Impact of Gender and Working Environment on the Level of State Anxiety among Primary and Middle school Teachers in China

State anxiety has become serious among primary and middle school teachers in China. By using stratified random sampling, we selected 2790 primary and middle school teachers as participants. They were from seven region... State anxiety has become serious among primary and middle school teachers in China. By using stratified random sampling, we selected 2790 primary and middle school teachers as participants. They were from seven regions of China, among them 2278 were valid subjects. Constructed on the basis of anxiety content, the Teachers’ State Anxiety Questionnaire (TSAQ) was used in the investigation. The result of the survey shows that primary and middle school teachers are generally affected by state anxiety;further analysis indicates that the prevalence of state anxiety is relatively higher among male teachers, teachers from key middle schools, teachers working more than 10 hours a day, and teachers loaded with additional task as head teachers. This is directly connected with China’s national situation, teaching envi-ronment, discrepancies in teachers themselves, and their own ability of self-regulation. 展开更多

The new round of curriculum reform requires the promotion on the development of students'core literacy,and how the core literacy of chemistry can take root in the chemistry classroom is inseparable from the guidance and nurture of teachers in the teaching process.The"Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers"clearly stipulates that pedagogical content knowledge(PCK)is regarded as the professional knowledge of teachers.PCK is the core content of teachers'professional knowledge and an important guarantee for teachers to carry out teaching activities.Teachers5 PCK level is not only a direct measure of their teaching achievements,but also an important criterion for guiding novice teachers to become experienced teachers.The research subjects selected for this study are the middle school chemistry teachers in Yan'an City.By using the Delphi method to investigate the understanding of Yan'an middle school chemistry teachers on the core literacy of chemistry and to explore the PCK mastery of middle school chemistry teachers at different stages,it serves to deepen the Yan'an middle school chemistry teachers5 own knowledge and learning of PCK while help to promote the improvement of the teaching level and professional development of chemistry teachers in Yan'an middle schools.At the end of the paper,the relevant suggestions made based on the investigation of the chemistry PCK study of middle school chemistry teachers in Yan'an City on the core literacy of the chemistry subject will improve the overall building level of the middle school chemistiy teachers of Yan'an City. 展开更多

This study mainly discusses the relationship between middle school teachers’mental health and work stress in Guangzhou.This study uses questionnaire survey method to examine 237 teachers in Guangzhou,and adopts SPSS26.0 to conduct independent sample t-test,ANOVA,correlation analysis,and regression analysis to draw the conclusion.The results show that:(1)The work pressure of middle school teachers in Guangzhou is above the medium level,and their mental health is at the middle level.(2)Under the influence of different gender,position,age,teaching years,and teaching objects,the pressure of middle school teachers is different.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between teachers’work stress and the dimensions of self-confidence loss and social dysfunction of mental health.(4)Work stress can effectively predict the level of mental health.Therefore,we need to understand the pressure sources of middle school teachers to develop measures to alleviate the pressure of teachers and improve the mental health of middle school teachers. 展开更多

为了探讨中学教师道德情感在工作-家庭冲突对教学效能感影响过程中的作用机制,采用工作-家庭冲突量表、教学效能感量表和教师道德情感量表并以方便抽样方式选取537名中学教师实施问卷调查。结果显示:中学教师工作-家庭冲突能显著负向预... 为了探讨中学教师道德情感在工作-家庭冲突对教学效能感影响过程中的作用机制,采用工作-家庭冲突量表、教学效能感量表和教师道德情感量表并以方便抽样方式选取537名中学教师实施问卷调查。结果显示:中学教师工作-家庭冲突能显著负向预测教学效能感和道德情感,中学教师道德情感能显著正向预测教学效能感;中学教师工作-家庭冲突不仅可以直接影响教学效能感,而且可以通过道德情感的中介作用间接影响教学效能感。因此,建议通过帮助中学教师树立家庭与工作边界意识,缓解中学教师心理压力,培育积极情绪及加强教师职业素养教育等途径,改善中学教师工作-家庭冲突导致的负面影响,提升其道德情感水平,从而增强其教学效能感。 展开更多

