The properties of the quenched and tempered and the simulated post-weld heat treatment states are systematically studied herein through a comprehensive inspection and evaluation of the composition,microstructure,and properties of the clad steel plate. The results show that the bonding interface has high shear strength and that the base metal has high strength and good toughness at low temperatures. Hence, the performance fully meets the technical requirements of the CAP1400 nuclear power plant' s safety injection tank in the country' s nuclear demonstration project. The roll-bonded clad steel plate can be used to manufacture the safety injection tank of the CAP1400 nuclear power plant.展开更多

The eight-pellet injector was installed on HL-1M. A reliable monitordetector and camera system was set up to take initial pellet photographs and measure the initial pellet speed and size. High fuelling efficiency of 60 % - 100 % and a density profile with a peaking factor of 1.8 - 2.0 were obtained. The maximum density close to 10^14/cm^3 in HL-1M was achieved with newly optimized combined fuelling techniques. Two typical models of pellet ablation have been utilized for simulative calculation of the ablation rates in HL-1M. In comparison with the distribution of the measured Hα emission intensity from the digital data of the CCD camera, the experimental result seems more optimistic for core fuelling than theoretical predictions by the two models. The safety factor profile q(r) has been extracted from the information provided by the CCD camera during the pellet injection. The reliability of the measured results depends mainly on the calibration of the imaging space position. Based on the calibration, the measured q-profile becomes more reasonable than those published previously for the same shot number and same photograph.展开更多

Methods:Sixty Balb/c nude mice were randomly divide...Objective: To investigate the effect of Astragalus Injection on the Skin Lesion Degree and Caspase-14, SOCS1 and STAT3 Levels of Psoriasis Model in Balb/c Nude Mice. Methods:Sixty Balb/c nude mice were randomly divided into groups A, B and C with 20 mice in each group. Group A mice were used as blank control, group B mice as model group and group C mice as treatment group. The PASI score of psoriasis, skin thickness, inflammatory factors, serum levels of Caspase-14, SOCS1 and STAT3 in three groups of mice were analyzed after 2 weeks of treatment. Result: After treatment, the P ASI score of group B was significantly higher than that of group C, with statistical significance (P < 0.05);there was statistical significance in the measurements of lesion skin of three groups of mice after treatment (P <0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the thickness of lesion skin in group B and C was significantly higher, and the thickness of lesion skin in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the inflammatory factors IL-17, IL-22 and IL-23 in the B and C groups were significantly increased, and the inflammatory factors IL-17, IL-22 and IL-23 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the model group. The levels of serum C aspase-14, SOCS1 and STAT3 in three groups of mice were significantly different after treatment (P < 0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the levels of serum C aspase-14 and SOCS1 in B and C groups were significantly lower and the levels of STAT3 were significantly higher, and the levels of inflammatory factors aspase-14 and SO in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group. The level of CS1 was significantly lower than that of model group, and the level of STAT3 was significantly higher than that of model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Astragalus membranaceus injection can effectively improve the degree of psoriasis in Balb/c nude mice. Its possible mechanism is that it can decrease the expression of Caspase-14 and SOCS1, reduce the degree of keratosis in the lesion site of mice, improve the local surface hyperplasia, increase the level of STAT3 and enhance the level of local cell proliferation, which is of positive significance for the rehabilitation of psoriasis.展开更多
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Danshen injection in combined with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis (OSF) and the effect on serum TGF-β1 and IL-6.Me...Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Danshen injection in combined with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis (OSF) and the effect on serum TGF-β1 and IL-6.Methods:A total of 70 patients with OSF who were admitted in our hospital from October, 2015 to October, 2016 were included in the study and randomized into the observation group and the control group (n=35). The patients in the control group were given multipoint injection of triamcinolone acetonide (40 mg/time) in the basal region of oral mucosal regions. On this basis, the patients in the observation group were given additional Danshen injection (4 mL/time), 1 time/week, for 12 times. VAS was used for evaluation. The oral mucosa lesion area and mouth opening were measured. The morning fasting peripheral venous blood before and after treatment in the two groups was collected. The blood rheometer was used to detect the whole blood viscosity [high shear (HS), moderate shear (MS), and low shear (LS)], plasma viscosity (PV), and fibrinogen (FIB). ELISA was used to detect the serum TGF-β1 and IL-6 levels.Results: VAS score in the observation group was significantly reduced (P<0.05), mucosal lesion area was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05), and mouth opening was significantly greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). LS, MS, PV, and FIB after treatment in the observation group were significantly reduced when compared with before treatment (P<0.05), while LS, MS, HS, PV, and FIB after treatment in the control group were not significantly changed (P>0.05). TGF-β1 and IL-6 levels after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions: Danshen injection in combined with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of OSF can effectively reduce the serum TGF-β1 and IL-6 levels, inhibit the connective tissue fibrosis, and improve the pain, oral mucosal lesion area, and mouth opening, with a satisfactory clinical effect.展开更多
