In Section 2, we have described some equations concerning cosmic evolution in a Cyclic Universe. In Section 3, we have described some equations concerning the cosmological perturbations in a Big Crunch/Big Bang space-time, the M-theory model of a Big Crunch/Big Bang transition and some equations concerning the solution of a braneworld Big Crunch/Big Bang Cosmology. In Section 4, we have described some equations concerning the generating ekpyrotic curvature perturbations before the Big Bang, some equations concerning the effective five-dimensional theory of the strongly coupled heterotic string as a gauged version of N=1five-dimensional supergravity with four-dimensional boundaries, and some equations concerning the colliding branes and the origin of the Hot Big Bang. In Section 5, we have described some equations regarding the “null energy condition” violation concerning the inflationary models and some equations concerning the evolution to a smooth universe in an ekpyrotic contracting phase with w>1. In Section 6, we have described some equations concerning the approximate inflationary solutions rolling away from the unstable maximum of p-adic string theory. In Section 7, we have described various equations concerning the p-adic minisuperspace model, zeta strings, zeta nonlocal scalar fields and p-adic and adelic quantum cosmology. In Section 8, we have shown various and interesting mathematical connections between some equations concerning the p-adic inflation, the p-adic quantum cosmology, the zeta strings and the brane collisions in string and M-theory. Furthermore, in each section, we have shown the mathematical connections with various sectors of Number Theory, principally the Ramanujan’s modular equations, the Aurea Ratio and the Fibonacci’s numbers.展开更多

To really understand the philosophy behind the public key cryptography is not an easy task and sometimes it seems somewhat difficult, if not impossible, for the beginners without the knowledge of the abstract algebra and number theory. In this paper, we introduce briefly the basic definition of public key cryptography as well as the corresponding mathematical hard problems. A further examination of this subject, in particular to what extent an ordinal ...The author recently published a paper which claimed that an ordinal interpretation of numbers had limited applicability for cryptography. A further examination of this subject, in particular to what extent an ordinal interpretation is useful for recurrence sequences, is needed. Hilbert favored an interpretation of the natural numbers that placed their ordinal properties prior to their cardinal properties [1] [2]. The author examines ordinal uses of the integers in number theory in order to discuss the possibilities and limitations of this approach. The author hopes this paper will be useful in clarifying or even correcting some matters that were discussed in his paper of January of 2018. I was trained informally in philosophical realism, and while I think idealism too has a place, at this time in my life I believe that the weight of evidence and usefulness is more on the side of philosophical materialism. I hope this discussion will help supplement for my readers the material in Number in Mathematical Cryptography. I still maintain that a lack of clarity on these matters has hindered progress in cryptography;and it has taken time for me to better understand these things. I hope others who have interest and ability will assist in making these matters clearer. My intention was to work in pure mathematics, and the transition to an applied mindset was difficult for me. As a result, I feel most comfortable in a more middle-of-the road attitude, but have had to slowly move to a more precise analysis of the physical quantities involved. I hope my readers will be patient with my terminology, which is still evolving, and my discussion of things which are more indirectly related, and which are necessary for my expression. These are important things for the mathematical community to understand, and I hope smarter and more knowledgeable people will address my errors, and improve upon the things I might have correct. And then a graph of "groundwater carrying capacity v.s. accumulative reliability" can be gained Based on the graph, fuzzy membership degree of groundwater resources carrying capacity to each judgment level under different risk probability can be got. This paper is concerned with (3,n) and (4,n) regular quasi-cyclic Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) code constructions from elementary number theory.Given the column weight,we determine the shift values of the circulant...This paper is concerned with (3,n) and (4,n) regular quasi-cyclic Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) code constructions from elementary number theory.Given the column weight,we determine the shift values of the circulant permutation matrices via arithmetic analysis.The proposed constructions of quasi-cyclic LDPC codes achieve the following main advantages simultaneously:1) our methods are constructive in the sense that we avoid any searching process;2) our methods ensure no four or six cycles in the bipartite graphs corresponding to the LDPC codes;3) our methods are direct constructions of quasi-cyclic LDPC codes which do not use any other quasi-cyclic LDPC codes of small length like component codes or any other algorithms/cyclic codes like building block;4)the computations of the parameters involved are based on elementary number theory,thus very simple and fast.Simulation results show that the constructed regular codes of high rates perform almost 1.25 dB above Shannon limit and have no error floor down to the bit-error rate of 10-6.展开更多

