The management of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection now involves regular and appropriate monitoring of viral activity,disease progression,and treatment response.Traditional HBV infection biomarkers are limited in their ability to predict clinical outcomes or therapeutic effectiveness.Quantitation of HBV core antibodies(qAnti-HBc)is a novel non-invasive biomarker that may help with a variety of diagnostic issues.It was shown to correlate strongly with infection stages,hepatic inflammation and fibrosis,chronic infection exacerbations,and the presence of occult infection.Furthermore,qAnti-HBc levels were shown to be predictive of spontaneous or treatment-induced HBeAg and HBsAg seroclearance,relapse after medication termination,re-infection following liver transplantation,and viral reactivation in the presence of immunosuppression.qAnti-HBc,on the other hand,cannot be relied on as a single diagnostic test to address all problems,and its diagnostic and prognostic potential may be greatly increased when paired with qHBsAg.Commercial qAnti-HBc diagnostic kits are currently not widely available.Because many methodologies are only semi-quantitative,comparing data from various studies and defining universal cut-off values remains difficult.This review focuses on the clinical utility of qAnti-HBc and qHBsAg in chronic hepatitis B management. 展开更多

For example, the ResponseEvaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) are commonly used for tumor treatment response evaluation based on thedynamic changes in tumor size. However, the current cross-sectional images are interpreted qualitatively for lesioncharacterization, treatment response evaluation and prognostic prediction by highly trained radiologists, which hasincreasingly apparent limitations. Therefore, the blood purification center has become a high‑risk environment for the spread of COVID-19 infection. In viewof this, our center quickly responded to the formulation and implementation of infection prevention and control measures suitable for thecharacteristics of the blood purification center and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) emergency plan for fever and suspectedpatients. Safety is the highest priority in the mining industry as underground mining in particular poses high safety risks to its workers. In underground coal mines, coal bursts are one of the most catastrophic hazards, which involves sudden and violent dynamic coal mass failure with rapid ejection of the broken material into the mine workings. Despite decades of research, the contributing mechanisms of coal bursts are still not completely understood. Hence, it remains challenging to forecast coal bursts and quantify their likelihood of occurrence. However, a range of geological and geotechnical factors are associated with coal bursts and can increase the coal burst proneness. This paper introduces a semi-quantitative coal burst risk classification system, namely, BurstRisk. Based on back-analysis of case histories from Australia, China and the United States, BurstRisk classifies the coal burst risk into three categories:low, medium and high risk. In addition, it allows mining engineers to modify the weighting of the selected factors based on specific conditions. The risk classification charts introduced are for both longwall retreat and development sections of long-wall mining operations. This paper also provides a set of risk management strategies and control measures for effective coal burst mitigation. 展开更多

The system is capable of constructing the quantitative models without prior knowledge of the managed elements. The model can be updated continuously in response to the changes made in provider configurations and the evolution of business demands. Due to the existence of strong correlation between the distributed service metrics and response times, linear and hyper-linear quantitative models are constructed, which respectively, use stepwise multiple linear regression algorithm. There are a number of geotechnical systems used at open cut operations of Anglo American's Metallurgical Coal business unit in Australia. These systems are mainly mine site specific, based on geological information and used as hazard plans. They are qualitative and reliant upon the experienced judgement of site based engineers and the general workforce. They are not suitable for calculating the associated risks of geological structures and mining responses. A uniform risk rating system that can be used to provide an unbiased, standard and quantifiable assessment of the risk from highwall and lowwall failures is therefore developed using the experience gained with such systems in Anglo American's South African operations. This system is a semi-quantitative risk rating system and takes into account the relative differences in the importance of hazards as experienced at each mine site as a result of different combinations of geotechnical factors and mining conditions. It is based on critical geotechnical and other parameters that have been identified by site mining engineers, geologists and geotechnical engineers. The primary advantage of this risk rating system is that all open cut mines in the Anglo American's Metallurgical Coal operations use a near identical system, which enables the user to compare the risk after each blast and with other mines. The system can be adjusted to meet local mine specific requirements. The implementation of this system, a computer program that automatically calculates the risks and recommends predetermined controls, has been made as practical and as easy to use as possible. This program can be used by personnel from other mining disciplines not directly related to geotechnical engineering. 展开更多

