Management strategy of prevention and control of nosocomial infection of COVID-19 in blood purification center

There are many patients in the blood purification center who need maintenance hemodialysis to maintain life. Those patients generally havelow resistance and are easily exposed to coronavirus because they go back and forth the hospital and residence three times a week andclosely contact with family, caregivers, community personnel, people in various means of transportation, medical staff, and other patientsvisiting hospital. Therefore, the blood purification center has become a high‑risk environment for the spread of COVID-19 infection. In viewof this, our center quickly responded to the formulation and implementation of infection prevention and control measures suitable for thecharacteristics of the blood purification center and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) emergency plan for fever and suspectedpatients. According to these measures, we have a positive effect on preventing and controlling nosocomial infection in the blood purificationcenter.

Closed-loop prevention and control research of coal mine safety management

According to the current problems of safety management processes in coalmine enterprises,we introduced barrel theory to coal mine safety management,constructedthe closed-loop structure of a coal mine safety management system,andpointed out that efficient safety management lies in three factors:safety quality of all ofthe staff in coal mine enterprises,weak links in security management systems,and cooperationamong departments.After conducting detailed analysis of these three factors,we proposed concrete ways of preventing and controlling potential safety hazards duringthe process of coal mine production.

Analysis of International Cooperation Management Strategies of Enterprises under the Background of the“Belt and Road”

With the deepening of the“Belt and Road”initiative,Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges for international cooperation.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation,existing problems,and coping strategies of enterprise international cooperation management in the context of the“Belt and Road”.This article expounds on the importance of the“Belt and Road”initiative for international cooperation of enterprises and analyzes the key links of international cooperation management of enterprises from the aspects of internationalization strategy,cross-cultural management,risk prevention and control,and resource integration.Finally,combined with the case,this paper puts forward the management strategies and suggestions that enterprises should adopt in international cooperation,to provide a useful reference for Chinese enterprises in international cooperation in the construction of the“Belt and Road.”

Infection Prevention Strategy in General Hospital under Regular Epidemic Prevention and Control

New coronavirus pneumonia spread rapidly all over the world in the first half of 2020, which is a new respiratory disease with strong infectiousness. At present, the epidemic situation in China has been effectively controlled, but the global epidemic situation remains grim, and the National Health Commission has instructed that the prevention and control of new coronavirus pneumonia should become normalized. As outposts for surveillance of public health events, hospitals are an important front in the fight against the epidemic. Therefore, it is very crucial to construct infection prevention and control system actively to contain the outbreak. This paper analyzes and summarizes the normal prevention and control management strategy of Infection Control Branch Management (hereinafter referred to as Hospital Infection-Control Dept) in a certain designated comprehensive third-grade hospital in Guangdong Province and transforms the prevention and control means in emergency state into measures for sustainable development, which also provides basis and reference for Hospital Infection-Control Dept of medical institutions to formulate prevention and control guidelines.

Prevention and Control Mode of Desertification in China＇s State Energy Group Shendong Mining Area with Annual Coal Output of 200 Million Tons

According to the strategic goal of sustainable development,construction and management for the construction of Shendong mining area with ecological safety,the ecological restoration principle of ＂ control protects development and development promotes control＂ for desertification prevention and control was adopted,and engineering measures,plant greening measures,and enclosure management and protection measures were taken to prevent and control desertification in the mining area based on careful detailed investigation and accurate planning and design in the early period. After 32 years,the desertification ecological landscape environment of the mining area has undergone a qualitative change,and the vegetation coverage has increased from 3%-8% to above 60% after the development. The former desertification land has become a modern green energy base that has produced 200 million tons of coal every year. The construction and management mode of an ecologically safe and modernized green coal mining area built by Shendong in the desertification region of northwestern China shows that taking appropriate comprehensive ecological restoration construction technology and management measures that integrate engineering,plants and enclosure management and protection is an effective technical and management paradigm for the construction of a modernized green large-scale coal mining area in China＇s arid and semi-arid regions.

Management strategies in a thoracic surgery ward during COVID-19 pandemic: Experience from West China Hospital

The coronavirus disease 2019 was first reported in Wuhan in December 2019 and then spread rapidly throughout the world.On March 11,2020,the World Health Organization declared coronavirus disease 2019 a pandemic.In response to the pandemic,the management division of West China Hospital oversaw the implementation of hospital-wide emergency measures.In accordance with these measures,the hospital's thoracic surgery ward implemented a new management system by reformulating staff training plans,patient admission procedures,and other systems for managing the ward and protecting perioperative patients.Overall,the ward was successful in restoring normal working order,protecting all staff from occupational exposures,and ensuring the safety of inpatients and their families.

