Based on more than 20-year operation of gas storages with complex geological conditions and a series of research findings, the pressure-bearing dynamics mechanism of geological body is revealed. With the discovery of gas-water flowing law of multi-cycle relative permeability hysteresis and differential utilization in zones, the extreme utilization theory targeting at the maximum amount of stored gas, maximum injection-production capacity and maximum efficiency in space utilization is proposed to support the three-in-one evaluation method of the maximum pressure-bearing capacity of geological body, maximum well production capacity and maximum peak shaving capacity of storage space. This study realizes the full potential of gas storage(storage capacity) at maximum pressure, maximum formation-wellbore coordinate production, optimum well spacing density match with finite-time unsteady flow, and peaking shaving capacity at minimum pressure, achieving perfect balance between security and capacity. Operation in gas storages, such as Hutubi in Xinjiang, Xiangguosi in Xinan, and Shuang6 in Liaohe, proves that extreme utilization theory has promoted high quality development of gas storages in China. 展开更多

In the process of unconventional natural gas development practice,the"extreme utilization"concept that focuses on"continuously breaking through the limit of development technology"is gradually formed,and supports the scale benefit exploration of unconventional gas in China.On this basis,the development theory of"extreme utilization"is proposed,its theoretical connotation together with development technologies of unconventional natural gas are clarified.The theoretical connotation is that,aiming at"extreme gas reservoirs","extreme techniques"are utilized to build subsurface connected bodies,expand the discharge area,and enlarge the production range,to obtain the maximum single-well production,extreme recovery,and eventually achieve the"extreme effect"of production.The series of development technologies include micro/nano-scale reservoir evaluation,"sweet spot"prediction,unconventional percolation theory and production capacity evaluation,optimization of grid well pattern,optimal-fast drilling and volume fracturing,and working regulation optimization and"integrated"organizing system.The"extreme utilization"development theory has been successfully applied in the development of unconventional gas reservoirs such as Sulige tight gas,South Sichuan shale gas,and Qinshui coalbed methane.Such practices demonstrate that,the"extreme utilization"development theory has effectively promoted the development of unconventional gas industry in China,and can provide theoretical guidance for effective development of other potential unconventional and difficult-to-recovery resources. 展开更多

Then GEM (group eigenvalue method)-MAUE (multi-attribute utility theory) model was applied to evaluate relative efficiency of water resource allocation plans. This model determined weights of indicators by GEM, and assessed the allocation schemes by MAUE. To efficiently develop deep shale gas in southern Sichuan Basin,under the guidance of“extreme utilization”theory,a basic idea and solutions for deep shale gas development are put forward and applied in practice.In view of multiple influencing factors of shale gas development,low single-well production and marginal profit of wells in this region,the basic idea is to establish“transparent geological body”of the block in concern,evaluate the factors affecting shale gas development through integrated geological-engineering research and optimize the shale gas development of wells in their whole life cycle to balance the relationship between production objectives and development costs.The solutions are as follows:(1)calculate the gold target index and pinpoint the location of horizontal well drilling target,and shale reservoirs are depicted accurately by geophysical and other means to build underground transparent geological body;(2)optimize the drilling and completion process,improve the adaptability of key tools by cooling,reducing density and optimizing the performance of drilling fluid,the“man-made gas reservoir”is built by comprehensively considering the characteristics of in-situ stress and fractures after the development well is drilled;(3)through efficient management,establishment of learning curve and optimization of drainage and production regime,the development quality and efficiency of the well are improved across its whole life cycle,to fulfil“extreme utilization”development of shale gas.The practice shows that the estimated ultimate recovery of single wells in southern Sichuan Basin increase by 10%-20%than last year. 展开更多

Since an engine is seen as the″heart″of an airplane,the objective and scientific evaluation of it is significant to ensure normal operation of airlines.Aiming at the limitations of current studies on selecting engines,a quantitative comprehensive evaluation system of engine options was established and an optimization model based on the utility theory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was proposed.Considering the judgement of different customers on the balance between income and risk,the utility of each evaluation index was determined by utilizing the piecewise utility function.The AHP was used to analyze individual demands of customers.Finally,the optimal scheme was selected through calculating the weighted utility value.According to the actual needs of a domestic airline,the utility of three engine options was calculated.The results showed that the value of risk factor can be set to determine the selection scheme based on the degree of preferences(conservative type,neutral type or adventurous type). 展开更多

Considering the fractal structure of space-time, the scale relativity theory in the topological dimension DT = 2 is built. In such a conjecture, the geodesics of this space-time imply the hydrodynamic model of the quantum mechanics. Subsequently, the gauge gravitational field on a fractal space-time is given. Then, the gauge group, the gauge-covariant derivative, the strength tensor of the gauge field, the gauge-invariant Lagrangean, the field equations of the gauge potentials and the gauge energy-momentum tensor are determined. Finally, using this model, a Reissner- Nordstrom type metric is obtained. 展开更多

