PBST/TiO_(2)/MgO复合薄膜的制备及性能

采用硅烷偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)对TiO_(2)/MgO NPs改性,采用溶液共混法制备了聚丁二酸-共-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBST)/TiO_(2)/MgO NPs纳米复合薄膜,并探讨了其在食品包装方面的应用。研究了改性TiO_(2)/MgO ... 采用硅烷偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)对TiO_(2)/MgO NPs改性,采用溶液共混法制备了聚丁二酸-共-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBST)/TiO_(2)/MgO NPs纳米复合薄膜,并探讨了其在食品包装方面的应用。研究了改性TiO_(2)/MgO NPs对PBST基体机械、阻隔、抗菌和保鲜性能的影响。结果表明:复合膜的抗拉强度和水蒸汽透过率分别为29.39MPa和2.43×10^(-11) g·m/(m^(2)·s·Pa),相较PBST基体抗拉强度提高了24.32%,水蒸汽透过率降低了32.37%,且对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aures)和大肠杆菌(E.coli)抑菌效果显著,分别达到98.7%和97.2%,并对圣女果有良好的保鲜性能,当改性后的TiO_(2)/MgO NPs质量含量为5%时,复合薄膜的性能最佳。 展开更多

The simulation by the Monte Carlo method executed by the software PyPENELOPE proved effective to specify the particle propagation characteristics by calculating the absorption fractions, backscattering and transmission of electrons and secondary photons under the incidence of 0.5 to 20 KeV range of primary electrons. More than 99.9% of the primary electrons were transmitted in the 125 nm thick MgO/TiO<sub>2</sub> material at 20 KeV. This occurred because several interactions took place in the transmitted primary irradiation such as characteristic, fluorescence, and bremsstrahlung produced when of the occupation of the KL3, KL2, KM3, and KM2 shell and sub-shell of titanium and magnesium which are the elements with a high atomic number in the material. The transmission particle characteristic of this material is therefore an indicator capable of improving the electrical performance and properties of the sensor. 展开更多

TiO2-PES Fibrous Composite Material for Ammonia Removal Using UV-A Photocatalyst

This study focused on the development and characterization of TiO<sub>2</sub>-PES composite fibers with varying TiO<sub>2</sub> loading amounts using a phase inversion process. The resulting composite fibers exhibited a sponge-like structure with embedded TiO<sub>2</sub> nanoparticles within a polymer matrix. Their photocatalytic performance for ammonia removal from aqueous solutions under UV-A light exposure was thoroughly investigated. The findings revealed that PeTi8 composite fibers displayed superior adsorption capacity compared to other samples. Moreover, the study explored the impact of pH, light intensity, and catalyst dosage on the photocatalytic degradation of ammonia. Adsorption equilibrium isotherms closely followed the Langmuir model, with the results indicating a correlation between qm values of 2.49 mg/g and the porous structure of the adsorbents. The research underscored the efficacy of TiO<sub>2</sub> composite fibers in the photocatalytic removal of aqueous under  UV-A light. Notably, increasing the distance between the photocatalyst and the light source resulted in de-creased hydroxyl radical concentration, influencing photocatalytic efficiency. These findings contribute to our understanding of TiO<sub>2</sub> composite fibers as promising photocatalysts for ammonia removal in water treatment applications. 展开更多

Due to its importance in hydrogen production during the photolysis process of aqueous suspensions process, mixed TiO2/V2O5 metal-oxide semiconductors were prepared and subjected to crystal structure investigation using X-ray technique. The photoelectrochemical behavior of these TiO2/V2O5 was investigated by photolysis of aqueous suspensions of these oxides containing [Fe(CN)6]4-. X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the TiO2 crystallites grow in the (1 0 1) direction, while The V2O5 crystallites seem to be growing in the (4 2 0) direction, with increasing concentration of V2O5. Photolysis studies show that photochemical activities that maintained the [Fe(CN)6]4/[Fe(CN)6]3- redox reversibility increased by increasing V2O5 up to 50% and then decreased at greater percentages. Aqueous nano systems used in these studies retained their stability as indicated by the reproducibility of their photo-catalytic activities. 展开更多

Influence of Rare Earth Co-dopant on the Photocatalytic Property of TiO_2 Nano-particles