分层次教学培训对护士医院感染防控知识掌握水平及管理质量的影响

目的探讨和分析分层次教学培训对护士医院感染防控知识掌握水平及管理质量的影响和改善效果。方法选择安徽医科大学第二附属医院402名护士作为研究对象,于2023年3月1日—7月31日开展分层次教学培训,采用回顾性分析,对是否担任过医院感染管控护士的护士知识掌握程度、培训前后护士医院感染防控知识掌握水平和医院感染管理质量进行比较与分析。结果担任过医院感染管控护士的护士医院感染防控知识掌握评分高于未担任过的护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,护士在医院感染管理规范、诊疗器械处理程序、医院感染概念、空气消毒方面的知识掌握评分高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士在操作技能、应急能力、理论知识以及消毒管理方面的医院感染管理质量评分高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层次教学培训的实施,显著提升了护士的医院感染防控知识掌握水平,同时也改善了医院感染管理质量。

基于措施优先级的失效模式和效应分析在结直肠术手术部位感染防控中的应用

目的评估结直肠手术后手术部位感染(SSI)防控措施执行的过程风险,探讨基于措施优先级的失效模式和效应分析(FMEA)的应用效果。方法应用基于措施优先级的FMEA评估结直肠手术后SSI防控措施执行的整个流程,对是否采取优化措施进行优先级排序,比较FMEA实施前后结直肠手术SSI防控措施依从项达标率、SSI发病率。结果评估后SSI高优先级防控措施7项,中优先级22项,对中优先级措施加强控制,重点对高优先级措施制定进一步的预防和可探测措施。改进后再评价结果显示,7项高优先级措施降至中优先级;16项中优先级措施降至低优先级。SSI防控措施执行达标率由77.15%(2566/3326)提高至92.47%(3096/3348),SSI发病率由6.04%(58/960)降至2.54%(60/2364)。结论运用基于措施优先级的FMEA可对结直肠手术SSI防控过程进行有效风险评估,并结合现状针对性采用预防性风险控制措施,可降低结直肠手术SSI发病率。

一种煤矿顶板灾害防治知识图谱构建方法

目前煤矿顶板灾害防治措施决策及事故原因分析等过程主要依赖人工经验,智能化水平较低。顶板灾害防治知识图谱可整合顶板灾害防治知识和经验,辅助顶板灾害事故原因分析和顶板灾害防治措施决策。提出了一种煤矿顶板灾害防治知识图谱构建方法。采用本体方法完成煤矿顶板灾害防治知识建模,将顶板灾害防治领域的概念分为矿井地质类、开采技术类、防治措施类和事故表征类,将概念之间的关系定义为使用、引发、易发、治理、预防和适用,为煤矿顶板灾害防治知识抽取(实体抽取和关系抽取)奠定基础;结合煤矿顶板灾害防治领域文本存在大量嵌套实体和关系之间存在实体重叠的特点,确定了基于跨度的实体抽取方法和基于依存句法树引导实体表示的关系抽取方法;构建了顶板灾害防治领域语料库,采用Neo4j图数据库存储数据,为顶板灾害防治知识图谱的应用提供数据来源支撑;展示了煤矿顶板灾害防治知识图谱局部构建结果,说明该知识图谱可辅助顶板灾害事故原因分析和防治措施决策,从而提高顶板管理的智能化水平;指出基于该知识图谱,结合自然语言处理和知识推理等技术,可实现顶板管理知识问答。

健康体检机构呼吸道传染病疫情防控管理标准化研究

本文根据健康体检机构特点和疫情防控需求,从组织保障、物资配备、场所管理、工作人员管理、受检者管理、消毒隔离、传染病疫情报告、应急处置等方面,提出健康体检机构疫情防控管理标准化要点,明确标准研制思路,并提出进一步建议,以促进健康体检机构呼吸道传染病疫情防控管理的规范化。

多元化管理策略对医用高值耗材风险防控的影响

目的探讨多元化管理策略对医用高值耗材风险防控的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2023年12月枣庄市某三甲医院使用高值耗材多的13个科室。将2020年1月—2021年12月枣庄市某三甲医院医用高值耗材管理采取传统管理模式,作为对照组;将2022年1月—2023年12月枣庄市某三甲医院医用高值耗材管理采取基于风险防控的多元化医用耗材管理模式,作为观察组。比较2种管理模式的成效。结果观察组在党支部参与所属科室高值耗材采购、使用、计费问题议事决策落实率为100%,高于对照组的33.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医疗服务收入占医疗收入的占比增幅高于对照组,观察组百元医疗收入(不含药品收入)中消耗的卫生材料占比增幅低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组因耗材采购、使用、退货和计费不当进行廉政谈话人次为22人次,高于观察组的4人次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于风险防控的多元化医用耗材管理模式提高了耗材管理规范性与有效性;规范了医疗行为,降低了廉政风险;同时也降低了医院运营成本。