Satisficing control remains an important concept in decision making. In this paper, a new epistemic utility satisficing control theory is proposed for a new model of complex CMMO ( constrained multi-objective multi degree-of-freedom optimization) system. As well, an epistemic utility function is developed and used to adjust the feasible region of soft constraints. The theory proved in this paper indicates that the utility function not only expresses the subjectivity of the original satisfactory-degree function, but also takes the cost of searching for a solution into account. Thus, the satisfactory-degree function can be adjusted and its rationality can be validated. This theory contributes an analytical method to the inverse satisfactory optimization problem. The findings indicate that this theory has good convergence and outcomes desired for satisfactory-degree functions. 展开更多

We present an alternative method to the possible tedious lottery method of von Neumann and Morgenstern to change ordinal values into cardinal values using the analytical hierarchy process. We suggest using Saaty’s pairwise comparison with combined strategies as criteria for players involved in a repetitive game. We present and illustrate a methodology for moving from ordinal payoffs to cardinal payoffs. We summarize the impact on how the solutions are achieved. 展开更多

Along with the construction of non-Lorentz-invariant effective field theories, recent studies which are based on geometric models of Finsler space-time become more and more popular. In this respect, the Finslerian approach to the problem of Lorentz symmetry violation is characterized by the fact that the violation of Lorentz symmetry is not accompanied by a violation of relativistic symmetry. That means, in particular, that preservation of relativistic symmetry can be considered as a rigorous criterion of the viability for any non-Lorentz-invariant effective field theory. Although this paper has a review character, it contains (with few exceptions) only those results on Finsler extensions of relativity theory, that were obtained by the authors. 展开更多

利用数字机会是中小制造企业实现数字化转型的关键。资源编排理论指出,利用数字机会离不开企业资源和能力的支持,尤其要将各种资源和能力有效组合起来。但大量中小制造企业难以有效编排自身资源和能力来利用数字机会。为此,本文关注中... 利用数字机会是中小制造企业实现数字化转型的关键。资源编排理论指出,利用数字机会离不开企业资源和能力的支持,尤其要将各种资源和能力有效组合起来。但大量中小制造企业难以有效编排自身资源和能力来利用数字机会。为此,本文关注中小制造企业的五种传统资源和能力(实物资源、关系资源、制造能力、营销能力和创新能力)及两种数字资源和能力(大数据资源和数字平台能力),运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法对392份问卷数据进行分析,研究发现:五种传统资源和能力及两种数字资源和能力都不能单独作为中小制造企业数字机会利用的必要条件,但数字平台能力作为核心条件能发挥较为普适的作用。同时,中小制造企业的数字机会利用存在三种路径,可归纳为“内向型”“外向型”和“内外兼顾型”,通过进一步聚焦高技术制造业,发现其数字机会利用存在两种路径:“渐进型”和“突破型”。本文有助于发现如何在数字化背景下编排企业资源和能力,拓展了资源编排理论的研究情境(数字化背景)和研究范围(数字资源和能力),回应了识别“数据时代的资源编排规律”的呼吁。 展开更多

城市地下综合管廊在运维过程中事故时有发生,为了量化管廊运维风险并分析关键风险因素,提出一种基于故障树和模糊贝叶斯网络的城市地下综合管廊运维风险评估方法。在综合考虑管廊风险因素的基础上构建故障树模型,将其映射为贝叶斯网络... 城市地下综合管廊在运维过程中事故时有发生,为了量化管廊运维风险并分析关键风险因素,提出一种基于故障树和模糊贝叶斯网络的城市地下综合管廊运维风险评估方法。在综合考虑管廊风险因素的基础上构建故障树模型,将其映射为贝叶斯网络。基于ALARP准则划分风险因素状态等级,根据模糊数和模糊子集计算底事件的发生概率,利用最大似然估计法求解中间事件的条件概率,构建管廊运维风险贝叶斯网络模型,精准评估城市地下综合管廊运维风险。结果表明:所评估的管廊运维过程风险等级为High的概率为28%,接近30%的风险阈值,因此需要及时对管廊风险进行管控。该方法能够科学、合理地评价风险水平并确定关键因素,可为管廊运维安全保障和管理提供参考。 展开更多

