The following process is included: firstly,the evaluation team is established to determine the selection criteria and evaluate them by triangular fuzzy numbers; secondly,calculate the weight of criteria by the proposed hybrid algorithm integrating particle swarm optimization( PSO) and simulated annealing( SA); then, the performance evaluation for each supplier is predicted by the proposed self-feedback neural network( SFBNN) based on the historical data. A new type of vehicle routing problem (VRP), multiple vehicle routing problem integrated reverse logistics (MVRPRL), is studied. In this problem, there is delivery or pickup (or both) and uncertain features in the demands of the clients. The deliveries of every client as uncertain parameters are expressed as triangular fuzzy numbers. In order to describe MVRPRL, a multi-objective fuzzy programming model with credibility measure theory is constructed. Then the simulationbased tabu search algorithm combining inter-route and intra-route neighborhoods and embedded restarts are designed to solve it. Computational results show that the tabu search algorithm developed is superior to sweep algorithms and that compared with handling each on separate routes, the transportation costs can be reduced by 43% through combining pickups with deliveries. 展开更多

To improve the inventory control strategy for enterprise and optimize inventory control parameters of existing external and interior reverse logistics, a multi-resource inventory control model is proposed to better simulate the logistics fact, which is aimed at periodic inventory checking and pull mode of inventory control strategy, based on the return product arrival time obeying Poisson distribution, the return product employing lotsize process and the nonzero lead time of manufaeturinge/remanufacturing. The rational cost function with multiple constraints is employed to describe the inventory model. The genetic algorithm is employed to solve the inventory cost function to obtain the optimal solution of inventory checking periods, safe inventory point, product lot-sizes and process lot-sizes of return product. An example is presented to prove the feasibility and validity of the proposed method. Moreover, the influence of manufacturing/remanufacturing lead time and reuse rate of return production on the inventory control strategy of enterprise is analyzed. 展开更多

Back-loads allow manufacturers to reduce costs by usingthe distribution vehicle''s return journey to create income or added value. This basic concept isnow being developed to create novel solutions to the problems of reducing pollution, costs andvehicle movements, whilst maintaining high customer service levels. Handling it efficiently will help the firm reduce pollution and save cost. In order to improve the environmental effect on this supply chain network, recovery activity becomes a significant part in the reverse logistics network, due to complexity and heterogeneity. In a reverse logistics network, there are many decision problems to be taken into consideration such as facility location, capacity allocation, production planning and vehicle routing. Each of these problems can be categorized into three types of decision planning: strategic, tactical or operational, based on the time planning horizon. In this paper, we review the literature of supply chain network in an effort to achieve green through implementing reverse logistic practices, and classify the defined problems by the group of decision planning. In general, most of the literatures are focused on the strategic and tactical decision planning, only a few are operational-based. The objective of this paper is to analyze the decision planning being done in this area of research and provide future insights on how to design the reverse logistics network with different decision planning which will reflect the real life scenario. 展开更多

First a remanufactming logistics network is con- structed, in which the structure of both the forward logistics and the reverse logistics are of two levels and all the logistics facilities are capacitated. Both the remanufactming products and the new products can be used to meet the demands of customers. Moreover, it is assumed that homogeneous facilities can be designed together into integrated ones, based on which a mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) facility location model of the remanufacturing logistics network with six types of facilities to be sited is built. Then an algorithm based on enumeration for the model is given. The feasible combinations of binary variables are searched by enumeration, and the remaining sub-problems are solved by the LP solver. Finally, the validities of the model and the algorithm are illustrated by means of an example. The result of the sensitivity analysis of parameters indicates that the integration of homogeneous facilities may influence the optimal solution of the problem to a certain degree. 展开更多

In this paper, a logistical regression statistical analysis (LR) is presented for a set of variables used in experimental measurements in reversed field pinch (RFP) machines, commonly known as “slinky mode” (SM), observed to travel around the torus in Madison Symmetric Torus (MST). The LR analysis is used to utilize the modified Sine-Gordon dynamic equation model to predict with high confidence whether the slinky mode will lock or not lock when compared to the experimentally measured motion of the slinky mode. It is observed that under certain conditions, the slinky mode “locks” at or near the intersection of poloidal and/or toroidal gaps in MST. However, locked mode cease to travel around the torus;while unlocked mode keeps traveling without a change in the energy, making it hard to determine an exact set of conditions to predict locking/unlocking behaviour. The significant key model parameters determined by LR analysis are shown to improve the Sine-Gordon model’s ability to determine the locking/unlocking of magnetohydrodyamic (MHD) modes. The LR analysis of measured variables provides high confidence in anticipating locking versus unlocking of slinky mode proven by relational comparisons between simulations and the experimentally measured motion of the slinky mode in MST. 展开更多

目的探讨轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者逆转为认知正常(normal cognition,NC)的相关因素并建立预测模型。方法基于美国公共数据库NACC,数据包括社会人口学信息、体格检查、疾病史、认知功能、抑郁状况、精神症状和... 目的探讨轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者逆转为认知正常(normal cognition,NC)的相关因素并建立预测模型。方法基于美国公共数据库NACC,数据包括社会人口学信息、体格检查、疾病史、认知功能、抑郁状况、精神症状和日常活动功能,构建LASSO logistic回归模型筛选自变量,通过十折交叉验证法选择模型中的最优调和系数λ;采用AIC和BIC与全变量logistic回归和逐步logistic回归进行比较,基于AUC、Brier评分和校准曲线分别评价预测模型的区分度和准确度,并绘制森林图和列线图。结果共纳入397例MCI患者,其中124例MCI患者逆转为NC,逆转率为31.23%。LASSO logistic回归模型(λ=0.044),纳入的自变量为年龄、BMI、高脂血症、维生素B12缺乏症、他人报告认知障碍、FAQ、MMSE、CDR和动物命名正确数;AIC=188.364,BIC=232.187,均低于全变量logistic回归(207.940/299.570)和逐步logistic回归(196.489/260.232);AUC、Brier评分和校准曲线均显示LASSO logistic回归模型的区分度和准确度更好。结论MCI患者逆转为NC受多个因素影响,应关注未患有高脂血症和维生素B12缺乏症、日常活动功能和认知功能较好的低龄MCI患者,对其进行健康管理干预和预防性护理,减少其未来疾病进展的风险。 展开更多
