取激励策略;总承包商积极信息共享的潜在收益越大、消极信息共享的机会收益越小,其更倾向于采取积极信息共享策略;总承包商的智能建管平台应用成熟度和对总承包商的补贴对双方的策略都有显著影响。基于此,提出业主方应从物质激励和声誉激励相结合、基于智能建管平台应用的不同时期及时调整激励策略和辅以适当惩罚机制3个维度来制定激励策略,以促进总承包商积极共享信息。

基于JavaWeb的非物质文化遗产信息管理数字化平台设计

考虑到非物质文化遗产信息的传承与发展现状无法满足人们的需求,为了增强信息管理数字化平台的功能提高其性能,提出基于JavaWeb的非物质文化遗产信息管理数字化平台设计。利用JavaWeb开发技术,设计非物质文化遗产信息管理数字化平台架构,结合信息管理数字化服务器的设计,完成平台的硬件设计;在软件设计中,根据关键词在数据库中出现的概率,提取非物质文化遗产信息。利用用户对非物质文化遗产的信息的评分预测,优化非物质文化遗产信息集合和属性向量,依托信息评分预测模型,给出非物质文化遗产信息数字化推送优先级,实现非物质文化遗产信息管理的数字化推送。测试结果表明,本文平台的信息管理功能可以满足用户的需求,通过缩短响应时间、扩大存储空间,提高了平台的性能。

基于校园网健康云平台的高校运动队数字化管理研究——以首都医科大学为例

该研究以协助校园网健康云平台建设为基础,探讨数字化管理在高校运动队中的应用价值、实施过程、操作难点及优化策略。以期通过数字化管理提升高校运动队的管理效率和训练效果,通过网络化、信息化等手段来实现运动队管理的科学化、规范化。通过平台的开发,实现有效整合资源、优化工作流程,提高决策的科学性和透明度,同时也为普通高校运动队成员的全方位发展和体育育人功能的发挥提供技术支持。

采气井站高效生产运行机制的探索与实践

中石化西南油气分公司采气三厂为推进“集中监控、无人值守、少人巡检、专业维修”管理模式落地,以生产指挥中心为核心,以生产组织运行关键业务为重点,以扁平化组织架构为支撑,利用信息化手段,明确内外操职能和工作界面,做强生产指挥中心“内操”职能,做实基层班组“外操”职能,内操通过信息化平台对生产现场实时管控,通过气田PCS系统一体化联动;外操对生产异常及时处置,有效提高了异常发现和管控的及时率,促使生产运行管理理念由管正常向管异常转变。逐步形成了“全面覆盖、无缝链接、精准高效”的立体管理体系,无人值守场站比例由标准化建设前23%提升至49%。
