The structures of the key intermediate and target mol...Thymopentin derivative(septapeptide) was prepared by means of the solid-phase peptide synthesis method in which stepwise and segment condensations were involved. The structures of the key intermediate and target molecule were confirmed by ESI-MS, elementary analysis, IR,^1H NMR and ^13C NMR spectrometries in our experiments. In this study, the authors found that both thymopentin derivetive(septapeptide) and thymopentin could promote T cell proliferation and increase of E-rose fomation cells.展开更多