贵州裸露型岩溶地下河系统污染防治技术——以遵义坪桥地下河系统污染防治工程为例

裸露型岩溶区岩溶强发育、水文地质条件复杂,受污染的地下河系统通道隐蔽性强、污染防治难度大。本文以坪桥地下河系统污染防治工程为例,在近污染源的主径流通道实施“地下水防渗帷幕+污水抽排”工程措施实现近源截排。施工面临岩溶破碎地层易掉块卡埋钻、钻效低及岩溶强发育段浆液扩散距离远等难题。通过配备适宜的钻进工艺,采取纯压式灌浆、水泥砂浆灌填溶洞、低压限量及速凝浆液灌注等灌浆控制措施,保证了工程进度质量,实现了源头治理污染地下水的目的。“近源截排”对类似水文地质条件下地下水污染防治提供可借鉴的地学治理模式。

疾控中心试剂耗材三级库信息化管理模式的研究

文章结合福建省疾病预防控制中心试剂耗材管理模式,通过分析现有试剂耗材管理的特点,深入剖析存在的问题以及解决的难点,探讨利用信息化管理构建试剂耗材三级库管理模式,设立中心仓库为一级库,处、所仓库为二级库,室办仓库为三级库的管理模式,以二级库为纽带,承上启下,实现从申请、采购、验收、保管、报销等流程信息化管理,各环节清晰明了、分工明确、权责分明,使试剂耗材的管理更科学、规范、完善,同时增强高值耗材的追踪与危险化学品的管理,加快业务运作效率的同时提高安全生产,杜绝科研经费的浪费,提高科研经费使用率。

岗位设置联合柔性管理在消毒供应中心感染防控工作中的应用效果

目的:探讨岗位设置联合柔性管理应用于消毒供应中心感染防控工作中的效果。方法:将2022年7—12月山西省肿瘤医院消毒供应中心实施常规管理作为实施前,2023年1—6月山西省肿瘤医院消毒供应中心实施岗位设置联合柔性管理作为实施后。比较实施前后消毒供应中心工作人员院感防控知信行评分、消毒供应中心工作质量及医院消毒供应中心器械、器具、物品返洗率。结果:实施后医院消毒供应中心工作人员院感防控知识、院感防控态度、院感防控行为评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);实施后消毒供应中心的器械回收、分类、清洗、包装、灭菌、抽检、发放合格率均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);实施前后医院消毒供应中心器械、器具、物品返洗率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:岗位设置联合柔性管理应用于消毒供应中心感染防控工作中,可有效提高工作人员的院感防控知信行水平与消毒供应中心工作质量。

通过调查个性定制框架眼镜的需求,结合个性定制框架、定制镜片和定配参数的分析与应用,探讨个性定制框架眼镜在精准近视管理中的应用。结果表明,个性定制框架有助于青少年近视管理用户选择个性化镜架,提高用户满意度;单光、双光、渐进、离焦等个性定制镜片有助于近视管理,适应近视管理和防控中的多种场景,实现多场景个性化参数定制;个性定配参数可实现框架眼镜对整体近视管理的综合作用。基于个性定制框架眼镜的精准近视管理验配技术能改善配戴体验,提升近视防控效果。

大型国有石化企业刑事领域合规风险管理探讨

基于石油化工行业安全生产、环境保护法律风险较大的突出特点,如何有效开展企业内部的刑事合规管理工作,达到防控刑事法律风险的实际效果,是一个重要的实务课题。与此同时,现有的企业刑事合规领域的理论和实务研究,针对国有大型石油化工企业合规方面的成果比较欠缺。文章综合采用法律分析和企业管理的方法,分析了国有大型石油化工企业外部合规环境的发展和变化,以及在刑事合规实务工作开展过程中存在的主要问题,对如何加强实务工作进行了探讨。

新形势下某公立医院科研管理模式探索与实践

目的:建立并评价基于新形势下公立医院风险防控与临床需求的科研管理新模式。方法:2020年1月开始实施一系列科研管理措施,其中包括科研管理的激励政策、优质资源合理配置、创建精细化及信息化的服务模式、优化科研业绩考核体系及风险防控策略,分析新模式实施前后科研论文产生比,对实施前后获得的数据进行统计分析,进一步评估新管理模式的实施效果。结果:新模式实施后科研论文发表量大幅增加,增幅为91.91%;交叉学科增幅大,达208.82%;课题负责人年龄明显比实施新管理模式前年轻(P<0.05)。结论:新管理模式实施后,医院科研论文发表量整体提高,基础与临床交叉研究已逐渐展开,基金课题立项量增幅较为明显,且基金、课题负责人趋于年轻化,科研成果产出初见成效。
