During the 18 th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping raised a series of economic development thoughts, namely the five new concepts of development; innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development, and put forward a series of economic development thoughts including"people-centered"economic development. These are the new summations of the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the latest achievements in the theory of the political economics of socialism with Chinese characteristics."People-centered"is both the starting point and final purpose of coordinated economic development, an accurate mastery of social and economic development rules, and also the foundation and specific manifestation of coordinated development between people and society. People's subjectivity, coordinated inclusiveness and dialectics of development are the characteristics of coordinated economic development. Regional coordinated development, urbanrural coordinated development, industrial coordinated development, coordinated development of national defense and economic construction, supply and demand coordinated development, ecological coordinated development and interacted coordinated development of the global economy are the important relationships of coordinated economic development that we have to recognize and handle properly.

Changing Concepts of City and Urban Planning Practices in Guangzhou(1949–2010): An Approach to Sustainable Urban Development

By focusing on Guangzhou, this paper examines how different concepts of city in terms of urban-rural relationships are shaped in transforming China since 1949, and explores how they influence the way in which urban planning are practiced. In the pre-reform era, the city was defined as a productive space under the system of urban-rural segregation established for securing rapid industrialization. Urban planning was thus only concerned with the development of urban areas. In the 1980 s and 1990 s after the reform, institutional change and economic transformation mobilized the urban-rural linkages. The development of suburban areas was then considered by urban planning, but this consideration was a passive response to urban problems such as population explosion and water resources protection. Since the new millennium, the agenda for sustainable development and problems of uneven urban-rural development have called for the development of urban-rural integration. In this context, the city is conceptualized as a complex of mountain, city, river, farmland and sea, reconstructing the ideology of urban-rural division in defining urban development. Urban planning has therefore sought in an active way to develop a sustainable city embracing rural and natural elements, and to balance economic growth and environmental protection. It is argued that developing the concept of city as a complex of urban and rural elements contributes to the urban planning for sustainable urban development, while this conceptualization relies on the recognition of the integrated urban-rural relationship.

Innovation and practice in the service model of the nursing team in the 37◦C comprehensive ward

Objective:To establish a nursing service model of 37◦C“six-center service”and study the effect of this model on improving nursing services in the course of nursing work.Methods:The semi-structured interview method and group meeting method are used to establish the 37◦C nursing service model and implement the“general health”concept of“benevolence-based and central enterprise quality.”The newly established 37◦C“six-center service”(enthusiastic reception,patient explanation,careful observation,sincere help,warm-hearted delivery and heart-to-heart visit)nursing model in the comprehensive ward of Baogang Hospital(Inner Mongolia)runs through the three phases of patient admission,hospitalization and discharge,providing patients with warm care services,so that patients can truly enjoy the warmth of 37◦C nursing and friendly family flair during the peri-hospitalization period.Results:(1)The established 37◦C“six-heart service”nursing service model has been treated as a nursing service path and is widely used in the hospital;(2)After the implementation of the 37◦C nursing service,patients,nurses,doctors,hospitals and the society show an effectively improved satisfaction;(3)The 37◦C“six-heart service”nursing service model is established as a hospital nursing service brand;(4)The 37◦C“six-heart service”nursing service brand has received enthusiastic responses in Baotou,Health Management Technology Co.,Ltd.and GENERTEC.Conclusions:The established 37◦C“six-heart service”nursing service model can effectively improve the quality of nursing service and establish a nursing service brand,which can be promoted across the country.

Molecular Characterization and mRNA Expression of Cytochrome P450 1A1 and Cytochrome P450 3A in Liver of Kafue Lechwe (<i>Kobus leche kafuensis</i>) as Potential Biomarkers of Pollution of the Kafue River Basin, Zambia

The aim of this study was to characterize CYP1A1 and CYP3A in liver of the Kafue lechwe from Lochnivar and Blue Lagoon GMAs and to determine their mRNA expression levels as potential biomarkers of pollution. Increasing attention is paid to the problem of pesticide pollution by people. Risk assessment of pesticide should not be only based on the chemical analysis of environmental samples, since this method could not truly distinguish whether the pesticide was harmful to environment. Thus, biological assessment should be established.

