利用激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和力学性能测试等手段分析相变点上两阶段固溶时效(TSSA)对Ti-5Al-3V-1Mo-1Zr钛合金钻杆片层组织演变规律及力学性能的影响。结果表明:通过采用相变点上TSSA工艺... 利用激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和力学性能测试等手段分析相变点上两阶段固溶时效(TSSA)对Ti-5Al-3V-1Mo-1Zr钛合金钻杆片层组织演变规律及力学性能的影响。结果表明:通过采用相变点上TSSA工艺获得了全片层转变组织,随时效温度的升高,全片层转变组织的晶界α相平均宽度由5.5μm增至9.0μm,集束内的α片层平均宽度由2.75μm增至3.95μm,材料抗拉和屈服强度变化幅度均小于0.15 MPa/℃;与原始挤压态相比,钛合金的冲击功增加74.07%,材料冲击功与α片宽度满足Hall-Petch关系;经(1000℃, 1 h,炉冷(FC))→(600℃, 1 h,空冷(AC))+(550℃, 6 h,AC)热处理后钛合金具有良好的综合性能匹配,其屈服强度为894 MPa,夏比V型缺口冲击功(-20℃)为46 J,伸长率为7.5%。 展开更多

Terminal ballistic tests using 7.62 mm armor-piercing incendiary (API) projectiles were performed to evaluate the resistance to penetration of Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-3Cr-IZr (Ti-55531) alloy. The dynamic properties were determined by a split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) test system. Ti-55531 plates were subjected to two kinds of heat treatments, leading to the formation of high-strength and high-toughness plates. The results of SHPB test exhibit that the maximum impact absorbed energy of the high-strength plate at a strain rate of 2200 s^-1 is 270 MJ/m^3; however, the maximum value for the high-toughness plate at a strain rate of 4900 s^-1 is 710 MJ/m^3. The ballistic limit velocities for the high-strength and high-toughness plates with dimensions of 300 mm×300 mm×8 mm are 330 and 390 m/s, respectively. Excellent dynamic properties of Ti-55531 alloy correspond to good resistance to penetration. The microstructure evolution related to various impact velocities are observed to investigate the failure mechanism. 展开更多

采用恒应变速率热压缩模拟实验,对Ti-5Mo-5V-1Cr-3A1(简称1Cr)钛合金在应变速率0.001~1s-1、变形温度700~900℃条件下进行研究.结果表明:该材料的流变应力对温度与应变速率敏感:当变形温度为700~800℃时,真应力-真应变曲线呈现... 采用恒应变速率热压缩模拟实验,对Ti-5Mo-5V-1Cr-3A1(简称1Cr)钛合金在应变速率0.001~1s-1、变形温度700~900℃条件下进行研究.结果表明:该材料的流变应力对温度与应变速率敏感:当变形温度为700~800℃时,真应力-真应变曲线呈现动态再结晶单曲线特征;当变形温度为800~900℃时,低应变速率(0.001s-1)的真应力-真应变曲线呈现动态再结晶多应力峰值曲线特征,高应变速率(0.01~1s-1)的真应力-真应变曲线呈现动态回复曲线特征.1Cr合金在等温压缩变形时的流变行为可用包含Zener-Holomon参数的Arrhenius本构方程描述,变形激活能为456kJ/mol.金相结果显示,材料在热压缩过程中的动态行为除了与变形速率、变形温度等加工参数相关外,也与相应温度、变形速率下材料的组织及相结构有关.合金在低应变速率0.001s 1下热压缩变形时,在接近相变点或以上(800~900℃)温度范围内仍呈现动态再结晶行为,这与材料在此阶段发生的应变诱发马氏体转变密切相关,马氏体相的析出促使材料在热变形时趋向于发生动态再结晶行为. 展开更多

