Based on the theory of multibody system dynamics, the spatial kinematics analysis of the Mcpherson independent suspension widely used in the car was carried out. A practical and simpler method was provided to reduce the number of the generalized coordinates and constraint functions. By solving the nonlinear equations, the motion of any points in the whole suspension and wheel system can be predicted, including the spatial changes of the wheel alignment parameters which are of great importance to the car performances. 展开更多

The data set was from 4 digitally recording long-period and broadband stations of CDSN. We carried out the inversion based on the partitioned waveform inversion (PWI). It partitions the large-scale optimization problem into a number of independent small-scale problems. We adopted surface waveform inversion with an equal block (2((2() discretization in order to acquire the images of shear velocity structure at different depths (from surface to 430 km) in the crust and upper-mantle. The resolution of all these anomalies has been established with (check-board( resolution tests. These results show significant difference in velocity, lithosphere and asthenosphere structure between South China Sea and its adjacent regions. 展开更多

Three dimensional (3D) printing technology was utilized to fabricate a new type of drug implant with complicated architectures, employing levofloxacin (LVFX) and rifampicine (RFP) as model drugs. The prepared drug implant prototype consists of a doublelayer structure, of which the upper region is a reservoir system containing RFP and the lower region is a matrix one containing LVFX. The release test in vivo revealed that LVFX was released in the early stage; no RFP was detected until 8th day; both of them continuously released more than 6 weeks. Therefore, 3D printing technology provides a precise and feasible method to fabricate a controlled-releasing drug implant with complicated architectures and this drug implant may present a new strategy for the prophylaxis and treatment of bone diseases such as combined bone infections and bone tuberculosis in the near future. 展开更多

Using different optical setups, phase-shift methods, and algorithms, several different 3D electronic speckle pattern interferometry(ESPl) systems for displacement and strain measurements have been achieved and commercialized. This paper provides a review of the recent developments in ESPI systems for 3D displacement and strain measurement. After an overview of the fundamentals of ESP! theory, temporal phase-shift, and spatial phase-shift techniques, 3D deformation measurements by the temporal phase-shift ESPI system, which is suited well for static measurement, and by the spatial phase-shift ESPI system, which is particularly useful for dynamic measurement, are discussed. For each method, the basic theory, a brief derivation and different optical layouts are presented. The state of art application, potential and limitation of the ESPI systems are shown and demonstrated. 展开更多

Recent development of three dimensional photovoltaic fibers is glanced with special attention to structure design and materials of typical photovoltaic types(inorganic, organic,dye/quantum dot sensitized and perovskite solar cells). The application of carbon materials in fiber energy is focused as it is a hot topic recently. The hybrid energy systems based on fiber solar cells and fiber supercapacitors, fiber batteries and fiber nanogenerators are summarized together with hybrid energy textiles. The use of three dimensional in vitro systems in cancer research is a promising path for developing effective anticancer therapies.The aim of this study was to engineer a functional 3-D in vitro model of normal and cancerous cervical tissue.Normal epithelial and immortalized cervical epithelial carcinoma cell lines were used to construct 3-D artificial normal cervical and cervical cancerous tissues.De-epidermised dermis(DED) was used as a scaffold for both models.Morphological analyses were conducted by using hematoxylin and eosin staining and characteristics of the models were studied by analyzing the expression of different structural cytokeratins and differential protein marker MAX dimerisation protein 1(Mad1) using immunohistochemical technique.Haematoxylin and eosin staining results showed that normal cervical tissue had multi epithelial layers while cancerous cervical tissue showed dysplastic changes.Immunohistochemistry staining revealed that for normal cervix model cytokeratin 10 was expressed in the upper stratified layer of the epithelium while cytokeratin 5 was expressed mainly in the middle and basal layer.Cytokeratin 19 was weakly expressed in a few basal cells.Cervical cancer model showed cytokeratin 19 expression in different epithelial layers and weak or no expression for cytokeratin 5 and cytokeratin 10.Madl expression was detected in some suprabasal cells.The 3-D in vitro models showed stratified epithelial layers and expressed the same types and patterns of differentiation marker proteins as seen in corresponding in vivo tissue in either normal cervical or cervical cancerous tissue.These findings imply that they can serve as functional normal and cervical cancer models. 展开更多

