"Sinew-bone three-needle therapy" was introduced in the paper. The innovation of needle instrument was micro Sinew-bone needles and big Sinew-bone needles; the Innovation of acupuncture techniques were fascia rotating separation, fascia plucked separation, fascia cutting separation, fascia fan separation, flying flicking therapy, and fascia knocking and pricking. The six myofascial power zones i.e three yang hand meridian, three yin hand meridian, three yang foot meridian, three yin foot meridian, conception vessel and governor vessel were put forward. The meridian-sinew flow and move, connecting at the peks of bones where the bones protrude, the sinews connect, movement and stillness harmoniously shift here. Bones have leaks on the sides, there are blood vessels and nerves. Joints peak and protrude, and three points meet. Fascia and muscles meet in a balanced triangle. Meridiansinew knot and form nodes, when soft tissue is damaged there is pain here. Needling manipulation can loose and break this apart, the sinew connection is the key. Treatment method was invented and the location and treatment points using the three needles were summarized. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jin's three-needle therapy on post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI)and the effect on neuroelectrophysiology(event-related potentials). Methods:A total of 60 PSCI patients were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the method of random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine treatment while the patients in the treatment group received additional Jin's three-needle therapy. The treatment for both groups lasted four weeks.Mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)scores as well as amplitude and latency of potential 300(P300)were adopted to compare the between-group results before and after treatment. Results:Before treatment, there were no significant differences(all P>0.05)in MMSE and MoCA scores,P300 latency and P300 amplitude between the two groups. After 4 weeks of treatment, the MMSE and MoCA scores and P300 amplitudes were improved in both groups, and the P300 latencies became shorter. The results showed significant intra-group and between-group differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the routine treatment,Jin's three-needle therapy is effective for PSCI.The mechanism is probably through its regulation on the patients'neuroelectrophysiology. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Jin's three-needle plus Xiang Ju Capsules for allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:Fifty patients with AR were randomly divided into an acupuncture-medication group and a medication group by the random digital table,25 cases in each group. The acupuncture-medication group was treated with dorsal three-needle and nasal three-needle in Jin's three-needle therapy, once every day, plus oral administration of Xiang Ju Capsules,4 pills each time, and three times per day.The medication group was only treated with oral administration of Xiang Ju Capsules,4 pills each time, and three times per day.For both groups,10-day treatment constituted a course. The therapeutic effects were observed after continuous 2 courses. The symptoms and signs are scored before and after treatment, and the therapeutic effects were assessed based upon the changes of the patient's symptoms and signs. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate was 96.0% in the acupuncture-medication group and 72.0% in the medication group. The difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect was remarkable in treating AR of Jin's three-needle plus Xiang Ju Capsules, better than oral administration of Xiang Ju Capsules alone. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the effects of different needle-retaining duration on cerebral hemodynamics in cerebral paralysis (CP) children. Methods: A total of 20 cases of CP children were subjected into this study. Changes of systolic peak value (Vs), blood flow velocity at the end-diastolic phase (Ved), mean velocity (Vm), pulsation index (PI) and resistance index (RI) of the cerebral hemodynamics before and after performing JIN’s Three-Needling Therapy with the needles retained for 30 min (group A) and 5 min (group B) were observed by using transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD). Results: After acupuncture, the blood flow in the middle cerebral artery (MCA), anterior cerebral artery (ACA) and posterior cerebral artery (PCA) was accelerated, and the resistance of blood vessels decreased. The effect of needle-retaining-30 min was better than that of needle-retaining-5 min. Conclusion: In treating cerebral paralysis by using JIN’s Three-Needling Therapy, sufficient stimulation provided by needle remaining is an important factor for achieving satisfactory therapeutic effects. 展开更多

Objective To compare the clinical therapeutic effects on scapulohumeral periarthritis between kinetic acupuncture on the distal points of the affected meridians and shoulder three-needle therapy. Methods Fifty cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,25 cases for each. The cases in observation group were treated with kinetic acupuncture on the distal points of the affected meridians. For example, the case of Hand-Taiyin type was treated with Yújì (鱼际 LU 10) and the case of Hand-Yangming type was treated with Hégǔ (合谷 LI 4),etc.The cases in control group were treated with shoulder three-needle therapy,in which,Jiānqián (肩前 Extral),Jiānyú (肩髃 LI 15) and Jiānliáo (肩髎 TE 14) were selected;7 days of treatment made one session, totally 2 sessions were required. Results In observation group, the curative rate based on ROM of shoulder joint was 72.0% (18/25),which was superior to that of 40.0% (10/25) in control group (P0.05).After treatment, the improvements of McGill SF-MPQ score,VAS and PPI in observation group were all superior to those in control group (all P0.05).Conclusion The kinetic acupuncture on the distal points of the affected meridians is advantageous at analgesia and motor improvements of shoulder joint in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis as compared with shoulder three-needle therapy. 展开更多

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and action mechanism of Jin's three-needle acupuncture plus Long's chiropractic tuina manipulations in treating cervical vertigo. Methods: By adopting a randomized controlled method, 80 eligible patients were randomized into an observation group of 41 cases and a control group of 39 cases. The control group was intervened by Jin's cervical three-needle acupuncture plus acupuncture at the vertigo-pain points and Fengchi (GB 20); the observation group was by Long's chiropractic tuina manipulations in addition to the treatment given to the control. For both groups, the intervention was given once a day, 7 sessions as a treatment course, with a 1-day interval after a course, for 2 courses in total. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after the first session and the second treatment course, at the 3-month and 6-month follow-ups. Results: After the first session, the recovery plus markedly effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.01); the rate was markedly higher in the observation group than that in the control group after 2 treatment courses (P〈0.01); at the 3-month follow-up, the relapse rate was 2.5% in the observation group versus 23.5% in the control, and the between-group difference was statistically insignificant (P〉0.05); the 6-month follow-up study showed that the relapse rate was 5.0% in the observation group versus 21.6% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); at the 6-month follow-up, the total relapse rate was 7.5% in the observation group versus 35.1% in the control group, and the inter-group difference was statistically significant (P〈O.01). Conclusion: The two treatment protocols are both effective in treating cervical vertigo. However, due to its more significant efficacy, more efficient action and lower relapse rate compared to acupuncture alone, acupuncture plus tuina can be regarded as a verified protocol for cervical vertigo. 展开更多