In this work,a near-beta Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-1Cr-1Fe titanium alloy was fabricated by selective laser melting(SLM),and the microstructure evolution together with the mechanical properties was studied.The as-fabricated alloy showed columnarβgrains spreading over multiple layers and paralleling to the building direction.The distinct microstructure of as-fabricated alloy was composed of near-β(more than 98.1%)with a submicron cellular structure.Different SLM processing parameters such as hatch spacing could affect the microstructure of as-fabricated alloy,which could thus further significantly affect the mechanical properties of as-fabricated alloy.In addition,the as-fabricated alloy with the distinct microstructure exhibits yield strength of 818 MPa combined with elongation of more than 19%,which shows that SLM is a potential technology for manufacturing near-beta titanium components. 展开更多

Hot compression behavior of Ti-5 Al-5 Mo-5 V-1 Cr-1 Fe alloy with an equiaxed(α+β) starting microstructure was investigated by isothermal compression test and optical microscopy. Based on the true strain-stress data with temperature correction, constitutive models with a high accuracy were developed and processing maps were established. Strain inhomogeneity at different locations in the compressed sample is reduced by raising temperature, leading to a uniform distribution of α phases. For the temperature range of 800-840 ℃ with a strain rate of 10 s^-1, the transformed volume fraction of α phase increases and the average grain size of α phase decreases slightly with increasing the temperature, indicating co-existence of dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization. Flow localization and faint β grain boundaries are observed at the strain rate of 10 s^-1 in the temperature range of 860-900 ℃. The processing map analysis shows that hot working of Ti-5 Al-5 Mo-5 V-1 Cr-1 Fe alloy should be conducted with the strain rate lower than 0.01 s^-1 to extend its workability. 展开更多

Hot deformation behaviors and microstructure evolution of Ti-3Al-5Mo-4Cr-2Zr-1Fe(Ti-35421)alloy in theβsingle field are investigated by isothermal compression tests on a Gleeble-3500 simulator at temperatures of 820-900°C and strain rates of 0.001-1 s^(-1).The research results show that discontinuous yield phenomenon and rheological softening are affected by the strain rates and deformation temperatures.The critical conditions for dynamic recrystallization and kinetic model of Ti-35421 alloy are determined,and the Arrhenius constitutive model is constructed.The rheological behaviors of Ti-35421 alloys aboveβphase transformation temperature are predicted by the constitutive model accurately.The EBSD analysis proves that the deformation softening is controlled by dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization.In addition,continuous dynamic recrystallization is determined during hot deformation,and the calculation model for recrystallization grain sizes is established.Good linear dependency between the experimental and simulated values of recrystallized grain sizes indicates that the present model can be used for the prediction of recrystallized grain size with high accuracy. 展开更多

The true stress-sWain relationships of Ti-5A1-2Sn-2Zr-4Mo-4Cr(TC17) alloy with a wide range of strain rates were investigated by tmiaxial quasi-static and dynamic compression tests, respectively. Quasi- static compression tests were carried out with Instron 8874 test machine, while dynamic compression tests were performed with the split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) which was installed with heating device and synchro- assembly system. The dynamic mechanical behaviors tests of TC17 were carded out from room temperature to 800 ℃ at intervals of 200 ℃ and at high sWain rates (5 500-1 9200 s-l). The stress-strain curves considering temperature-sWain rate coupling actions were obtained. The Johnson-Cook constitutive model was developed through data fitting of the stress-sWain curves. The material constants in the developed constitutive model can be determined using isothermal and adiabatic stress-strain curves at different strain rates. The Johnson-Cook constitutive model provided satisfied prediction of the plastic flow stress for TC17 alloy. 展开更多

