Exploration of the Talent Cultivation Path of New Higher Vocational Compound Childcare Integration

With the continuous development of society,people’s concept of early childhood education is also gradually upgrading.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),“childcare”is listed as one of the seven national key livelihood tasks,and the model of“integration of childcare and early childhood”is gradually being widely used in infant and toddler education.The application of this model not only promotes the development of infant and toddler education but also brings new challenges to the training of talents specialized in childcare in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges and universities should adjust the talent training mode according to the requirements of the childcare integration mode,so as to build a high-quality skilled personnel team and promote the further development of infant and toddler education.

On the Cultivation of Business English Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

CBE,initials of Competency Based Education,is an educational theory focused on competency,which plays a very important role in the cultivation of skilled talents with high quality in higher vocational colleges.This paper,from the CBE perspective and with the combination of the main problems existing in the present cultivation of business English talents in higher vocational colleges,puts forward effective strategies:confirm the explicit cultivation target for business English major,innovate the talent cultivation mode,optimize the professional curriculum system,reform the practical teaching,perfect the testing and evaluation system,and improve the teaching staff construction.

Exploration and Practice of“Four Integration and Four Innovation”Specialized and Creative Integration Talent Cultivation Mode:Taking Chongqing Energy Vocational College as an Example

With the release of China Education Modernization 2035,education modernization has become a national strategic goal.In this context,Chongqing Energy Vocational College is actively exploring the“four integration and four innovation”specialized and creative integration talent cultivation mode,aiming at cultivating high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical skills.This paper analyzes the status quo and challenges of talent cultivation in higher vocational education,puts forward the main practices of innovation-driven,creation and research,cross-border integration,and innovative practice,and has achieved remarkable results.Additionally,it summarizes the experience revelation and provides a reference for other higher vocational colleges and universities.

Comparative Study of Internationalized Talent Cultivation Models in International Higher Education Programs

The internationalization of talent cultivation in the field of international higher education is a widely discussed topic among higher education institutions worldwide.This paper conducts a comparative study of domestic and foreign higher education institutions and identifies some differences in the internationalization of talent cultivation among different countries and regions.Firstly,the study summarizes the changes in talent cultivation through domestic study abroad programs and overseas study programs.Then,this paper introduces the“Knowledge-Practice-Research”international talent cultivation model in China and the international talent cultivation model in Japan as an example.Finally,this study compares the international talent cultivation models in domestic and foreign higher education institutions.The results indicate that the internationalization of talent cultivation models needs to be adjusted according to different training objectives,specific countries,and even regional circumstances to adapt to local characteristics and the international environment.Overall,different countries and regions have different emphases and characteristics in the internationalization of talent cultivation in higher education institutions.However,regardless of the country,higher education institutions should focus on enhancing students’international perspectives and cross-cultural communication skills to adapt to the globalized economic and social environment.

Research on the Cultivation Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents with New Technology Use in Higher Education Institutions

The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(referring to new inventions,discoveries,and creations that can be practically operated and applied)and"soft technology"(generally referring to technology formed in all industry fields in response to new changes,new markets,new industries,and new business models,such as innovative marketing models,new team building,and management strategizing,cultural and creative skills,etc.),with distinctive and external and internal connotations.In a narrow sense,new technology refers to the most recent and cutting-edge technology in a particular industry field.There are also definitions that are based on their applicability,such as referring to new operation methods as new technologies.The premise of how to precisely implement new technology application education in higher education is to understand how students in higher education institutions think.For this reason,this study takes senior graduate students as its target,and through the statistics and analysis of survey data,we get three results.First,education featuring applications of new technology proves highly compelling,particularly given its importance in graduates'career development,thus garnering support;second,such education is both conceptual and practice-based;third,education concerned with the application of new technologies can be carried out in any major,both in engineering and non-engineering disciplines,with different requirements for educational content and technical skills according to the varying disciplines.Based on the investigation and analysis,we propose solutions and recommend methods of applying new applications in higher education.

Exploration and Reflection on Modern Apprenticeship Talent Cultivation Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities

Modern apprenticeship is a talent cultivation mode of deep integration between schools and enterprises,and an effective way for higher vocational colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation and realize professional service to society.Guangxi College for Preschool Education of Special Education College of Applied Behavior Analysis cooperates with Guangxi Youzhuan Special Children Care Service Center to coeducate rehabilitation teachers of autistic children using the modern apprenticeship mode,constructs school-enterprise synergistic cultivation mechanism,promotes the integration of enrollment and recruitment,improves the system and standard of talent cultivation,builds the faculty team that is mutually employed by the school and enterprise,establishes the guarantee for the management system of modern apprenticeship,and so on.The practice has been carried out with the initial experience gained.However,the construction of a long-term operation mechanism of the modern apprenticeship mode still requires consideration of the contradiction with the traditional cultivation mode and the construction of a perfect evaluation system.

Research on Adaption Strategy of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Industry 4.0

The new revolution of science and technology impacts and overturns the original human production and lifestyle widely and profoundly with the Industry 4.0 as the engine, so that the social production and the people's lifestyle, behavioral habit and thinking mode can be changed and remodeled revolution. In the national educational system, the higher vocational colleges are firstly impacted by the Industry 4.0 most widely and profoundly, and this is due to the basic function and mission of the higher vocational education in China. Under the new situation, the higher vocational colleges in China should undertake the important responsibility to build, develop and cultivate professional qualified inter-disciplinary talents, change the original ideas, integrate the Industry 4.0 technology basic ideas, adapt to the new ecological, dock with the artificial intelligence and incubate new achievement, expand new routes in order to promote the healthy development of own adaptability.