The Fine Structure Constant (α) value equal to 137.03599206 represents a dimensionless constant that characterizes the strength of the electromagnetic (EM) interaction between subatomic charged particles. Python-generated property counts for the twin prime force F{139/137} show that the adjusted ratio gives a value of α = 137.036. This implies a mathematical framework underlying this constant is based on twin prime numbers and set theory. This study attempts to demonstrate a proof of concept that a hierarchy of fractional twin prime (αII) forces replicates the quantum nature of the universe and is aligned with the Standard Model of Particle Physics. An expanded eFSC Model demonstrates that twin prime forces and their property sets are mathematically viable substitutes for nuclear reactions, as demonstrated for the Beta-minus decay of neutrons into protons. Most significantly, the positive and negative prime numbers define these nuclear reactants and products as positive or negatively charged ions. Stability solutions taking into account of water seepage were presented and compared with those without considering seepage. The comparisons indicate that the maximum difference does not exceed 3.7%,which proves the present method credible. The results show that stability numbers of shallow tunnels considering seepage are much less than those without considering seepage,and that the difference of stability numbers between considering seepage and without considering seepage increase with increasing the depth ratio. The stability numbers decrease with increasing permeability coefficient and groundwater depth. Seepage has significant effects on the stability numbers of shallow tunnels.展开更多

On the basis of potential theory and on the assumption of an ideal and irrotational fluid, this paper drives a method for calculating air cavity formation using slender ship theory then points out the parameters directly related to the formation of air cavities and their interrelationships. Simulations showed that the formation of an air cavity is affected by cavitation number, velocity, groove geometry and groove size. When the ship’s velocity and groove structure are given, the cavitation number must be within range to form a steady air cavity. The interface between air and water forms a wave shape and could be adjusted by an air injection system.展开更多
Advanced mathematical tools are used to conduct research on the kinematics analysis of hybrid mechanisms,and the generalized analysis method and concise kinematics transfer matrix are obtained.In this study,first,acco...Advanced mathematical tools are used to conduct research on the kinematics analysis of hybrid mechanisms,and the generalized analysis method and concise kinematics transfer matrix are obtained.In this study,first,according to the kinematics analysis of serial mechanisms,the basic principles of Lie groups and Lie algebras are briefly explained in dealing with the spatial switching and differential operations of screw vectors.Then,based on the standard ideas of Lie operations,the method for kinematics analysis of parallel mechanisms is derived,and Jacobian matrix and Hessian matrix are formulated recursively and in a closed form.Then,according to the mapping relationship between the parallel joints and corresponding equivalent series joints,a forward kinematics analysis method and two inverse kinematics analysis methods of hybrid mechanisms are examined.A case study is performed to verify the calculated matrices wherein a humanoid hybrid robotic arm with a parallel-series-parallel configuration is considered as an example.The results of a simulation experiment indicate that the obtained formulas are exact and the proposed method for kinematics analysis of hybrid mechanisms is practically feasible.展开更多

Based on the output data of Gaussian, the isodesmic reactions were designed to calculate standard enthalpy of formation (△fH^θ) and standard free energy of formation (△fH^θ) of PCTAs congeners. The relations of these thermodynamic parameters with the number and position of C1 atom substitution (Npcs) were discussed, and it was found that there exists high correlation between thermodynamic parameters (total energy (TE), zero-point vibrational energy (ZPE), thermal correction to energy (Eth), heat capacity at constant volume (Cv^θ), entropy (S^θ), enthalpy (H^θ), free energy (G^θ), standard enthalpies of formation (△fH^θ) and standard Gibbs energies of formation (△fG^θ)) and Npcs. On the basis of the relative magnitude of their △fG^θ, the order of relative stability of PCTA congeners was theoretically proposed. In addition, the correlations between structural parameters and Npcs were also discussed. The good correlations were found between molecular average polarizability (α), energy of the highest occupied molecular orbital (EHOMO), molecular volume (Vm) and Npcs, and all R^2 values are larger than 0.95. Moreover, it was supposed that the isomer groups with higher toxicity should be Tri-CTA and TCTA.展开更多

