In this paper, the thermal fluctuations on Bekenstein-Hawking entropy in three-dimensional AdS black holes, Schwarzschild-de Sitter space and Kerr-de Sitter (KdS) spacetime with J = 0 will be considered based on a uniformly spaced area spectrum approach. Our conclusion shows that there is the same correction form in all cases we considered.展开更多

Firstly, the laser light source was driven by a stepper motor to scan on the PSD photosensitive surface, and the voltage value was collected and calculated to get the spot position. Analyzing the cause of nonlinear, a mathematical model was built between the actual value and the measured value by using binary quadratic polynomial method, PSD nonlinear correction function would be got. Then, the object micro displacement and angle offset were measured by combining optical triangulation method, and the error of the measurement results was corrected. Experimental results showed that, after the correction, the measuring deviation could be significantly reduced, the PSD performance calibration requirements was achieved, the efficiency of the system was developed greatly by using LabVIEW.展开更多

Methods: Clinical data were collected from 2020 to 2021 for 6 patients who underwent correction using a stripshaped cymba conchae orthosis. The indications, corrective effects, and complications associated with use of the orthosis were analyzed. Results: There were four indications for treatment: cryptotia with helix adhesion;cryptotia with grade I microtia;cryptotia with excessive helix thickness;and auricular deformity beyond the treatment time window(≥6 months). 文摘Raman spectroscopy has found extensive use in monitoring and controlling cell culture processes. In this context, the prediction accuracy of Raman-based models is of paramount importance. However, models established with data from manually fed-batch cultures often exhibit poor performance in Raman-controlled cultures. Thus, there is a need for effective methods to rectify these models. The objective of this paper is to investigate the efficacy of Kalman filter(KF)algorithm in correcting Raman-based models during cell culture.Initially, partial least squares(PLS)models for different components were constructed using data from manually fed-batch cultures, and the predictive performance of these models was compared.Subsequently, various correction methods including the PLS-KF-KF method proposed in this study were employed to refine the PLS models. Finally,a case study involving the auto-control of glucose concentration demonstrated the application of optimal model correction method. The results indicated that the original PLS models exhibited differential performance between manually fed-batch cultures and Raman-controlled cultures. For glucose, the root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)of manually fed-batch culture and Raman-controlled culture was 0.23 and 0.40 g·L^(-1).With the implementation of model correction methods, there was a significant improvement in model performance within Raman-controlled cultures. The RMSEP for glucose from updating-PLS,KF-PLS,and PLS-KF-KF was 0.38,0.36 and 0.17 g·L^(-1),respectively.Notably,the proposed PLS-KF-KF model correction method was found to be more effective and stable, playing a vital role in the automated nutrient feeding of cell cultures.
文摘BACKGROUND Acetabular component positioning in total hip arthroplasty(THA)is of key importance to ensure satisfactory post-operative outcomes and to minimize the risk of complications. The majority of acetabular components are aligned freehand, without the use of navigation methods.Patient specific instruments(PSI)and three-dimensional(3D)printing of THA placement guides are increasingly used in primary THA to ensure optimal positioning.AIM To summarize the literature on 3D printing in THA and how they improve acetabular component alignment.METHODS PubMed was used to identify and access scientific studies reporting on different 3D printing methods used in THA.Eight studies with 236 hips in 228 patients were included. The studies could be divided into two main categories;3D printed models and 3D printed guides.RESULTS 3D printing in THA helped improve preoperative cup size planning and post-operative Harris hip scores between intervention and control groups(P=0.019,P=0.009).Otherwise,outcome measures were heterogeneous and thus difficult to compare. The overarching consensus between the studies is that the use of 3D guidance tools can assist in improving THA cup positioning and reduce the need for revision THA and the associated costs.CONCLUSION The implementation of 3D printing and PSI for primary THA can significantly improve the positioning accuracy of the acetabular cup component and reduce the number of complications caused by malpositioning.