A series of nanometer TiO2 photocatalysts co-doped respectively with rare earth Er3+-Ce3+ and La3+-Fe3+ were prepared by sol-gel method,and the photocatalytic activity under ultra-violet light was evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of methyl blue.The crystallographic forms,particles size,and morphology were characterized by XRD and TEM.The results showed that the optimum heat temperature of co-doped TiO2 was 550 ℃,and the co-doped TiO2 kept anatase.The anatase crystal had the average size of 20 nm.The co-doping caused red-shift of the UV-Vis absorption spectra and enhanced the absorption of light.Compared with the spectrum of pure TiO2 photocatalysts,the red-shift of Er3+-Ce3+ co-doping and La3+-Fe3+ co-doping catalysts was 53 nm and 34 nm,respectively.Optimal co-doping amount for Er3+-Ce3+ was n(Er3+):n(TiO2)=0.1%,n(Ce3+):(TiO2)= 0.05% and La3+-Fe3+ was n(La3+):n(TiO2)=0.05%,n(Fe3+):(TiO2)=0.5%.Under the condition the photocatalysis properties of the samples can be enhanced.It was found that the catalytic activity correlated well with the ratio.The degradation rate of methyl blue examined at two hour of the reaction was 92.37%,and the better photocatalysis properties than the non-doped TiO2 were obtained.The co-doped photocatalyst on methyl blue degradation follows the apparent first-order kinetics. 展开更多

通过阳极氧化结合水热法制备C掺杂TiO_(2)纳米管阵列(C-TNTs),利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对TiO_(2)纳米管阵列的晶型、形貌进行表征。结果表明,制备的C-TNTs具... 通过阳极氧化结合水热法制备C掺杂TiO_(2)纳米管阵列(C-TNTs),利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对TiO_(2)纳米管阵列的晶型、形貌进行表征。结果表明,制备的C-TNTs具有较强的锐钛矿衍射峰,纳米管排列整齐,孔径一致;C-TNTs的平均内径为150 nm,管长约4.4μm。在紫外光照射下,TNTs与C-TNTs均有较高的光催化效率,120 min对甲基橙(MO)的降解率分别为90.9%和96.6%。在可见光照射下,C-TNTs在120 min对MO的降解率达86.5%,是TNTs的2.24倍。C-TNTs在可见光照射下,经5次循环使用后催化率仅下降3.2个百分点,具有较强的催化稳定性。 展开更多

TiO_(2)is the dominant and most widely researched photocatalyst for environmental remediation,however,the drawbacks,such as only responding to UV light(<5%of sunlight),low charge separation efficiency,and difficulties in recycling,have severely hindered its practical application.Herein,we synthesized magnetically separable Fe_(3)O_(4)@MoS_(2)@mesoporous TiO_(2)(FMmT)photocatalysts via a simple,green,and template-free solvothermal method combined with ultrasonic hydrolysis.It is found that FMmT possesses a high specific surface area(55.09 m2·g−1),enhanced visible-light responsiveness(~521 nm),and remarkable photogenerated charge separation efficiency.In addition,the photocatalytic degradation efficiencies of FMmT for methylene blue(MB),rhodamine B(RhB),and tetracycline(TC)are 99.4%,98.5%,and 89.3%within 300 min,respectively.The corresponding degradation rates are 4.5,4.3,and 3.1 times higher than those of pure TiO_(2)separately.Owing to the high saturation magnetization(43.1 A·m^(2)·kg^(−1)),FMmT can achieve effective recycling with an applied magnetic field.The improved photocatalytic activity is closely related to the effective transport of photogenerated electrons by the active interlayer MoS_(2) and the electron–hole separation caused by the MoS_(2)@TiO_(2)heterojunction.Meanwhile,the excellent light-harvesting ability and abundant reactive sites of the mesoporous TiO_(2)shell further boost the photocatalytic efficiency of FMmT.This work provides a new approach and some experimental basis for the design and performance improvement of magnetic photocatalysts by innovatively incorporating MoS2 as the active interlayer and integrating it with a mesoporous shell. 展开更多

SF6绝缘气体作为电力系统中最重要的气体绝缘介质之一,具有灭弧能力强、无毒等突出优点。但其在设备内部绝缘缺陷产生的局部放电作用下,会分解生成包括SO2F2,SO2和H2S在内的几种特征物质,降低SF6气体绝缘性能。而通过化学气体传感器检测SF6特征分解组分,实现气体绝缘设备故障诊断与在线监测技术,已被认为是估算电气工程中绝缘设备运行状态的可行方法。研究发现TiO2纳米管传感器对SF6分解组分H2S具有良好的响应,因此TiO2纳米管传感器具有增强的敏感性和对气体分子的响应。本文基于密度泛函理论方法模拟了SF6分解组分H2S在N掺杂TiO2上的吸附特性。结果表明,N-TiO2对H2S的敏感性较好,吸附后电导率发生明显变化。 展开更多