There is no problem to express them exactly mathematically, but th e reportage has not been done on the investigation of precision analysis of thre e-dimension free curves nanofabrication. Nanofabrication Precision includes the geometrical precision and the precision of driving system (below simply cal led the system precision). This paper submits the precision analysis method of c urve normal vector to analyze geometrical precision. Take an aspherical surf ace for example, it can be fitted and constructed by tensor product parameter cu rves, such as linear drawing curves, straight veins curves, rotating curves, swe eping curves, DUCT curves and Geomap curves. Then the curves of the aspherical s urface is iterated and modified to select the best fitted curves of the aspheric al surface. Finally, the geometrical precision of perfect approximate aspherical surface fitting has been sought. This kind of geometrical fitting construction is very important. Another is the system precision, which contains axial position precision, line p recision, and twisting and swinging precision, etc. The paper adopts the theory of precision optimum match (Prof. Wang Er-qi first put forward in 19 83) to allocate precision optimumly. The minimum cost is used as an objective fu nction, and weight method matches the precision. To obtain the optimum match combination of the minimum cost design parameters and every composing element t olerance, the precision is iterated and sought optimumly to design the system op timumly. The theoretical analysis shows that it’s feasible to control three dim ension free curves nanofabrication within nanometer scale precision. 展开更多

Eulerian method is a main numerical simulation method in elastoplastic hydrodynamics, which is suitable for the problems with multi-component and large deformation. As the feature of the problems to be simulated, such as detonation and penetration, the dynamic parallel method (DPM) is designed to adjust the computational domain dynamically to get better load balance. Dynamic parallel method can be separated into two parts: one is division of initial computational domain and location of the data, the other is expansion of the computational domain and adjustment of the data location. DPM program can greatly shorten computational time and be preferable in simulating actual problems. The speedup of the DPM program is linear in parallel test. DPM can be popularized to parallel program of other multi-component high dimension Eulerian methods naturally. 展开更多

An ultraviolet(UV) curable support material pre-polymer for three dimensional printing was prepared based on the synergistic effect between PEO-PPO-PEO tri-block copolymer(F127) and polyethylene glycol (400) di-acrylate(SR344). The effects of jetting conditions, thermal stability, curing time, mechanical properties and shrinking rate on printing models were studied. The situation of removing support material from build model was investigated after building progress was completed. The experimental result shows that when F127 is 6.0wt%, SR344 is 20.0wt%, 4-Methoxy phenol is 0.15wt% and Irgacure 2959 is 1.5wt%, the support material pre-polymer could be jetted out from the nozzles smoothly during building up of three dimensional printing models at 50-55 ℃. In addition, the support material could be removed easily from building model without spoiling the model; furthermore, the forming precision of building model is improved. 展开更多

It demonstrates complex chaotic behaviours within a wide range of parameters, which are described by phase portraits, Lyapunov exponents, frequency spectrum, etc. Analysis of the bifurcation and Poincar@ map is used to reveal mechanisms of generating these complicated phenomena. The corresponding electronic circuits are designed, exhibiting experimental chaotic attractors in accord with numerical simulations. The artful combination of magnetic nanoparticles on chip and total internal reflection imaging (TIRI) technology permits the sensitive and rapid detection of hs-CRP (high-sensitivity C-reactive protein). The whole test was complete within 10 min using “all in one step” assay with a limit of detection of 0.1 ng/mL hs-CRP. The measuring range for hs-CRP could be extended to 10 ng/mL. Due to three dimensional curved crack growth the dynamic energy release rate can be calculated by using the Irwin's formula. A three dimensional curved crack in materials with inhomogeneous fracture toughness are considered. Paths of a brittle three dimensional curved crack propagating along a welded joint are predicted via the present method, where the effects of dynamic applied stresses, residual stresses, and material deterioration due to welding are taken into considerations. 展开更多