对初始针状α组织的Ti-5A1-5Mo-5V-3Cr-1Zr (Ti-55531)近β钛合金在750~775℃、10-3~10-1 s^(-1)下热压缩,研究针状α的微观破碎行为。结果表明,随着应变量的增加,针状α经历了旋转位移、部分破碎、完全破碎成等轴形貌的演变阶段。在... 对初始针状α组织的Ti-5A1-5Mo-5V-3Cr-1Zr (Ti-55531)近β钛合金在750~775℃、10-3~10-1 s^(-1)下热压缩,研究针状α的微观破碎行为。结果表明,随着应变量的增加,针状α经历了旋转位移、部分破碎、完全破碎成等轴形貌的演变阶段。在针状α破碎过程中,当相邻α和β之间符合Burgers取向关系时,β基体内位错通过α/β界面滑移传递切入α内,形成高密度位错,并演化成亚晶结构。当不符合Burgers取向关系时,β基体位错容易在一些取向差异较大的α/β界面塞积、出现局部应力集中,导致在对应针状α内形成局部剪切带相关的亚结构。随后,β基体沿亚结构界面契入针状α内,最终导致针状α相分离破碎。提高温度会加剧β基体动态回复,位错密度大幅下降,不利于在针状α内形成亚结构;提高变形速率使得变形时间大幅缩短,针状α内形成高密度位错、进而转变成亚结构等微观过程无法充分进行,因此均会降低针状α的破碎程度。 展开更多

通过Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对温度范围为750~950℃、应变速率范围为0. 01~10 s^(-1)的多组Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-1Cr-1Fe合金试样进行热压缩试验,利用得到的真应力-真应变曲线求解材料参数,建立了基于Arrhenius模型的本构方程,通过将所求... 通过Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对温度范围为750~950℃、应变速率范围为0. 01~10 s^(-1)的多组Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-1Cr-1Fe合金试样进行热压缩试验,利用得到的真应力-真应变曲线求解材料参数,建立了基于Arrhenius模型的本构方程,通过将所求本构方程计算出的流变应力与实测应力-应变曲线进行对比,验证了该方程的准确性;进而基于动态材料模型的加工图理论,分别绘制出应变为0. 1,0. 3,0. 5和0. 7时Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-1Cr-1Fe钛合金的热加工图。结果显示:随着应变的增大,流变失稳区向中低温高应变速率区集中;在较小的应变量(0. 1~0. 3)时,安全区主要集中在中温低应变速率区(840~900℃,<0. 4 s^(-1))和高温高应变速率区(910~950℃,> 1 s^(-1));在较大应变量(0. 3~0. 7)时,安全区主要集中在低应变速率区(780~950℃,<0. 3 s^(-1))和高温高应变速率区(910~950℃,> 1 s^(-1))。因此,Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-1Cr-1Fe钛合金高温变形时的安全热加工区域为:中温(840~900℃)低应变速率(0. 01~0. 3 s^(-1))区。 展开更多

基于等温恒应变速率热压缩实验,探究了新型Ti-4Al-5Mo-6Cr-5V-1Nb合金在变形温度700~900℃、应变速率0.001~1.000 s;条件下的热变形行为。通过真应力-真应变曲线分析了变形参数对合金力学性能的影响规律,选用修正的Arrhenuis双曲正弦函... 基于等温恒应变速率热压缩实验,探究了新型Ti-4Al-5Mo-6Cr-5V-1Nb合金在变形温度700~900℃、应变速率0.001~1.000 s;条件下的热变形行为。通过真应力-真应变曲线分析了变形参数对合金力学性能的影响规律,选用修正的Arrhenuis双曲正弦函数模型推导了耦合应变的本构方程,基于动态材料模型及Prassd流变失稳准则构建了热加工图。结果表明:Ti-45651合金为温度、应变速率敏感型材料,其峰值应力及稳态流变应力随变形温度的增加逐渐降低,随应变速率的增大呈增加趋势。流变曲线在两相区呈动态再结晶型,在β单相区为动态回复型。本构方程计算可得两相区平均热变形激活能为280.023 kJ·mol^(-1),远大于纯钛的自激活能,说明两相区的热变形软化机制以动态再结晶为主。β单相区平均热变形激活能为202.564 kJ·mol^(-1),稍大于纯钛的自激活能,说明其软化机制以动态回复为主。该合金的公共失稳区为700~800℃,0.010~1.000 s;和850~870℃,0.320~1.000 s^(-1),该区域的功率耗散效率(η)低至0.15,且有绝热剪切带等失稳组织出现;其公共峰值变形区为700~770℃,0.001~0.010 s;和790~810℃,0.001~0.0032 s^(-1),该区域η值高达0.57,且因动态再结晶的充分进行,其中心主变形区无剧烈变形晶粒。 展开更多