The Cross-Correlation Relationship Between the Real Estate Industry and High-Quality Economic Development

Based on China’s real estate investment(REI), commercial housing sales(CHS), and GDP data from 2001 to 2020, we studied the dependence, asymmetry, and transmission direction of China’s real estate and economy. Their cross-correlation is demonstrated through the deep crosscorrelation analysis(DCCA) algorithm, multifractal asymmetric detrended cross-correlation analysis(MF-ADCCA) algorithm and DCCA algorithm based on a time delay. Both REI and CHS have persistence with GDP. The real estate industry and economy have asymmetric multifractal characteristics.Meanwhile, real estate and the economy have different trends, and they can affect each other with the same length of time delay. This effect diminishes in a short period of time, and there are unsteady fluctuations in cross-correlation persistence in the long term.

研究应用并评测了一个基于Android系统的实时学习平台,为学生提供一种新的学习手段。系统是基于学生体验设计的学习系统,包括在线学习、测验、音频、视频播放、双向信息系统、协同概念地图学习系统等功能。学生可以利用本学习系统,进行情境式的移动学习,整体环境让学生有良好的学习体验,而所有学习信息都记录在学习管理系统中,这也更能方便教师制定教学计划。经实际使用验证,本系统能有效的提高学生的学习效率,改善学生的学习体验。

Enigma of Exam-oriented Education in China:A comparison on Sino-U.S.Educational Concepts in Higher Education

College English teaching in China has long been criticized for its orientation to examination that consequently brings about negative learning attitude and ineffective learning achievement.Chinese educationists have brought forward several ap proaches to solve this problem but little has been changed due to the cultural influences.This paper analyzes the roots of examoriented education system in China in perspective of culture by comparing the Sino-U.S.cultural elements in depth in tradition al culture,learning and teaching motivation,teacher-student relationship and learners'engagement in class.This paper finally poses two suggestions on how to change the current situation gradually:(1) Focus on the washback of evaluation system on edu cational concepts.(2) Transform the product-evaluation to process-evaluation gradually by standardizing the current evaluation approaches,especially the standards of process-evaluation.

The Principle of Calibration Using the Ionic Current——A New Calibration Method for Electro-Magnetic Flowmeters

An equivalent relationship between electro magnetic flowmeters (EMFs) and the Hall effect is discussed in principle and three equivalent conclusions about their measuring equations are derived. Thereby,the calibration using the ionic current (CUIC) is introduced to the calibration of EMFs in a special Hall effect system. A basic system with these equations is specially given and discussed for realizing the method. Two key points about CUIC are proved by a simple experiment.

Partnership in nursing care: a concept analysis

Objectives: This concept analysis aims to provide a better understanding of the term “partnership” in nursing care. A critical review of empirical studies regarding this area, can lay the groundwork for improving partnership between nurses and clients, as well as person- centered nursing care. Methods: A comprehensive literature search used various “partnership”,“nurse”and “clients”search terms to identify relevant studies published from 2007 to 2017. The selected studies had to focus on partnership and nursing care. Walker and Avant’(2004) framework was used when synthesizing the evidence from empirical studies in the concept analysis. It helps to distinguish confusing or unclear concepts, and to promote critical thinking through analyzing its attributes, operational definitions, antecedents, consequences, and reference. Results: In nursing care, partnership is the relationship based on collaboration among individuals, who place trust and confidence in accountability, and who have capability and empathy. The antecedents are health problems or requirements, willingness to sign up as partners and ongoing commitment;while the consequences were presented as improvement in quality of service, treatment outcomes, clients’ safety and satisfaction, financial benefit as well as time constraints and professionals’ emotional burden. The Patient Partnership in Care questionnaire can help assess partnership in nursing care. Conclusion: This concept analysis informs the concept of partnership in nursing care by using Walker and Avant’(2004) framework. By synthesizing the evidence from empirical studies, it provides theoretical and clinical frameworks for nurses to innovate nurse-client relationships - nurses are seen as partners in care instead of experts, which can encourage clients’ self-management and improve person-centered nursing care.

