Glial progenitor cells were reported to have the capacity to generate various types of cells in both the central nervous system(CNS)and peripheral nervous system.Glial progenitor cells can respond to diverse environmental signals and transform into distinct populations,each serving specific functions.Notably,the adult spinal cord hosts various populations of glial progenitors,a region integral to the central nervous system.During development,glial progenitors express glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP;Dimou and Gotz,2014).However,the specific identities of GFAP-expressing progenitors in the adult spinal cord were not thoroughly investigated.

三江源地区一年生禾豆混播人工草地最佳混播比例的综合评价研究

【目的】探究青海省三江源地区建立人工草地混播体系最佳综合评价模式。【方法】采用3种不同综合评价方法筛选适宜在三江源地区建植的禾豆混播组合及比例。【结果】3种评价方法,AHP层次分析法评价方法中最优混播组合及比例为燕麦+箭筈豌豆(70∶30),隶属函数评价方法中最优混播组合及比例为燕麦+箭筈豌豆(60∶40),灰色关联度评价方法中最优混播组合及比例为燕麦+箭筈豌豆(70∶30)。【结论】结合试验地区海拔条件等因素,在高寒地区优先推荐灰色关联度综合评价方法,燕麦+箭筈豌豆(70∶30)混播模式为一年生禾豆混播最佳混播组合及比例。

麦粒灸配合透刺疗法对风寒证周围性面瘫患者面神经功能的影响

目的观察麦粒灸配合透刺疗法治疗风寒证周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法依据随机数字表将2022年10月至2024年2月赣州市人民医院收治的80例周围性面瘫患者分为两组,各40例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,对照组实施普通针刺,研究组实施麦粒灸配合透刺疗法治疗,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、面部神经功能[House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级、Sunnybrook面神经评定表评分]、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果治疗后与对照组比较,研究组H-B面神经功能分级更优(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Sunnybrook面神经评分提高,且研究组更高(P<0.05);治疗1周、2周后两组血清hs-CRP水平较治疗前低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率95.00%较对照组80.00%高(P<0.05)。结论麦粒灸配合透刺疗法治疗,可降低风寒证周围性面瘫患者hs-CRP水平,促进面部神经功能的恢复,改善面瘫状况,疗效较佳。

基于“以通为补”理论探讨变应性鼻炎的治疗思路

“以通为补”理论的应用最早见于《伤寒论》,主要是通过宣通腠理,温脏通阳,继而达到治疗疾病的目的。变应性鼻炎作为临床常见的免疫性疾病,病程常迁延难愈,临床采用中医疗法卓有成效。患者因惧针和畏惧口服中药导致中医治疗变应性鼻炎受限。故临床上,外治法运用中药熏蒸联合透灸法宣散与温通并用,择法简而专,临床疗效显著,为治疗变应性鼻炎提供新思路。内治法应用中药内服,深究病机,随机应变,实现祛邪以“通”,温“通”以“补”。文章基于“以通为补”思想,浅谈变应性鼻炎的相关内外治法治疗思路,并附验案一则。

Performance Analysis of a Solar Continuous Adsorption Refrigeration System

A study is conducted on the performances of a solar powered continuous-adsorption refrigerator considering two particular days as references cases,namely,the summer solstice(June 21st)and the autumn equinox(September 21st).The cooling capacity,system performance coefficient and the daily rate of available cooling energy are assessed.The main goal is to compare the performances of a solar adsorption chiller equipped with a hot water tank(HWT)with an equivalent system relying on solar collectors with no heat storage module.The daily cooling rates for the solar refrigerator are found to be 102.4 kWh and 74.3 kWh,respectively,on June 21st and on September 21st,using a total collector’s area of 43.47 m2.The corresponding values for the adsorption chiller equipped with a hot water tank of 2 m3(and using a total collector’s area of 72.45 m2),are 127.1 kWh and 106.13 kWh,respectively.

Path Breakthrough of Medical Humanities Education From the Perspective of“All-Staff,Whole-Process,and All-Round Education”

Medical education is an important cornerstone for the development of healthcare,and medical humanities education,as an integral part of medical education,plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating people’s health guardians with high medical ethics.We adopted the method of stratified random sampling to select 309 students and 107 faculty members from three independent medical colleges in Sichuan province as the research subjects and distributed questionnaire surveys investigating in three dimensions:overall cognition of medical humanities,evaluation of medical humanistic qualities,and the current situation of medical humanities education,supplemented by an in-depth literature review and interviews with subject matter experts.We found that“tech-centrism”still has a great influence,the self-evaluation of medical students’humanistic quality is generally not high,the educational concept of“emphasizing professional skills over morality”of faculty and staff is still quite prevalent,and there is still the“last mile”phenomenon in medical humanities education.In order to promote the integrated development of“new medicine”and“new liberal arts”and break the barriers of“tech-centrism”and“instrumental rationality,”it is necessary to change the educational concept and strengthen the education of all employees,break through the bottleneck of internships and strengthen the whole process of education,integrate educational resources and strengthen all-round education,improve the incentive mechanisms,strengthen the assessment methods,and provide Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the development of medical humanities education.