Thus, it refutes the principle of light speed non-exceedance, which is fundamental in the special theory of relativity. Moreover, unlike the MINOS and OPERA experiments recognized by physical com-munity as not enough reliable, which were conducted for the same purpose, alternative experiments were performed during the research of oscillation processes in linear electric circuits. Therefore, they are absolutely reliable and conclusive as can be repeated and verified in any electrical engineering laboratory. The principle of phy-sical reality of imaginary numbers proven by the electrical engineering experiments is generally scientific, since mathematics is the universal language of the exact sciences. Therefore, all scientific theories and hypotheses in quantum mechanics, relativity theory, geo-physics, cosmology, optics, radio electronics and other sciences should be adjusted accordingly, given the principle of physical reality of imaginary numbers. There is an example of how this can be done in the special theory of relativity and astrophysics. The author has...The article is devoted to hitherto never undertaken applying an almost unknown logically formalized axiomatic epistemology-and-axiology system called “Sigma-V” to the Third Newton’s Law of mechanics. The author has continued investigating the extraordinary (paradigm-breaking) hypothesis of formal-axiological interpreting Newton’s mathematical principles of natural philosophy and, thus, has arrived to discrete mathematical modeling a system of formal axiology of nature by extracting and systematical studying its proper algebraic aspect. Along with the proper algebraic machinery, the axiomatic (hypothetic-deductive) method is exploited in this investigation systematically. The research results are the followings. 1) The Third Newton’s Law of mechanics has been modeled by a formal-axiological equation of two-valued algebraic system of metaphysics as formal axiology. (Precise defining the algebraic system is provided.) The formal-axiological equation has been established (and examined) in this algebraic system by accurate computing compositions of relevant evaluation-functions. Precise tabular definitions of the evaluation-functions are given. 2) The wonderful formula representing the Third Newton’s Law (in the relevant physical interpretation of the formal theory Sigma-V) has been derived logically in Sigma-V from the presumption of a-priori-ness of knowledge. A precise axiomatic definition of the nontrivial notion “a-priori-ness of knowledge” is given. The formal derivation is implemented in strict accordance with the rigor standard of D. Hilbert’s formalism;hence, checking the formal derivation submitted in this article is not a difficult task. 文摘The power transformer is the key equipment of transforming voltage and exchanging power in the power system.It's safe and reliable operation directly influences the safe level of the power system.To study the risk assessment of power transformer which is very significant to improve the reliability of the power system,a fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment model of power transformer based on Borda number theory is proposed in this paper.At first,the fault types and risk factors of the power transformer are analyzed.Secondly,the basic framework of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to quantify the risk factors.And then,Borda number theory is employed to analyze influence degree and occurrence probability of power transformer.At last,the various risk factors impact index and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index of power transformer can be easily obtained.Applying this model,the relative importance degree of the risk factors can be horizontally compared according to the numerical index,the engineering staff can directly get the parameters of the transformer risk level and get a good description of the visual expression through using 5 score and similar visual language.

文摘Blind numbers of evaluation indices about groundwater resources carrying capacity are defined from the concomitancy of randomness, fuzziness, grey property and unascertainment of groundwater system. Based on fuzzy theory, a comprehensive evaluation model on groundwater resources carrying capacity is constructed with blind information. Then a risk assessment model of surcharge about groundwater resources carrying capacity is established on blind reliability theory. The probable value "*" matrix of fuzzy membership degree about carrying capacity corresponding to each judgment level can be obtained with the aid of blind algorithm as well as the subjective reliability "×" matrix. And then a graph of "groundwater carrying capacity v.s. accumulative reliability" can be gained Based on the graph, fuzzy membership degree of groundwater resources carrying capacity to each judgment level under different risk probability can be got. Thus, a comparatively reasonable judgment to groundwater resources carrying capacity might be obtained, with comprehensive analysis to the state of society, economy technology and ecology.

文摘This paper is concerned with (3,n) and (4,n) regular quasi-cyclic Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) code constructions from elementary number theory.Given the column weight,we determine the shift values of the circulant permutation matrices via arithmetic analysis.The proposed constructions of quasi-cyclic LDPC codes achieve the following main advantages simultaneously:1) our methods are constructive in the sense that we avoid any searching process;2) our methods ensure no four or six cycles in the bipartite graphs corresponding to the LDPC codes;3) our methods are direct constructions of quasi-cyclic LDPC codes which do not use any other quasi-cyclic LDPC codes of small length like component codes or any other algorithms/cyclic codes like building block;4)the computations of the parameters involved are based on elementary number theory,thus very simple and fast.Simulation results show that the constructed regular codes of high rates perform almost 1.25 dB above Shannon limit and have no error floor down to the bit-error rate of 10-6.