基于期望效用理论剖析农户土地整治权属调整意愿的内在机制,以广西壮族自治区龙州县的农户调查问卷数据为基础,采用逻辑斯谛(Logistic)模型,分析不确定条件下未来的预期收益和预期损失效用对农户权属调整意愿的影响,为引导农户积极响应... 基于期望效用理论剖析农户土地整治权属调整意愿的内在机制,以广西壮族自治区龙州县的农户调查问卷数据为基础,采用逻辑斯谛(Logistic)模型,分析不确定条件下未来的预期收益和预期损失效用对农户权属调整意愿的影响,为引导农户积极响应权属调整提供决策参考。结果显示:农户认知是其产生支持行为意愿的基础,研究区只有约20%的农户对权属调整政策比较了解,超过80%的农户通过“自上而下”的方式被动获取信息,但接近90%的农户对权属调整表示认同,说明政策实施具备民意基础。在未来预期收益方面,新增耕地面积、改善农业基础设施条件、提高农业机械化使用率、提高规模化经营程度等因素对农户权属调整意愿至少在P<0.1水平上有显著正向影响;在未来预期损失方面,耕地质量下降、土地分配不公平等因素对农户权属调整意愿至少在P<0.05水平上有显著负向影响。据此提出如下对策建议:加强权属调整全过程的农户有效参与,切实保障农户土地权益;完善权属调整的法治化建设和制度化管理,促进权属调整获得农户的支持和信任;发挥权属调整对农地适度规模经营的推动作用,促进农户分享现代农业发展红利。 展开更多

【目的】农户参与农业废弃物资源化利用对促进绿色乡村建设、实现乡村振兴战略具有重要意义,探究农业废弃物资源化利用的影响因素可针对性提升农户进行农业废弃物资源化利用行为的积极性,为促进其可持续发展提供参考依据。【方法】本研... 【目的】农户参与农业废弃物资源化利用对促进绿色乡村建设、实现乡村振兴战略具有重要意义,探究农业废弃物资源化利用的影响因素可针对性提升农户进行农业废弃物资源化利用行为的积极性,为促进其可持续发展提供参考依据。【方法】本研究基于计划行为理论构建农户参与农业废弃物资源化利用认知对其行为响应影响的理论模型,采用500份农户资源化利用行为问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型进行实证分析,从行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制三个维度构建了农业废弃物资源化利用行为的指标体系,并在此基础上进一步考察了农业废弃物资源化利用行为的影响因素。【结果】农户资源化利用认知的行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制三个维度均对其行为响应有显著的直接正向影响,同时主观规范和知觉行为控制会通过行为态度的中介作用对行为响应产生间接正向影响;农户资源化利用认知三个维度对其行为响应的综合影响路径系数从大到小依次为知觉行为控制(0.378)、主观规范(0.238)和行为态度(0.182);不同规模、不同地形区域农户的农业废弃物资源化利用认知对行为响应的作用具有异质性,即规模与地形区在其中具有调节作用。【结论】为实现进一步的资源化利用应推进农户参与农业废弃物资源化利用技术培训与指导常态化,强化农户参与农业废弃物资源化利用的行为控制能力,同时加强山区的信息基础设施建设,畅通信息传播,创新媒体手段,推进数字化管理,推进农户参与农业废弃物资源化利用支持政策全覆盖,并对小规模农户实施重点帮扶与支持。 展开更多

为提高驾驶员泊车效率,本文考虑不同停车库占用率下的停车库运营者及驾驶员泊位分配需求,构建大型停车库泊位分配模型。本文引入停车库占用率将停车库空满等级划分为空闲泊位充裕时段、空闲泊位适中时段、空闲泊位紧缺时段,综合考虑停... 为提高驾驶员泊车效率,本文考虑不同停车库占用率下的停车库运营者及驾驶员泊位分配需求,构建大型停车库泊位分配模型。本文引入停车库占用率将停车库空满等级划分为空闲泊位充裕时段、空闲泊位适中时段、空闲泊位紧缺时段,综合考虑停车库运营者运营管理需求与驾驶员快速寻泊需求,以寻位行驶时间、离开停车库行驶时间为参数构建运营管理时间效用函数,以寻位行驶时间、停车入位耗时、步行时间为参数构建驾驶员泊车耗时效用函数;将运营管理时间效用与驾驶员泊车耗时效用加权统一为总时间效用,以总时间效用最大化为目标,建立兼顾停车库运营者及驾驶员泊位分配需求的泊位分配模型;引入泊位利用率、停车总耗时量化模型性能。以西安市某大型商业停车库为例,选取9:00、11:30、13:00表征空闲泊位充裕、空闲泊位适中、空闲泊位紧缺时段进行泊位分配。不同停车库空满等级下,停车库内空闲泊位的总时间效用与停车总耗时均呈负显著相关,其中,空闲泊位充裕时段,停车库内空闲泊位的总时间效用与停车总耗时的相关性最弱,相关系数为-0.461;空闲泊位紧缺时段,停车库内空闲泊位的总时间效用与泊位利用率呈正显著相关,相关系数为0.710。研究表明本模型可在优选停车总耗时较小泊位的基础上,为停车高峰时段预留利用率较高的泊位,提高空闲泊位紧缺时段的泊车效率及驾驶员的泊车满意度。 展开更多