中学女教师心理健康状况及影响因素Logistic回归方程构建

目的分析中学女教师心理健康状况并构建影响因素Logistic回归方程。方法于2020年6—10月采取分层随机整群抽样方法抽取12所中学的1899名中学女教师纳入研究,采用电子问卷的方式进行调查,筛选中学女教师焦虑、抑郁的影响因素,建立Logisti... 目的分析中学女教师心理健康状况并构建影响因素Logistic回归方程。方法于2020年6—10月采取分层随机整群抽样方法抽取12所中学的1899名中学女教师纳入研究,采用电子问卷的方式进行调查,筛选中学女教师焦虑、抑郁的影响因素,建立Logistic回归方程并验证。结果1754例中学女教师发生焦虑487例,抑郁463例,焦虑率为27.77%、抑郁率为26.40%。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,年龄>45岁、周均工作时间>40 h、合并慢性疾病、职业压力中或重的中学女教师焦虑发生率高于年龄≤45岁、周均工作时间≤40 h、未合并慢性疾病、职业压力轻者,OR值分别为2.248(95%CI:1.625~3.110)、3.838(95%CI:2.828~5.209)、3.860(95%CI:2.831~5.262)、3.004(95%CI:2.132~4.233),积极参与心理健康讲座和团体心理辅导的中学女教师焦虑发生率低于未积极参与者,OR值为0.248(95%CI:0.181~0.339);周均工作时间>40 h、兼任行政职务、合并慢性疾病、职业压力中或重的中学女教师抑郁发生率高于周均工作时间≤40 h、未兼任行政职务、未合并慢性疾病、职业压力轻,OR值分别为3.259(95%CI:2.414~4.398)、2.273(95%CI:1.672~3.089)、2.857(95%CI:2.102~3.883)、3.451(95%CI:2.415~4.931),积极参与心理健康讲座和团体心理辅导的中学女教师抑郁发生率低于未积极参与者,OR值为0.302(95%CI:0.223~0.410);以上P均<0.05。根据训练集构建Logistic回归方程,在验证集预测焦虑、抑郁曲线下面积分别为0.786、0.736。结论中学女教师焦虑、抑郁发生率较高,受多种因素影响,据此建立影响因素Logistic回归方程,预测价值较高,可对高危人员采取相应预防对策。 展开更多

探析中学体育特级教师专业发展阶段,帮助中小学体育教师对标审视和准确把握自身所处阶段,赋能专业发展提质增效,助推新时代体育教师队伍高质量发展。基于文献资料调研、深度访谈、叙事分析等方法,以教师专业发展阶段理论和杜威经验哲学... 探析中学体育特级教师专业发展阶段,帮助中小学体育教师对标审视和准确把握自身所处阶段,赋能专业发展提质增效,助推新时代体育教师队伍高质量发展。基于文献资料调研、深度访谈、叙事分析等方法,以教师专业发展阶段理论和杜威经验哲学为指导,围绕中学体育特级教师专业发展阶段展开质性探究。发现:中学体育特级教师专业发展主要历经“适应期(1~5年)—稳定期(6~10年)—蜕变期(11~20年)—成熟期(21~30年)—超越期(>30年)”5个阶段,各阶段彼此独立又逐阶包含、有序深化,呈现进阶性、曲折性、转折性和关键性特征。据此构建中学体育特级教师专业发展阶段理论模型,并提出建议:普通中小学体育教师可以特级教师荣誉为目标引领,对标“五阶段”梳理发展脉络,明确专业进阶路线,及早定位专业突破口并培植专业生长点,同时握好转折和关键期,珍视阶段性关键人物与事件,认清并努力跨越专业发展前后半程的“两道坎”。 展开更多

中学教师薪酬满意度与留任意愿的关系研究——基于中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)数据的实证分析

薪酬水平是教师作为人力资本在劳动力市场上最重要的价值体现,教师的薪酬满意度情况会直接影响其留任意愿。使用中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)数据分析发现:教师学历和职称越高,教龄越长,对薪酬满意度越高;教师周工作时间越长且工作压力越大... 薪酬水平是教师作为人力资本在劳动力市场上最重要的价值体现,教师的薪酬满意度情况会直接影响其留任意愿。使用中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)数据分析发现:教师学历和职称越高,教龄越长,对薪酬满意度越高;教师周工作时间越长且工作压力越大薪酬满意度越低。中学教师薪酬满意度对留任意愿影响显著,且这种影响在乡村教师群体中更大。教师薪酬满意度与留任意愿均在城乡与学校办学水平方面存在显著差异;同时,在个体特征层面和工作特征层面差异也较为明显。基于此,应进一步完善教师薪酬分配制度,增强教师职业吸引力;营造良好教学工作环境,减轻教师额外负担;加强职业发展规划指导,提高教师留任意愿。 展开更多

生成式人工智能的出现标志着一场前所未有的技术革命,目前人们对于这场技术革命的认识、理解及接受程度不一。中小学教师是否愿意接受并主动将生成式人工智能融入教育教学场景中?哪些因素影响了中小学教师对生成式人工智能的接受度?为... 生成式人工智能的出现标志着一场前所未有的技术革命,目前人们对于这场技术革命的认识、理解及接受程度不一。中小学教师是否愿意接受并主动将生成式人工智能融入教育教学场景中?哪些因素影响了中小学教师对生成式人工智能的接受度?为了深入探究上述问题,本研究基于经典的技术接受与使用整合理论模型(UTAUT模型),对466名中小学教师使用生成式人工智能的意愿及接受度进行调查,并对其影响因素进行研究分析。研究发现:绩效期望、努力期望、社群影响、促成条件和感知风险五个核心要素均对中小学教师的生成式人工智能接受程度有显著正向影响(p=0.000<0.001),影响作用由强到弱依次为绩效期望(β=0.664)、社群影响(β=0.562)、努力期望(β=0.551)、感知风险(β=0.457)、促成条件(β=0.388)。其中,教师技术应用态度对绩效期望有调节作用(p=0.048<0.05),对努力期望也有调节作用(p=0.004<0.01)。教师技术应用频率对感知风险有调节作用(p=0.004<0.01)。最后,从个人的动机与忧虑,外部的环境与资源两个方面归纳研究发现,并提出有效提升教师对新技术接受度,促进教师有效并创新应用生成式人工智能的对策建议。 展开更多
