In China's cultural ecology:intangible cultural heritage is confronted with great challenges. a great deal of traditional craftsmanship is on the verge of extinction;a large number of precious objects and materials of historical and cultural values are destroyed, deserted or lost in foreign countries;arbitrary misuse and excessive exploitation of intangible cultural heritage occur from time to time. Therefore, the protection of intangible cultural heritage brooks no delay. We should realize the rational utilization under the precondition of efficient protection, and prevent the misunderstanding, distortion and misuse of intangible cultural heritage. On the basis of scientific acknowledgement, efficient measures have been adopted so as to make intangible cultural heritage get recognition, respect and promotion in the society.

The Path Exploration on the Inheritance and Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage

With the development of economy and society,China’s cultural heritage survival environment is worsening,the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage become a common concern of mankind.It is of great importance to use reasonable and scientific protection methods,the author explore path on the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage:(1)To strengthen the research and publicity of the value of the intangible cultural heritage;(2)let the intangible cultural heritage education into the campus;(3)To protect the cultural ecology on the intangible cultural heritage;(4)To Protect the inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage;(5)To encourage using minorities languages;(6)To establish archives of the intangible cultural heritage.According to the exploation path,the intangible cultural heritage would be realized the effective protection of the intangible cultural heritage and sustainable inheritance.

Protection of regional eco-culture preservation area: Based on the experience of overall protection of intangible cultural heritage

Eco-cultural preservation area is a synthesis of contradiction, which is the existing interregional coordination and conflict between the administrative divisions. Hence, it is quite different from the general integrity of the intangible cultural heritage protection. However, as one form of protection of intangible cultural heritage, it is connected with other forms of protection. Based on the cultural integration, the paper studied and summarized domain of intangible cultural heritage, and further research and investigation of the Eco-cultural preservation areas are discussed.

Traditional craft intangible cultural heritage resources can be transformed into the information source of mobile terminals with certain technology,and given a sense of design and international sense,so that the better protection and dissemination of traditional craft intangible cultural heritage can be realized.Based on the liveness and invisibility of traditional craft intangible cultural heritage,this paper uses big data,widely interconnected intelligent terminals and interactive design research to propose methods to protect traditional craft intangible cultural heritage in the era of omnimedia.

On the Productive Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Handicrafts and Its Human Values——A Case Study of the“Wuhan Model”

Among the three methods of intangible cultural heritage （ICH） protection--salvage, integrity and productivity^--productive protection is the most complex and controversial one. Through a comprehensive analysis of legal relations, coordination mecha- nisms and modes of operation by the Wuhan Tourism Investment Group in the course of safeguarding intangible cultural heritage in handicrafts, this paper discusses the sustainable ＂Wuhan Model＂ and its human values.

Protecting intangible cultural heritage of linguistic culture resources and developing strategies from the perspective of cultural ecology

From the perspective of cultural ecology, the thesis takes the linguistic culture resources as the research object, analyzes the diversified and endangered characteristics of linguistic cultural resources, and then comes up with three different strategies to protect intangible cultural heritage of linguistic culture domain and to develop cultural industry. Then it stresses cultural self-consciousness, sustainable development of cultural ecology to develop and protect the linguistic culture resources under the protection mechanism of intangible cultural heritage.

Strategies to Protect Ancient Towns with Intangible Cultural Heritage Based on AVC Theory:A Case Study of Xuwan Town,Jinxi County

Intangible cultural heritage is not only the essence of ancient town culture,but the core content of ancient town protection.In this paper,Xuwan Town in Jinxi County of Jiangxi Province was taken for example for explore the impact of woodblock printing on the spatial pattern of ancient towns and analyze the problems in their development,and strategies to protect ancient towns with intangible cultural heritage were put forward to provide references for the protection and heritage of ancient towns.

Study on the Protection of Qin Qiang Opera

In this article, the researcher first provided the overall geographical and cultural background of heritages in Shaanxi province, the cradle of Qin Qiang Opera, to generally discuss the importance of protecting intangible heritages; then he described Qin Qiang Opera from its historical and technical aspects; after applying the S.W.O.T method to analyze its cultural significances and possible risks of pressures or even disappearance, the researcher tried to work out some suggestions to the protection and development of this significant intangible heritage.

