Study on the quality of site in the mining district gangue of abandoned place

Being as an example of Fuxin, gangue abandoned place was classified gangue hill and dump. It was built 68 piece of temporary standard fields, which physical and chemical character of soil were researched and analyzed. The quality of district site was estimated, and five type abandoned place were gotten. Stopping draining cash less than 7 a and draining cash gangue hill was regarded as I gangue hill. Stopping draining gangue age limit 7-15 a and herbage abundance being COlp level was regarded as II gangue hill. Stopping draining gangue age limit 15-25 a and herbage abundance CO2p level was regarded as III gangue hill. Stopping draining cash gangue age limit over 25 a and herbage abundance CO3p level was regarded as IV gangue hill. Dump being formed the underground layer dug up and stacked in the course of mining was regarded asVgangue hill. The results show that every typical abandoned place can plant vegetable.

Characteristics of the Ownership Structure of Chinese Listed Companies and Its Effect on Financial Reports Quality

Ownership structure is brand-new to the reform of Chinese state-owned enterprises, and also a problem that urgently need to study. Because the reform wasn＇t entire, the ownership structure of Chinese listed companies looks freakish. That is to say, the ownership is highly concentrated in the state, who has just no tangible rights to control the business, which results in ＂insider control＂, ＂owner absence＂, ＂duality of manager and chairman＂, and so on. At the same time, such an ownership structure is unavoidable to supply inducement to the people who has relative benefits in it, and it eventually affects the quality of their financial reports. This paper empirically studies the ownership structure of Chinese listed companies and their characteristics in the actual situation, and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of the financial reports from the ownership structure approach.

Hot-rolled galvanized steel sheet is made from hot-rolled pickled sheet by continuous hot-dip galvanizing process.Without the cold-rolling process,it greatly reduces the operating costs and saves investment for shorter process and lower energy consumption.The economic advantage is obvious.The characteristics of high-yield and low cost will greatly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.There are big differences between the substrates of hot-rolled galvanized steel sheet and cold-rolled galvanized steel sheet in surface roughness,chemical elements,and surface defects.These factors directly affect on the quality of galvanized sheet.Pickling process is used to remove the oxide layer which is formed on the surfaces of hot-rolled steel sheet.The surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned for the oxide layer will seriously affect the adhesion of galvanized coating.Residual impurities,Carbon concentrating and other problems must not be caused during pickling as well.Therefore,the quality of galvanizing depends on the quality of pickled sheet surfaces.Experimental methods such as AES,XPS,SEM,OM are employed during the research for detailed analysis on the effects of hot-rolled plates and hot pickling plates on the quality of hot-rolled galvanized products.

Diabetes is the world’s third largest threat to people’s health. In China, the incidence of diabetes is on the rise, the cure rate of diabetes is low, patients with complications are more, and diabetes patients bring a heavy economic burden to the family and society. Compared with developed countries, China still has a big gap in terms of diabetes care, education and management, and even less long-term follow-up of diabetes education and management results. Therefore, the management of diabetic patients should not only stay in the intervention during hospitalization, but also extend to the outside of the hospital. Only by implementing the whole-process nursing case management integrating hospitalization-family/community-outpatient, can diabetic patients better control blood glucose, delay or prevent the occurrence of chronic complications, and improve their quality of life. The nursing work method of case management is adopted to carry out personalized assessment for diabetes patients, design the process of initial outpatient consultation, content and process of follow-up consultation for nurses, and implement personalized guidance. The diabetic complications should be screened regularly, diabetes management should be standardized, self-care ability and behavior compliance of treatment and nursing of diabetic patients should be improved, and comprehensive whole-process nursing management should be provided for every diabetic patient, so as to improve the quality of life of patients and truly benefit diabetic patients.

Integrated Assessment of Mineral Resources and Environmentin Mid-South of Shandong Province

On the bases of the field survey and a large number of testing data, we process the qualitative and quantitative assessment of the mine environment in the mid south of Shandong Province using the following grade Ⅰ factors:the surface subsidence in mining area, the three wastes of mine industries, the pollution sources, the surface water pollution, the underground water pollution and the air pollution. By means of emitting factor judgment and water quality indexes, we locate pollution sources, main pollutants, pollution type and pollution grade in the study area. Using the MAPGIS, we draw a zonality map of the mine environment. This paper attempts to offer a concrete example, including valuable assessment method, data and conclusion, for the assessment of mine environment from the integrated assessment of mineral resources and mine environment. This research is oriented towards the sustainable development and the ecological environment optimization.