卧式滚筒好氧堆肥和条垛式好氧堆肥技术的比较研究

卧式滚筒好氧堆肥采用卧式滚筒作为好氧反应器,通过滚筒的转动使物料、氧气、微生物充分混合反应,实现物料腐殖化。条垛式好氧堆肥是在好氧条件下,将物料混合后堆积成窄长条垛状进行堆肥化,并定期使用机械或人工进行翻堆通风。为验证卧式滚筒好氧堆肥和条垛式好氧堆肥效果的差异性,该研究以干式厌氧后的沼渣为主要原料,粉碎后的玉米秸秆、鸡粪为辅料,进行好氧堆肥试验。结果表明:试验第13天,卧式滚筒好氧堆肥温度不再上升,发芽指数(GI)为1.02,碳氮比(C/N)为14.36,胡富比为1.26,堆肥产物达到完全腐熟,堆肥时间远小于条垛式好氧堆肥的29天。卧式滚筒堆肥产物的总养分增加0.94%、胡敏酸含量为24.85 g/kg、纤维素降解率为33.45%、半纤维素降解率为34.33%、木质素降解率为15.33%,条垛式好氧堆肥产物总养分增加0.65%、胡敏酸含量为22.08 g/kg、纤维素降解率为29.33%、半纤维素降解率为30.26%、木质素降解率为10.28%,卧式滚筒堆肥产物的上述指标均显著高于条垛式好氧堆肥产物(P<0.05),表明其质量更优。因此,与条垛式相比,卧式滚筒好氧堆肥能够加速堆肥进程,减少堆肥时间,提高堆肥效率,保证堆肥质量。

ZnO粉体的制备及在光催化法处理造纸废水中的应用

以ZnO粉体作为光催化剂,对经预处理的造纸废水采用光催化氧化方法进行了实验研究,讨论了光催化氧化法的反应机理及废水的pH值、H2O2的投入量、光催化剂的投入量、光照时间各因素对CODCr去除率的影响,从而得到适宜的反应条件。实验结果表明:ZnO粉体投入量为0.4000g/L,H2O2的投入量为235.3mmol/L,pH=4.00时,利用500W汞灯光照7h,废水的CODCr去除率为98.8%,出水CODCr为20mg/L。

手术并超短程化疗治疗脊柱结核的5年以上疗效观察

目的：观察手术并超短程化疗治疗脊柱结核的5年以上疗效，探讨脊柱结核彻底病灶清除术后超短程化疗方案治疗的可行性。方法：采用前瞻性队列研究设计，按照随机对照原则，对1998年1月-2007年1月经手术治疗的226例脊柱结核患者，根据化疗疗程不同分为：超短程化疗组（A组），137例，疗程4-6个月，平均5．5个月，化疗方案为2SHRZ／2-4HRZ；标准化疗组（B组），89例，疗程9-18个月，平均12个月，化疗方案为2SHRZ，7-16HRZ。术前年龄、性别、病灶部位、累及脊椎节段数、出现脓肿例数、后凸Cobb角、血沉（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、神经功能ASIA评分及合并脊柱外结核，两组比较均无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。两组病例均行彻底病灶清除、植骨融合及内固定手术。在治疗过程中．严格执行改良的督导下化疗（DOTS）方案。末次随访时，观察ESR、CRP、神经功能ASIA评分、生活与．[作能力恢复情况、后凸Cobb角矫正与丢失情况、植骨愈合情况及抗结核药物不良反应发生情况。结果：随访时间，A组73-86个月、平均79．4个月；B组64-87个月，平均70．3个月。末次随访时，ESR、CRP降至正常者两组间比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。末次随访时神经功能ASIA评分两组间比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05），但组内末次随访时与术前比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。末次随访时，A组后凸Cobb角矫正率为70.3％，丢失率8．0％；B组矫正率为68．2％，丢失率为7．6％，两组比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。植骨愈合时间，A组平均4．6（3．0-5．0）个月，B组平均4．1（3．0-5．0）个月，两组比较无统计学差异（P〉O．05）。末次随访时，A组融合率为100％，B组为98．9％，两组问比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05），B组未愈合的1例为严重急性肾功能衰竭未能按要求化疗者。生活、工作能力恢复正常，A组为129／137（94．2％），B组为85／89（95．5％），两组间比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。术后出现抗结核药物不良反应，A组11例（8．0％），B组18例（20．2％），两组间比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。两组按各自设计化疗方案治疗结束时疗程还需延长者，A组19例（13．9％），B组6例（6．7％），两组间比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论：脊柱结核患者彻底病灶清除术后采用超短程化疗的5年以上疗效与标准化疗相似：在严格超短程化疗适应证、彻底病灶清除的基础上，脊柱结核超短程化疗是可行的，超短程化疗可减少药物不良反应的发生。