步入数字时代,随着技术与经济的进步,非物质文化遗产的良性传承与发展对知识产权保护提出了更高的要求。加强非物质文化遗产数字化知识产权保护,既回应了非物质文化遗产数字化创新发展的现实需要,又与非物质文化遗产数字化保护与传承的利益平衡需求相契合。现阶段我国非物质文化遗产数字化知识产权保护存在权利主体模糊、权利客体形态复杂、权利内容不清及权利交易不畅的现实困境。对此,为促进非物质文化遗产数字化传承与发展,可以从明晰相关权利主体、构建分层保护体系、廓清相关权利主体的利益边界及建设非物质文化遗产知识产权交易平台入手,破解当前的保护困境。

大运河苏北段非物质文化遗产数字化保护与传承现状——以宿迁市为例

数字化浪潮席卷全球,带动了全球产业的数字化转型。如何借力数字技术更好地实现非物质文化遗产的保护与传承成为学界热议的话题。为了更加深入地了解大运河苏北段非物质文化遗产数字化保护与传承现状,文章将研究对象聚焦于宿迁市,运用实地调研、人物访谈等方法,详细梳理了宿迁市非物质文化遗产数字化保护的现状。总体而言,大运河苏北段非物质文化遗产的数字化保护与传承尚处于起步阶段,存在工作机制不健全、专项保护资金缺乏、数字化传播手段单一等问题。

湖南省非物质文化遗产传统美术类保护研究二十年:回顾与展望

旨在梳理湖南省非物质文化遗产传统美术保护近20年的相关研究并展望其未来研究内容及发展方向。通过中国知网(CNKI)检索,使用VOSviewer、CiteSpace软件,从发文量、关键词和研究内容等几个方面梳理和总结了近20年来的湖南省非遗传统美术类保护研究的论文,并根据研究文献数量占比较大的原因着重分析了非遗湘绣、滩头年画和花瑶挑花3个项目的研究现状;同时从非遗传统美术类项目保护角度进行了文献分析,进而认为未来可以从实践出发来探索湖南非遗传统美术类项目的“技艺”,从需要出发去探索标准化生产的可能性和可实施性以及品牌建设,从发展出发进行城市设计师服务乡村非遗传统美术的可行性3个方面进一步展开探索。

重审中国非物质文化遗产研究20年

自2003年非物质文化遗产的概念引介到国内以来,我国的非遗研究迅速跟进,经历了从非遗概念研究到辩证关系思考,从“物观”主导到“人观”引导,从基本理论到非遗实践,从研究之“学”到学科之“学”的研究进程。对国家战略和人民需求的关注及对海外研究成果和实践经验的在地化活化运用是研究取得不俗成绩的关键。研究的局限性主要表现为重复研究的频繁、研究视野的不开阔和研究指导性的不足。鉴于此,未来的非遗研究应秉持立足当下、面向未来的研究取向,以推动非遗学科的建设发展,助力中华传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。

“抖音注我”开新局:平台技术环境下的非遗传播传承路径与政策创新

[目的/意义]目前,我国进入各级非遗代表性项目名录的非遗已达10万项,它们代表了中华民族最深刻的族群历史记忆。为应对社会大转型对非遗保护传承的全方位冲击,将抖音等平台技术纳入到政策范围,可以产生重大的政策效益与管理效益。[研究设计/方法]借助文献研究、政策文本分析、数据分析、案例研究等方法,深入探究当前非遗保护传承中的理论与实践困境,以及抖音对非遗传播传承产生的积极影响。[结论/发现]提出要超越非遗静态保护和文化生态区保护的范畴,将抖音等技术平台化非遗传播传承项目,纳入到政府向社会力量购买公共文化服务和国家艺术基金资助的政策范围,设计政府资助与市场商业模式双轨并进的政策路径,以形成政府原生态基因保护传承与市场化非遗形态传播传承两线并行的总体政策思路。同时,也要关注抖音等数字技术导致的非遗保护传承中的“市场失灵”问题,并实现政策的平衡。[创新/价值]为我国重构非遗的再生产方式、重塑非遗传播传承链条,突破非遗传承在社会日常生活中日益边缘化的困境,提供了有益参考。

类型化视角下非遗知识产权保护体系研究

非遗知识产权保护的类型化梳理是非遗知识产权保护体系构建的前提,类型化思维和传统概念化思维的有效互补可以化解非遗知识产权保护的规则冲突。以促进文化传承和推动区域经济发展为价值标准规划出非遗知识产权保护的具体路径,通过利益平衡原则指导下的非遗“权利主体”和惠益原则指导下的非遗“保护客体”类型化分析,解构非遗的传统类型,厘清非遗知识产权保护的内容和样态,合理重构非遗知识产权保护类型,为非遗知识产权保护提出有效配置方案,实现非遗知识产权保护的良性循环。

玲珑枕作为我国优秀传统非物质文化遗产之一,历史悠久,具有特有的艺术呈现,其历史文化艺术特色理应传承与保护。文章首先从信息可视化进行阐述,并对玲珑枕概况进行论述,从而提出信息可视化设计与玲珑枕结合的意义,将玲珑枕进行相关信息系统整理归纳和分级,并基于玲珑枕信息可视化设计原则,对玲珑枕制作技艺等相关信息进行可视化设计。利用信息可视化设计对玲珑枕文化进行创新式呈现。为人们提供了更新颖、直接的视觉获取信息体验,扩大玲珑枕信息传播范围,也在一定程度上推动了玲珑枕文化的保护与传承。
