Construction and Practice of First-Class Courses on Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching of Urban Overpasses

Virtual simulation experiment,as a new way to promote the digital transformation of education,has a broad development prospect and application value.The civil engineering experimental volume and space are huge,it has a long construction period,is highly dangerous,and is difficult to experiment with.In order to solve the contradiction between the traditional theory teaching of civil engineering and the engineering training of students,the construction of virtual simulation experimental teaching courses with a high degree of realism,intuition,and accuracy can be used as a useful supplement and innovation of experimental and practical teaching.This paper takes the virtual simulation experimental teaching course of urban overpasses as an example,introduces the necessity and practicability of the course construction,and describes the experimental principle structure of the course,the simulation scene design,the experimental teaching process,the experimental method,etc.The course has achieved good application results,and it has been recognized as the first-class virtual simulation teaching course of the Chongqing Municipal Government,which provides certain references to the construction of the same type of courses in the civil engineering profession.

Construction Ideas of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation First-class Undergraduate Course Based on Online and Offline Blended Teaching

In order to combine the advantages of online teaching and traditional offline classroom teaching,this paper optimizes the teaching design by taking Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation for undergraduates as the carrier,and reconstructs the course according to five parts:basic theory course,practical training course,standardized patient,case report,and course evaluation.Through analyzing the classroom quality and teaching effect,the innovation and practical effect of course reconstruction are explored.With students as the main body and goals as the guide,this model gives full play to the initiative and creativity of students,meets the individual needs of students at different levels,and provides reference ideas for improving the advanced,innovative and challenging creation of the course.

Construction of University Librarian Team in the Context of Double First-Class Initiative

Data services,knowledge services,and information services are the core service elements of university libraries in the context of the Double First-Class Initiative.Combined with the current situation of insufficient overall service capacity of libraries,this paper proposed strategies and implementation paths for optimizing the service system from three aspects:the construction of the professional qualification system for librarians,the establishment of post institutions,and the construction of library culture.Long-term path:putting library human resource management into the legal track,taking the lead in local legislation,and promoting the construction of library legislation and professional qualification certification system;optimizing the personnel system,implementing hierarchical management and classified assessment for professional librarians and auxiliary librarians.Short-term path:intensive post allocation,namely,assigning the core strength in the core post,and tackling the temporary major work combining multiple forces in the form of a"working group";building an open knowledge service ecosystem,accelerate the cross-border integration of libraries and other organizations,and striving to build the core competitiveness of libraries.

Exploration and Research on the Construction of First-class Undergraduate Major of Architecture:A Case Study on Xi'an University of Science and Technology

With the decision of the Ministry of Education to fully implement the“Six Excellence and One Top-notch”plan 2.0 and launch the“Double Ten-thousand Plan”for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors,colleges and universities across the country have fully launched the construction of first-class undergraduate majors.The architecture major of Xi’an University of Science and Technology has achieved certain results in deepening the comprehensive reform of the major,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and grass-roots teaching organizations,and enhancing the construction of the professional teaching quality assurance system.The quality of graduate training and external evaluation have achieved good results by integrating into the teaching system of special courses,improving the high-level talent training system,taking the construction of“new engineering”as an opportunity,promoting education and teaching reform,relying on the platform of discipline advantages,and building a multi-level practical teaching system.

Research on the Curriculum System of Software Engineering under the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction

To build the top class of higher education by focusing on the goal of the“Double First-Class”,it needs to analyze the defect and deficiency and identify the demand for the training of the talent under the background of“Double First-Class”.Considering of those issues,it is suggested that building the curriculum system scientifically and rationally in following aspects:deepening the training objectives,professionalizing the structure and contents of the curriculum system,optimizing the content,enhancing the construction of practical education system and internationalizing the curriculum system.Also,with those aspects,a reference is provided for the cultivation of talents with innovative consciousness and ability to solve complex engineering problems under the background of the“Double First-Class”construction.

Research on the Teaching Reform of Tourism Reception Under the Background of National First-Class Undergraduate Specialty Construction

The launch of the“Double Thousand Plan”has greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of major construction in colleges and universities.In order to meet the requirements of the first-class undergraduate major in tourism management,there is a need for an active reform and innovation in its teaching,an improvement in the quality of running this undergraduate major,and an accelerated growth of this undergraduate major.The tourism reception industry is a basic course of the tourism management specialty,and its teaching effect has a vital influence on the construction of this specialty.Taking the hospitality and tourism industry as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems in curriculum construction,redefines the ideas and objectives of curriculum teaching reform,and expounds the contents and measures of curriculum teaching reform.

