In order to reveal the appearance of the clothing prototype on the human body,the characteristics of the human body’s structure above the waist section were studied.Based on the experimental data of the fit prototype...In order to reveal the appearance of the clothing prototype on the human body,the characteristics of the human body’s structure above the waist section were studied.Based on the experimental data of the fit prototype,three-dimensional prototypes features were comparatively analyzed.And then objectively evaluating the relationship was conducted between the planar structure lines of different prototypes and the human body.The results showed that the prototypes analyzed basically conformed to the size of the human body.However,when they were worn on the human body,there were problems in the structure and forming.The main reason was that the side seam was skewed to different degrees.The results of this study provide reference for many practitioners to choose prototypes.展开更多

The study believes that in order to break through the bottleneck of policy implementation and improve the effect of policy implementation, it is necessary to establish correct values and form broad recognition of policies;meet the reasonable interests of all parties and form a synergy for policy implementation;optimize the institutional environment for policy implementation and form effective incentives.展开更多
Human rhinoviruses(HRVs)are the predominant infectious agents for the common cold worldwide.The HRV-C species cause severe illnesses in children and are closely related to acute exacerbations of asthma.3C protease,a h...Human rhinoviruses(HRVs)are the predominant infectious agents for the common cold worldwide.The HRV-C species cause severe illnesses in children and are closely related to acute exacerbations of asthma.3C protease,a highly conserved enzyme,cleaves the viral polyprotein during replication and assists the virus in escaping the host immune system.These key roles make 3C protease an important drug target.A few structures of 3Cs complexed with an irreversible inhibitor rupintrivir have been determined.These structures shed light on the determinants of drug specificity.Here we describe the structures of HRV-C153C in free and inhibitor-bound forms.The volume-decreased S1'subsite and half-closed S2 subsite,which were thought to be unique features of enterovirus A 3C proteases,appear in the HRV-C 3C protease.Rupintrivir assumes an“intermediate”conformation in the complex,which might open up additional avenues for the design of potent antiviral inhibitors.Analysis of the features of the three-dimensional structures and the amino acid sequences of 3C proteases suggest new applications for existing drugs.展开更多