This implies the DNA bi-codon mean isotopic mass, confirming to 0.1 ppm the electron-based Topological Axis, whose terminal boson is the base 2 c-observable Universe in the base 3 Cosmos. The physical parameters involve the Euler idoneal numbers and the special Fermat primes of Wieferich (bases 2) and Mirimanoff (base 3). The prime numbers and crystallographic symmetries are related to the 4-fold structure of the DNA bi-codon. The forgotten Eddington’s proton-tau symmetry is rehabilitated, renewing the supersymmetry quest. This excludes the concepts of Multiverse, Continuum, Infinity, Locality and Zero-mass Particle, leading to stringent predictions in Cosmology, Particle Physics and Biology.
文摘The Fine Structure Constant (eFSC) Model attempts to give a classical definition to a magical number that underlies much of quantum physics. The Fine Structure Constant (α) value equal to 137.03599206 represents a dimensionless constant that characterizes the strength of the electromagnetic (EM) interaction between subatomic charged particles. Python-generated property counts for the twin prime force F{139/137} show that the adjusted ratio gives a value of α = 137.036. This implies a mathematical framework underlying this constant is based on twin prime numbers and set theory. This study attempts to demonstrate a proof of concept that a hierarchy of fractional twin prime (αII) forces replicates the quantum nature of the universe and is aligned with the Standard Model of Particle Physics. An expanded eFSC Model demonstrates that twin prime forces and their property sets are mathematically viable substitutes for nuclear reactions, as demonstrated for the Beta-minus decay of neutrons into protons. Most significantly, the positive and negative prime numbers define these nuclear reactants and products as positive or negatively charged ions. Furthermore, the eFSC Model provides new insights regarding the hierarchy of EM forces underlying the quantum nature of the universe.

文摘Based on strength reduction theory,the stability numbers of shallow tunnels were investigated within the framework of upper and lower bound theorems of limit analysis. Stability solutions taking into account of water seepage were presented and compared with those without considering seepage. The comparisons indicate that the maximum difference does not exceed 3.7%,which proves the present method credible. The results show that stability numbers of shallow tunnels considering seepage are much less than those without considering seepage,and that the difference of stability numbers between considering seepage and without considering seepage increase with increasing the depth ratio. The stability numbers decrease with increasing permeability coefficient and groundwater depth. Seepage has significant effects on the stability numbers of shallow tunnels.

文摘This research is intended to provide academic reference and design guidance for further studies to determine the most effective means to reduce a ship’s resistance through an air-cavity. On the basis of potential theory and on the assumption of an ideal and irrotational fluid, this paper drives a method for calculating air cavity formation using slender ship theory then points out the parameters directly related to the formation of air cavities and their interrelationships. Simulations showed that the formation of an air cavity is affected by cavitation number, velocity, groove geometry and groove size. When the ship’s velocity and groove structure are given, the cavitation number must be within range to form a steady air cavity. The interface between air and water forms a wave shape and could be adjusted by an air injection system.

文摘Advanced mathematical tools are used to conduct research on the kinematics analysis of hybrid mechanisms,and the generalized analysis method and concise kinematics transfer matrix are obtained.In this study,first,according to the kinematics analysis of serial mechanisms,the basic principles of Lie groups and Lie algebras are briefly explained in dealing with the spatial switching and differential operations of screw vectors.Then,based on the standard ideas of Lie operations,the method for kinematics analysis of parallel mechanisms is derived,and Jacobian matrix and Hessian matrix are formulated recursively and in a closed form.Then,according to the mapping relationship between the parallel joints and corresponding equivalent series joints,a forward kinematics analysis method and two inverse kinematics analysis methods of hybrid mechanisms are examined.A case study is performed to verify the calculated matrices wherein a humanoid hybrid robotic arm with a parallel-series-parallel configuration is considered as an example.The results of a simulation experiment indicate that the obtained formulas are exact and the proposed method for kinematics analysis of hybrid mechanisms is practically feasible.

文摘The structural and thermodynamic (PCTAs) in the ideal gas state at 298.15 K and 1.013 properties of 75 polychlorinated thianthrenes ×10^5 Pa have been calculated at the B3LYP/6- 31G* level using Gaussian 98 program. Based on the output data of Gaussian, the isodesmic reactions were designed to calculate standard enthalpy of formation (△fH^θ) and standard free energy of formation (△fH^θ) of PCTAs congeners. The relations of these thermodynamic parameters with the number and position of C1 atom substitution (Npcs) were discussed, and it was found that there exists high correlation between thermodynamic parameters (total energy (TE), zero-point vibrational energy (ZPE), thermal correction to energy (Eth), heat capacity at constant volume (Cv^θ), entropy (S^θ), enthalpy (H^θ), free energy (G^θ), standard enthalpies of formation (△fH^θ) and standard Gibbs energies of formation (△fG^θ)) and Npcs. On the basis of the relative magnitude of their △fG^θ, the order of relative stability of PCTA congeners was theoretically proposed. In addition, the correlations between structural parameters and Npcs were also discussed. The good correlations were found between molecular average polarizability (α), energy of the highest occupied molecular orbital (EHOMO), molecular volume (Vm) and Npcs, and all R^2 values are larger than 0.95. Moreover, it was supposed that the isomer groups with higher toxicity should be Tri-CTA and TCTA.