马克思主义哲学究竟在何种意义上是“改变世界”的哲学

马克思主义哲学之所以是区别于“解释世界”的旧哲学的“改变世界”的哲学,在于实践观点在世界观意义上的全面确立。以现实的人的实践活动为基点,从根本上变革了对把握世界的根据的理解,变革了对现实物质世界存在性质的理解,变革了对现实物质世界逻辑主体的理解,变革了人们关于物质的传统观念。确认现实世界既不是某种超验的精神运动过程,也不是自在的物质运动过程,而是由人的物质实践活动构成的世界,是现实的人以先在自然为前提改变世界创造历史的辩证发展过程。实践观点是马克思主义哲学的核心观点,实践概念才是马克思主义哲学的理论基石和逻辑起点。

基于行为决策理论的房产买卖双方购买决策差异研究:评估模式对房产偏好和估值的影响

房产购置是大部分消费者一生中最为重要的复杂决策之一。本文基于行为决策理论的视角和范式,对正在参与房产决策过程的买卖双方和模拟参与房产交易的被试进行房产偏好和估值调查(N=1038),研究了房地产买卖双方的评估模式、评估模式产生的房产属性信息,关注差异及后果,以及卖方观点采择能力的调节作用。研究发现:(1)在房产买卖的决策中,买方处于联合评估模式,卖方处于单独评估模式,前者在决策中更易受房产数量信息属性的影响,后者则易受类别信息属性的影响,进而导致双方就同一房产的评价和估值产生差异。(2)卖方的观点采择能力起到调节作用。本研究的创新之处:将行为决策理论应用于房地产买卖决策领域,丰富和扩展了房地产消费行为理论。在实践层面的应用价值体现在:房地产中介及市场参与者应更关注房产买卖双方决策模式的不同,以及由此产生的对房产属性关注的差异,需要合理反馈到房地产市场营销策划方案中。

为了达成培育真实情境问题解决能力的目标,围绕以跨学科为核心特征的STEAM教育,寻求数学拓展课的优化路径.从确定以真实情境问题解决能力为目标、设计体现多维化特征的教学内容、实施彰显数学化脉络的教学活动、设定关注学习过程的评价侧重点4个维度切入,剖析STEAM教育理念对数学拓展课教学的指导价值,提炼教学基本理念,并构建了STEAM教育理念下的数学拓展课教学基本流程.最后归纳总结出教学设计与实施过程中应注意的关键点:防止过度数学生活化,妥善处理情境虚实;关注协作创新过程,培育工程设计思维;合理融入人文艺术,凸显数学学科本质.

人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化--一项基于多维度的历时性考察

自中华人民共和国成立以来,中国的现代化建设历经传统、统筹与创新三个阶段,构成了富有中国特色的现代化建设图景。其中,关于自然价值观的更迭,从生产质料转变为保障条件,再到新型财富,其价值得以不断扩容与彰显。同时,随着自然价值观的变化,人与自然关系也从传统阶段的相对分离,转变为统筹阶段的共在共存,再向创新阶段的共生共荣关系抵近。在这一关系变迁中,从发展优先为起点,到发展与保护统筹兼顾,最终演变为生态优先,实现了经济效益、生态效益与社会效益的统一。纵观整个中国的现代化建设历程,绿色型发展作为通往人与自然和谐共生现代化的路径保障,实现了对传统发展模式的创造性解构,进而为通往人类现代化新形态贡献中国智慧与方案。

球茎甘蓝MYB62转录因子的克隆与表达特征分析

为了明晰球茎甘蓝MYB62转录因子的序列特征及其在逆境胁迫后的表达特征,进一步探索球茎甘蓝MYB62转录因子的生物学功能,为后续MYB62转录因子功能鉴定提供理论依据,以球茎甘蓝为研究对象,采用同源克隆的方法获得球茎甘蓝MYB62转录因子基因,并对其进行生物信息学分析,通过实时荧光定量PCR的方法分析MYB62在球茎甘蓝不同组织间以及逆境胁迫后的表达特征。基因克隆结果表明,BocMYB62基因gDNA全长1353 bp,CDS为837 bp,包括4个外显子和3个内含子,编码278个氨基酸。序列结构分析结果显示,BocMYB62为亲水性蛋白,具有2个SANT-MYB结构域,属于R2R3-MYB型MYB转录因子;空间结构预测显示其具有典型的α-螺旋结构;系统发育分析表明,BocMYB62与甘蓝型油菜MYB62亲缘关系最近。时空表达结果显示,BocMYB62在绿色球茎甘蓝中的表达量始终高于在紫色球茎甘蓝中,且存在明显的组织特异性,在干旱胁迫后BocMYB62表达量显著升高,胁迫12 h表达量最高,低温胁迫后BocMYB62表达量显著低于对照,在4℃低温胁迫时表达量最低,推断BocMYB62可能参与花青素生物合成调控,并可能参与逆境胁迫的调控作用。
