Various public health propaganda methods are use...In this study, the five-in-one community mass prevention and mass treatment group established in Wuhan to curb novel coronavirus outbreak in 2019 to 2020 is introduced. Various public health propaganda methods are used, including community loudspeakers and community bulletin boards. In the meantime, WeChat platform account named “Wuhan neighborhood on WeChat” is registered and opened, and a Group Chat on WeChat is created for grid management. A diversity of on-line and off-line countermeasures against the novel coronavirus outbreak are implemented via the WeChat platform: three-early measures (early discovery, early reporting, and early treatment), centralized management, community-based reporting, hierarchical diagnosis, and treatment system, isolation of mild patients at designated facilities, diagnosis and treatment appointment system for patients with fever, patient transferral in special vehicles, terminal disinfection at homes, psychological support and daily caring plan for special populations. This WeChat platform allows for an all-region, all-around, all-time and entire population-coverage control of novel coronavirus outbreak, with the extension and strengthening of health propaganda, guidance for seeking medical assistance, mass prevention and mass treatment, and health self-management among the community residents. Great effect has been achieved in novel coronavirus control so far. The five-in-one community management mode of Wuhan plus “Wuhan neighborhood on WeChat” plays an important role in relieving the shortage of health service resources and resolving the problem of limited service scope of professional medical staff in Wuhan, and ultimately contributes to the overall novel coronavirus control.展开更多

Preliminary findings are presented from semi- structured qualitative interviews that were conducted with eleven directors and managers of local branches in the Knox County Public Library (KCPL) System that is located in the East Tennessee region in the United States. Select feedback reported by research participants is summarized in the article about strategies in LIS education that can help local public librarians and others in their efforts to become more responsive information providers to PLWHA. Research findings help better understand the issues and concerns regarding the development of digital and non-digital health information services for PLWHA in local public library institutions.展开更多

Materials and Methods: Toward multidimensional analysis of data, the system we developed combines basic principles of data warehouse technology oriented to the needs of community health services. This paper introduces the steps we took in constructing the data warehouse;the case presented here is that of a district community health management information system in Changshu, Jiangsu Province, China. For our data warehouse, we chose the MySQL 4.5 relational database, the Browser/Server, (B/S) model, and hypertext preprocessor as the development tools. Results: The system allowed online analysis processing and next-stage work preparation, and provided a platform for data management, data query, online analysis, etc., in community health service center, specialist outpatient for osteoporosis, and health administration sectors. Conclusion: The users of remote management system and data warehouse can include community health service centers, osteoporosis departments of hospitals, and health administration departments;provide reference for policymaking of health administrators, residents’ health information, and intervention suggestions for general practitioners in community health service centers, patients’ follow-up information for osteoporosis specialists in general hospitals.展开更多

For example, the mobile applications usually require frequent cross-equipment compatibility. This paper proposes a reasonable BIM-based FM cross-platform framework and develops a mobile application on the basis of an existing BIM-based FM system. The developed mobile application is applied in a case study of a metro station project in Guangzhou to verify its effectiveness in FM practice. It helps maintenance staff in viewing BIMs, accessing related information, and updating maintenance records in a unique platform. The test results demonstrate that the proposed BIM-based cross-platform framework meet the FM application requirements and supports the extension of FM functions.展开更多

Due to diverse tourism information sources and scattered data services, the real-time and effectiveness of tourism information service is insufficient, and the “information island” is numerous. In order to integrate and share information resources effectively, and achieve the intelligentialized and real-time all-for-one tourism information services, this paper proposes a systematic framework of allfor- one tourism information system, where tourists and tourist destinations are considered as all-for-one tourism digital ecosystem. The whole mode of this framework was combined with four levels and two parts. Some advanced information technologies such as big data, cloud computing and mobile internet application development were utilized to construct tourism digital ecosystem. How to implement all-for-one tourism information collection, integration, processing and sharing was discussed and the corresponding solution was provided.展开更多
