The main factors restricting the development of private economy in Tibet are generalized as follows: first, the natural environment is inclement, and it is under great pressure of ecological resources; second, the development level of private economy is low with shaky foundation and small production scale; third, the laws, regulations and preferential policies have not been implemented well, and the supporting policies are yet to be improved; fourth, there is a dearth of financial support, and the individually-run enterprises yearn for capital; fifth, the workers quality is low, and the management level of private economy is not high. Finally, the countermeasures and proposals are put forward to accelerate development of private economy in Tibet as follows: improve ecological environment, transform the pattern of economic development; implement well the relevant laws, regulations and preferential policies, perfect the supporting policies; strengthen the financial support, promote the development of private economy; improve the quality of workers in private economy, foster large quantities of entrepreneurs worth their salt.展开更多

Hence, in order to achieve the object, the study analyzes the stat...The purpose of this paper is to study the issues on keeping the continuous development of Tibetan economy and the relative stability of its ecosystem. Hence, in order to achieve the object, the study analyzes the status quo of economic development in Tibet and the problems of resource exploitation. It especially discusses frailty of Tibetan eco-environment, and evaluates the contradictions between the traditional economic developing mode and the safety of plateau＇s ecosystem. It concludes that there is an inevitable clash between the development of Tibetan economy and the safety of plateau＇s eco-system; this problem cannot be avoided by any decision maker, Therefore, the character of Tibetan econvironment and the requirement of its economic development strategy determine that ecological economy developing mode is the only choice for Tibet. This paper suggests that it should be compensated by the national government to assure that Tibetan economy can keep a higher developing speed. In accordance with the feature of plateau eco-economy system and demand of Tibetan economic development, this paper also suggests several methods to apply the ecoeconomy developing strategy of Tibet.展开更多

We choose the coordination degree of Yunnan province from 2012 to 2015. The regional cultural and economic development in Yunnan's frontier are analyzed so that we can provide the reference for the sustainable development of Yunnan's frontier and realize the coordinated development of culture in Yunnan's frontier and economic system in order. The results show that the culture and economy in Yunnan's frontier are coupled with formation of the coordinated development of culture and economy; economic development is the main reason to promote the coordinated development of culture and economy in Yunnan's frontier, and it contributes to the main force of improving the coordinated development of evolution types; the coordinated development degree of the overall level is low and still in the China's backward level.展开更多

Based on a review of the major factors affecting China＇s potential economic growth, this paper has created an integrat...China has entered a crucial period of further growth and restructuring that will last until 2025. Based on a review of the major factors affecting China＇s potential economic growth, this paper has created an integrated economic system model consisting of system dynamics, econometrics, and input-output for the forecast of China＇s economic size and structure by 2025. Analysis shows that prior to 2025, China will be able to maintain a potential annual economic growth rate of 5.7%-7.2%. Faced with an international environment of a possible slowdown of advanced economies and diminishing demographic dividends, China needs to further expedite its urbanization process, enhance R＆D and education spending, increase total factor productivity （TFP）, vigorously develop the tertiary sector, and expand consumption in order to achieve the optimistically estimated growth of 6.6%-7.4% during the period of 2015-2025. Economic growth should be accompanied by the upgrade of industry structure and improvement of investment and consumption structures.展开更多

Furthermore, after completing regional analogue, discovered that the palaeoclimate environment is fully comparative and consistent with the synchronous lake\|water retreating trace of Zhaduixiong spits in Zabuye Lake basin, with palaeoclimate changes recorded by pollen in adjacent Zabuye Lake, with Holocene plaeoclimate environment indicated by drilling\|hole in Bangong Co,with palaeoclimate significance traced by δ 18 O value in Qinghai Lake and Siling Co and with the palaeoclimate framework during the 5th Level Arid (Salinization) Extension Period of Quaternary arid center of Western China.展开更多