In this work, an inverse-opal structured TiO2membrane with a thickness of only ~1 μm is designed to regulate the electrodeposition behavior of lithium metal, in which the ordered channels homogenize mass transfer process, the anatase TiO_(2)walls of the ion channels reduce desolvation barrier of solvated lithium-ions, and the spherical cavities with a diameter of ~300 nm confine migration of the adsorbed lithium atoms during electrocrystallization to diminish overpotential of lithium. These systematic effects cover and essentially change the whole process of electrodeposition of lithium metal and eliminate the possibility of lithium dendrite formation. The as-obtained lithium metal electrode delivers a Coulombic efficiency of 99.86% in the 100th cycle, and maintains a low deposition overpotential of 0.01 V for 800 h. 展开更多

Fabrication and Characterization of Lanthanide-TiO2 Nanotube Composites

Titanium dioxide (TiO<sub>2</sub>) doped with neodymium (Nd) and/or Gadolinium (Gd) rare-earth elements were fabricated into nanotubes via the hydrothermal method in a KOH solution and in-situ doping. Titanium dioxide nanotubes (TNTs) and in-situ Nd-doped and/or Gd-doped TNTs were characterized with transmission and scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. Morphologies indicated a network of aggregated nanotubes. The phase and composition analyses revealed that the lanthanide TNTs had anatase phases with Nd and/or Gd nanoparticles in the TNT lattice. The nanoparticles were uniformly deposited on the surface because of hydroxyl groups on the TNT surfaces, resulting in a very high loading density. The outer diameter and the length of the TNTs increased with doping. The mechanisms for the formation of multiwall TNTs are discussed. 展开更多

纳米TiO_(2)处理对山定子响应重茬土壤胁迫的生理效应研究

高效重茬建园技术是林果产业可持续发展的关键,为了探明纳米材料TiO_(2)对重茬土壤上苹果的生长及生理效应,明确纳米TiO_(2)改善重茬胁迫下苹果砧木生理指标的能力及适宜浓度。以一年生苹果砧木-山定子为材料,定植于1962年国光重茬土中... 高效重茬建园技术是林果产业可持续发展的关键,为了探明纳米材料TiO_(2)对重茬土壤上苹果的生长及生理效应,明确纳米TiO_(2)改善重茬胁迫下苹果砧木生理指标的能力及适宜浓度。以一年生苹果砧木-山定子为材料,定植于1962年国光重茬土中。采用盆栽试验法,设5个不同纳米TiO2添加量处理,进行纳米TiO_(2)处理对山定子响应重茬土壤胁迫的生理效应研究,测定TiO2对重茬土壤上山定子幼苗光合色素、相关抗氧化酶[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)]活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、渗透调节物质脯氨酸(Pro)含量及相对电导率(REC),并利用IBM SPSS Statistics 26软件进行显著性、相关性、主成分分析。结果表明,随胁迫时间延长,不添加TiO2的叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)、叶绿素a+b(Chl a+b)和抗氧化酶活性持续下降,Pro、MDA、REC呈现上升趋势;施加不同浓度纳米TiO2后,Chl a、Chl b、Chl a+b、Chl a/b得到不同程度提高;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性大致呈先升后降的趋势;Pro含量增幅增大,MDA呈上升趋势但增幅减小。TiO2对山定子重茬胁迫缓解能力由高到低依次为重茬土壤中添加2.0 g/kg TiO_(2)、重茬土壤中添加1.0 g/kg TiO_(2)、重茬土壤中添加0.5 g/kg TiO_(2)、重茬土壤中添加4.0 g/kg TiO_(2)、重茬土壤+0.0 g/kg TiO_(2)(CK)。由此可知,在重茬土壤中添加2.0 g/kg TiO2,可通过改善重茬胁迫下山定子的光合能力、ROS清除机制、稳定细胞膜结构来减缓重茬障碍对苹果幼苗的危害。 展开更多

We report the SERS enhancements of Raman forbidden surface modes of TiO<sub>2</sub> in different sized TiO<sub>2</sub> crystals. This current study utilizes the relationship between the vibronic coupling and the degree of charge-transfer to explain the differences of Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) enhancements. Our study shows a direct correlation between the degree of charge-transfer and vibronic coupling. This relationship suggests that charge-transfer between the N-719 dye and TiO<sub>2</sub> due to vibronic coupling plays a fundamental role in SERS enhancements. Furthermore, this study shows a strong dependence of the enhancements of the N-719 dye molecular modes to that of the surface modes. This indicates that the mechanism that governs the enhancements of the surface modes in TiO<sub>2</sub> crystals most likely also dictates the enhancements of the N-719 dyes. 展开更多