Benefits, Difficulties, and Success Factors of Three Different Quality Assessment Processes in Estonia

Quality assessment systems for business organisations and also for vocational schools were established in Estonia at the beginning of 2000s. Almost ten years later, corresponding systems were introduced also for higher education institutions （HEIs）. All these assessment systems are based on the European Foundation of Quality Management （EFQM） excellence model. The aim of this paper is to analyse benefits, difficulties, and success factors of quality assessment processes in Estonian business organisations, vocational schools, and HEIs. The study is based on the analysis of feedback questionnaire of 404 representatives from participating organisations （HEIs, vocational schools, and business enterprises） and assessors. Our analysis revealed that quality assessment processes including self-assessment reporting had a positive effect on organisation development and it has given the participants certain benefits and new challenges. As a consequence, knowledge about quality management as well as the self-assessment skills has been improved. The main difficulties were connected to limited time resources and with problems to recognize direct benefits of quality assessment. As substantial difficulties, limitations of analytical and report-writing skills were considered. As the biggest success factor, an involvement of managers on different levels decision making was recognized. The analysis revealed that there are a number of similar benefits and difficulties in the quality assessment systems of different organizations.

Quality Assurance Mechanisms and Strategies for the Internationalization of Chinese Higher Education

This study comprehensively analyzes the current state,challenges,and strategies for the internationalization of Chinese higher education.It underscores the significance of internationalization in enhancing the soft power of the nation and cultivating globally-minded talents.The research concludes that robust internal quality assurance mechanisms and external quality assurance frameworks are fundamental to ensuring the quality of education and propelling its internationalization.By comparing different countries’higher education quality assurance mechanisms,valuable experiences and insights have been drawn.The study proposes strategic recommendations aimed at reforming and innovating to comprehensively improve the international quality of Chinese higher education.However,the research has limitations,including data constraints and a focus primarily on undergraduate education,with less exploration of other educational levels.Future research should employ empirical investigations and quantitative analyses to further verify the conclusions and recommendations of this study.

“双创”背景下职教机电类专业创新创业人才培养模式研究与实践

“双创”是我国在经济转型和创新驱动发展战略背景下提出的重要政策和发展理念。该文结合职业教育的特点,以机电类专业人才培养为切入,通过分析当前机电类专业在培养创新创业人才方面存在的问题,将创新思维与创业能力融入专业技能训练,从课程体系、教学模式、实践平台、校企合作等方面提出解决路径,探索多元化实践平台的构建模式,建立完善的创新创业生态系统,为学生提供真实的创业实践环境。研究表明,该培养模式有效提高了学生的创新能力、实践能力及创业意识,为“双创”背景下职业教育的改革与发展提供了重要参考。

世界一流大学的“共性”特征——基于“ARWU”、“THE”与“QS”排行榜的分析

2003年6月,ARWU首次发布世界大学排名,其初衷是为了找到中国顶级大学在世界大学中的位置及其与世界一流大学之间的差距,为建设世界一流大学提供参考。ARWU偏好注重科学研究的研究型大学,这使得一些专注本科教育的大学(如美国的文理学院)名次普遍偏低。2010年后各自独立发布世界大学排名的THE与QS,由于"师承同宗",两者的指标体系几近相同,都包含了科研、教学和国际化程度三项指标,并加入了学术声誉等定性指标,在不同程度上弥补了ARWU单纯采用定量指标的不足。三个排行榜不同的指标设计及权重分配,导致同一所大学在不同榜单上的不同表现,但哈佛大学、斯坦福大学、麻省理工学院、剑桥大学、普林斯顿大学、加州理工学院、牛津大学等7所大学同时出现在三大榜单前10名中,且在历年排名中名次基本稳定。这7所大学之所以成为世界一流大学的样板,存在一系列共性特征:拥有世界领先的科研成果、一流的教师队伍、优质的生源、超凡的人才培养能力、充裕的财政投入、优良的硬件设施以及高水平的国际化程度等。建设世界一流大学,既要参照世界一流大学的"共性"特征,也要避免盲目跟从。遵循教育规律,创造性地传承民族传统文化,借鉴人类高等教育改革发展的文明成果,积极探索中国化的世界一流大学之路。

基于OBE理念《牛生产与综合实训》课程改革创新研究

[目的]探索基于OBE教学理念的《牛生产与综合实训》课程改革与实践的路径,培养贵州山地养牛业高素质技术技能人才。[方法]分析国内外OBE理念实践研究现状,以铜仁职业技术学院省级优质课程《牛生产与综合实训》为例,从课程思政、课程结构、技能需求、分层教学、作业设计、评价体系、诊断改进等方面进行实践探索,回答“让学生获得什么”“为什么要取得”“如何帮助学生取得”“如何评判学生获得”等问题。[结果]OBE理念在课程教学中的应用,使学生综合实践能力和教师教学能力得到稳步提升,学生月平均成绩提升12.3%,课堂参与度提升28.2%,技能考核1次过关率达92.7%。[结论]应用OBE教学理念的《牛生产与综合实训》课程虽然取得了一定的成果,为今后进一步探索增值性评价、分层教学奠定了基础,但如何进一步有效应用OBE理念设计职业教育教学内容、有力提升职业教育教学质量,如何运用OBE教育理念改革职业教育教学方法永远在路上。

乡村振兴背景下高职涉农专业人才育训模式探索——以滨州职业学院化工生物技术专业为例

全面推进乡村振兴需要人才,而高职涉农专业正是相关人才的重要来源。以滨州职业学院化工生物技术专业为例,探讨“诚心向农、技术助农、创新驱动”助力乡村振兴专业人才的内在根本要求,创新“思政涵化、依岗优课、双赛联动、课证融通”的人才育训模式。