对150所三级甲等综合性医院手术室医疗设备管理现状调查与分析

目的:调查150所三级甲等综合性医院手术室医疗设备管理现状,为改进和完善手术室医疗设备运行管理提供依据。方法:采用分层抽样法随机选取华北、东北、华东、中南、西南和西北六大区域的150所三级甲等综合性医院进行手术室医疗设备管理现状调查。自制手术室装备与材料管理现状调查问卷,调查设备购置管理、效益评价管理、使用过程管理、信息化管理、维护管理和追溯管理6个维度共37个条目,对比分析其差异性。结果:不同地区手术室医疗设备管理中,每年经费预算、仪器设备使用效益评价体系、仪器使用率的统计分析、设备操作流程存放于科室文件夹、手术室设专职人员负责设备的日常检测维护和设备实现信息化管理对比,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=42.8193,x^2=20.7857,x^2=15.4274,x^2=11.8541,x^2=11.5120,x^2=24.9028;P<0.05)。结论:六大区域的150所三级甲等综合性医院地区间的手术室医疗设备管理现状差异性在缩小,医疗设备通过预防性维护和全生命周期管理,可确保其使用安全;随着各地区同质性提高,手术室医学装备标准化不断进步,设备信息化发展和成本效益管理需加快推进。

某地区三级甲等医院患者满意度模糊综合评价研究

[目的]了解某地区三级甲等医院患者对现行医院医疗卫生服务的满意度,并对其进行科学的评价,同时对满意度评价系统中模糊综合评价原理的思想及方法运用进行探讨。[方法]采取整群抽样的方法,抽取某区8所三级甲等医院,每所随机抽取患者100名进行问卷调查,运用模糊综合评价的原理对调查结果进行分析。[结果]该政策评价29%为很满意,54%为较满意,40%为一般,11%为不满意。[结论]根据最大隶属度的原则,患者满意度评价结果为较满意。

2008年广州部分三甲医院综合实力灰色关联分析

目的介绍灰色关联分析法，并用该法评价广州部分具有代表性的三甲医院的综合实力。方法应用灰色关联分析法对所评价医院的各项指标进行综合评价。结果给出被评价医院的综合排序，并分析所得结果。结论灰色关联分析法原理简单，算法便捷，评价结果客观可靠，具有较强的实用性。

陕西省某医院三甲创建期间病案归档工作持续改进的效果

目的以等级医院评审工作为契机,不断推动病案室规范化建设,提高病案归档率。方法利用医院病案管理系统调取2017年1月至2017年12月全院各临床科室出院病历进行统计分析,并通过完善病案管理制度,规范病案回收流程,加强病案多环节综合控制等方法不断提高病案归档率。结果我院2、3、7日的病案归档率由2017年1月份的43.70%、52.10%、61.54%,分别提高到2017年12月的90.89%、95.71%、97.98%,达到等级医院评审标准中的病案归档的B级要求。结论医院应重视和加强病案归档工作,建立有效的病案归档管理制度和奖惩制度,实现病案归档规范化管理。

Intraoperative care of elderly patients with COVID-19 undergoing double lung transplantation:Two case reports

BACKGROUND Lung transplantation is considered an effective method for treating patients with end-stage coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).The nurses play a pivotal role in lung transplantation for COVID-19 patients.CASE SUMMARY Two elderly patients were admitted to the emergency department due to cough,and the nucleic acid test was positive.The patients were preliminarily diagnosed with COVID-19.The chest computed tomography scan revealed massive lung consolidation,and the patients did not improve after treatment with antiviral drugs,glucocorticoids,antibiotics,and other drugs.Under the support of pure oxygen in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,the patients’oxygen levels were still poor,indicating that they were in the terminal stage of viral pneumonia.The patients underwent double-lung transplantation and received intraoperative care.The extracorporeal membrane oxygenation device was removed within a week of the surgical procedure,and the respiratory circulation of the patients were stabilized.CONCLUSION High-quality care for COVID-19 patients undergoing lung transplantation ensures patient safety during operation while protecting the safety of the medical staff.

Study on the Present Situation and Optimization Path of Gamification Design in Chinese University Libraries

In this paper,137“First-class universities”and“First-class discipline”construction universities in China are selected as the objects of investigation to analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the game design of University Library in China.Taking the university library in other countries as the reference object,this paper compares the differences of the game design of University Library in China and other countries,sums up the deficiency of the gamification service practice in Chinese university libraries.At last,this paper proposes an optimization path of the gamification design of Chinese University Library from six aspects of game type,game service object,game interactive mode,game application,game development and game playability.

Research on Teaching Innovation of Property Insurance Course:Based on the Perspective of Big Data Development

Towards a Framework for Evaluating the Research Performance of Chinese Double First-Class Universities

The study focuses on the research performance of Double First-Class(DFC)universities in China.A theoretical framework based on economic theory and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method for a novel evaluation model is proposed.The model is performed on a sample of 41 participant DFC universities in China.Using data collected from these universities,it was found that there is no consistency between performance ranking,input ranking,and output ranking,with the best ranked universities far from the most efficient.These findings provide empirical evidence of DFC universities’research performance situation and suggest strategies that the government can use to propel their sustainable development.
