The effects of glass dopant on the dielectric and ferroelectric properties were investigated. The results show that the dielectric constant decreases while the dielectric loss increases after doping. And as the glass content increases the dielectric constant decreases while the dielectric loss changes slightly. From the complex impedance analysis the resistance and the relaxation time of the grain and the grain boundary can be calculated. Comparing the P—E hysteresis loop of undoped Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3 ceramics with that of B2O3-SiO2 doped Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3 ceramics, it can be seen that the remanent polarization decreases when the B2O3-SiO2 content is lower than 8%(molar fraction), and the coercive field increases with the increase of B2O3-SiO2 content.展开更多

A simple, relatively fast radiochemical procedure was used for extraction sep-aration of protactinium from the uranium and a variety of reaction products using1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-5-pyrazolone and tri-iso-octylamine as extractants. Theγ ray spectrum of the separated protactinium fractions showed that the protactiniumcould be separated from all of the main impurity elements. The decontaminationfactors of the uranium and the main reaction products produced in the reaction aregiven.展开更多

In the next generation Internet protocol, real-time applications should be supported effectively. However, time constraints were not considered in the related studies of protocol interoperability testing, so existing interoperability testing methods are difficult to be applied in real-time protocol interoperability testing. In this paper, a formal method to real-time protocol interoperability testing is proposed. Firstly, a formal model CMpTIOA (communicating multi-port timed input output automata) is defined to specify the system under test (SUT) in real-time protocol interoperability testing; based on this model, timed interoperability relation is then defined. In order to check this relation, a test generation method is presented to generate a parameterized test behavior tree from SUT model; a mechanism of executability pre-determination is also integrated in the test generation method to alleviate state space explosion problem to some extent. The proposed theory and method are then applied in interoperability testing of IPv6 neighbor discovery protocol to show the feasibility of this method.展开更多

The insulating TNO films were intentionally fabricated by annealing conductive TNO films in oxygen ambient at 400 ℃. Reduced free carrier absorption in the insulating TNO films indicated carrier com- pensation due to excess oxygen. With H2-annealing, both carrier density and Hall mobility recovered to the level of conducting TNO, demonstrating that the excess oxygen can be efficiently removed by the annealing process without introducing additional scattering centers.展开更多