文摘In this paper, we analyze the enthalpy, enthalpy energy density, thermodynamic volume, and the equation of state of a modified white hole. We obtain new possible mathematical connections with some sectors of Number Theory, Ramanujan Recurring Numbers, DN Constant and String Theory, that enable us to extract the quantum geometrical properties of these thermodynamic equations and the implication to the quantum vacuum spacetime geometry of our early universe as they act as the constraints to the nature of quantum gravity of the universe.
文摘It is shown that Ohm’s law is not only the main electrical engineering law, but also a generally scientific worldview law of the extreme significance, as in the interpretation of Steinmetz it proves physical reality of imaginary numbers theoretically and experimentally in the most indisputable way. Thus, it refutes the principle of light speed non-exceedance, which is fundamental in the special theory of relativity. Moreover, unlike the MINOS and OPERA experiments recognized by physical com-munity as not enough reliable, which were conducted for the same purpose, alternative experiments were performed during the research of oscillation processes in linear electric circuits. Therefore, they are absolutely reliable and conclusive as can be repeated and verified in any electrical engineering laboratory. The principle of phy-sical reality of imaginary numbers proven by the electrical engineering experiments is generally scientific, since mathematics is the universal language of the exact sciences. Therefore, all scientific theories and hypotheses in quantum mechanics, relativity theory, geo-physics, cosmology, optics, radio electronics and other sciences should be adjusted accordingly, given the principle of physical reality of imaginary numbers. There is an example of how this can be done in the special theory of relativity and astrophysics. This approach allowed explanation of dark matter and dark energy, which correspond to the invisible parallel universes existing in extra dimensions.
文摘The article is devoted to hitherto never undertaken applying an almost unknown logically formalized axiomatic epistemology-and-axiology system called “Sigma-V” to the Third Newton’s Law of mechanics. The author has continued investigating the extraordinary (paradigm-breaking) hypothesis of formal-axiological interpreting Newton’s mathematical principles of natural philosophy and, thus, has arrived to discrete mathematical modeling a system of formal axiology of nature by extracting and systematical studying its proper algebraic aspect. Along with the proper algebraic machinery, the axiomatic (hypothetic-deductive) method is exploited in this investigation systematically. The research results are the followings. 1) The Third Newton’s Law of mechanics has been modeled by a formal-axiological equation of two-valued algebraic system of metaphysics as formal axiology. (Precise defining the algebraic system is provided.) The formal-axiological equation has been established (and examined) in this algebraic system by accurate computing compositions of relevant evaluation-functions. Precise tabular definitions of the evaluation-functions are given. 2) The wonderful formula representing the Third Newton’s Law (in the relevant physical interpretation of the formal theory Sigma-V) has been derived logically in Sigma-V from the presumption of a-priori-ness of knowledge. A precise axiomatic definition of the nontrivial notion “a-priori-ness of knowledge” is given. The formal derivation is implemented in strict accordance with the rigor standard of D. Hilbert’s formalism;hence, checking the formal derivation submitted in this article is not a difficult task. With respect to proper theoretical physics, the formal inference is a nontrivial scientific novelty which has not been discussed and published elsewhere yet.

The numerical idioms in both English and Chinese have their own strong ethnic color because of their cultural differences. Only by the way of understanding the cultural meanings of the numerical idioms deeply, can the translation of numerical idioms be more vivid and more expressive. The following essay is going to give a brief discussion of the translation strategies of English-Chinese numerical idioms based on the skopos principle of skopos theory. It will make the communication between America and China better and more effective.

The group SU(2,2) acts on each of the D, L, F by conformal transformation which is a core feature of the DLF-theory. Also, d and f are contracted to T, S-abelian subalgebras, generating parallel translations, T, and proper conformal transformations, S (from the decomposition of su(2,2) as a graded algebra T + Ω + S, where Ω is the extended Lorentz Lie algebra of dimension 7).