三工河小流域泥石流生态—岩土工程调控措施减缓土壤侵蚀的定量研究

为探讨泥石流治理措施对小流域土壤侵蚀的影响,以天池上游三工河流域为研究对象,在实地考察的基础上,通过地形图叠加、遥感解译和Google Earth Engine(GEE)云计算等手段,实测计算了该流域1971~2003年、2008~2020年两期土壤侵蚀模数,定... 为探讨泥石流治理措施对小流域土壤侵蚀的影响,以天池上游三工河流域为研究对象,在实地考察的基础上,通过地形图叠加、遥感解译和Google Earth Engine(GEE)云计算等手段,实测计算了该流域1971~2003年、2008~2020年两期土壤侵蚀模数,定量评估了在该流域开展的泥石流生态—岩土工程调控措施对小流域生态和土壤侵蚀的影响。研究发现:(1)三工河流域平均植被覆盖度经泥石流综合治理后增加11.34%,高植被覆盖度面积增加16.93%,泥石流沟道及河谷的植被覆盖度明显提升;(2)三工河流域1971~2003年平均侵蚀模数为0.34 mm/a,较北天山山地流域同期平均侵蚀速率高出131%,造成该现象的原因是过度放牧、滥砍滥伐等人为因素激发山洪泥石流的爆发导致流域生态环境恶化;(3)流域经生态—岩土工程调控后(2008~2020年),平均侵蚀模数降低至治理前的15%(0.051 mm/a),为北天山地区山地流域同期平均侵蚀模数的34%。 展开更多

目的:构建医疗设备采购量化评估体系,探讨其在医院物资配置管理中的应用价值。方法:基于理论调研和现场评估,从临床需求、技术水平、采购流程和服务能力4个层面制定评估指标体系,采用协方差-层次分析法(Cov-AHP)进行医疗设备采购流程的... 目的:构建医疗设备采购量化评估体系,探讨其在医院物资配置管理中的应用价值。方法:基于理论调研和现场评估,从临床需求、技术水平、采购流程和服务能力4个层面制定评估指标体系,采用协方差-层次分析法(Cov-AHP)进行医疗设备采购流程的量化评估,并制定“6段式”医疗设备采购优化流程。选取2019年8月至2023年7月北京市顺义区医院采购的257台医疗设备,对257台医疗设备分别采用专家论证配置模式(126台)和量化评估配置模式(131台)进行医疗设备物资配置管理,对比两种模式医疗设备采购过程的规范性、绩效目标有效性和临床服务满意度。结果:采用量化评估模式的医疗设备在启动、论证、执行、安装和使用阶段的采购流程规范度分别为(98.42±2.83)%、(98.97±2.45)%、(96.24±3.87)%、(96.42±2.54)%和(94.82±5.31)%,均高于专家论证模式,其差异有统计学意义(t=3.741、4.385、6.551、7.620、4.563,P<0.05);量化评估模式的医疗设备采购的质量指标、进度指标、社会效益指标和成本效益指标达成率分别为(96.15±4.08)%、(96.41±2.37)%、(92.77±3.89)%和(93.06±4.33)%,均高于专家论证模式,其差异有统计学意义(t=4.156、4.562、5.014、4.069,P<0.05);量化评估模式的医疗设备相关使用人员对大型医疗设备、生命支持与急救设备、实验室检验设备、手术治疗设备和其他医疗设备的临床使用满意度评分分别为(90.24±1.89)分、(93.45±2.64)分、(95.67±3.64)分、(93.82±2.55)分和(97.25±3.89)分,均高于专家论证模式,其差异有统计学意义(t=3.678、4.079、2.845、3.628、5.023,P<0.05)。结论:量化评估体系可以规范医疗设备采购流程,提升医疗设备采购绩效目标达成率,改善医疗设备临床服务水平。 展开更多

量化管理护理干预在急性中毒患者院前急救中的应用效果

目的:分析量化管理护理干预在急性中毒患者院前急救中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年3月—2023年2月黔南州人民医院收治的76例急性中毒患者作为研究对象,以入院顺序分为两组,各38例。对照组采取常规院前急救护理,观察组在对照组基础上采... 目的:分析量化管理护理干预在急性中毒患者院前急救中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年3月—2023年2月黔南州人民医院收治的76例急性中毒患者作为研究对象,以入院顺序分为两组,各38例。对照组采取常规院前急救护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取量化管理护理。比较两组抢救指标评分、并发症发生率、预后指标、患者满意度。结果:观察组生命体征、意识恢复、中毒症状及重要器官功能损害评分均高于对照组,死亡率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急救后,两组一氧化碳中毒患者一氧化碳血红蛋白(HbCO)饱和度低于急救前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急救后,两组格拉斯哥昏迷评分法(GCS)评分高于急救前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性中毒患者开展院前急救的量化管理护理,有助于提升抢救效果,更好地维持患者生命体征,可降低并发症发生风险,更利于为患者提供满意服务。 展开更多