A best condition for electrolysis (I= 1.0 A, t=90 min, c=0.1%, m=980 g,φ=5 mm, d=5.0 cm) has been determined, under which the COD removal efficiency reached 96.0%, COD containing in wastewater reduced to 64.3 mg/L from 1 622.9 mg/L, the figure before treatment. Three categories of PAM-containing wastewater in production practice have been treated with the COD removal ratios being 87.5%, 82.4% and 84.7% respectively. Presence of H2O2 and ·OH are detected by means of Ti(IV)-5-Br-PADAP technique and colorimetry respectively. The concentration is positively proportional to the COD removal ratio and increases in accordance with increment of time of electrolysis and current. 展开更多

In order to understand the crustal structure and tectonic background of the Changning–Gongxiang area, southeastern Sichuan Province, where a series of moderate-to-strong earthquakes occurred in recent years, we utilized the seismic phase data both from a local dense array and from the regional seismic networks;we used the tomoDD program to invert for the high-resolution three-dimensional velocity structure within the depth range of 0–10 km and for accurate hypocentral locations in this area. We analyzed the seismogenic structures for the events of Xingwen M5.7 in 2018 and Gongxian M5.3 and Changning M6.0 in 2019. The results show that:(1) widespread lateral inhomogeneity exists in the velocity structure of the study area, and the location of the velocity anomaly is largely consistent with known structures. In the range of distinguishable depth, the inhomogeneity decreases with increasing depth, and the velocity structure anomalies in some areas are continuous in depth;(2) earthquakes occurred in clusters, showing the characteristics of zonal folding trends in the NW-SE and NE-SW directions;the focal depth in the area is generally shallow in both the sedimentary cap and the crystalline basement. The seismogenic structures of small earthquake clusters are different in size and occurrence in different sections, and the clusters occurred mostly in regions with high P-or S-wave velocities;(3) synthesis of a variety of data suggests that the seismogenic structures of the Xingwen M5.7 and Changning M6.0 earthquakes are associated with slip faults that trend NW-SE in, respectively, the south wing and the axis of the Changning–Shuanghe anticline, while that of the Gongxian M5.3 earthquake is associated with thrust faults that trend N-S in the Jianwu syncline region. The dynamic sources of the three earthquakes are all from the SE pushing of the Qinghai–Tibet block on the Sichuan basin;(4) the risk of future strong earthquakes in this area must be reevaluated in light of the facts(a)that in recent years, moderate-to-strong earthquake swarms have occurred frequently in southeast Sichuan;(b) that the complex structural area exhibits the easy-to-trigger characteristic, and(c) that the small-scale faults in this area are characterized by the phenomenon of stress "lock and release". 展开更多

It has been widely studied about the final residual stress and deformation in muhipass welding of thick weldments. But there is a lack of a clear understanding of the interrelationship of interpass stress and deformation during multipass welding. In this study, a three dimension numerical model of a sixteen-pass double V-groove welded joint with 50 mm plate is developed to compute the stress field and deformation by using multiple CPU parallel processing technology. The following factors such as the non-linear of temperature, heat radiation, filling of material step by step and so on are considered. Distribution and evolution law of welding stress in the transverse and longitudinal section is analyzed in this paper, and the interpnss stresses are studied also. This study investigated the formulation mechanism of microspheres via internal surfactant distribution. Eudragit L100 based microspheres loaded with bovine serum albumin were prepared by solid in oil in oil emulsion solvent evaporation method using acetone and liquid paraffin system containing sucrose stearate as a surfactant. The fabricated microspheres were evaluated for encapsulation efficiency, particle size, production yield, and in vitro release characteristics. The internal structures of microspheres were characterized using synchrotron radiation X-ray microcomputed tomography(SR-μCT). The enhanced contrast made the sucrose stearate distinguished from Eudragit to have its three dimensional(3D) distribution. Results indicated that the content and concentration determined the state of sucrose stearate and had significant influences on the release kinetics of protein. The dispersity of sucrose stearate was the primary factor that controlled the structure of the microspheres and further affected the encapsulation efficiency, effective drug loading, as well as in vitro release behavior. In conclusion, the 3D internal distribution of surfactant in microspheres and its effects on protein release behaviors have been revealed for the first time. The highly resolved 3D architecture provides new evidence for the deep understanding of the microsphere formation mechanism. 展开更多
